AutoNation Body Shops have had the rear window out of my truck at least 3 times, and it still leaks water into the interior of the vehicle. Each time I took it back to be re-done, they had my truck for about 6 weeks. 3 months the 1st time with a complete paint job?

**URGENT** Release of Liability form - We are in need of your assistance

My wife and I traded in our 2019 MDX on 4/8/22 for a 2022 MDX at AutoNation Acura South Bay (Torrance CA).

Several weeks ago we received a Notice of Delinquent Renewal from the California DMV indicating we were late on the registration fees for the 2019 MDX that we used as the trade in. I called the DMV and they stated that I was still responsible for the car until the Release of Liability form was submitted (We have a copy that we signed at the dealership, however apparently your dealership has not submitted the form).

I've called the dealer several times to get this issue resolved but they have not returned any of my calls. Can you kindly provide some assistance as we do not wish to have any penalties levied on…

I purchased a extended warranty, drom Ford AutoNation in Jacksonville, Fl Due to there clerical error they show my warranty being expired when I have paperwork showing it is not. I was working with John Kanicki, who was trying to get it corrected.

Well he stopped responding to me after promising to get the corrected contact to me. Lincoln protect reached out to him as well with no response. I guess I will be taking them to small claims court for the work I had to pay for out of pocket that is covered under warranty.

I purchased my vehicle from (Autonation Used Car Super Center) on or about (July 7, 2021). Approximately (August 20, 2021) I began having trouble with (Transmission). I took my vehicle back to the dealer for repairs on (August 20, 2021 and kept it until September 24, 2021.

Had to go back on September 27, 2021 and also September 28, 2021) but, to date, the dealer has been unable to correct the problem. Attached are copies of the repair orders which document the dealership's attempt to repair my vehicle.

This letter is to inform you that I want to continue doing business with the AutoNation chain of dealerships. However, it’s highly unlikely that I will visit your Katy Freeway location again. My first visit on May 16th, 2022, as a new customer was a huge disappointment for me.

I arrived at your Ford dealership in Katy Texas at 7:00AM sharp with front end suspension concerns on my 2012 F-150 pickup. I waited over 4 hours in the customer lounge without any timely updates on the status of my vehicle. Unfortunately, after the unethical treatment me and my mother experienced with Mr Chapa on several previous occasions, today a discourtious and disrespectful young sales person by the name of Christopher Dittman caused me and my mother to have another unpleasant experience at Autonation Toyota. Mr Dittman was condescending, impatient, rude, arrogant, and inconsiderate to our situation.

His distasteful tone was insulting to the point that I, the customer had to ask him if he was okay. Mr Dittman's response was "I have a migraine" and continued acting in an unacceptable behavior. Mr Dittman was never apologetic in no way shape or form and still remained unprofessional.

He spoke to me and my mother as we were beneath him and from a professional stand point I do not know how he is employed…

Selling broken cars that won’t make it 1,000 miles off the lot. Then being absolute smarta**s about any complaints when calling for any help. Paid 8,600 cash. Car is now totaled due to gasket failure. Need an entire new engine.

Recent car purchase and was told that all inspection on the car was completed however that was not the case as less than 3 weeks the car is in need of oil change and has not been driven 500 miles yet. The manager and sales person at the dealership was unkind and did not service any requests when the car was purchased.

They said the techs and mechanics at the dealership did not know how to reset the oil change. They did not return calls and when you call the dealership no one answers the phone.

I purchased a oil change contract for my autonation BMW and was told I could go to any Autonation dealership. Then when I tried to make an appointment no dealership would service it. I have called already with this complaint and was told someone would call back within 48 hours and no one called.

Then I called Miami Mercedes and they told me they would fix the issue and no one called back.

2 months ago I purchased an Audi A3 etron from Ford Autonation of Bellevue Washington. The next day I noticed they never gave me the charger to charge the car. I had to call them and they said they will order it for me, once I got it I noticed the 110V connection for home charging is missing. I called and explained I can not charge my car at home. Through this process they always say we call you tomorrow and they never do.

Made an appointment which was a week out and every day god a reminder from the service department about the appointment. Brought my Jeep in the evening before and filled out all the paperwork. The next day I called in to see when my vehicle would be done and was told they hadn't even started working on it.

The next day they guaranteed it would be done but got there at closing and nope wasn't ready but amazingly the next morning it was done. Tried calling the service manager but no response. My bill was 675 but when I checked on-line and with other repair shops, the charge should have been 280-450.

