To Whom it may concern,

I have filed a BBB complaint and submitted an Attorney General complaint against Auto Nation, due to their incompetence. This letter I have attached should have been sent back in November 2022 and I have yet to receive any information for an update on my auto loan account. I have asked that all interest incurred during this time be credited to my account and the fee be taken off the auto-loan, as requested too long ago. Furthermore, I have made sure to let everyone in my network know about my experience. I was also sold a lemon and have paid more in repairs than the car was worth.

I recently had my Kia car stolen and totaled. I figured will not deal with them anymore so I will try Chevy although I need a $7000 used car reliable. I went to AutoNation Chevy on West colonial in Orlando about two hours away from where I live.

At AutoNation I saw a Chevy equinox that I was told was a good reliable used car. I took it for a test drive with the salesman and was stuck at a red light by a gas station. Me being the person I am, I tried help pushing it to get it off the road.

Even though I felt that was a sign for me to just leave the GM came and reassured me that they will work with me because I had only $7000 for a good reliable used car. When I went back to AutoNation, they gave me a choice between two cars that I may or may not be approved by financing With $7000 cash…

This is not a recommended company to do business with; they are not truthful about their warranty offer. As I was told one thing in person and upon carefully reading my policy; was I fooled. Upon attempting to cancel Auto Nation dealership made it extremely impossible.

I was lied to repeatedly by all employees that I reached via phone call. They stated the cancellation was in progress for over c 2 months; it wasn’t until I researched the 1800 number to realize that the cancellation had NEVER been noted, documented or being worked on.

These dishonest practice makes this company unworthy of doing business with.

Scheduled for an oil change and tire rotation for fist thing on a Thursday. Other issues were found for which I approved. No further communication it end of day was given except they were waiting on tires. Friday again no communication after leaving 5 messages 3 of which were to the manager on duty.

In the messages I explained I needed our car asap as I have 3 special needs children and have an appointment on Monday.

Finally at around 5 pm received text that they were finished with everything but the alignment. I asked when I would be able to pick it up. No answer except a vague text saying probably Monday. I have been calling every department since with again no answers.

This is to complaint about the service department of AutoNation Mercedes of Pembroke Pines at 14199 Pines Blvd Pembroke Pines FL 33027. During a service, one of the tire was replaced by a smaller size, we realized about this problem 2 year after it.

Having the tire protection plan they never rotated the tires and when we did complaint of the problem demanding a change of tire to the right size, they refuse to replace it at no extra cost when they were the one causing the issue. We are very disappointed with this service and now that we are 3 months close to renew our lease, we will look to do business with your competitor and not with your organization, also we won’t recommend this dealer any more to friends and

The AutoNation Ford dealership of Torrance, California replaced my 2011 backup camera three times. They damaged the camera panel that I had to replace and payout of my pocket. Plus, all the charges to replace the camera, While the cameras were not the issue, and the problem was the connector harness. Along the way they replaced the ford logo that did not need to be replaced. Their incompetence and misleading tactics cost me over $1500.00 and the agony of putting up with unresolved issues. I request that AutoNation Ford Dealership of Torrance to reimburse me for all the charges that incurred in their shop associated with backup camera replacement plus material and labor for replacing the camera panel.

Service department’s initial quote inflated parts prices. They offered 15% discount in which I expected applied to MSRP. Compared with other Subaru dealers AutoNation Subaru is in fact taking advantage of customers. I am very upset with the auto nation customer service center. I went online to schedule a oil change for the auto nation on 5600 S Broadway St, Littleton, Colorado 80121, US and appears the operator who took my call is not even located in Colorado so

I scheduled an appointment with him and he sent me a confirmation that my oil change would be scheduled at Arapahoe dodge ram 10743 E Arapahoe Rd, Centennial, 80112. I purchased my dodge ram power wagon in 2020 from Brandon dodge when they were still in business but now known as auto nation dodge on Broadway in Littleton colo.

I have asked at LEAST 12 times for the Greenacres staff to remove my work phone number and add my cell number to get ahold of me. They once again called me at work today. When I called AGAIN today to have it changed the receptionist told me to "relax" and then eventually hung up on me.

I have since called back numerous times and she ignores my calls. I have had nothing but issues with this location. The service department is horrific. I now take my car anywhere BUT there to have it serviced. I also was in the market for a new truck and ended up driving 2 hours away to avoid the Greenacres location.

I purchased a 06 charger from your phoenix az location. I was assured by salesman it went thru a 135 point inspection and the car was givin a clean bill of health. 00 extended warranty. The car started having problems on the second and third day but no check engine light had come on.

Finally it went into limp mode and I brought it back. It's been well over a month now and I got a estimate back of $14,000 to repair. New transmission. I've paid for my own rental car for a month and after many calls you guys put me in a rental for a week which expires today.

