My daughter walked in to autozone in Rhode Island to get the parts that I had ordered on line and when she walked in the store She was told to get out of the store by 2 individuals that were working the cash register and so she was leaving the store then the manager told her to come and get the parts and then leave.

This is unacceptable and I am beside myself to hear this happen to my 17yr daughter i will not tolerate this behavior. I have been a customer for over 10+ years and I have never heard or seen such a thing and I hope that this will be handled appropriately.

Had to replace a tire on my car after driving to and from work last week. Ran over two construction screws in four days just driving in the parking lot past the construction site for the new AutoZone in Waterville, OH.

Multiple other people I have talked with have also noticed getting a construction screw in their tire over the last three to four weeks after driving in the same parking lot. I have two images as proof of screws in the tire.

The replacement of the tire cost over $200. Since then, I have had to drive out of my way to ensure that I am able to make it through a work week and have four tires that lack the presence of a screw.

I would like a return call or email and I would like reimbursed for the tire that recklessness and negligence of the construction company caused damage…

I bought a battery from an autozone in San Dimas California in July 0f 2022. This is for my 2015 Audi a8L. After a few of months, the stop/start feature stopped working. I took it to the dealership and after testing the battery, they told me it needs to be replaced.

this past February (2023), i took it to the same autozone. They tested it and said it is ok. A month later I took it to anothe Autozone. They said it is ok. I took the car back to the dealership for another purpose.

They checked the battery as a part of the multipoint inspection and said it needs to be replaced. The car low battery indicator came on today and I took it to the AutoZone in Fullerton California. Took my car to the garage it showed the battery was not holding charge. Rude service to start with. The garage even called at one point to see if he could go pick it up for me, refused by the store.

He said he has never been spoken to like that when calling another consumer business. I went to the autozone where they tested the battery, I just left the garage 4 minutes away, but okay test it. It showed it had a low charge.

Refused a new one, all they can do is charge it. It's a new battery. I want my money returned for a new battery else where.

I purchased from the Santa Cruz, California store a steering wheel cover and seat covers for my 2006 Mazda Miata. Wheel I was able to use the steering wheel cover but unfortunately the seat covers didn't fit. I bring them back to the store with my receipt.

On 4/7/2023 approximately 10:40am store autozone 7350 oxford ave Philadelphia pa. I want to file a complaint, an unprofessional Manger name Mr. Mathew was being loud n figure point at me while i am being directed to find parts. I asked him who is the manager?

c. and some of the staff thought it was ok to use an f bomb when we and my daughter was looking around. They then said I hope no customers are here and I spoke up to say there was and asked for a manager.

The person I asked refused to get a manager and didn't even apologize for the indiscretion. He carried on to argue with me about it. I don't normally make any complaints about stores but the staff there need to be trained how to deal with the public and not be so rude after being so unprofessional.

I really don't think I would return to that store at all and will probably not use autozone again after this experience.

I went into your store located at 2790 E highway 92, Lakeland, Fl 33801. I needed some bumper clips for my car. I went to the counter and Scott C actually the parts manager ask if he could help me.

I had a clip in my hand and ask him if they had these. He replied yes, over there and pointed. I ask him where he came around the counter and pointed to a turn fixture that had a lot of clips, so I said “oh lord can you help me”.

I purchased a Jump Box online on Jan 17th. The. Cord on the back of the box was a bit loose upon arrival. At the time I thought it was supposed to be that way.

However shortly after the entire electric out outlet plug fell directly inside of the jump. I contracted the warranty department explained in detail what had happened. I email copies of my receipt and pictures of the jump starter box, serial and model numbers.

On 2/01/2023 I purchased a automobile battery from Autozone. I put the battery in my vehicle only discover the vehicle still did not start so I called AAA to tow the vehicle to my mechanic. My mechanic informed me that the battery was no good and he put a new battery in my vehicle.

On 2/7/2023 I returned to Autozone and explained my situation.

First I was accused of not purchasing the battery on 2/01/2023 the date was clearly on my Receipt. A stop clerk tested the battery and it show the battery was defective and FAIL. I requested a refund because the Mechanic had already replaced the battery and I had/have no need for another new battery. My request was denied.

My original purchase should be voided because the battery was defective at purchase and therefore one cannot warranty…

This morning (02/20/2023) I called AutoZone #5321 to enquire about a part (shift solenoid B) and the employee who answered (Jennifer) was extremely rude. She actually made me feel incompetent. Unfortunately for me this is the store I go to every time I need something for my vehicle’s.

I GAve Autozone a sheet from jiffy lube with the information they would like to give me the adequate power fluid liquid. They inserted it into my vehicle. When the car made it to Nissan because of the low power steering wheel, they indicated the worn power steering wheel was out on.

Hello. I was at autozone on airport rd in Santa Fe New Mexico when I had the worst experience. It was 2:00 pm when I had parked and waited for my husband to go inside to buy a few items.

evidently AutoZone doesn’t care that much about their employees or customers safety. Otherwise your cameras would be working and as big as AutoZone is there should be no excuse why the cameras don’t work. I find it to be total negligence that the cameras are not in working order!!

I purchased a crankshaft pulley holder thru the rent a tool program thru the store at (119 N Power Rd, Mesa, AZ 85205) I took it home and attempted to use it, it kept slipping on my crankshaft pulley and damaged the teeth on the crankshaft pulley, so I called autozone and told them what happened and asked if they had a different style tool, they told me they didn't, they didn't even have another one of the tools I used, so

they looked it up and told me to go to the autozone on (5763 E McKellips Rd, Mesa, AZ 85215) because they had a crankshaft pulley holder and it was close to me, they also said to give them the defective tool I used to red tag it. I'm really disappointed with the negative experience I recently had with a employee at my local AutoZone store located at 6860 Federal Blvd Store #806, which is the one closest to our house. Over the past 2yrs, my fiance & I have spent thousands of dollars here & other locations fixing our vehicles, so this incident I'm writing you about is especially disheartening & I don't know if we feel comfortable spending another dollar at AutoZone ever again.

The employee mentioned above was with whom my fiance dropped our marine cell battery to be charged. We didn't come back for it the same day, in fact we actually had a serious medical emergency occur later that same day so we came to get our battery back a few days later.

My mother who is in her 70'snwas treated disrespectfully, she went to buy a quart of 10w30 high mileage oil, the store employee told it's on the back shelf. They didn't offer to help get off the tope shelf, they were not busy. Just lazy.

She asked if they would check for her and add some oil if it needed it, they declined and said that not what they do. Any body that would treat a senor citizen with such laziness and disrespectfulness shouldn't be in the retail business our family will not be doing business with this location again

Every order that I've made online has been a problem! Between misrepresenting on delivery date. To shipping the wrong part to requiring the customer to buy a box to resend the same item. Then to top it off the customer service is very dismissive, when you tell them what has happened and how it affected you.

In today's instance. I ordered a part that said time of delivery was Dec 2. So today I go on to track my order. It says December 2nd in the morning. I check a little after 2pm. It says end of the day Dec 3. Now shops aren't open on Sunday and I need to get my car on the road asap. They offered me a $10 gift card for the inconvenience. That does nothing for my bills and the time inconvenience of waiting for the part and two more days after to get the car done.
