The AutoZone on 32nd Street in Holland, MI. seems to be having issues with their "cash registers" /computer software is allegedly DOUBLE-CHARGING on single transactions. The machine charged my account for the subtotal and then again for the total of a transaction.

I provided proof of the charges from my bank account statement. 83; which was a subtotal amount. This is NOT the first time that I have been double-charged by this store.

Maricopa, AZ Store #3381: The manager, Jeremy, is a horrible communicator and less than honest person. After 3 attempts he interviewed me for a part-time job. He told me I was hired on a Saturday at the Porter Rd Maricopa store, shook my hand and told me he would call me in 4 days.

I spent $90 on new black pants and a belt as he recommended. He never called me so I called the store and was told he was "on vacation" and to call the Coolidge store on the following Monday. I called the Coolidge store and was told they had no idea where he was.

On 12-12-23 I had a guy stall his vehicle in front of my house. He only had cash so I ordered some antifreeze in my name using my card. On the website it claims any order put in by 6pm will be delivered that same evening.

So this man waited around in his truck even sleeping in his truck over night. It was super cold that night. No one ever came. The next morning when he called the store they claimed that someone had been to my house to make the delivery but if you remember the man was in his truck the whole time and never seen anyone nor did I.

I called the store again after being told that someone was going to be out in 20 minutes. That 20 minutes came and went AGAIN. I called back to the store once again and talked to the store manager (Almondo maybe) who claimed he was getting off soon…

I attempted to do a return at the AutoZone where I purchased a set of ratcheting end wrenches with the receipt. I purchased this item one week earlier and presented the receipt at the time of return and was denied.

, on his name tag tried to deny me his name and was a complete asshole. He refused to return the item in the original condition with the original package. I believe the reason for the denial was due to the store nearing its closing time within the next half hour.

Washington rd, this use to be my store years before, good customer service and the salesman showed the customer respect. Now some of the salesman are not knowledgeable of what they are Selling and no RESPECT for the customer. that's a no no.

I Can to today looking for a part for my truck, he didn't do enough to help with it. That was one of the reasons I left and went Advance Auto down the street. Some of the salesperson are Professional.

Went to buy a car battery, asked if they could change it for me and was told that they don’t do that.. then I asked if I can use a ratchet to get the battery out for core charge. They said they don’t like doing that cause people walk off with the tools.

Then I was outside trying to get my battery out myself and I seen an employee walking out with another customer with a tool kit in his hands and start to take their battery out for them. At that point I was gonna go to oriellys but my car didn’t start so I had to get the battery from there!!!

Just left store 3493. 2 men and 1 lady at work. Bought a battery and wiper blades for our vehicles. Lady did the work but didn’t have proper tools. Had to buy pliers. The manager/parts guy was very rude when I complained about it.

I believe I was actually charged twice for battery kit. You shouldn’t advertise free install and not be able to do it completely or correctly. I’ll not shop here again. I was treated poorly (young lady was excellent) and ripped off.

Showed up 7 minutes before the store was closed. All I needed was a bottle of transmission fluid! Had I known they were going to refuse service and close ahead of schedule, I would have had time to drive to the other store.

I just tried to use their coupon and it didn’t work when I called the customer service. I was told when I submitted the coupon it should’ve popped up acidic I will vegetable items are not purchased the website list. Nothing about that.

When you go to the website I’m including a picture that their customer service sucks and I will think twice from ever buying another product from AutoZone. There’s more than one parts put out there I was told I should’ve read the fine print inside the article there was no fine print.

When I went to buy a part for my truck and asked about the part that I saw online they told me to depart I saw was wrong and instead of just telling me the park didn't fit my truck he decided to yell at me in front of a store full of people and tell me that it did not fit.

They tried to sell me a $65 belt and told me that's the only one for my truck when they actually had four other ones that were cheaper two of them in a 30-dollar range one in the $40 range and then they got an attitude when I showed them that they were wrong and decided to yell and scream.

I've been going to the store for years but that'll stop now, should have just went to advance Auto to begin with.

the problem is I went to return it so I could go get a part from somewhere else that had it but they told me they didn't have the $400 in the drawer to give me my return so then I'm stuck with the part for another day until they have the money because my car is broke down I can't just go to another location I just moved to the state I don't have friends or know anybody to help me I think all stores should have money every day for a change or return

My 68 year old wife went to the Clarksville store to pick something up for me, not knowing what it was, she just had the name I gave her, she ask one of the sales associates for help. Hoping they would show her where it was, instead they simply pointed to the asle, where she was overwhelmed by all the different products, luckily she was able to call me and I got her to the correct item, if this is how AutoZone helps people it looks like Napa will be my auto parts store!!

My complaint is about an employee that works there her name is Alyssa Landis she smells like marijuana all the time her eyes are constantly red as she's rude to customers if you're a female, apparently you don't do back ground checks on everyone hers is interesting i was denied employment at this location for my background. I was looking for batteries and I came across AutoZone page that advertise “next day delivery” for a battery, since I was working from home next day it looked like a good deal. But then I got an email next day that the order was delay, after boo I called customer care because the order status online was still on “processing” The person who answer even told me that it was going to take 24 hours for the order to be processed since it was transferred to another store….

That is not “next day”… so I proceed to cancel the order since is another store right next to my building who sells battery’s too. But the redound is going to take 2-4 business day …

I am a member of the Autozone Rewards Program, you have to make 5 qualifying purchases of $20 or more in order to receive store crefit worth $20. I used a $25 Autozone gift certificate my daughtet gave me to buy some supplies I needed. The total was $28.

I was not given the reward points because I was told I only spent $3. I told them I spent $25 from my gift card and $3 cash for a total of $28. They would not count the gift certificate as money spent which is ridiculous.

I complained to the Regional office in San Antonio, TX and the lady there told me I did not get credit for the $25 gift card because my daughter got those points. That is a plain lie because my daughtet does not even partipate in the rewards program.

I am a LONG term customer with Autozone amd I feel this is not good…

On July 25/2023, I took my battery back due to a dead cell. The cashier was rude. She called another cashier to assist me because she no longer wanted to assist me. The cashier who came to assist me stated she was the store manager.

I asked her did she hear how rude the cashier treated me and she relied, No. That was impossible because she was right next to her. This is the 2nd time that I had problems in the Texas City Texas store on Palmer Hwy.

I'm concerned about my prorated amount for my battery. I feel I should had been prorated more for the battery. It's sad how employees represent stores. If I need auto service again, I have to travel to the Dickinson Tx store because they're much helpful than the Texas City store. Thanks for your viewing.

Good morning, today is Monday 7/31/23. I am reporting that there is someone or 2 living out of their car on the AutoZone Summer Ave location lot. 4394 Summer Ave. 38122. They have been parked in the same place on your property at that location all weekend long.

Small white beat up car near the sidewalk but on AutoZone property so if something was to happen to that person or people it would be a liability for AutoZone. In and out of the car and they are usually inside the vehicle with the windows up and it has been heat warnings with the heat index around 110 degrees.

The Police have been called twice and I tried Saturday afternoon several times to reach a manager around 1 -2 pm and was hungup on before I could even talk to a manager. Too hot to be living in a car even for an adult.

Replacng batter for car, 2 staff said it under warranty but 3 Years and 2 years probate. I said it was told to me 5 years. 00 on probate. 00 probate then Manger cut me off, got loud and unprofessional where I called corp.

The region was to call me but she called the store in dyersburg, Tn and spoke with manager. She NEVER CALLED to speak to me which is not how u treat customers. I had to tell the manager to stop talking in an unprofessional manner and I then reached out to my lawyer.

I purchased an Alternator in November of 2022, from Auto Zone in Pulaski Tn. I paid a mechanic to put it on. In July of 2023 I had the same problem. Took it back to the mechanic, who discovered the Alternator was bad.

The part was still under warranty and was replaced however this does not change the fact that I have to pay the mechanic again because of a bad part. I called the local store the manager said all the could do was replace the part.

I received a call from one corporate office, who was suppose to have someone call me. I never received a call. So I am out of $280 because of a bad Alternator. How is that ok?

9 PR176. Telephone# 787-558-5699. receipt #136468 and 148921. I needed. Front plates both sides for a Mazda tribute 2003. The person who I was ordering said parts was the Store manager which I didn't know at the time. Instead of ordering front plates she ordered brake Rotor.

I had a bad experience at one of your stores. The on Ausell road in Marietta Ga. Near Mableton Ga. Your manager at that store Sunday the 9th. She has no kind of people skills at all. She is rude and just plain nasty.

Bought a marine Dura Last battery and it was bad, they swapped it out and we tried the new one which drained quickly. Took it back to swap and they charged it back instead, placed back in our boat and it died again.

Went to get our refund ti purchase another batter there and he refused to help saying it was out of warranty even know it was never a good battery and wouldn’t hold a charge. Looking for a full refund now since we purchased another battery elsewhere.

I was told by an automotive shop to contact Autozone in Lebanon, MO 65536. i was told by the shop to tell you it was for the shop. i was told to pick up the part when it came in and take it to the shop to be installed.

i emphatically stated the make, year and model of my car and stated clearly that i needed the electrical switch that controls the driver side (left side} window. This description could not have been made any clearer and was repeated back to me.

I contacted your 1-800 number and email gentleman answer the phone call FedEx and told me it's scheduled for Monday when I told him this is unacceptable because my appointment with my mechanic is tomorrow morning he told me ma'am calm down and hung up the phone on me.