I visit the dealership and decided on a 2020 Kick Nissan SR , I informed the dealer the evening of Friday the 13 May that I would arrange insurance and payment for the car the next day since it was to late to contact my credit union and that I would return on Saturday morning to sign the paperwork.

Worst car buying experience ever. The second day I had my car the shifter wouldn’t register my car in park. I took it in to be fixed and to also have my “we owe” fulfilled. This included fixing the big deep scratches and getting my busted windshield (sold to me like this) replaced as well.

I had to be dropped off at work so here I am without a car.

Finally I got a rental approved that was just as bad. The rentals check engine light was on and it has major electrical problems and front end damage. A couple weeks go by and I got to pick up my car.

The shifter was fixed but the windshield was still busted. To make matters worse, my suv had more scratches coming out of that place than it did coming in! And some genius decided it would be a good idea to buff the crud out of the black trim.…

I purchased a 2022 Tahoe in January for cash about 75K. They got a home run when I purchased this vehicle. Since January I have tried many times to receive my title. No such luck try to call this dealership it’s impossible they never pick up a phone unless you hit 3 for there sales dept then they transfer you to another extension and they don’t pick up.

I am in the process of buying another Tahoe for a family member and will NEVER do business with this store again. Their service really really sucks. I can’t believe you can’t find someone to run this store better than the way it is being run.

Absolute worst service I have ever received in 25 years. They just claim everything isn't covered by warranty in order to get customer pay claims. They tore a hole in my brand new truck and refused to replace it. Funny thing is I was told by a GM enthusiast to stay away from autonation and man was he right.

I regret ever letting them touch my brand new truck. I'm about to ditch gm altogether because of my experience. The manager even agreed I shouldn't of ever brought my vehicle to them due to their incompetence.

I leased a new 2021 SQ8 from Audi of Spokane. It is now time for the 10,000 mile - FIRST SERVICE. I called for the service department to schedule. Got a recorder saying to leave a message and they would return my call. NO RESPONSE. CALLED A LEFT A MESSAGE EVERY DAY FOR 1O Days. Out of frustration, I called the parts department and got a live person. He said that he would have someone call to set up an appointment. NO RESPONSE. This is my second disappointing experience with your organization, and the second time I was forgotten about and second complaint I have filed. I purchased this 2015 F250 less than a month ago. I’ve had two check engine lights, not to mention having to replace all TPMS sensors. Purchased a 2019 ram rebel from AutoNation North Denver. Sales Men told me the lift on the truck was factory installed, after I purchased vehicle I found out it was not. I pretty much have a vehicle that you cannot drive on the highway because the steering is so terrible.

purchased preowned 2018 ram from Autonation Honda, Miami Lakes. At time of Purchase 4 months now , Had Jaseline, the service writer look at radio malfunctioning, she also took a vid clip. Radio cycles wildly and beeps non stop, AC wont stay on and vehicle is not driveable.

No calls from service, basic run around contacting service/parts to see what status is of replacement radio computer.

Finally got in touch with Silvia now, Jaseline no longer works there I am told. And said she is waiting for parts mgr to determine status. Now on hold for probably the third hour in total.

Bought a Mercedes-Benz GLC 300 from the Littleton location. A week after I had it the brakes started to squeal incredibly loudly. I called Autonation Littleton 6 times (service, sales, and GM as well as email) and got no reply.

Service wouldn’t help me because it was too new.

Finally, my sales guy Jake called me back to bring it in (two weeks after my first call). I had to arrange transportation as there wasn’t a loaner car (I do not live close). Got word back the brakes were fine, but they cleaned and resurfaced them.

They said they were ceramic so this will happen in the cold. The problem was not fixed. Jake said there was nothing more he could do and to contact a manager. No call back. Very poor customer service! The Mercedes is very embarrassing to drive if the temperature is below…

Ciara or Ceara was completely and utterly unprofessional. She was texting the entire time barely paid attention and was bragging about texting someone's husband or boyfriend while she was on the clock. I'm not sure why she felt comfortable telling me these things, but it was completely inappropriate.

I made an appointment a month ago to get a recall performed on my diesel F350. My appointment was for 7:00 today. They even sent me reminders to be there at 7. Upon checking in I was told it would take two or three days to get my truck back.

I utilize this truck for work and was told when I made the appointment I could have it back by 3:30. It just needs to have a new DEF heater part installed. This is unacceptable. I was told it was because they only have two diesel mechanics. I don't really care.

Make me an appointment when one is available. The truck runs fine.

