We purchased a car from your Mesa Chevrolet location 2 years ago. It was in an accident and declared a total loss in October 2018. In trying to resolve the gap claim (a product we purchased from you) I have been in touch with the location to try to get documentation to permit the claim to be processed.
I first called three weeks ago and have been mistreated and given the run around ever since. Service is not just the sale. Casey Kingsley and a guy called Jim, who claimed to be the manager of that location, were very rude and dismissive and lied to avoid their inattention to my issue.
This is hugely disappointing and most unprofessional.
