I have brought my car to the Audi dealership for service several times this time I’m getting poor service. I’ve been lied to several times about what they done to my vehicle. They charge me $1100 told me my car was fixed.

I got in my car, everything was the same like I brought it there all the lights on inside running Rough they flat out lied to me i’m really getting treated poorly and unfair this time they won’t call me. They’ve been having my car for two weeks.

I purchased a 2023 A8 in June, i was trading my existing A8 in at Burlington Audi in Burlington Ma, i was in an accident with my 2019 a8 that day, there was about $3,000 worth of damage to my car mostly with the rear wheel, rim and panel. I was fully insured and was hit from behind and was told by my insurance company there was no deductible.

I also paid approximately $2000 for Audi tire and rim protection. When i left my car with the title the deal was for Audi to fix the tire and rim and i would keep the proceeds from insurance earmarked for that.

I paid for two different insurance policies. I had a complete conversation with the GM, the salesman(who i had purchased my last 3 cars from)and the service manager that my intent was they coordinate two claims, one with audi and the one with…

I purchased a 2022 Camry from Audi on Atlantic. The air bags error is on. I took it to the Toyota dealership and they refused to fix it because someone altered the codes and zip tied the seats. I called Audi and they refused to help me I told them I paid for a 3000 warranty and George said it didn’t cover that.

They knowingly sold me an unsafe car.

Took my car there was charged excessively to change a water pump because car was not holding coolant. After picking up car smooth running car that I bought in sounded like a truck. They said they would fix it for another fee.

Several days later car still needs coolant and every other day later. Had to drive car back to my home in marrero frightenly. They said they could not see vechile again until August 14. A detailed account has been texted to 800 822 2834

I signed a lease on July 14, 2023 for a 2023 Audi A6 Premium Plus vehicle. A few days later I noticed that the speed limit was not showing up on the dashboard. I have contacted the dealership many times and the only information I’m given is that they’re working on it.

My opinion is it should not take two weeks to figure out what the problem is. I’m starting to feel I’m being discriminated against and could have possibly leased a lemon. Could someone please assist with this matter.

Multiple issues. 1st issues, Audi q5, in to service multiple times, I even called again last week with no return call. two years old. Died today in Maine while on vacation. My husband will have to go with the car to another state. Audi Norwell staff told me "maybe it's time to get a new car?" Two years old.....really? While I am in crisis and my husband is 200 miles from home she tells me it's time to buy a new car?

2nd issue, roadside assistance. First call, Derrick, told me he is sending tow in 60-90 minutes. I purchased a Audi care service Agreement on 01/15/2022 (for my Audi A3 2015) - 65K and 75K miles plan. The mileage at that time was just above 50K. The Farmington Hills MI Dealership did 65K maintenance on the same date of purchase (01/15/23). We did not realize that the 75K had expired on 11/03/2022 (Less than 11 months).

How can Audi service a vehicle with 50K miles for 65K maintenance and then set it's 75K mile maintenance to expire in just 11 months ? It's totally unrealistic. I had called the Dealership and talked to them twice sometime in March/April 2023. Until now no one responded to review and provide justification.

I have attached the service agreement for reference. I expect refund for the Agreement purchase promptly if they can't increase the expiration to a realistic date…

Where do I begin. This is my second Audi Q5 my first a 2014 no issues. I decided I loved my first Audi so much that I would purchase another one. I did so on Dec 2019 my first issue began in March of 2021.

Would be sitting waiting to pick up my son from school and my car had just stalled. Odd I thought, so I pushed the start button to start the car back up. It did start only to stall immediately. I Tried to start again and give a little gas maybe. Still stalled.

At this point I started to get anxious because I was in a line for pick up. Tried again finally started but had to cont give some gas . Called Audi when I got out of the line. Sure bring it in. Result “no issues”.

Seems like I'm in the same boat as many others. Audi cashed my check to buy out the car in jan 2023, but still till this day I do not have a title to show for it. I've called weekly and they tell me since they changed title companies, they're extremely backed up.

If anyone processes a class action lawsuit, I'm happy to join. I had a buyer lined up for my car back in January when I was told I would receive my title, and the value of the car has dropped more than 10% since then for the market standards. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED.

