They double billed me on a transaction. The card reader malfunctioned an didn’t give a receipt. We reran the transaction and it went through. I pointer out to the manager that my card had a pending transaction. She assured me it would be removed.

It was processed and when I went back to get reimbursed, they claimed there was no record of the transaction. Apparently they can bill you and not have a record of it.

AutoZone at 17140 Foothill Boulevard went there on my hour lunch walk walk straight up and got the hydro slick Chemical Guys make got in line to customers in front of me 6 employees in the store we spent my whole our lunch in line and still did not get the merchandise and was late going back to work no one was checking anybody out two managers there look like and it was setting her both talking for the whole time

Took my battery for a recharge to the MKE store on Burleigh and hwy 100 and was told it would not take a charge. Left with the battery and took it to Batteries Plus who checked it and told me it had an 89%charge. Shame on the employees at this store taking advantage of loyal customers.

BEWARE AutoZone New Tactic.

My associate and I use AutoZone sometimes to recharge our Batteries. The last 3 times we took batteries to be recharged, we returned and they told us the battery was defective and we needed to buy a new battery. NOT TRUE! We took each battery to our home and recharged it ourselves with a slow trickle charge and the batteries charges, we put them in vehicle and they started and continue to work fine.

This has happened 3 times in past 5 months and apparently AZ is encouraging their staff to actually not charge batteries in order to sell customers a new battery. This is deceptive and dishonest. Customers need to be aware of this new AutoZone tactic and avoid having them recharge your battery. I plan to contact Attorney General and other Consumer Complaint venues…

BEWARE! A new AutoZone deception is happening.

At 3 separate times in the past several months I or my associate take a battery into AutoZone to be recharged. Each of the past 3 times, after I came back to pick up battery I was informed that the battery was dead, not chargeable, and I needed to purchase a new battery. In all 3 cases I DID NOT buy a replacement battery, rather returned home and recharged the battery myself, installed in my vehicle and the battery is fine and starts the car perfectly. It appears that AutoZone is now telling folks that their battery is gone and we need to buy a new battery, when, in fact, the battery is fine, simply had to be recharged so they can sell more batteries and resell the working battery you brought in to them to be recharged. Came in this morning to get power stiering fluid and a foot of balk hose to fix a leak! The man working would not help me!!! told the woman working to deal with me that he has had enough??????? All i asked for was one foot section of 5/8 hose??

I got upset and left!! Been going to Autozone for over 20 years have never been treated like this!! The way he talked to the lady working there was degrading, will be driving all the way to West Fargo 13 av. from now on!! SMH

For the past 16 years. I've dropped off waste oil at the Lohman Ave. AutoZone here in Las Cruces, New Mexico. While there, I always buy a few things for auto maintenance. As well I've bought Duralast Gold batteries exclusively for both of our family vehicles.

On Saturday, April 9, 2022 at about 8:30 A.M., I attempted to drop off about two gallons of waste oil. There were no customers in the store at that time, that I could see, so it wasn't busy. Before I could get a word in edgewise, the woman at the counter curtly informed me that the oil couldn't be taken because "It was all full" or "there wasn't enough room"...or words to that effect. "Sorry!"

It wasn't just her response, but her surly attitude that was offensive, considering the business my family has brought to AutoZone over these…

I went to the Charlotte hall auto zone I normally frequent the California Maryland location. I needed several parts and normally they match rock auto as long as it’s the same part and same warranty. I did all of the research ahead of time like I normally do.

Well I was told that it has to be the same brand for it to be matched I’ve never heard of that policy before so literally they would not honor matching the price.

I bought a transmission in June of 2021 that has a 3 year warranty on it. I have not driven my truck for two months since having the transmission put in because it wouldn't change gears. My truck has been in the shop since December.

I contacted the salesperson at the Auto Zone, where I purchased the transmission and was given a number to call the warranty department. I contacted them, only to have them tell me to have the mechanic to contact them. He has called almost everyday, only to be placed on hold for long periods of time before talking to someone, and being transferred to someone else to sit on hold forever with no contact with anyone else.

I order rear rotors and pads. When I went to go pick up my store order they gave me 2 front rotors instead of rear rotors. I had to bring the wrong ones all the way back. I asked if they could just give me the duralast gold which was only $5 difference and they charged me the difference even though it was their mistake.

I went to the store and the store manager at the store in vernon refused to give me back the difference even though they gave me the wrong ones.

C. one of the Employees put Transmission Fluid into my brakes system under the hood. My car was in the shop for almost two months. 00 dollars on a rental and the contact of a deductble of 1000 dollars I didn't have I will fight for the money that I have to pay.

Auto zone will not take responsibility for the employee mistake.

I’ve been shopping at my local AutoZone on Ann rd birth Las Vegas . For years I’ve been able to call the store for parts and if not available, I request for parts to be brought to this store , for years!

