We bought a used camaro at winter garden. There is a issue with the air conditioning. They suggested taking it to the Chevy dealer in West colonial which I understand. When we called them the whole process wouldtake up to a month to fix by us dropping the car off for a week for evaluation and bringing it back for a week for repairs.

The car is under warranty and we are leaving for home in 2 weeks and the air conditioning is not working

Bought a brand new Toyota Highlander from Auto Nation. 13 days later we found it was leaking coolant. Called purchasing location and they couldn't get me service for 5 days! I'm angry. No car for 5 days? Another dealership got me in same day.

Auto Nation never even called me back. They got my $ and thats where the service ended. ⁰Terrible customer service. I will NEVER deal with Auto Nation!!!

My experience has been horrible from beginning to end. The sales rep offered about 3 to 4 rebates but was only able to give one at the time of paperwork completion. The financial manager was rude and unprofessional. As I requested my tags be transferred over, I had to call the dealership numerous times to get updates.

I was handled obnoxiously; being yelled at, over-talked and hung up on by the financial manager, Jake. I then had to go into the DMV on my own, register my car. Now, I am waiting to be reimbursed. I was told that I would be reimbursed one way, and now the blame is being placed on corporate for processing.

Im still waiting for a callback from sat 2/18 from corp office . We called and spoke to an answering service , they took all out information and now after dealing with these 2 managers Chris Eads and Michael , I can see how this company runs there business!!

Long story short , We test drove a jeep on 2/14 could not make a deal with Michael . we left and continued to look for a used jeep . I sent a email to Chris Eads about the low offer on my 2018 Grand Caravan GT , and he was off that day and told me how they put value on vehicles etc .

So i thanked him for his time . ( I have all emails also ) My husband called our salesman to see what could be done and Michael agreed to give us 15,000 but no more , so i liked the van and decided to take a loss on my van .

In October, 2016, I bought a new 2016 Ford Fiesta and a new 2016 Ford Focus. My husband purchased the extended warranty. Before the Focus even had 3,000 miles on it and while I was driving it, the car suddenly lost power and wouldn't go over 20 mph which wasn't great on a roadway where the speed limit was 45 mph.

We took it in and the computer needed flashed. After it was flashed, we started getting error messages that the transmission was overheating and to pull over and stop for at least 5 minutes. These error messages kept comng frequently and a technician at the dealership asked us if we knew how to drive a car with an automatic transmission as there was nothing wrong with the transmission that they could find.

NEVER BUY A CAR FROM THESE PEOPLE!!! dealt with a sales rep(Marcia Guevara) who lied about our car having a scratch repaired and repainted. She even sent us a video of the repaired car. She had us do all the paperwork to get it shipped to Fort Worth.

I purchased a used 2017 GMC 1500 on 5/12/22 from AutoNation Ford Union City, in Union City, GA. I have had nothing but problems. I purchased the Vehicle Protection Plan from AutoNation Ford: 24 months/24K miles. Received OnStar Notification Diagnostic Reports for starter motor (Service Code SAC004), and issue with the Engine and Transmission System.

I brought my vehicle to north Columbus Georgia CDJR three separate times in four weeks and they got everything wrong. (Invoice #578977 and #579546) First, they took a week to clear the check engine light and decide that the recall notice I’d received was simply a software error triggering the indicator with no further issues.

I turned the car on in their lot upon vehicle pick up only for the check engine light to still be lit. They manually cleared it and said it was fine. It came back on the next day. I brought it in again.

They kept the car for an hour and determined that there actually was a problem, ordered the part, and told me to return in a week to drop the car off so the part could be replaced. I did so.

On October 31, 2022 my 2015 Ford Fiesta's cooling fan failed rendering the car inoperable without overheating. On the suggestion of AAA, I had the car towed to Autonation Ford of Margate, FL. I did this because Autonation's affiliation with them offers a 10% discount on services rendered. 43.

On November 2, the car was ready so I retrieved it and paid the bill. 00 per hour for labor. 00 plus a blown fuse. The rest was labor. I asked about getting the 10% discount and all I received was crickets.

The second day after driving my car off the lot if you’re going to not want to start took it back to the dealership they kept it for two days. Luckily I got a rental car those two days but out-of-pocket, so not only did I just pay for a $23,000 car now I’m paying for a rental after that my car has been in the shop seven different times and it’s barely been a year.

Truck was towed to AutoNation airport in Orlando after breaking down. Was called the next day with estimate . 57 he did not use the word hundred or thousand. 57. We also asked for oil change . 57 . We almost passed out and had heart attack .

Our shock was unexplainable and the service manager seemed worried. We got no written estimate . 57 . What’s more bothersome is they must have our e-mail because we keep getting surveys . Why would a bill of that magnitude not be put in writing and emailed ?

It’s Florida law that estimates be put in writing so there is no confusion . 00 in our bank account . If we had known it was going to be over 16,000 we never would have approved the work.

