I bought a starter for my car from AutoZone and it was a modified one with life time warranty then I used a mobile mechanic to replace it because the car was not working and after installing it the car worked for an hour then it stopped so he changed the starter with a new one from AutoZone and I paid for him double the labor hours because he changed it twice and

after that the car worked for 5 days then it broke again and I towed it to a mechanic shop and he told me that the starter was broken so he got a new Honda starter fitted and again I paid the labor hours and price for the new starter.

And when I went to AutoZone to ask them to pay for the hours I paid for the mechanic's shop they refused and there excuse that I don't have the bill from the first mobile mechanic and I can't reach…

8 hours ago NEW Unfortunately tonight November 10 2022 at approximately 7 pm my husband when in to the Fitchburg location Auto zone, he went in looking for a part and when asked if he needed help, my husband asked for the Spanish speaking employee, and the Spanish associate refused to help him out and told him that he needs to learn English, all the while being threatened by the associate if he sees my husband on the streets he will "get it". He was extremely rude, racist and violent.. Called and asked to speak to the manager on floor, placed our complaint and we will be going to talk to the supervisor, there were witnesses to back up this complaint.

I was in your Belpre Ohio location and was needing all gaskets for a 454 engine. The fellow that was available to help me as I walked in was no help. I simply asked to pull up the diagram of the motor and I would like to order them all. Head gasket valve pan, oil pan etc. He seemed that my question about asking to look them up for me was a huge burden. He was a bigger guy with a name tag starting with a T. On the bottom of the tag I believe it said something about some sort of sales manager. I have never been treated in such a manner in my 51 years of living. This needs looked into and addressed accordingly. Was very very rude!!

On October 15, 2022; I was sexually assaulted by one of your employees working at 1137 South Military Hwy, Chesapeake, Va, 23320. ” I’m reaching out as high as possible because I refuse to let him get away with this.

I did file a police report and I am indeed in contact with my lawyers. This situation made me so uncomfortable, scared, and hurt because I’ve been assaulted before. So for this to happen again in a place of business it’s unacceptable, if he did it to me, he has and will continue to do it to there people. I am TRAUMATIZED.

after work I passed by autozone to get windshield washing fluid. guy at the cashdesk asked “do you want a purple one, we have for females” and started laughing. I looked at him, and told, that this joke is not funny. he repeated it again and again, and I told that “sexist jokes are against harassment policy” he repeated for the 4th time “if you just want a purple one, its for females”

I was charged twice for the same part and something went wrong so they didn't give me my part or a receipt! I'm out $75 and no part! No one will help me and bc I kept asking for a receipt, the manager himself, said get the hell out of here!!!!!

On Fri-Sept 30, 2022, at about 3:00 pm I visited your AutoZone store (# 4447) located at 2625 S Kedzie Ave, Chicago, IL 60623. The cigarette lighter fuse on my Toyota Avalon blew out. I could not locate the fuse number on my car owner's manual.

Hoping to get some help I stopped at the above location. To my surprise I encountered a very unaccommodating male behind the counter. The store was empty; this guy was just unsupportive and completely helpless. Determined to repair the blown out fuse I went back to my car.

Finally with the help of YouTube I was able to find and pull out the blown out fuse. I went back to the AutoZone store and asked the same male employee for directions to locate the fuse on the store shelf.

On Thursday October 29 2022 I took my 2008 hyndai tiburon to autozone on euclide ave and frances in ontario ca . To get a battery . They put in a battery that cost me $200. When I went to go go leave my car would not start.

and cleaned the negative cable . Still my car wouldn't start. They then told me to call triple a to get towed . witch I had to buy jumped cables. they checked the new battery and it was dead .

All they said was call triple a and get towed. they didn't want to help me and I was stuck at auto zone. After waiting for 2 days to get a tow to colton to my mechanic . It cost me $140 for that tow because auto zone employee didn't put the cables on right.

Update—-10/4 at 7:11pm and 910 pm called about 2013 Mazda 3 coil boots. Name was paul I believe. Rude pushing off phone and because he couldnt find the part, which other autozone had no problem and told me y’all had one in stock, assumed I was finish and started to hang up.

I stated I’m not finished and he put me on hold. Came back into the phone and stated he was going to see if they had it in stock. Came back in said y’all did and said I could pick it up.

When my husband went in and pick it up he told my husband that I was rude and to make sure I have a great night. Feeling rushed and knowing that the parts was available is not any kind of customer service this man should be handling or if he can handle it.

Made an online order. Received an email that the order was ready. Went to store no order ready. Waited in line for 15 min while employee argued with a customer. There were other employees there but they did not come out to help.

When it was my turn I was told the order didn't even exist. This is with page that had scan code and order number. Said he wasn't able to help. Left the store and went home and cancelled the order.

I will not order or shop at AutoZone again. I will use Amazon or RockAuto. They have the parts and they are delivered right to your door. I assume that AutoZone is having issues. No one seemed to care, so I will go where the service is good.

on 9/13/22. The clerk at the dash wood location didn’t put my warranty information into the computer because she was new, I didn’t realize it until today. My battery is 16 months old. I called the dashwood location in Houston while I was at the Louetta location.

The clerk named James was very rude, unprofessional and very bad behavior, hung the phone up in my face when I was in front of the store manager on Louetta rd. I would like to have my battery replaced under the warranty. Very bad customer service.

