I called Autonation USA in Corpus Christi trying to get information about the company and how it operates being that they do business with other dealerships and I person is sales that answered the call said rambled out a few steps of what to do and the continued with I can’t help you and rudely hung up the phone.

This complaint will be against the AutoNation at 330 N GIBSON ROAD, HENDERSON, NV 89014. This statement should in no way reflect poorly on the salesman Bob Iaconi who in my opinion went above and beyond in his efforts to secure a deal for me.

To make a long story short I came in with a 1999 C230 Mercedes to trade (which I was told I would be given a $500 credit for), $3000 cash, an additional $1000 on a credit card, a 672 credit rating and an expectation of having no more than a $150 monthly payment.

The vehicle that I was going for was a 2012 Rav4 with a price on it of $10,999. After a week of trying to figure out a way to do this deal it fell apart. No manager ever introduced themselves to me during the whole process and I was in there at least 4 different times.

I took my 2020 Toyota Tundra in for its second oil change and there was also a brake problem. My service advisor 8305 was Epifanio Rodriguez . I explained the brake problem and he first said it is because you are breaking too hard with the big tires (it has a 3 inch lift but is factory) .

So then he asks if I got it aligned. It is a brand new truck so no. Then after looking at it he says that someone tampered with my truck and took out the pin on the control arm. This scared me! So I paid it.

When I did, I asked if I should report it to the police and he said only if I saw the person who did it. Which I didn't because no one tampered with it. It was a factory defect. It is a brand new truck that had barely over 12,000 miles and I love and pamper my truck.

We're reaching out to you in reference to the 2018 Nissan Altima that we bought from Autonation Amarillo east. We purchased vehicle on 03/27/2021 vin. no. 1N4AL3AP9JC236774 under my wife's name, Elida Garcia. That week we took off on our trip and halfway down the road the ac quit working.

Well we got to San Antonio and found out there was no autonation service shop. So I called and was told that we had to go to Austin or Corpus Christi. We found a mechanic said there was a leak in ac system and he added freon and got us on the road.

When we got back we took it in and supposedly they replaced the ac compressor. We were not furnished with a loaner as we were promised by sales person when we bought the car. Well we have the same problem again and the ac is not working like it should.

I bought a used 2017 jeep that had allegedly undergone a 112 point inspection from your store in Columbus. The stated purpose was that my son Jerry Means needed a dependable vehicle for work. The purchase was consummated in March of 2021.

It is a piece of junk. I seriously doubt an inspection was undertaken as represented by Salesman Charlie Jackson, who has since disappeared from the face of the earth since the sale. I have written him and his sales manager, Dean Parks.

There is a laundry list of ailments. To include, but does not have the most serious concern as my son and his daughter were stranded on an Atlanta highway for five hours waiting on a tow as the vehicle had completely shut down.

I paid for a tire rotation in my care package and I marked my tire because the last time I took it in I didn't think that they rotated my tires but I had no proof. The tire that I marked is in the same position it was when I marked it and the air pressure in my tires are the same. I have 2 more prepaid services left, and after that, I will no longer go to them for service or to by a car!!!!!!!!

I was sold a service contract and I said I didn’t want it. I talked to Edison in finance and was told it could be cancelled as soon as the deal was funded. I explained to him that I am leaving to my home in Colorado and he said it could be done by email.

3 weeks later I’m in Colorado and he tells me I have to come in and sign and I told him that was impossible. He could simply email me the cancelation I could sign it and send it back.

I went to AutoNation Honda in Miami Lakes to address some concerns with my cars collision brake system, tire alignment and to do complete multipoint inspection and oil change. Once i expressed my concerns that my car's collision system seemed to be not working they told me that they did not see anything wrong with my car and recommended $800 worth of service which included the alignment and

I bought a 2019 toyota 86 Trd with 210 miles. Sold to me as new. By the time finance was finished, it was dark and late. I went over the vehicle with the sales associate and sales general manager Ben.

I mentioned about several areas all around the exterior of the vehicle where the paint was damaged.

Specifically the driver door, hood, and rear bumper. Ben assured me that when I returned to have the windows tinted, they would take care of the issues on the exterior. He specifically told me that they have a reputation to keep.

On Sun Feb 23 I chatted on line with a female who stated that someone will call me on Monday from the service dept in Margate. I also called the service dept this morning and left my information. Again no one called me. WHY NOT?

