We purchased a car from your Mesa Chevrolet location 2 years ago. It was in an accident and declared a total loss in October 2018. In trying to resolve the gap claim (a product we purchased from you) I have been in touch with the location to try to get documentation to permit the claim to be processed.

I first called three weeks ago and have been mistreated and given the run around ever since. Service is not just the sale. Casey Kingsley and a guy called Jim, who claimed to be the manager of that location, were very rude and dismissive and lied to avoid their inattention to my issue.

This is hugely disappointing and most unprofessional.

Salesperson did not electronically submit required paperwork on behalf of customer at time of purchase, consequently many of the technology features have not been functioning for 6 months; this was only discovered after several service calls, much hassle and time wasted. Sales manager refused to answer phone calls, did not want to take any responsibility, poor customer service.

The issue is still ongoing, supposedly being resolved by the "genius" staff at the dealership, who submitted everything and is waiting on processing. Extremely disappointed in this dealership. We get a new BMW every 3 years, first time with these guys; the last dealership we dealt with we sent them over 10 customers who purchased vehicles.

We will NOT be recommending this dealer to anyone, in fact will be using…

My complaint is with Mercedes Benz of Sarasota Florida, With out a doubt the WORSE car dealership I have ever had to deal with. 00 I have always had the car serviced at the dealership and you would think that I would be treated with some kind of respect, NOT due to a mistake on there part about billing me on a service plan and

never contacting me about it(that they admit) when the car broke down on the side of the road they told me I couldn't bring or have it towed to the dealership. I was on the side of the interstate and they turned me away, the manager Jim Faulker told me to call back on Monday and ask for the service manager, he didn't return my call on Monday or Tuesday or Wednesday or ever.

purchased new 2017 honda crv in december of 2016 my display screen flickers and i cannot make any adjustments on it at all i remains at tihe brightest level it blinds my vision when i drive at night i cannot ajust it at all. this crv came from the honda factory with this problem.

i have taken it several times to auto nation honda ohare in desplaines il. they say yes it doesn't work but they do not have a fix for it. the service people there tell me the honda engineers are working on the problem i have been waiting for 2 and three quarter years for there fix.

The Gentleman working in the Parts department (Joe) needs to understand that he can't talk to customers with disrespect. I previously called the Parts dept. twice at this location trying to price wheel locks for my new Buick LaCrosse, and each time I was asked for the VIN.

00 and stated that I would need to pre-purchase and pay for these locks before he could order them. 00 and took them to this dealership and was attempting to pre-purchase my locks. 00, and that if I used these certificates, that I would not receive the remaining balance from them should I continue.

Tucson AutoNation They lied about using their system to fill out the docs when we already had financing in place at the local credit union. Once we came back from getting the docs at the credit union we had to wait almost 1hr 45 minutes in the lobby to see the finance man.

They let another buyer go in front of us! The sales rep was nice and helpful. But the overall service to close the deal left us really pissed!

On May 13 went and leased a Honda HR-V I told the finance gentleman Acosta that I had 2 more months in my other car lease so I need a temporary tag for 2 months, or if not I will come back in 2 months. He said not a problem this tag is until January 9th then come and we will issue a second tag So Saturday June 8th went back and I got a new paper tag that says expires 7/10/19 I go today June 12th to register Sunpass and

Spent 4 hours at the dealer yesterday meeting sales person Riham who was working on the sale for us, she was off and drove in to make sale.

Below is the agreed sale after four attempts on negotiations. The sales person/finance Luke abruptly decided to retract the signed deal.

After much back and forth we learned Luke made an error and he wanted us to add 6months on the loan.

Today we spoke with with the GM Mr. Soons who was unprofessional and would not give me the name of the individual he reports to for me to take this further. He will not own up and fix his employees error.

I wish we would of looked at the reviews on this dealership before this unprofessional interaction. I asked the GM if he was aware of the reviews, he responded ‘I don’t care’.

I purchased a 2014 Hyundai veloster Turbo R spec. From the Autonation Chevy Pembroke Pines Store. The antenna on the top of the car was missing a cover. I asked if the cover could be replaced and was told by the salesman Tyrone Morris that the used car manager Mr.

