I went to get new battery installed hoping that they would install genuine Toyota car battery but instead they installed after market battery and told me it would have 40 month warranty and i can have it replaced for free at any Toyota dealership. When the battery died before 40 month, I took it to a Toyota dealership in Bradenton FL.

When I arrived at Bradenton Toyota dealership I was told it won't be covered under warranty since Autonation Toyota installed an aftermarket battery. Now the service manager named Collin at AutoNation toyota in Pinellas Park is refusing to give me credit for the warranty.

The only reason I go to dealership to get my car fixed is that I am assured they will use genuine Toyota parts. I could have had bettey replacement done at any other store if I wanted an…

I purchased a 2020 Dodge pickup from Autonation Ford in Mobile, AL.

At the time I paid $1,018 for Autonation Dent Protection and the Appearance Protection Product. I received no indication from the dealer or any materials of any kind to show that any products had been applied to my vehicle. The paperwork for the packages clearly provide that I can request a refund within 30 days. I requested a refund of $1,018 from the dealership well within the 30 day time frame. I have emailed 5 times requesting a that they send me the refund. The dealership either ignores my request or says a manager needs to deal with it. So far, they have done nothing to honor their legal requirement to refund me the $1,018. As I told them in the last email, I will actively pursue getting the money they owe me until…

I bought a 2016 Toyota Tundra from the dealer in Houston. I live in San Antonio. I told the salesman I would buy the truck if they put on 2 new tires. He said ok plus replace the cracked windshield.

He said I could take the truck gone to Sa n they would ship the parts to SA Autonation in a couple of days. That was in Nov 9 n I have neither. Tried contact Houston to no avail, went to SA n they said they ordered the tires n they were here.

They asked about the windshield saying Houston said it was installed already. Which is not true n now have to order one. Now why did Houston blatantly lie about the whole thing. They never initialized my warranty, they conned me into buying wheel protection, they added another $600 for tiny which was already tinted.

Called to get wheel locks removed. Guy told me to come anytime,no appointment needed. I get there at 12:00 and they say all mechanics are gone till 1:30. So this branch in golden Colorado shuts down it's service department for almost 2 hrs everyday.

Ever heard of staggering lunches? I went to your Littleton branch and they took car in immediately at 12:30. Great service at one and the one in golden basically told me to pound sand. Bought 2 cars from AutoNation,that will NOT happen again

I found a car we were interested in, but I was 6 hours away. After getting additional pictures I told them I was interested in purchasing and explained that I could drive there on Friday (4 days away). I asked how I could hold the car and was told to reserve it online, which I did. Additionally I told them I would get a cashiers check and send them a photo the next day. I went and got a cashiers check and messaged them the photo to be told they were negotiating a deal with somebody else.

They will flat out mislead you and will NOT act in good faith. So don’t waste your time with this AutoNation or likely any other unless you are there and can purchase right away.

I will avoid them in the future and watch them fail due to lack of ethics.

, promise to refund me payment for service that should have been included in the oil change. For nearly a month now he has said the check would be sent, yet there has been nothing. I was charged $125 to have coolant added to my car, a service that should hav been completed when I specifically brought the car for that purpose and an oil change the week before.

When I advised the service guy of the issue, he argued with me and basically implied I was laying. He then added further stated that I would have to provide the coolant fluid as they didn’t have it there!! In my frustration I walked across the street and brought fluid, at which time he told it was was the wrong brand. 00. This was OUTRAGEOUS! And RACIST!

I purchased a truck. 5 of the 5 months I kept it, it was in the shop. The extended warranty I purchased was invalid due to in ability to pin point the exact part that was causing the battery draw.

I've since traded it in and was advised by the sales man and finance guy my extended warranty cancelation doc were submitted. Told to give it 6-8 weeks to see the refund. Today I called for a status update and they said there are no cancelation documents.

The general manager Jermiah, won't call me back since I've started this process. I've written a Google review as well. The response on there was someone would be in touch.

On September 15, 2021. I had an issue with my car's air-condition. I took my car to Hollywood AutoNation Honda and where I filled out a form for a shuttle service as I only have one vehicle and just wanted to drop off the vehicle.

I asked the service representative how long would this process take as it was 11:30 am at the time and I expressed I would need my vehicle back at the end of the day. I was told since it's early that should be possible, but to be sure contacted the service advisor scheduled to work on the car (Carlos Castro) to confirm, as expected he said he would have to assess the vehicle but will reach out me via phone once assessed.

My husband and I drove almost 3 hours this morning, to Henderson NV, to purchase a $50k Mercedes Benz E450. We were told it was in excellent condition. When we saw it, we couldn't believe the condition it WAS in.