I went to the AutoZone on 7490 S Rainbow Blvd in Las Vegas, NV for an engine diagnostic test. The manager Gilbert was extremely rude to me from the minute he performed to the test and when he gave the diagnosis.

It was a problem I was not familiar with and I asked what it meant for my car and how fixing it is supposed to go. He gave very short answers in a rude tone and basically was no help to me in understanding anything about the problem.

I just gave up and left because I felt very uncomfortable and received no help in understanding what was wrong with my car. It was extremely understandable unprofessional and I will no longer bring my business to that location.

Yucaipa store sold me used wiper blades then the employee got upset because I returned everything I bought for the inconvenience. Check the cameras and you will see he looked like he wanted to fight me. Unacceptable. Won’t be spending my money here anymore. Who hires these people.

I had exchanged a belt tensioner for a 14 ford explorer xlt. Exchanged in durango colorado store a week before going to Phoenix az. Got to Phoenix for doctor appointment. Tensioner started to rattle though maybe belt. But replaced that also. 105 degree temp there. tensioner came all apart.

I have called AutoZone repeatedly for the last two days. , Bronx, NY phone number 718-515-8669. I had placed an order for an item that I was told would be delivered between 24 to 48 hours and to call to see if it has arrived by store employee.

When I called the store no one picks up the phone for several times. When someone does pick up a phone they tell me to hold on. I have waited up to an hour and 1/2 two days in a row and no one has picked up the phone to answer my questions if my item has arrived.

They sold me the wrong 02 sensor for my truck and it caused a lot of internal engine damage. Now I just keep getting the run around. They want the part back saying its the manufactures fault. I won't give the part up because then I will not have evidence of their neglect.

Auto zone is trying to pass the it off on someone else. its not the part I have the problem with. Im sure the 02 sensor is fine just not the right one for my truck. 00 in parts alone.

Their workers are not trained they just throw them on the floor. Hence this is why happens. getting ready to file a law suit in court then I will ask for a lot more then just parts.

Went in to replace a battery, lady insisted the battery was the wrong one and gave us a bigger battery which caused a fire in our vehicle and now our excitor harness is melted to no end and altenator is fried. Went back in and all they would do to fix the issue was give us the correct battery.

My husband no longer has a vehicle and we are having a difficult time funding a replacement harness! The employees at this location have shown time and again they don't know enough to be working there or even try to find out correct answers, but this is a new low!

My husband has been missing out on a lot of work because he no longer has a vehicle, something more needs to be done to remedy this issue. I've been trying to call every corporate number I can find with no luck speaking to a human.

I had talked to corporate office about being given the wrong 02 sensor from you store on Balboa ave San Diego which had caused extensive engine damages costing me over $2500. in damages. I was told to go to Auto zone and file a complaint.

When I did the manager would not file a complaint unless gave him the 02 sensor. I told him he could look at it and take pictures but could not have it. I was told if I didn't leave the sensor he would not file the co mplaint.

This matter has gone on long enough I am giving you every last chance to clear this matter up, but it seems like everyone wants to blame the manufacturer when it was not their fault it was auto zones fault... Walked into the store, 1 register was open along with the corporate register. The corporate assistant was finished, so I went to her. While she was eating a bag a chips, she said stated she couldn't help me because I didn't have a corporate account. Really!

I could understand if it was other corporate customers in line but it wasn't. Instead of helping the other customers, she took her bag chips and headed to the banck. That is a horrible look. Autozone, this location has been falling off for months, the customer service sucks. Do better Autozone.

I was getting a simple sensor for my vehicle the manager on duty “helped me” in reality he spoke to me maybe 3 words and was more concerned with the phone call he was getting and answering and talking with them. May 24, 2022: I am writing on behalf of RRD Enterprises. In excess of 8 months, the president of our company has been in contact with Phil and Taylor at the Westminster Maryland Autozone Location in numerous attempts to resolve a billing issue.

Our office has all records; invoices, receipts, return slips, delivery slips, etc. that reflect an error in Autozone's accounting. There still remains an $1,800 or so balance in our corporate account with Autozone, regardless of our several in-person meetings, reviews of the records from both the store and our records.

Phil has been incredibly helpful, promising to fix the issue he admitted was present (we should have a $0 balance in reflection of our many bills paid on time and in full).

I went in the store with my cousin on May 19, 2022 to purchase a part and the conversion was not professional at all especially from management team! In the back area they talked about a lady who worked there so bad til I will never go back to this store again.

I was at AutoZone Auto Parts located at 541 E 149th St, Bronx NY on May 11th at 6:30pm I waited about 5mins to 7 mins for the clerk to help me get a back brake light for my Nissan Rogue. He got the merchandise and took it to the cashier, I believe the manager Raj called her Melissa.

I purchased a 5 year battery warranty in November 2018 and I called to replaced my old battery. The rep from the store location that I spoke with on the phone confirm my warranty and stated I can come anytime to replace the battery at no charge.

However, when I arrive another employee stated the warranty has expired. I asked him to check again and he said he is still valid but will need a manager pin in order to process. He called the manager and he stated the he can only credit $70 after applying the amount. I was charge $170.

It does not make sense. I ask him to show me in writing that the 5 year did not cover all 5 year except for the 2 year prorated. He said they did not have it in writing. I went to the Delray Beach, Florida off S congress Ave.
