I purchase a new battery and starter for my 2002 Honda Accord bcuz this is what the employees told me was wrong with my car and now I'm at a loss of almost $450 dollars because they told me wrong information. They didn't want to refund me foe the battery that was not bad anf I lost out on labor fees to get the starter replaced that wasn't bad either.
Talk to corporate office and they act like we were lying to them about what happened. AutoZone employees have no idea what they are doing and I feel as if I should get a refund for time and money wasted.
This was a horrible and unprofessional experience.