I took my 2008 Chrysler Aspen Limited E to the AutoNation center in Pembroke Pines. I have a lifetime warranty on my vehicle and was charged for parts and Labor. Their is a $100 charge, but I have been charged more. The last repairs resulted in the installation of wrong parts installed on my vehicle resulting in further damages to the vehicle. I had the VEHICLE towed back to AutoNation and now know one will call me back.

I completed a service request on line. I was given the date of Monday March 14th 7:00am DROP OFF- EARLY BIRD. I requested a 90,000 mile service check. I received the confirmation and it reminded me of my upcoming appointment.

The appointment details had my name, telephone number and the REQUESTED SERVICES: 90,000 Miles. I received a call at work around 9:15 Monday morning. I was informed by Tony that my light blub was changed . I have had numerous incidents with this Autonation and because of this I placed a note inside my vehicle asking to have my right headlight changed.

Absolutely Criminal and Shady business. I have been a Jeep owner for over 25 years and this auto nation has completely broken my commitment to Jeep.

My Jeep had an issue with the front suspension. Had to tow it to this place even knowing the bad reviews. I was told that they were busy but that they would get to my vehicle in the next 3-5 days. I dropped my vehicle off on the 3rd of February and did not get it fixed until 2 March!!! Then I was charged $2,850 for the repairs.

OK experience was not my favorite, but I was happy to have my vehicle back. The next morning I wake up only to find my Jeep resting on its tires! The suspension air leak was never fixed over these 4 months?!?!?

Bought 2021 Hyundai Kona December 2020 from Autonation (then Peacock Hyundai) Columbia, SC. I go the extended warranty for the suv to 100k. I was told a month later I had the defective engine and nothing could be done at the time.

When I went to take my Kona in to the dealership(Savannah) for first visit, I was told my warranty was not active and told to contract Columbia Sc to get it squared out. Finance Manger Dippy said he would take care of it and would get back to me at end of day. That never happened.

Bought a new defender in August at bethesda MD land rover. Traded my Mercedes. It's almost March.. Tags expired twice, pulled over 3 times. My old car is still registered to me. I've called, filled out paperwork 4 times, fedexd twice, mailed once, emailed twice.

Wow! Went to Lexus of Tampa traded in my mint 2008 Lexus ES350 70,500 miles for a 2014 Lexus ES350 Salesman was perfect but as we were about to leave with our new Lexus there was only one key! That was it it I’m on my own.

I bought a CPO 2018 BMW M3 from Roseville BMW 8/5/21. It was the M3 in the best condition I can find with the lowest amount of miles. I never want to buy pre-owned cars and if I do, it has to be from the actual dealership and Certified Pre-Owned.

About a month ago, the car would make a loud grinding\buzzing sound at startup. Once the issue was doing it consistently, I took it to my local BMW for service. I dropped off the car Monday morning 1/24/22 at 10:30, was told they would keep the car overnight which is fine.

When I didn't hear back by Wednesday, I called to check. There was no status in the system so they transferred me to my service advisor where I left a msg. I didn't hear back at all so I tried again today 1/28/22 and advised I've left msgs without any response.

We went to AN Nissan on west Sahara in Las Vegas. Spent 3+ hours looking, driving, and getting a quote for a trade in. We found a car we liked. The price and payment were agreed on. This was my husbands 1st auto purchase with a dealership and a loan.

They had me run home and get back statements. They tried to sell him the extended warranty. He refuses and ask to wait for me. I was against it from the start and will never purchase an extended warranty. I get into financing and he goes thru his pitch. I told him no. Not interested.

NEVER had a worse buying experience not only did the sales woman burp in our face (she said excuse me) but everyone working there was just down right rude. It’s like the management trained the employees to hate not only themselves but all the customers.

Bought a car on the 5th of this month, it’s currently the 24th… autonation took the money for the new vehicle but still have not paid the pay off for the trade in and the old lender is waiting for a late payment. AutoNation hardly picks up their phone, so it’s extremely difficult to speak to someone on this matter.

I will be going to court if this issue is not resolved and my credit is harmed. I have spoke to them 3 different times already pleading for them just to do what they signed a contract for, which was to pay off the trade in…

I bought a cross track and when I went in to talk with the tech specialist he got my number in the process of talking about the text settings of my car and then proceeded to text me for days and tell me his entire sexual history and that he’s into BDSM sex and he’s into dominating women and then he is Cakl the lesbian couples etc.

and then when I try to contact the business about the fact that this guy was sexually harassing me there is no one I could get through to and no one that would hear my complaints so basically I’m just being sexually harassed by the AutoNation worker and they will not do anything about it