Brought in 2021 Q7/ for fuel tank recall. Wasn’t informed that the tank needed to be low so unfortunately I had a full tank. Was told that draining the gas was “messy” and could someone drive it home to lower the fuel.

I said “Yes”- big, big mistake! On Friday, the car was not done even though I was told it would be and that I could pick it up Friday evening or Sat morning. I asked that it not be driven again and was assured that it would not be and that it was being worked on. Complete lie!

It was obviously taken over the weekend. The car seat was removed and not put back properly, so when I went to pick up my granddaughter, it was unsafe. Ironically, rosary beads were found in the far back and no longer clean on the inside .

I bought a 2019 Audi Q5 car from ATL in Montego Bay, Jamaica. In October 2022 while driving the car it lost power, I took it to the dealer ATL Automotive Ltd. and up today they are unable to tell me what is the problem with the car.

They had ordered parts based on diagnostic test done which was installed and the problem still persists. Its over 5 months and I'm still with out a car and have to be paying my car loan just the same. I was not offered a car, I need help!

When we purchased our 2019 Audi Etron, we were told by the salesman that we would get 250 miles on a full charge. We have NEVER gone more than 150 miles on a full charge. I have brought this up every time I take the vehicle in for service and nothing ever changes.

One time they told us that when they did an update the mileage would increase dramatically. It went up 20 miles. Getting 150 miles when we were told 250 miles is a HUGE difference and not what we purchased!

0 TDI three times back to Audi service center in Portland to get an oil leak fixed. The first two times the car was still under warranty. The third time we took it back because it still had an oil leak they told us the head needed to be replaced.

Which they wound not cover. It cost us $5000 dollars because of they didn't fix the leak right the first time. It's an Four hour round trip for us each time we took the car back. They should of covered the $5000 dollar repair.

I have photos of the oil leak on the engine everytime they said they fixed it.

I leased Audi last week of May 2022. Begin of the October someone hit my car, that was parked on the street at the front of my house. 5 months later my auto body shop still waiting for the rest of the parts to repair the car.

I'm paying lease and renting the car Any insurance carrier pays only between 30-60 days for rental car. I have BMW's and Mercedes's and I never had any issues with parts. Stay away from Audi, this is my first and last Audi!

I am being denied service because I completed a survey that wasn't to there liking. I can't get oil changes, I will not be able to get recalls, other incentives, etc. due to my car not being serviced at an audi dealership and there is not another audi dearship nearby.

I had an appointment Monday at 10am because of a windshield wiper malfunction. I have had to reach out to the dealership multiple times to get an update and after contact info the service manager I was quoted 1000 to replace the windshield wiper bracket.

It’s the second day so Around 4:30 I contacted them again to see will it be done. The agent said that the tech had a family emergency and it may be tomorrow. I am being forced to hitchhike back and forward to work because they want be straight forward.

Initially, if I was told upfront the process was gone be 1-5 days I could have made arrangements for a rental car. This is wrong and unfair to be treated like this.

Audi Palo Alto General Manager is not doing a good job. He was yelling at me and lied to me as well! He also wont provide small loaner cars to his customers. I asked for a small loaner a month in advance and they never told me they did not have anything but an SUV.

He wont get me three estimates for repairs to loaner and won’t accommodate anything regarding my situation. My garage was too small for the car and it bumped the side.

Also there was something wrong with the steering on that car and he was bullying me and would not accommodate in any way.

Brought a vehicle in for scheduled service on 8 June 2022. Vehicle could not be looked at that day and was left at dealership. It is now the 24th of June, and we were informed that the vehicle will not be diagnosed until the 28th.

We have been without a vehicle since the 8th, no loaner, no updates, no return to voicemails. It went in for an issue with the air conditioning, one light bulb, and an oil change. Nearly three weeks just to get into the bay and seen.

I am writing in regard to my 2018 Audi Q5 (VIN WA1BNAFYOJ2132785). It is my understanding that my dealership, Audi Rockville, Maryland, has also contacted Audi of America for assistance. Starting in October, my vehicle’s presence system would periodically activate without reason.

It began when I was in reverse backing out of a space. The brakes would deploy for no reason, the presence symbol would display on my screen as would a tone with a message for me to check my surroundings.

A few weeks later, the presence system activated and the brakes deployed while I was travelling on a local road at more than 30 mph, and without any other cars on the road. Again, the presence symbol appeared on my screen with the same message to check my surroundings.