If I could give them 0 stars I would. Traded in my 2016 Malibu for a 2018 Honda Civic. I was lied to about the features of the car by the sales rep (Steve) was told it was great on gas and also had a sport mode.

Car isn’t good on gas and doesn’t have a sports mode. I was gonna return the car but was reassured by Steve that the car had the features I wanted. That same day I found out one of my brothers had passed away.

You would think a business that makes billions a year would have a little bit more compassion, empathy and integrity. All I got was the managers saying we’re a business so your shit out of luck basically after paying 19,000 for a car that lacked everything I expected In the vehicle even after expressing my concerns to the sales rep.

I made an appointment through the My Chevrolet app for this morning. I get to Doral Autonation and they said that I did not have an appointment and that it would take more than 3 hours. I called to make another appointment and had to wait on hold for them to hang up.

I called back and the earliest appointment they can give me is 2/17/2020. I asked for a manager and it went straight to voicemail. So maybe that’s normal and I mentione it because it happens every time I needed service.

The sad thing is that they sold me a service contract and now I’m stuck with that.

We drove last weekend in bad weather from New Orleans to The Woodlands Tx. to purchase a “Auto Nation Certified Car”. We arrived late Sat. the dealership was near closing and our saleman James had left and didn’t answer our text messages.

We had been staying in touch with James our salesman the entire ride by sending pictures of the traffic we encountered as well as the bad weather. So we waited at the dealership hoping for him to respond, but he didn’t.

It is unfortunate that you are advertising cars as being inspected. Your add says No Worries, We've Inspected It, thanks to a rigorous inspection process. Well to the crux of my complaint. I called on an advertised 08 black CL 63 AMG.

Before I scheduled to see the car, I called and asked questions trying to avoid a long drive to the dealership if the car wasn't up to par. I was insured that the car had been checked and inspected. It also states that the car had an oil change at the dealership in Maitland.

I bought a Mercedes CLS 450, from Ivan Silva at Mercedes Benz of Miami, last week of October 2019. Mr. Silva promised to get a second key for me and he played for couple weeks saying he ordered them, he was going to have them, etc. , Now he is not responding my messages, and when I finally reached him from a different phone number his answer was that I need to talk to Gabriela Reyes. Someone drove into the rear of vehicle and caused some very minor damage, but enough for me to make a claim on my insurance. Tried to contact Mercedes of Delray Beach for an appointment and left 4 Voice call messages. No one responded.

Auto Nation Audi VW of Spokane, during the visit we were told by the service Manager Ray Jones our windshield is leaking and caused some electrical issues. We were advised to file a claim through our auto insurance and have Auto Nation Collision Center repair the damaged parts and fix the leak.

Our insurance company accepted the claim and collision center took the vehicle to complete the work. On 12/19/2019 several weeks later we were told the vehicle was done and ready for pickup, when we arrived we asked if everything is working and if the leak was repaired?

The issue I experienced was at Autonation Ford Gulf Freeway. On Saturday November 22nd we had agreed to a vehicle with VIN 1FTEW1C49KKE32165. The vehicle was not at the dealership as it was at another dealer and they informed me that they would have it there today Monday 11/25.

I purchased a car late on 11/132019. Immediately after driving off the lot onto the highway I will experienced an issue with a vibrating steering - no problem “a simple fix” so I return tot he dealership but they are closed.

I call the next morning to schedule an appointment and show up for my appointment - I’m sitting here 3 hours and waiting for my brand new vehicle. No-one cares that I just purchased the vehicle with less than 50miles on it and it is already in the shop.

We purchased a 2009 BMW 328i last August 2019. It had 92,xxx miles when purchased. I was assured that I have a 90 day or 4,000 mile warranty if the car breaks down. Last October 30, 2019 the car started rough.

I know it was a misfire. I contacted the dealer and dropped it off the next day for repair. I informed them that it is still under the 90 day or 4,000 mile warranty. The Service Adviser called me that I have engine misfire due to multiple failed ignition coil.

My 2013 Ram 3500 had a transmission problem on Sept. 23rd 2019. I had it towed to Autonation North Phoenix on Sept 24th, 2019. They told me I needed a new valve body for the transmission. A week later I was told they found one locally but they wouldn't sell it to them. A few days later, I was told they found 3 on the East coast and one was being shipped. Then, I was told one would arrive by October 21st, if not before. Then I was told one would arrive on October 28th.

