Elderly abuse potential. My father was taken advantage of at the Lexus dealership in Clearwater FL. Management told him when he traded his car, that it had structural damage, and it did not. They gave him less than 50% of wholesale value. He is 90 years old and they obviously have no respect for the elderly.

Florida has strict laws regarding this.

I have contacted the Corporate office by email 2 times and have had No response.

Maybe it is their policy to try and maximize profits with the elderly.

My father at 90 years old was blatantly taken advantage of on his trade. Lexus of Clearwater told him he had structural damage on his car which was false and gave him less then half wholesale value. I emailed Autonation on no reply.

I believe there is a strict law in Florida regarding this type on action which may be the only option.

I wish I could give Autonation zero stars. I went to purchase a car in December a couple days before Christmas 2018. They told me my loan was approved for a Challenger. I put down a 500 deposit, signed all the necessary papers and left with my car.

I get a call January 28 stating the deal fell through because they couldn't verify my income, and that i need to come sign because they found me a new deal. Go and sign February 3 and put down a additional deposit of 400.

They tell me that my first payment will be March 15, 2019. I get a call from Capital one stating that Bob lied to me and that they wanted me to trade my other car I have with them in.

AutoNation in Tempe has been telling me that their computer is down. This has been going on for over 10 days and they claim that it has been down a total of 20 days. I need the paper I sign to submit to you guys.

I will go to the local media if I have to. I really would like to settle this without making an issue involving the media and attorneys as this is causing me undue stress. I have advanced COPD and the stress is causing me breathing problems. Please help me.

We purchase a Jeep Cherokee 2015 3 months ago from Auto nation Chrysler Jeep West on Colfax in Golden CO. The steering wheel is making a rubbing noise and when you drive over bumps it sounds like the entire vehicle bottom is going to fall apart.

Sales manager had the personality of a wet noodle. Tried screwing me out of my trade so I went to another dealer and was offered $500 more for my trade in writing and took this offer back to this dealership.

It was accepted and he wanted to make the deal right then. My wife was there and she didn’t want to spend three hours at the dealership. After a few words he said we could make the deal later. s.

that I needed an additional warranty for my car and I said no frills. He got cocky with my remark but left the area. Prior to any of this taking the car out for a test me and the salesman heard a rattle coming from the car in the rear.

My 2012 Cheverlet Traverse has a factor warranty problem. I bought it in December 2018. Only 2 months ago. It ran hot on 02/23/19. I had it towed to Autonation GMC on Mendenhall in Memphis Tn. Since it was a factory issue, I was told by other dealerships that I should get a loaner car.

Hi my name is Sammy Davila. I recently bought a truck from your company. They said it had a full inspection that your ad says you do to all cars. Once I brought home was making noise so I took bac.

They put me in 2 loaners till deal got funded. Once funded they gave me my truck back and said they were not going to fix. i took to them and they told me put new differential. And would not put anything else in it.

So I called Gm and took for power train warranty. Took to auto nation Chevrolet and it sat there for 2 weeks. So I picked up and took to al wills ford Chevrolet. They informed me that auto nation used in Corpus Christi if they did the work they said they put the wrong gears.

My name is Suzette Millar Pierce I single mom who needed a car to work, on June 15, 2018 I purchased a 2012 Chevrolet Captiva from Autonation Chrysler Jeep Broadway in Littleton Colorado. The car had 116,693 miles. I believe the car was sold to me with only one quart of oil in the engine.

On November 1, 2018 the engine froze and was impounded. 7 Google Rating). The car had been driven for 2,241 miles and to have had only 1 quart of oil in the car it had to leak out 4 quarts of oil or burn almost a quart of oil every 500 miles.

The car was parked in basically three different driveways and all three owners of these driveways will testify that the car was not leaking oil. The car had a CARFAX report and I contacted several of the companies that had provided service on the car and none were…

Had the most bizarre experience ever. Brought my car in for an oil change (Las Vegas, West Sahara location, and while driving it off the lot realized the engine sounded funny. Thought it was an issue w water condensation post-washing of the car.

) But it never went away on the long drive home. By the time I got home I realized there had to be something wrong and I called into my finance dept guy re towing (I had just bought a warranty) and also my sales Svc Mgr.

Both were difficult to reach and finance guy never answered my question when he returned my call and left VM so we played phone tag. Had an appt the next morning in town and realized the shifting was difficult and there was a noticeable whining coming from my engine. More phone calls.

I brought my car to Buena Park, CA AutoNation at 9:00 am on 11/19/18 and was told that my tires need to be replaced. I asked how long will the process take. I told adviser, Brandon I need the car no later than 12:30 pm as I have a job interview at 3 pm.

He said tires will be delivered within 30 minutes and vehicle should be ready by 12:15 pm. Shuttle service took me home and no communication whatsoever. I called Brandon at 12:30 pm, he informed me that tires were just delivered 30 minutes ago.

Bought several high end cars and trucks from Auto Nation over the years. Last truck bought had a windshield insurance for $500 tried to get a refund after trading it in 1 year later and was told the windshield was a product served not an insurance policy prorated.