I have 3 recalls on my 2011 Q7 and I have 2 Powertrain Faults. I have called Audi of Boise several times. By several I mean about 9 times.

I have left 2 voicemails and I have never received a call back. The other 7 times that I have called I can't even get to a voicemail. It just keeps ringing. I have called the service department, the sales department, and another department.

I need these issues fixed and I can't even drive my Audi because it says that I only have 200 miles until no restart. Audi of Boise is not right down the road from my house.

I need my car fixed. I would rather not pull it all the way to Audi of Beaverton. I have had work done at Audi of Beaverton and they are all absolutely amazing. All I want is a call back and to schedule to get my car fixed!!!

I have been dealing with Audi of Cherry Hill on an oil consumption problem with my 2015 Audi Q5. It has been in the shop several times and after $4400 in costs they assured me the problem was resolved. It turns out the problem was not resolved and after another visit to Audi of Cherry Hill they determined it would cost me $16,000 to have the pistons and rings replaced at my cost since this is not covered by warranty.

Don’t buy an Audi, especially from Audi of Cherry Hill because eventually you’ll need to deal with these crooks and they will take you for everything you have.

40am at Audi Queens. There was noise coming from the wheels when making right turns. The technician told me that I have to leave the car for further checks. On 8th July, Robert called and told me they have to order some fluid and the car can only be fixed.

I requested for a loaner car due to the nature of my work but was told that no loaner car was available. It’s been almost a week and still have not received an update. Totally unreliable and irresponsible after sales support.

I will never buy or lease an Audi again, and here is why. I liked the car, but the dealership experience was absolutely horrific: 1. Never ever go of servicing your car at Audi Richfield Minnesota. The car service bill came out to be over a 800 dollars.

When I asked what is included in the services, they showed me line items on the invoice without he price next to each item serviced. They sales guy said it is all included in the service and we really cannot break it down.

When I asked him to print me a copy of the invoice with the details, he hesitated and didn't print the detailed invoice. When signing the lease agreement, they didn't mention any displacement charges on the car, but when I returned the car, they put those charges in the invoice.

So beware of hidden fees and charges…

Where to begin? I've got a three year lease on a 2018 A4, and after about 28 months I can honestly say that this has been the single most frustrating and disappointing lease experience I've ever had. As an aside, my wife and I have together probably leased 20 or more high end cars in our lives).

Anyway, the car runs fine, but the problems with service (frequency and cost) have been beyond belief. Yesterday was the first time going back to this deanship to do the routine maintenance after warranty. I was told the water pump ($1500) needs to replace and rear brake pad ($900) needs to be replaced. My audi SQ5 just reach 30,000 miles and mostly driving locally.

I felt I was totally being rip off by the dealer. since I am not mechanic so I paid and let them did the work. What happen with warranty period? why things go wrong when I start paying? I don't think this dealership , West Covina Audi, is honest at all.

I am complaining about my 2012 Audi 4 Quatro. I have had nothing but problems with this car since I bought it. I have had 2 water pumps put in and now it has to the valve cover gasket replaced and the timing chain gasket to the tune of a few grand.

I have always owned Toyotas and never had these kind of problems nor this expense. As soon as I get my car back I am going to sell it and move on. this is the worst car I have ever owned.

It is a money pit and I am afraid to travel in it because I am worried about breaking dow. I have had tom replace brake calipers water pumps gaskets and tires. This car only has 68000 miles on it and has been maintained properly.

My Audi has had the manifold replace in July when my car completely shut off while I was driving. I took it to North Bergen NJ repair center and It took them a few days for parts and replacement, that was back in July 2019.

On September 20 , 2019, I was driving on a local road when the same exact thing happened to me, again. The car shut off on me while I was driving with my child. I had to call road side assistance and have it towed for the second time.

That was a Friday night. Saturday morning my husband called them about 11am because we weren't sure if the car was there or not because no one called us to let us know. Service Center said they were swamped and probably wouldn't look at it until Monday.

I dropped my car off at 8:30 am Saturday 7/27/19. For my routine maintenance an was told later on that day they need me to pick it up Monday 7/29/19. Pick up my Audi TT on 7/29/19 an everything was fine no leaks just need rear breaks they said.