Engel will not cover that cost and I should be able to go to a junkyard and buy one myself... com, Amazon and eBay, none of the covers that came fit the car so I had to contact the Hyundai corperation and was told that the antenna is not sold without a cover they come as a set and the cost was $158 .

Miami June 7/2019 I bought a Merzedez GLA 250 at Autonation Miami Gardens recently (March 2019) The AC shut down and I took it to Service Diagnostic : a sticky liquid was spilled in the AC module therefore the repair was not covered by the Guarantee and I had to pay for it.

I never drink or eat in my car. After I drove out the Dealer my gas tank was empty and I found myself at the expressway with an empty tank and I had to be escorted by the Police to a Gas Station.

Furthermore miles were showing 157 more miles : Mileage In 1645 Mileage Out was 1806 Total miles driven whilst on repair 157 miles. Clearly somebody at the Shop Repair drove my car irresponsibly. Now the question is who caused the damage.

We purchased a 2016 Jeep Rubicon from AutoNation in Katy back in March of 2019 we paid for a vehicle inspection we have been waiting for our plates to come in and still haven't come. When we contacted the AutoNation they said they can't submit for the plates until we get it inspected, which they was supposed to do. My husband flew in from New Mexico to purchase the Jeep and is now back in New Mexico whenever he tries to call them they hang up the phone he is not getting any response from them

I took my 2012 Dodge Grand Caravan because the engine light was on. 00 to fix it. Took it February 26th and have took it back 4 times cause the light still keeps coming on and is running rough. Just took back last week and the light is back on again.

I flew into Katy Texas from New Mexico to purchase a vehicle from your Katy dealership in March 2019 and not only was the vehicle or paperwork not ready like promised the vehicle was out of gas and barely made it to a gas station. Since then I have yet to receive my permanent plates that I was told would be mailed to me and have to get a second temp from the dealership but when I called today they gave me the run around about need inspection to get plates.

The vehicle should have been inspected when I purchased it for one thing and I have spoken with Texas DMV several times and there has never been an attempt to register it. I have never ever had this much trouble purchasing a vehicle in my life.

I took my car to get repaired cause the engine light was on. I took it on February 26th we are now June 5 and it still isn’t fixed. I have took it back 4 times cause the engine light still coming on.

This review is 2 and a half years in the making. It will be a long read, so buckle up. I purchased a CERTIFIED PRE OWNED VEHICLE from this dealership with a clean CarFax. The sale went fine (so I thought) and I was on my way.

A few weeks after I bought the car I started seeing discoloration on the hood. I also had a bad battery so took it in to be replaced and talked to service dept about discoloration. They said to keep an eye on it.

The discoloration got progressively worse. I went back to the dealership for oil change (car is still under manufacturer warranty) and was very adamant this time about paint problems because now it was spreading. I had an appointment at AutoNation Honda in Las Vegas Nevada at 8 AM this morning . I waited there until about 1130 and they still had no word about my car . They offered me a shuttle so I went home to wait .

I called at 12:30 again at 1:30 and begin at 2:30 . Jose finally got back to me around 245 . He said my transmission went out so they contacted the warranty company and would get back to me .

I purchased a 2013 Ford F150 from Autonation Ford in Scottsdale. I knew that I wanted very specific Engine and Model of truck and they had one that met the specifications. I say that, because I did not test drive the vehicle under the impression I would need to make sure that proper maintenance had been performed or to see if it was on the edge of having issues.

The dealer did supply a car fax, and the vehicle did have its oil changed regularly. We did notice immediately that the windshield was chipped and brought the vehicle to the dealer for inspection of the windsheild. The service dept gave us a number to call, but the sales manager wanted us to let him look at the chip in the window.

leased new car on may 9, 2019 Lexus es 35 returned a lexus es 350 same day dealer was Lexus of Palm beach. Last payment on returned car was paid on first week of may. 82 I was not informed at the time I signed for the new car that the refund was contingent upon inspection.

I bought a 2015 Volkswagon Jetta with a 3 month 4,000 warranty, on May 4, 2019. I drove the car to Ohio and found out it either had an oil leak or was burning oil (I added 3 qts of oil in a 24 hour period, traveling 1200 miles).

Autonation says they can't find the problem and want me to go to a Volkwagon dealership which I would have to pay for! No return calls from Sales or Service!

Also, it's been a month and I still don't have my original title. I wish I would have read these reviews before purchasing.

I have been trying for 7 months to get a check for the cancellation of an extended maintenance warranty. The amount is $3131. BMW of Vista, CA has had all of the information it needs to get this done and yet it has been one excuse after another. I have been more than patient and tired of getting the run around. There is only one person who has kept me informed and that is the new Director of Finance, Bob Zsarko. All I can say is that I am at my wits end. This is inexcusable for it to take 7 months. I traded for a new F-350 Ford diesel truck on April 1, 2019 at AutoNation Ford in Sanford, Florida. We agreed on the price with the salesman and sales manager. When we went to the finance department Oliver Espinal asked me if I wanted the extended warranty on my new truck.

I had the extended warranty on my trade in so I advised I would. I told him I did not want the other extended warranties that he was offering. The other warranties were the Appearance Protection, Dent Protection and the Tire and Wheel Protection.

After we went into Oliver's office he informed my wife and myself that he spoke to the Credit Union and they agreed to throw these warranties in. I asked how they would do that and he said sometimes banks would do things like this to gain business.

This is in regards to AutoNation Ford at 8252 S Broadway, Littleton, CO 80122 I received a recall notice for my 2011 Ford Mustang. I scheduled the appointment to have the airbag fixed, When I arrived to drop off my car they told me they did not have the part and that I would need to reschedule.

I asked why I was not notified that my car could not be serviced. They knew WHEN and WHY I was bringing in my car. The answer I received from two different employees is that they do not work that way.

I rescheduled my appointment and ran into the same problem. I even asked if I could get a coupon for a discounted oil change for the inconvenience. I was quickly brushed off with the statement a manager was not around.

I took my 2013 1500 Dodge Ram into AutoNation CDJR North Fort Worth on Saturday April 6th because it was overheating and we knew there was a crack in the radiator. Service advisor told me they would have to inspect the truck for further damage since it had overheated and wouldn't stay running.

I got a call back from service advisor the next week that diagnostics said there was something wrong with engine but hey would have to tear the engine down to find out what exactly was the issue. No training given on how to use the technology in our new Sienna by AutoNation. Salesman was rude and condescending after sale. Couldn't be bothered with us. Had to phone Toyota to explain how to use the great technology in the car. Toyota rep was great.

Car is two weeks old the plastic cover on the rear bottom of the car came loose. Dragged on the highway, had to be taken off. Was told really didn't need it. We wonder why then was it put on?

We were told that there were a lot of problems and complaints with the SCOUT GPS.

Well the car was left there last nite to make sure it was there on time. This is the second time I have brought my car to this dealership in Johnson City TN and am leaving with a bad taste in my mouth both times.

I am sad because I bought $6k worth of service contract with them for auto care. I had to sit 3+hrs for just oul change and onr tire replacement. The worst place to go, they have no respect for others time.

s. I brought in pickup for service and it hasn't been done. I even set an appointment when it was convenient for them. I even took the vehicle in the day before. The next day I didnt hear anything from service, so i stopped by after work to check on it.

Elderly abuse potential. My father was taken advantage of at the Lexus dealership in Clearwater FL. Management told him when he traded his car, that it had structural damage, and it did not. They gave him less than 50% of wholesale value. He is 90 years old and they obviously have no respect for the elderly.

Florida has strict laws regarding this.

I have contacted the Corporate office by email 2 times and have had No response.

Maybe it is their policy to try and maximize profits with the elderly.

My father at 90 years old was blatantly taken advantage of on his trade. Lexus of Clearwater told him he had structural damage on his car which was false and gave him less then half wholesale value. I emailed Autonation on no reply.

I believe there is a strict law in Florida regarding this type on action which may be the only option.

I wish I could give Autonation zero stars. I went to purchase a car in December a couple days before Christmas 2018. They told me my loan was approved for a Challenger. I put down a 500 deposit, signed all the necessary papers and left with my car.

I get a call January 28 stating the deal fell through because they couldn't verify my income, and that i need to come sign because they found me a new deal. Go and sign February 3 and put down a additional deposit of 400.

They tell me that my first payment will be March 15, 2019. I get a call from Capital one stating that Bob lied to me and that they wanted me to trade my other car I have with them in.

At this point I had already signed the new deal. March 6 I go back to the dealership because the temporary tags expired in February. I go and…