Do not buy from this dealership. I purchased a 2020 supra from this dealership that had damage before it was purchased. The damage occurred after they took the photos and before we picked it up. We took photos and got it in writing that the dealership would fix the damage.

Here we are 1 month later with a damaged vehicle still and terrible service / communication from the dealership. They also advertised the vehicle as having apple carplay when it did not have it. Very predatory dealership avoid at all costs buy somewhere else.

I have started the process of a consumer affairs complaint against Autonation Honda Clearwater. Very predatory dealership do not buy here.

5 Prestige and was ready to pay cash when salesperson told me they had a financing incentive of $1,000. Went through all the trouble of filling out info, getting the financing and got approved but after all that work was denied the $1,000 rebate.

The dealership GM told me the rebate only applied to entry level Genesis models. The finance manager said no financing rebate because Genesis only allows one rebate per customer. I've owned other Genesis cars and qualified for a rebate for being a loyal customer.

Neither the salesperson nor the finance manager explained that to me. So who's telling me the truth? Turns out AutoNation receives a substantial kickback from the bank - BEWARE! In addition, they collected over $4,000 in sales tax but never registered the vehicle leaving me with a brand…

West Houston Land Rover/Jag couldn't fix my problem, had to take it to the Sonic Sugarland Jaguar dealership.

My apple care play was repeatedly not working. West Houston Jag kept fixing the wrong things and then ultimately said I had to wait for a system update. Turns out the TCU module was what needed fixing. Strangely enough, the repair was identified within a day of taking my Car into the Sonic dealership.

Making matters worse, the service director and West Houston Jag just left me high and dry and stopped responding to me. I asked him to escalate the complaint and he refused, then he stopped responding to me all together. So, poor work and poor service.

Purchased my car in 2021 after leasing it in 2017. I was sold an extended warranty as if it would take care of all issues I may have with the car and it may but getting someone to actually do that work is a whole other story.

I purchased a 2016 Ford Explorer on July 30th. Within 24 hours of having the vehicle (after an apparent 100+ point inspection) it was shaking, due to cupped tires as I was told by Joe the sales person. No one will tell me if the suspension was also checked when new tires had to be placed on the vehicle and were the shock absorbers, struts, shocks and bushings checked. Prior to purchase, the visor, center second row console, and cabin air filter (due to a smell in the car when opening the doors) were being ordered to be replaced. I purchased a 2022 Chevy 2500. Iam a disabled veteran and had a lift in the back of my truck I traded in. I asked if they could take the lift out of the truck I traded in and was told yes they could.

I told them that was the only way I could trade my old truck in because I had to have my left for my electric scooter so I could get around. I told them they just had to take it out and set it the back of the new truck so I could get the VA to install it.

I purchased my vehicle one year ago just a few weeks later Auto Nation bought out the dealership. When I bought the vehicle I got free oil changes and service. I was told on my first oil change its only after 8000 miles the second 10000 miles I drive alot.

Now I can not even make an appointment to get service. I was told you have to come in and it's first come first serve and I have to leave vehicle all day but no guarantees. This is the dealership on Abercorn Street in Savannah. Horrible service.

For 5 days I have requested the original copy of the odometer reading at the time of purchase. I was told several times we will send you a copy. California only excepts the original. Apparently this task is impossible for autonation in San Antonio to accomplish.

I also need the title, (I paid cash), and have not been told what the status is on this issue either. I need both of these items to register my truck in California where I live. I have spoken to several people including Ovi the manager but have not been notified of the status of my situation.

Once the sale is made everything is the buyers problem apparently. Please help.

Autonation Hyundai in Corpus Christi service department, has to have the worse customer service, no customer should have to experience. the rudeness, the horrible communication, and lack of accountability that I have received in the last 7 months for the vehicle I have been paying for that has been put on the back burner due to the constant update I request.

Poor customer service. Lack of Communication. My car had an appointment set up for The 6th of June. Has been there for a recall on the paint. My car has been peeling. So I took it in on March 31st.

No one care to call me to let me know that a service on my car had been made. I had to call multiple times to find out about the appointment. Now I’m having trouble with my car getting done!

1 month with out a vehicle. One excuse after another. I asked for a rental, I have to have a vehicle to get to work. So disappointed with the service.

I purchased a 2015 Audi Q7 on February 5, 2022. The vehicle was returned to the Autonation Honda Dealership on February 7, 2022, for a major oil leak. There is no way a leak of this magnitude would not have been detected through the 120-point check AutoNation/Audi claim to perform on Pre-Owned Vehicles.

This vehicle has been in the shop more than it has been in my possession. Each time I'm without a vehicle for weeks at a time. Multiple visits to the dealership have proven the last 125-point check performed on my vehicle was March 24, 2020 (40,000 miles and 2 years prior to my purchase.

AutoNation Honda delivered a preowned vehicle to me that had not been properly inspected and has caused an undue amount of stress and loss of use of the vehicle. I am seeking reimbursement through Audi…