I sent my son to Audi of Northlake (Charlotte, NC) to have his oil changed and tires balanced/rotated. Once the service was complete, he was given a bill for $238.19. I've been a car owner for 23yrs, I've never paid $238.19 for these services and I've owned high end cars. I've contacted the Service Consultants, left a couple of messages bc apparently he was with other customers, I have yet to receive a return call back. I believe he took advantage of my son bc he was a teenager and didn't know any better. This is sad and I do not have any plans on visiting this facility in the future but I would love to know how and why he was what I feel overcharged?

I purchased an 2017 audio A3 on match 26 2019 when I got home I noticed a cracked in the windshield. I immediately contacted my sales person on his cell he assured me not to worry he would take care of it.

On today 4/10/19 lamont my sales person came to my job took my car to return it in the same condition with a message from vinney sales manager it's the best he can do. We want the windshield replaced not sealed.

This should not have been sold without inspection. He promised a call back none as of now. This needs to be replaced ads not sealed.

Took my 2014vAudi Q5 in for routine service 11/7/18 to Clarksburg WV Audi. I go in for service annually at this location. I do not drive the car much during the summer so when I begin driving it usually Sept / Oct is when I take it in.

The vehicle has 44,745 miles time of service in November and was ready for the 45,000 mile inspection. They did the routine checklist and everything was green boxed BUT the next morning my low tire pressure light was on so I stopped to check the tires and they were ALL 28 lbs or less BUT

Our Q7 is part of the settlement for emissions. We took it in for 65000 service before really understanding what the settlement was about. Shortly after the trip to the service department, the check engine light came on. We have had this vehicle in under warranty service for lights on the dash coming on before.

We did not really think much about it. It went off and then came on again. After receiving additional information in the mail regarding the emissions settlement, we completed the paperwork and turned in the vehicle for service. I then inspected the nice new tires and noticed the rims were dirty and still had the rubber transfer from hitting the pothole. This appeared to be just half-ass work and service I'd expect from a Midas or local greasy mechanic NOT from a highly regarded Audi dealer.

If that wasn't enough I decided to open the air cleaner and found an airbox full of dust, dirt and debris. And by not blowing the debris out it set me up with an airbox that could immediately clog the airfilter and reduce the performance of my car ; which, ironically, was receiving…

00. In the past we leased cars from a variety of companies and never incurred a disposition fee. We surrendered the car to the dealer two months early and purchased a 2018 Q7 Prestige. Audi of Nashville, Tennessee has had my 2013 Audi S4 for almost 6 weeks now with no solution to the problem. One morning, March 3rd, when I went to leave for work, after starting the vehicle, I heard a loud knock coming from the engine compartment. I never drove the vehicle, I immediately made arrangements to haul the vehicle to Audi of Nashville for service. Upon arriving, I was told that I could not get a loaner car for up to 7 days, which put me out of a vehicle. I was later told that the Flywheel was the issue, which led them to order one that supposedly came from Germany. I waited a week and a half for it to arrive, with them telling me that it would solve the issue. Unfortunately it did not fix the issue.

An Audi service advisor rear ended another car on a test drive and totaled my red 2005 keepsake A8. Red because the factory painted it special for me. The car was in immaculate condition. Audi turned it over to their insurance company and never spoke to me again after the initial call to tell it was crashed on a test drive.

I am saddened by the lost of the car and I am saddened Audi made zero effort to communicate with me. The insurance agent was the only one who I heard from. Where did I get the idea Audi was special? Where is common curiosity? What happened to care for the customer?

On 23rd October 2014, I took my Audi A2 into the Cheshire Oaks Audi Dealer as the Glow Plug Light was constantly on. I booked it to have it looked at and repaired. It cost £114.76.

On collection, I was told I needed to book it again to have the knocking noise on the front driver's side looked at and was told I needed new brake pads.

On 18th November, the car went in to have new brake pads fitted and the knocking noise looked at. During the time the car was in the garage, Audi rang me to say after replacing the brake pads I needed new discs. I then received another phone call from Audi to say I needed two new tires, which would cost £1211.44.

My 2013 Audi A4 was fine until just past warranty of 50,000 miles. It started to use oil. By 80,000 miles it was using a quart of oil every 1,200 to 1,500 miles based on City or Freeway driving. At 87,000 miles it had a total piston and rings failure in Cylinder #4. My first contact with Audi is as follows:
