My wife and I had a oil change appointment set up for the 27th of September 2019 at 11:00 AM PST. Our vehicle is a Dodge Charger and we are taking our vehicle to a Ford dealership for maintenance which is strange already. We've brought our vehicle in several times for service and after the oil changes there have been incidents were something was missed or we were recommended the wrong solution. I recently leased a Jeep. A few weeks later I took it to the service department to check on a noise in the car as well as technical issues concerning audio in the car. I took the car on a Wednesday around 1pm and after a 1 hour wait, I was told they could not check the car that day and that I have to return some other time.

I requested a loner so I can leave the car overnight at the dealer so I can go to work and pick it up next day but I was told they had no loner available. I was told to get there by 7am on Saturday if I wanted to get the car checked on the same day....

I have an issue , as I called and asked several employees there no one would give me the complaint number . Several people there including the GM Gary Snyder ! I called Gary and as our useless conversation was over I again asked for Gary’s position there ( GM) I asked him if he was ever going to ask me what the concern was ?!

Was such a waste and I was so frustrated I hung up . He sent me a “ butt covering “ call about he is there to help etc . The funny thing was again he did not ask about the issue?!

I was EXTREMELY hesitant to bring my car in for service as I'd had a bad experience before. I finally had to do it as I had a recall on my Honda. I dropped it off the day before, confirmed my correct telephone number and was assured they would call me when the car was ready.

I received no call and the wrong number is still associated with my account. This happened exactly the same way the last time and I see nothing has changed. Very unhappy with the lack of follow through. Won't be returning.

I had my 2002 ford explorer towed to Auto Nation ford on in Memphis on Aug. 08, 2019 because it would not start. The rep. i spoke with was a Mr Garvin, he stated that they wouldn't be able to get to my vehicle on this date but will give me a call the following week on wed. or Thursday.

My wife and I purchased a car from Autonation Dealership at 8526 North Freeway Houston Texas. After a month after purchase, we had problems with AC. We were told at the time of purchase by a manager that if we had any problems from bumper to bumper, Autonation would take of the problem for 90 days or 4000 miles.

We brought the car in to have it fixed, but was told by a manager that the part that we needed was not covered under warranty. He then presented me with limited warranty papers showing what parts were covered. We only had put less than 450 miles on the car at the time.

I purchased a 2017 Jeep Cherokee on June 6, 2019 and on June 8, 2019 I had to return the vehicle because it was jerking so bad. They kept the vehicle until June 12, 2019. When it was returned to me it was making a bad noise when I rode on a street that wasn’t smooth.

I reported this with no reaction from the company. So the beginning of July I begin to get notifications every time I started the vehicle that the shifter needed to be replaced. So when I reported that an appointment was made with the service department.

I was charged a 100 dollar deductible to replace the shifter even though I hadn’t even had the vehicle a month. But the good thing was they got to listen to and fix the problem with the noise I was hearing and it only took 3 weeks.

Everything started off great. I originally purchased a car from Autonation Henderson in Las Vegas Nevada. The car was a 2015 hyundai, during the test drive i was advised that the blind spot sensor was probably not on hence why it didn't work during the test drive.

My name is Dana Boykin. I purchased a vehicle (2013 BMW 335i) from AUTONATION FORD FRISCO on August 28, 2019. I had to pay $1000 down because they desperately needed the $1000. I did trade in my 2014 Ford Mustang to get this vehicle.

While driving yesterday, I began to experience and engine malfunction. The vehicle began to rattle and then shut off while I was driving. I made an appointment to have my car serviced and have a recall taken care of. I was told by the service manager on the phone that it would take 4 to 5 hours. When I got there I was told it would take all day.

I called about 6 hours later and was told it would be the next day around noon. So I asked to speak to the manager and he told me well we're really busy so it would be the next day.

So I asked if I could get a loaner car so I could go to work. He said they don't do loaner cars. So I told him that I was told if service was over 24 hours that I could get a loaner car.

I purchased a hyuandai accent 2 weeks ago and it was the worst customer service I have ever dealt with anywhere. I waited two weeks for the car to get new tires and a new bumper which would have been fine except for the fact their communication through the whole thing was terrible.