Filthy inside and out and large scratches on the front, dent in the door, and the used car manager offered $100 back saying we should be able to get the dent repaired for that. He said the car was in that condition so they could give good prices!!!???

They could have, at least detailed the car! Never, ever buy from Auto Nation! Needless to say, we walked away.......

I bought a car from Autonation Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram from North Richland Hills . After I got home and unlock the car the next day the alarm keeps going on until I turned on the car . And the cover in the truck is broken which the salesman didn’t mention.

That part doesn’t broken when I check the car so they made it looks like it was working fine. And I’ve been trying to contact the dealership and they have been transferring me to different people but no one can give me an answer and take responsibility.

Hi, I wasn’t happy with AutoNation of Ft Myers, FL. Today was my first time for a service appointment and it was HORRIBLE. There was no communication, I was told to go in and wait and someone would be with me in 5 minutes.

After about an hour I went to find someone to see if they could give me info. I explained again this was my first time having a service and wasn’t sure what it involved nor the wait time. The person I spoke with sent me to a little cubicle for my customer care specialist Nick.

I purchased a 2012 Dodge Journey originally priced at $7400, i do believe, may be off a few dollars. They took off $500 and the car was priced at $6,900. I want to make this story short and precise. He inquired about a warranty, the finance guy said ok we can warranty the transmission/motor or engine.

I said i need electrical componenmts included. So he supposedly included the electrical system. When everything was said and done, contract. I didnt look at contract until i got home. The $6,900 car i bought was $15,407. Found out later one of the scams was the warranty, $4000 and that would last for 1yr and 6 months.

On July 5, 2019, my wife (Arlene Alexis Catala) and I purchased a new Toyota Avalon from Autonation Hayward. The car is beautiful and running perfectly. At this same time, we purchased the offered Toyota extended care (Toyota Care Plus) to cover years 3 through five at the dealership at a cost of $1735.

I found out earlier this year that this product is not in place for my vehicle. Toyota Financial services told me that the number on my form was used for another person/vehicle. I have repeated called Toyota Hayward to get this resolved.

I bought a Ford Edge st line at automation Ford in arlington Texas and my ac went out after 2 months of buying my vehicle. I have gone there 3 times to see about getting a loaner or to see if they can rent a vehicle for me to get my vehicle fixed they tell me today there is nothing that they can do.

I get with the sales man Mike McCormick and he looks to see if there is any vehicle to swap the vehicle out with then tells me there isn’t. I looked up an Audi A8 via Autonation. Currently, for the Audi A8, they show an Audi Discount of 9000. Audi Also shows a Costco Discount of $2500 + 15% off any Dealer add ons for this dealership in addition to .49% financing for 60 months.

The price on your Autonation website for this vehicle is 101,269.for WAU8DAF81MN020046 discounted from 105,680. I applied the rebates - costco and Audi for a reduction of 11,500 (9000 from Audi, Costco advertised discount in addition to any other offers of $2500, ) and the window tint would be reduced by $75. After many days of searching for the Mercedes we wanted we found it at Waco AutoNation. Everything was to our liking except for a couple broken child seat covers in the back seat. We had to fight extremely hard to get them to agree to fix it free.

I thought it was a little bit ridiculous since we were purchasing an $80k car the least they could do was fix a $20 part. We took the car and waited for the parts and our plates to come in.

Went to autonation for a trade in vehicle back in April 2021, around June 2021 the AC stopped working and wasn’t blowing out cold. I have yet to still get it fixed after they have told me they can fix it and I was also told it would be covered by warranty.

Every time I call I can not speak to anyone about getting the vehicle serviced, I keep getting the run around and they keep telling me I’m on the waiting list. It is now august 2021 and I live in Phoenix Arizona (HOT), with no A/C in my car and still haven’t even received a call back or estimated date to get the air conditioner fixed.

At 10:00 am on 09/2/2021, I arrive to test-drive and purchased a 2001 Lexus IS 250 at the Auto Nation store, 5445 S. , through Mr. Bachir Sissoko. Bachir reported that the vehicle had been put through the "Auto Nation" inspection process and was ready for delivery "today" (09/02/2021).

We have a complaint that has not been resolved yet. We bought a 2016 Cadillac SRX from AutoNation Chevrolet North on 4-3- 21 and the vehicle has had a traction problem since the day we drove it home after purchase. 4 scheduled service appts. and the problem continues.

I purchased an Acura RDX on Saturday August 21, 2021. 1125 Gulf Fwy S, League City, TX 77573

I wanted a white one with darker interior, but they only had white with birch or silver with ebony. I took the silver with ebony because I thought those were my only options. I looked on the website yesterday and now see that they have a white with espresso interior. If I had known that what I truly wanted would be coming in 2 days later, I would have waited.