This complaint is in regards to the service department and their practices. I feel this company is trying to rip me off with my vehicle repair. On Sunday October 20th, my check engine light came on in my 2017 Nissan Murano.

I was able to make it to the dealership on Tuesday October 22nd. I wanted to get an oil change and to see why that check engine light came on. My truck was physically running perfectly without any issues at that point.

After sitting in the waiting area for almost 3 hours, I went to see the service advisor Selina to find out the status of my vehicle. She stated the oil change was completed but they needed a few more hours to find out what the codes meant after they completed their diagnostic.

Last Wednesday, October 16, 2019, my husband took his 2007 or 2012 Tahoe to your service dept located in Northwest Austin, TX. The trouble with the Tahoe is it won't take gas or takes forever to pump. He left the car with an expectation of a call later in the day or within 24 Hrs with an diagnosis and estimate.

I live in New Mexico and was shopping for a late model used Tundra. I found the truck I really wanted at Auto Nation Tempe. I dealt with Corwin. I had a few questions and had requested the car fax report and the 128 point inspection. I got the Car Fax it looked relatively clean, never got notes from the inspection. I recently leased a Jeep. A few weeks later I took it to the service department to check on a noise in the car as well as technical issues concerning audio in the car. I took the car on a Wednesday around 1pm and after a 1 hour wait, I was told they could not check the car that day and that I have to return some other time.

I have an issue , as I called and asked several employees there no one would give me the complaint number . Several people there including the GM Gary Snyder ! I called Gary and as our useless conversation was over I again asked for Gary’s position there ( GM) I asked him if he was ever going to ask me what the concern was ?!

Was such a waste and I was so frustrated I hung up . He sent me a “ butt covering “ call about he is there to help etc . The funny thing was again he did not ask about the issue?!

I tried calling ever Mgr of any dept there and no one would help me , no one has voice mail I was told ??! I had to call USAA just to get Dustin to call me in the beginning ?!

Steve would NOT give me the number for Chris Douglas ?! I guess if you don’t let anyone make a complaint ....…

Check engine light came on carwill not pass emissions cause of egr valve the salesman called me on a Friday said the car was not ready the part didn’t come the sale manager called me that Saturday morning saying the car was ready I work on cars all he did was to take loose the battery so the computer reset at 250 to 300 miles and the light goes out and no drive out tag I got 2 tickets cause no drive out dealership tag

received some disturbing new that the engine that is my car does NOT belong to my car, which in tells void my warranty on my car. Need to figure out HOW, WHY AND HOW CAN this be. When the car has only 9027 miles.

I was EXTREMELY hesitant to bring my car in for service as I'd had a bad experience before. I finally had to do it as I had a recall on my Honda. I dropped it off the day before, confirmed my correct telephone number and was assured they would call me when the car was ready.

I received no call and the wrong number is still associated with my account. This happened exactly the same way the last time and I see nothing has changed. Very unhappy with the lack of follow through. Won't be returning.

I had my 2002 ford explorer towed to Auto Nation ford on in Memphis on Aug. 08, 2019 because it would not start. The rep. i spoke with was a Mr Garvin, he stated that they wouldn't be able to get to my vehicle on this date but will give me a call the following week on wed. or Thursday.

Mr Garvin, contacted me and stated that i needed a engine, he gave me a price on a used engines and a new engine, he stated that the used engine had only a 6 month warranty, i told him that i would like to have a new engine put in, he stated that the engine had to be ordered from ford and he will contact me when it is ordered.

A few days later Mr Garvin, contacted me and stated that the engine was in and they will get stated on my vehicle and it shouldn't take no more than a day or two, a week went by and…

My wife and I purchased a car from Autonation Dealership at 8526 North Freeway Houston Texas. After a month after purchase, we had problems with AC. We were told at the time of purchase by a manager that if we had any problems from bumper to bumper, Autonation would take of the problem for 90 days or 4000 miles.

We brought the car in to have it fixed, but was told by a manager that the part that we needed was not covered under warranty. He then presented me with limited warranty papers showing what parts were covered. We only had put less than 450 miles on the car at the time.

They then agreed to make us a satisfied customer where they agreed to fix our problem. They had to order the part. A week later we called and was told the part was in. I took the car in for repair at 7am the next…