This new person Don , not sure why he don’t care about helping customers, but he will never do this for me . He asks that I come in to the store to have this done . Basically waste my time instead of taking care of the customer.

Someone has to let him know that it’s the damn customers that pay his paycheck and is the reason why he has a job ! Without customers, there is no AutoZone! Why is it that this associate has his own rules ?

I need the CEO to tell me Don runs the store his way ! Or tell me to shop somewhere else ! Great customer service and convenience makes the business!

Store in Edmond Oklahoma on N Penn has a assistant manager name Earl was rude and harassing. We have a commercial account with AutoZone . I was trying to go to commercial department trying to buy a part when Earl started yelling at us not go back to commercial department told us to get out and don't come back.

I will never shop that store ever again. You need to repermented that person how said their name is Earl and that he was a assistant manager. He call the police on us . I believe I was racially discriminated for being Mexican .

At store 4252 on 10/1/2021 3:46 pm. Robert J the store manager was just standing around talking and refusing to help me put windshield wipers on my car. so I ended up returning them and just getting my money back.

I reminded him on his name tag underneath it say's customer satisfaction, He began to speak to me rudely, saying just cause your driving a Mercedes don't mean I have to help you. They don't pay me enough for customer satisfaction.

I was in shock let the store and received great customer service at Advance auto parts. This is very upsetting to see this person has a Manager tag on.

Ordered 2 parts online . The first was a grill for my 2006 equinox. It had a cut in it from them cutting off label on package and putting it on outside of box. Cut was 3 inches long. The second part was the grill molding .

It was clearly marked with my address 5075 clover Lane. It was delivered to 4775 clover Lane and driver reported it was delivered to my house. Would not do business with them again. Run don't walk from this company.

I ordered a part last thursday and they lied to me about 2 days for a small part for my transmission. I called monday and guy said it got lost in transition and have to re order it so i did Monday at 12pm.

I called District manager on friday and he said sorry i will get my money back and part also but he had the the store manager re order and she said next day for sure. I called Saturday and guy said nope part wont be in till sunday.

DO NOT ORDER FROM AUTO ZONE IN ENFIELD CT 06082 BECAUSE THEY ARE SLOW AND NO COMMON SINCE ASKING ME FOR MY NUMBER 4 TIMES THAT I CALLED AND THEY SHOULD HAVE IT IN COMPUTER.

0 engine was informed it would be there today at 5;30pm. I waited till 6:30pm and no hub driver left store at 6:35pm pissed not only do I have to pay mechanic for today but tomorrow as well because your hub driver didn't show at 5:30pm like they should have.

I could have driven to Rockingham and back to Wadesboro under 1 hr. The part ought to be given free of charge for the waiting, wasted trip twice and the extra money for tomorrow. VERY displeased WITH THE SERVICE AT AUTOZONE TODAY.

On 9/10/21 I went to my usual store in Coachella, CA to take back my dead Duralast Gold battery I bought a year ago that has a 3 year warranty. I spoke to Efren Martinez and he told me he would need to keep it 2 hours to see if it took a charge.

I already tried that and told him so it was completely dead. I told him I would be back. I went to do my grocer shopping and came back with 20 minutes to go. He proceeded to tell me that I was too early and it was holding a charge.

I told him I did not have time to argue with him as my groceries were in the car. He did not seem to care. I told him then to just give me my old battery back and I would go home and file a complaint.

After making an appointment to have my alternator replaced, when I arrived I was told that I'd have to wait until the mechanic got back from lunch!!! so I wouldn't have to wait. Then I was told my alternator would have to be back ordered, except when I showed him it could be picked up at a local AutoZone store they refused to order it because they didn't have an account with that particular store, and

I purchased a battery in Jan 2021 for my motorcycle which at this time I was told that I had a one y r warranty about 5 months after I purchased this battery it would not hold any. so they replaced it a few months ago and now this one I received as a replacement no longer will hold a charge either.

Now Im being told now that it only is. 6month warranty now. I think thats wrong of this store to not stand by what was said. So I will fo my business with somebody else if this isnt solved thank you WILLiam Beane.

Having a problem with you AC compressors. This will be my 3rd one in a short period of time. I would prefer to talk to your regional manager before going to store. Had a problem earlier this year and he was great.

We owned our vehicle for the last 9 years (2004 Toyota Rav4). 2 years ago we had a motor mount fail and we decided to replaced all the motor mounts with parts from Auto Zone in The Colony, TX not even 6 month later the motor mount failed and we replaced it again now 2 month later the part failed again.

I find it hard to believe that the original factory motor mount lasted all those years without failing and the ones we purchase from your store are failing within months. We are disapointed in your product and everytime we have to replace the motor mount it takes about 4 hours of my day.

I would like to know what is going to be done with this situation since there is something wrong with your product.