I am in the process of buying a 2008 Silverado from private seller with 76,000 miles. He's the chief of the Hallandale Fire Department and has had a city issued vehicle for 8 years, hence the low mileage on his personal vehicle.

I ran a Carfax today and Autonation Pembrook Pines pegged it a 106,000 on 8/17/16. That was the last recorded mileage in Carfax. I sent it to seller and he was shocked. He went to the dealership and a service tech name Jose looked up the service, and deduced a mistake had been made at the 8/17/16 service appointment and provided a service ticket stating as such (see attached). I recently has repairs done at AutoNation Collision Center North in Corpus Christi. The harness to my vehicle's warning system was not attached back correctly after the repairs. The harness located near my right rear bumper fell down on to my muffler and evidently burned the wiring. 83.

I can not understand why the mechanic did not place the harness back in correctly after the repairs. Now, I'm get stuck with the bill. 00. I have been waiting for a reply from the GM and another collision tech, but I have not hear back.

I had my Challenger towed to AUTONATION CHRYSLER DODGE JEEP RAM SOUTHWEST, your service advisor Derek Duerr, came out and was berrating me and the tow truck driver over where my car was. When he asked me if it ran I said no, I paid to have a perfectly good car towed to the dealer, if the POS ran I would not be here with it on a tow truck.

Just over three weeks ago I leased a Jaguar XE 25T from Land Rover Jaguar of White Plains, NY. We were told by the sales person and sales manager that we had certain features including parking assist for parallel parking.

When I purchased a car in 2017 the finance department offered a loaner any time I needed a repair or an oil change if I bought 10 oil changes and tire rotations with the car. For the first two years things were great.

The sales department gave me a loaner for one repair and three oil changes. Today, I went in for an oil change... The service department didn't have a loaner, I went over to the sales department and was told NOPE!

My partner recently purchased a 2017 VW Passat from the Autonation Ford located in Marietta, GA. He had some issues with his rotors in the first 2 weeks of having the car. Come to find out, car was not reinspected upon being transferred to that location based on the 135 point inspection as the guarantee states.

Brooksville sold me a Jeep Wrangler on a Saturday and the Rear went out on the next Tuesday. On the fourth day it broke. It took me calling the GM of Brooksville to even get them to pick up the Jeep (Wasn’t Drivable).

Finally, it’s Saturday and I called Autonation to check if the Jeep was fixed and the said they received the wrong part. I wasn’t offered any loan vehicle. To many headaches!

I had an accident in July of last year and had GAP insurance that was purchased when I bought the car. I had contacted Autonation Corpus Christi back then to file the claim and just found out today that the GAP insurance was never taken care of. I would either like for them to pay the balance owed of $813.12 or refund the money that I paid for the Gap insurance. We purchased a car from your Mesa Chevrolet location 2 years ago. It was in an accident and declared a total loss in October 2018. In trying to resolve the gap claim (a product we purchased from you) I have been in touch with the location to try to get documentation to permit the claim to be processed.

I first called three weeks ago and have been mistreated and given the run around ever since. Service is not just the sale. Casey Kingsley and a guy called Jim, who claimed to be the manager of that location, were very rude and dismissive and lied to avoid their inattention to my issue.

This is hugely disappointing and most unprofessional.

Salesperson did not electronically submit required paperwork on behalf of customer at time of purchase, consequently many of the technology features have not been functioning for 6 months; this was only discovered after several service calls, much hassle and time wasted. Sales manager refused to answer phone calls, did not want to take any responsibility, poor customer service.

The issue is still ongoing, supposedly being resolved by the "genius" staff at the dealership, who submitted everything and is waiting on processing. Extremely disappointed in this dealership. We get a new BMW every 3 years, first time with these guys; the last dealership we dealt with we sent them over 10 customers who purchased vehicles.

The Gentleman working in the Parts department (Joe) needs to understand that he can't talk to customers with disrespect. I previously called the Parts dept. twice at this location trying to price wheel locks for my new Buick LaCrosse, and each time I was asked for the VIN.

Tucson AutoNation They lied about using their system to fill out the docs when we already had financing in place at the local credit union. Once we came back from getting the docs at the credit union we had to wait almost 1hr 45 minutes in the lobby to see the finance man.

They let another buyer go in front of us! The sales rep was nice and helpful. But the overall service to close the deal left us really pissed!

Spent 4 hours at the dealer yesterday meeting sales person Riham who was working on the sale for us, she was off and drove in to make sale.

Below is the agreed sale after four attempts on negotiations. The sales person/finance Luke abruptly decided to retract the signed deal.

After much back and forth we learned Luke made an error and he wanted us to add 6months on the loan.

Today we spoke with with the GM Mr. Soons who was unprofessional and would not give me the name of the individual he reports to for me to take this further. He will not own up and fix his employees error.

I purchased a 2014 Hyundai veloster Turbo R spec. From the Autonation Chevy Pembroke Pines Store. The antenna on the top of the car was missing a cover. I asked if the cover could be replaced and was told by the salesman Tyrone Morris that the used car manager Mr.

Engel will not cover that cost and I should be able to go to a junkyard and buy one myself... com, Amazon and eBay, none of the covers that came fit the car so I had to contact the Hyundai corperation and was told that the antenna is not sold without a cover they come as a set and the cost was $158 .

Upon my getting this information I went back to the dealership to ask for help with the antenna because if my antenna is off the entire cars would be inoperable because it was part of the electrical system . I spoke with Mr.

Miami June 7/2019 I bought a Merzedez GLA 250 at Autonation Miami Gardens recently (March 2019) The AC shut down and I took it to Service Diagnostic : a sticky liquid was spilled in the AC module therefore the repair was not covered by the Guarantee and I had to pay for it.

I never drink or eat in my car. After I drove out the Dealer my gas tank was empty and I found myself at the expressway with an empty tank and I had to be escorted by the Police to a Gas Station.

Furthermore miles were showing 157 more miles : Mileage In 1645 Mileage Out was 1806 Total miles driven whilst on repair 157 miles. Clearly somebody at the Shop Repair drove my car irresponsibly. Now the question is who caused the damage.

We purchased a 2016 Jeep Rubicon from AutoNation in Katy back in March of 2019 we paid for a vehicle inspection we have been waiting for our plates to come in and still haven't come. When we contacted the AutoNation they said they can't submit for the plates until we get it inspected, which they was supposed to do. My husband flew in from New Mexico to purchase the Jeep and is now back in New Mexico whenever he tries to call them they hang up the phone he is not getting any response from them

I took my 2012 Dodge Grand Caravan because the engine light was on. 00 to fix it. Took it February 26th and have took it back 4 times cause the light still keeps coming on and is running rough. Just took back last week and the light is back on again.

I flew into Katy Texas from New Mexico to purchase a vehicle from your Katy dealership in March 2019 and not only was the vehicle or paperwork not ready like promised the vehicle was out of gas and barely made it to a gas station. Since then I have yet to receive my permanent plates that I was told would be mailed to me and have to get a second temp from the dealership but when I called today they gave me the run around about need inspection to get plates.

The vehicle should have been inspected when I purchased it for one thing and I have spoken with Texas DMV several times and there has never been an attempt to register it. I have never ever had this much trouble purchasing a vehicle in my life.

When I was trying to get help today the man on the phone just wanted to argue and then hung…

I took my car to get repaired cause the engine light was on. I took it on February 26th we are now June 5 and it still isn’t fixed. I have took it back 4 times cause the engine light still coming on.

Now the engine light is on again after 5 days and I have to take it back again. I’m so frustrated with having to take of work and spend my time dealing with this situation! Can I get a phone call back please. Darlene Ortiz 720-291-9368

This review is 2 and a half years in the making. It will be a long read, so buckle up. I purchased a CERTIFIED PRE OWNED VEHICLE from this dealership with a clean CarFax. The sale went fine (so I thought) and I was on my way.

A few weeks after I bought the car I started seeing discoloration on the hood. I also had a bad battery so took it in to be replaced and talked to service dept about discoloration. They said to keep an eye on it.

The discoloration got progressively worse. I went back to the dealership for oil change (car is still under manufacturer warranty) and was very adamant this time about paint problems because now it was spreading. They informed me that they took extensive photos of car and a gentleman from Toyota Corp would be there the next day to figure out what was going…