Is there any way possible that I can exchange the silver one for the white with espresso interior. My car was purchased new with 80 miles on it. I currently have about 120 miles and will have about 30 more miles if I am allowed to bring it back to the dealership.

When AutoNation took over the Waco dealership, prices on service went through the roof, employees quit and/or were fired, nit picking on loaners, etc. Mercedes were a little more to maintain and we new that when we bought our first one, but after AutoNation took over it turned into unarmed robbery! Quite possibly the WORST car buying experience I have EVER dealt with.

Avoid this place if you don't like run arounds, lies, and rude people.

My fiancé was up there from 9 AM to 4 PM and I was up there from 12-4 (when all they said I had to do was sign paperwork and then Ill be out of there)

Sara the manager in Columbus Ga, This lady was rude from the beginning. Her attitude and the way she talks to people on the phone is ridiculous. For starters, after having my vehicle for 3weeks I was notified to return the vehicle because the bank could not verify my second job.

I had to cancel my lease deal and returned the car to buena park dealership in California. (2021 GLC). It happened because the dealership andthe sales man (Rober Cole) couldn't commit to do what promised me. so I went back to the dealership trying to find a solution but they couldn't do anything.

1 GTS has had an engine warning light on since December of 2020. When it first appeared I made an appointment with the Porsche Irvine service department and after a few days my car was returned. A few more days pass and the warning light comes on again, I make another appointment and drop it off a few days later.

They undervalue your trade-in for your car and say stuff like regional pricing, but when it comes to selling their car they give you the whole KBB deal and market value if you're gonna be using KBB at all use it for both selling and trading so you are not looting cus by undervaluing their car and selling the overpriced vehicle.

Bought my car 12/2019 after receiving toll tickets in mail realized I had 2 different plates. The dealership put my plates on so I didn't know. Took car back in June they said they would reorder plates went back Aug no plates had been ordered so the manager told me it would be another 4-6weeks.

I was told the car I purchased had been given an A1 inspection. It drove good and the guy selling it to me had one speaker playing loud, so I automatically assume Autonation would not sell a car for that price with 3 busted speakers.

I was wrong and should have checked. But my main issue was after a few days, my air went out. And was too late to return the car. But I had the gold warranty plan. AutoNation Honda, Chandler, Az. did not complete my application for a refund of an extended warranty ( on a vehicle that I traded in). I waited 14 weeks for my refund after filling out all the paperwork in person at the dealership.

When I called I was told that the refund wasn’t processed because the proof that the loan was paid off was not uploaded. I had provided that proof and it clearly says on the refund paper that the loan is paid in full.

I told AutoNation Honda that I would resubmit the paperwork but I was not waiting 8 to 12 weeks for a refund. I was told that they had nothing to do with it, refunds come from corporate. The service manager Justin is rode and says he doesn’t have time to talk to customer, especially about used cars. We have bought 9 vehicles from them. Two brand new ones. This is a ridiculous amount of time to keep a car for repair.

This is not the first time we ha e had issues with the service department. If and when they ever return our car, we will take our service and purchase business elsewhere. For now I am trapped raking my cars to auto-nation for repair because of the warranty but I will Not being you my repeat purchase business was.

I was looking at a used truck, but when a salesman’s from the other store try to get it, it was told it had a blown engine! Two days after I see the car on the road I have proof of message of what the seller told me and video of truck on road after he told me it was blown. I thought it was first come first serve but I was lied to I could have had it but I feel like The seller was bias.

I have taken my car in to be repaired twice and the issue has not been resolved. I called and left messages on various occassions and have not received a response. I am transferred to a voice mail which I have left messages for Benji who I was told was the manager.

I paid over $700 to get the car fixed this is not acceptable.

I have been dealing with warranty issues on my 2020 Transit van since the purchase of the vehicle last year. The vehicle is leaking black goo out of the body panels on both sides. I originally was working with Mike Bradley the then Service Manager to have the problem resolved.

He told me he needed to file a warranty claim. This was in October of last year. I contacted Mike a few weeks later and he assured me things were in the works. I trusted him and after taking the vehicle across the street to the Autonation body shop and Karl confirmed there was a problem.

I was dealing with Auto Nation in Spokane and found a vehicle that I liked in the price range I was looking for. We did the financing and everything we could possibly do via phone and email. I start work at 8/9am and my Husband starts work at 1 pm about an hour away.

We both needed to be there to sign paperwork and I asked if it could be done that upcoming Saturday and I was told that it wasn’t a problem. A couple days before that I was called with an apology that another one of their locations sold the car and they shouldn’t have.