My wife and I purchased a new vehicle at AutoNation Honda Clearwater, we were informed by the sales and leasing consultant (Brahmi Dounajar) that extended warranty and GAP insurance was only offer during the processing of the paperwork for the purchase of a new vehicle and the dealership does not offer it at later time.

Pretty much got screwed by Henderson nv. BMW as soon as I drove off the lot. Car broke down after 47 miles. GM, sles manager and finance manager were worthless. Sold vehicle as fast as I could. Lost $15,000. Went to get refund on extended warranty in March 2018.

They never sent it in. Went to another autonation dealer and they could do nothing for me. Never buy from them. Go to another dealer.

My name is Emily Helterhoff, I live in Panama City Beach, FL. I purchased a 2015 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Sport with 28,000 miles on it yesterday (08-17-2018) from Autonation Hyundai in Columbus, GA. On 09-30-2017 I purchased a 2017 Dodge 2500 Laramie at Auto Nations in Savannah GA. I included the optional "VCP Diesel Plus" program to my financing. This allowed me a total of 9 future oil changes to be performed. The price for such option was $1,510.00. 6 months later, Auto Nation i no longer in Savannah for me to get my service, nor in Georgia. The service department at the "new" Dodge dealership informed me that they do NOT honor such a plan. Thus I should contact Auto Nation head quarters and request a refund. These people apparently down want to sell vehicles for Autonation, they'd rather sell for themselves. Rather than transfer a vehicle to a sister location closer to you they take it down and say it didn't pass inspection. Then days later put it up for sale again.

Double talk, no communication skills, and as shady as the day is long. Management needs to reorganize this company as it is unfortunately living up to the stereotypical used car salesman moniker. A big corporation like this should be leading the way not letting it's shady staff force it to look like a bloodsucking scourge of potential customers. So disappointing! So disgraceful !!

Purchased a used 2018 Toyota Camry (VIN# 4T1B11HK1JU043785) on 7/11/18 from AutoNation Toyota, Lithia Springs, GA. 00 dealer fee was $23,499 which I agreed to pay. After negotiating my trade in I was sent to the finance person for financing.

it got to the point where the manager even refunded a month of payment on the car since it stayed in the shop for over a month after purchasing it . Now that the warranty is up about four months later or even three months later I have three expensive problems with the car .

I went to the autonation Lewisville for maintenance check. And the lady in the service department said I had no warranty. So she walked me to the finance manager office. So we got to taliking and got a little eragance about hisself.

So he told me because of my credit score. That why and I said I wish they’d told me before I drove from dallas. So they didn’t look at my vehicle at the time my husband had surgery. It was the middle of March when I went them know.

That my rear end was doing the most it just didn’t work for me. I spoke with John Williams about it. And he said it was as-is. TRUST me when I say that the way me and my DISABLE husband was treat was appalling.

2010 Ford Ranger: This complaint is about the airbag indicator light constant on on the dashboard. I have requested that the service tech service that while under warranty at least two times prior to the airbag recall. Took my truck in on Apr 30, 2018 for the recall.

When I got truck back the airbag indicator light is still on, went back to tell the service man, he said that they didn't look at that and that I would have to pay $148 for diagnostics. My question is why didn't they fix it before the recall and now that the recall has been completed why is the indicator light still on.

I have just hit the 50000 miles so I know the warranty out now, but it wasn't when I first requested servicing for it.

Second salesman (Sadiq) , writes offer w/trade writing wrong mileage on trade. Sales manager (Carl Krause) advises 4 hour wait for finance, come back on Sunday. Car bought there and serviced there for last 3 years. All information from purchase to service records at their fingertips.

We purchased a vehicle on March 26, 2018 and put $1000 down. On April 10, 2018 I received a text from Seth Tabor claiming the bank needs more information, so we sent the information in on Saturday due to work and not having time before that.

We didn't really think anything was wrong because they did not let us know anything until a few days prior. m. on Saturday night. We took the truck back on April 11, 2018 due to myself having a panic attack and having to go to the ER.

We thought we would get the down payment today, but they told us they are keeping it all because of cleaning fees, mileage, and rental fees. I recently purchased a vehicle from your location in Orlando on Colonial Dr. During the sale I was promised I would be getting a check back for 350 to complete the sale of the vehicle. I have made multiple attempts to reach out to my sales agent without any follow up from him at ALL.

I find this to be a very poor way of doing business and I expected so much more. All I want is what was promised to me by the agent at the sales manager when I purchased the vehicle. I need for this to be corrected ASAP as it has gone on long enough without any type of response.

I bought a car feb 20. At the office on 6400 w Sahara ave Las Vegas Nv 89146 the finance manager (khairullah nawabi) was so rude to me and my sister. Today is March 16 and I have to register my car in a few day but I have yet to receive my green slip.

I just called them and he’s just now giving me excuses. All this time!!! The. When I asked was he gonna give me a new 30 he refused when this issue isn’t on me. This guy literally lied to my face and said he call.

NO he did not and also tried to lie on the sale person who sold me the car. I’m about ready to take my money back and give this car back and go to a different business that will threat me with great service.

He even pulled a sneaky move and gave me a higher interest rate! I can’t I’m sooo upset