If I could rate them "0" stars I would. I took my SantaFe Sport in for service at the local AutoNation Hyundai Service Center several weeks ago because the push bottons (not sure what you call them) for the radio and

other areas on the left side of the steering wheel were no longer working, and the overhead dome lights had never come on since I bought the car. I had an appointment to bring it in to service to check it out.

com located at the AutoNation in Tempe, Arizona I am located in Las Vegas, Nevada a 4 and half hour drive away. I decided to call and inquire on the car on Monday morning August 14th. I was told it would be no problem getting the car shipped up to Vegas.

I asked if I should go to the local AutoNation Dealership here to start the car buying and was quickly told “No” we can handle it all over the phone. The process started smoothly and was emailed the paperwork and was told the sooner I finish my part of the process the sooner they could ship my car out.

The truck had arrived to the dealership 2 days before but was told I should have it within a week and that I would be kept updated during the inspection and detailing process until it shipped out. I finished my entire side of the process…

Purchased my 2022 Bronco Sport on 10/6/2022. A few weeks later I received a recall notice about vehicle possibly catching on fire if hot. 5L Oil Separator Post FSA 22S21 Inspection Underhood Fire Reports. I contacted number given to make an appointment to have recall taken care of.

I completely understand with the number of vehicles produced there would be some issues. What I didn't understand was that they did not have a fix available and to try again next month. I tried every month and was told the same thing.

It is with inner turmoil that I write this review. I really really wanted to like AutoNation Honda Costa Mesa. My wife and I saved up a long time so that we could get her out of her piece of crap Kia.

We looked at multiple dealerships over various months to find a comfortable SUV suitable for a new family. We found a 2016 Porsche Cayenne in our favorite color that was priced fairly and decided to buy it. Our out the door price on our 66k mile Porsche was 31-32k dollars.

8/11/2023 I paid $18,000 + for a pre owned car from Auto Nation Coral Gables,Florida. 24 hours later, the dealership said the car was unavailable for an undisclosed reason after I tender full price cash payment. They said my money would be returned in 5 days.

It has now been 10 days and I have not received my refund - Not only has Auto Nation failed to return my money but now they have transferred my tag plates making it impossible for me to register my car. Not only have they converted my cash to their own use, but also misappropriated my insurance and vehicle license plate.

Hello, I am a senior that has been taken advantage of by AutoNation USA.

We bought a 2014 Nissan 370.

We trusted the inspection report, which said everything on the car working, which was extremely inaccurate.

Driving it home, I noticed the radio did not work. Several days later I tried to put the convertible top down, and it would not operate. I called AutoNation USA and they said they would fix it, if they could not, it would need to go to a AutoNation Tempe Nissan Dealer.

Considering how false the inspection report is, and viewing the inactivity of the service department I felt they where inexperienced in addressing the problems. I called AutoNation ???? and they told me to bring it directly to AutoNation Nissan Tempe, which I did.

Because I decided to use my own financing I was told I had to give the car back that I put a $3000 deposit on full coverage insurance and had been driving for over a week All they had to do was send a purchase order to my credit Union I went app there 5 times over the last week to get it taken care of and was told they're too busy come back or the guys not there come back and finally today they tell me I have to return the vehicle unless I want to use their financing which I did now I'm told it will be a while before I get my money back

I bought a Mazda CX-9. I came from Denver to Colorado Springs which was am hour and a half away to buy the car. I was happy with it when I got there but took it for a test drive and the inside smelled like urine and there was a lot of animal hair present.

The next day after taking the car home I noticed a banging noise after driving it over some road bumps. I called Autonation that same day and told the person the issue. They said they would look at it. The ended up fixing a shock absorber but after that I still heard some noise.

I called and talked to the manager again and a he told me to take it to the nearest Mazda store so I would have to drive an hour and a half back to Colorado Springs. I scheduled an appointment with Mazda.

I bought my car from Auto Nation Chevrolet Pembroke Pines in December 2022, on May the car went to the dealer for a repair and there I meet my service advisor Yudi, who has cero customer service, she’s rude and disrespectful, she scream at me. , May 24th. I was asked when would be a good time to pick up the car which was 1pm, mind you I dropped off at my schedule appt time of 7:30am. At 2:30pm when I hadn't heard anything I reached out to my service advisor only to get voicemail.

My call wasn't returned until 4:45pm, when I was advise that my car never left the lot to be serviced it sat all day. The advisor said he get in first thing the following morning at would can when ready.

I lease a 2021 Jaguar F-Pace and have all the offered warranties and coverages. While waiting for an appointment, I went over the allowed milage that would have got my breaks replaced and vehicle aligned. When I went in for the service, I was 500 miles over what the contract allowed.

However, when I made the appointment, I was 1500 miles within the contract terms. During the 2-month wait for the appointment, I went past the milage limit for the warranty. AutoNation refuses to take into account that when my appointment was made, I was within the mileage.

I want to ensure that there is no negative reflection on the service department as this was a decision made by AutoNation not to honor the contract that I paid for. They are overwhelmed with vehicles as it is.

Purchased a 2018 BMW M5 from Mercedes Benz of Maitland. At start everything was great and the salesperson Kyle was on his A Game. All questions answered and phone calls returned. We close the deal on the car and set up transportation as I am located in Connecticut which is over 19 hours away.

Car arrives and first thing I do is check Milage and verify that the car had not been driven or anything. Car gets unloaded and I check the exterior over and all Is well. Leave the car running to check the fluids and check under the hood.

I pop the hood and theirs residue over the entire engine bay. I clean it up and assess where it could have come from and I noticed that the expansion tank has fluid around it. Clean it up. I take the car for a spin around the block and the oil light comes in.

On Wednesday March 29, 2023 I bought a MB cla 250 from Porsche Plano an auto nation dealer. During the process of buying the vehicle, the dealership wouldn’t transfer the vehicle to a local auto nation store here in Houston tx at my cost.

This was aggravating but I insisted on getting this particular vehicle so therefore I drove 4 hours away. The same night my vehicle was shaking extremely bad and making noise. Griggs. I informed him of the noise I was hearing and vibration of the vehicle.

(Autonation collision south)A combination of poor customer service and communication. As a manager in a medical facility both Gilbert and his manager Micheal failed is providing proper service. A manager's response to customer's complaint of not receiving poor communication isn't "here's my number if I don't call you on said date and time, call me".

The manager doesn't call and puts on responsibility on the customer to seek out assistance again. This is poor training by autonation or lack of effort or empathy by the manager. This is completely unacceptable and regret bringing my business to this facility.

I have had defective exhaust manifolds for several months. The dealer keeps telling me that they can only get "so many" from the manufacturer every month. They refuse to give me a firm estimate on arrival. They have not offer any appeasement at all and expect me to drive my truck without regard to the damage that it may cause.

On another issue: I had them order a new key fob and I paid to have them program it. It doesn't work well at all. They did a quick check when standing close to the vehicle but didn't do any extensive testing.

Now, I have to have the fob out of my pocket and in my hand just to lock the vehicle. That was really worth almost $400.

Dropped my truck off on April 1st (Saturday) for service. On April 4th I received a notification from Carfax that my service was completed and noticed that they reported 4,000 more miles on my truck. It went it at around 96,400 miles.

NO ONE has called me. Due to my schedule, I finally drove down to dealer on April 7th. Service advisor could not locate my truck. He was leaving and trying to find answers and came back with nothing. I started looking around the lot for my truck and finally found it half way across the lot.

I made an appointment to have my car repaired on Thursday,March 30th, 8:30am. With no transpiration for the morning, I called to see if I could drop my car off on Wednesday evening. No answer, so I went on over after work.

I have been lied to, manipulated, and tormented throughout the the last 9 months but AutoNation USA in houston. I bought a jeep, it all the sudden had a ton of issues, and has been im and out of their service department more times than I can count. Lupe is a car rep in the service department, he has had us bring the car up to the shop 3 times and has lied each time.

First he said that all 4 tires were changed and brand new, after looking at all 4 tires they were used and gave the car more issue when driving. Then we paid for an alignment and after getting the alignment the car got worse after he said he would resolve the issue, and my wife almost got an a accident after the vehicle alignment.

I brought my "ar to them over 5 times because my ac was blowing hot air out of the right-side vents. I had car shield warranty. The say they changed the Actuator on April 17th which was the 2nd time.

The kept my car a whole month and it still was doing the same thing. I told them when the fan on high it stops blowing. Then I brought it back on March 8th told them the same thing was going on .

I left it and he told me they didn't find anything wrong it was cold at 45 degrees. I came today to pick it up the something going on the Brad Owen say idid tell him about the fan .

I did then he says he didn't here me . I live 45 miles from this dealer. They have been giving me the run around about my car it has been here 5 times an# no change. They won't give me a loaner.

I need my car fixed or…

My car being service for three wait on warranty to upload.I contact used service numberous of time. Still waiting on Ollie to called back .Only had vechicle for 7 days.No still haven't call back or concerned with matter..

Autonation Laurel MD. has had my truck since 2/27/2023 until this present time . Communications have been poor , General Motors has been involved nothing . Service advisors have not been very cooperative. I just don't understand. I have warranty coverage , no claims filed .

I drop my care off to the dealership on February 7,23 to fix a dent in my car when i got a call from Oscar the advisor stating that my care had chipped pint and scratches on after it was finished on march 7,2023. I went up there and spoke to another advisor Mr. Levy he stated that my car did not have chipped paint or scratches prior to me bringing it in. And he would talk to the manager to see what they can do. I refused to pay from damage done to my car that wasn’t there prior to bring it in. I reached out to collision center manager Gram Haynes multiple times to discuss this matter. He never responded. Which is not shocking because the receptionist hung up on me twice.At this…

I was in a accident August 23 2022. My X5 35d was towed to Vista, BMW. 00. Failed to put my car on diagnostics etc…they gave me a curtesy vehicle because of the trouble and in Dec I get a call from BMW and I ask them is my car fixed? Service rider says no. 00.
