I purchase a new battery and starter for my 2002 Honda Accord bcuz this is what the employees told me was wrong with my car and now I'm at a loss of almost $450 dollars because they told me wrong information. They didn't want to refund me foe the battery that was not bad anf I lost out on labor fees to get the starter replaced that wasn't bad either.

Talk to corporate office and they act like we were lying to them about what happened. AutoZone employees have no idea what they are doing and I feel as if I should get a refund for time and money wasted.

This was a horrible and unprofessional experience.

* I bought tools that were suppose to have a lifetime warranty ( C-Clamps ) that ended up being warrantied for a lesser time when I needed them replaced.

* I bought a battery with a 90 day warranty that lasted a total of 5 or 6 months yet the cheapest wal mart battery with a 1 year warranty lasted 3.5 years and is still in use yet they are both made by Johnson Controls. Autozone must be getting an inferior quality product from the manufacturer.

* Saturday August 7 at 8:42pm I walked in to my local store to exchange a fan belt cause they gave me the wrong one and I was given the " GET OUT ! WE ARE CLOSED ! This complaint is regarding a store manager at AutoZone, located at 8877 Pensacola Blvd, Pensacola, FL 32534. The insult took place on 08/07/2021 around 1:40 PM central. I was so disturbed by his low-class attitude and comments that I forgot to get his name. He appeared to be tall, dark skin African American male with a damaged left eye and disturbingly ugly. He was making fun of the way that I spoke, which I found to be extremely out of place and disrespectful. I did take the time to explain the situation to another onsite store manager (Caucasian male); but the ugly African American manager was still laughing about the issue as if he found the situation to be funny.

I am of African descent as well, but I think that AutoZone should take the time to hire people of more class to represent…

I went to your Manteca store this afternoon Sunday, 1 August 2021 because I was having some issues with the warning light. I arrived at the store after 5pmI went and I stood in line. I waited and eventually this big tall guy with a extremely large tummy reluctantly decided to ask if I need help.

Got product online. was sent an email that it was ready. Went to get it and Store 2092 770 Goodman Rd W Horn Lake MS 38637 at 3:45 central time she was the only woman working there, and they could not find the order.

The lady kept saying she did not know who sent the email and was getting getting louder every time she told me. I kept saying that it came from Auto Zone. I ask for my money back she told me it would be 10 dollars. 91 from my card.

She got LOUD and said do you want the 10 dollars or not. I said no I want the money that Auto Zone toke out. Loud again she said I can not help you, you need to call the offices.

I brought 2 rack and pinions and paid 2 labor charges of $304 1 rack and pinion and labor charge of $304 district manager Rusty Camille paid for from auto zone between 1/19/21 and 5/18/21. My mechanic Steve Giscomee owner of Speed Workz performance Center which is registered with BBB and has been my mechanic since 2007.

I am still having problems with my steering not turning when in a tight spot have to go forward and back to get out. Mr. Giscomee also has put on a power steering pump he said it is the rack and pinion again that's still not working right.

Oh my gosh. What terrible service. We have been customers and spend at least 1500-2000 dollars in sales each month. We ordered brake rotors and pads last Thursday and called Monday to see when they would be delivered. No delivery until Noon or when someone came in. We picked them up ourselves but no pads and the manager or (1) new of 5 days salesperson could find them. Now were are awaiting at 3 p.m. for some calipers and battery which was ordered at 11 a.m. We have called on 5 different occasions to find where the parts are and again were told no help. The last time we called the person answering the phone had no clue of the order. Really? Only three people working and one of them had no clue of the order. Our days are numbered with that store.

Walked into store 3 of 4 employees including manager walked out to smoke. Left 1 new employee who could not find part for customer in front of me. 3 more customers came and had to wait in line behind me.

New employee told 1st customer to wait till others came back. Tried to help me but had no ideal what I wanted. 5 mins later all 3 came in from smoking. Asked 1 for scan tool with abs and was told that they don’t carry them anymore with a bad attitude.

I said This morning I was here and saw a employee using one on a car he said it’s broke. Horrible service and attitude.

The every night manager is amazing!!!! Every night I go, she’s there… I love her so much… I bet she would go so far one day with all the knowledge she posses. I was amazed at the fact that in two mins she changed a battery with a full explanation of the benefits of getting the agm battery for my car, she even double checked my alternator after installation and

as soon as she was done she did the same with the other gentleman that needed to get his battery replaced, I have a 20 rogue and he had a charger, and we both took the agm battery, I don’t know how she moves so fast, but had no issues with helping us both back to back, it was dark and all, (after 9pm) yet she didn’t lose her smile and

couple months ago went to return a item at Autozone in Roseville mi on 28401 Groesbeck Hwy, Roseville, MI 48066. The Part sale manager gave me a hard time, did not do my return and argued with me. He also stated that some AutoZone's where franchised owned, but they are not.

So i let it be and never got my return. Yesterday i went back in due to one of there led items where default. i already installed most of the led kit just needed to switch out the controller for the led.

He stated that i would have to remove the led kit , bring the whole thing back in for him to be able to process a return. Why could i not just get the one from the shelf and do a damage swap??

The psm had his shirt untucked and no name tag and augured with me once more. i contacted the regional and the district…

I ordered shock absorber for my mercedes on 4/13/21 on auto zone web site telling me I will receive by home delivery on 7/15/21. my car is already in garage with the removed parts waiting for new part and I am unable to drive and go to work.

Today 7/17/21 I called customer service to see what is going on why I have not received my part and they told me the part is canceled because the vendor do not have that part. That means if I did not call nobody will tell me that.

This is unacceptable and unprofessional how you treat your customers. I will never do business with you anymore. Goodbye

The kid that was working was rude. He would not get out from behind the counter to show me where the item was. He just said aisle 1. I used to work for Auto Zone and we went out of our way to help.

I asked for another item and he said somewhere on aisle 4. Very disappointing. Connersville Indiana store.

I went into the store in Georgetown, SC. I had my car checked for the battery . The sales associate said that needed a alternator. 61. I spent 4 hours putting it on, just to find out that it was my battery post.

This is the 2nd time this has happened to me from the Owego NY autozone store I had to order a part they stated it will be in the next day when I called to see if part was in they now state it’ll be in the following morning I am not happy with the service I have received from this store I have already paid for the item to repair my vehicle because of this issue I cannot make it to work nor make it to emergencies as a first responder I believe I will take my business elsewheres

I placed an order for next day delivery on July 1st. I received an order confirmation at 6:13 PM on July 1st. Upon checking my order status on July 2nd Fed EX had a delivery date of July 6th. I called customer service an apparently someone at the hub used the wrong FED EX label.

I will not receive these parts until the 3rd of July. 00 dollars and the parts were desperately needed on the 2nd!! 00 gift card and have the hub generate a new label for delivery on the 3rd. This WILL NOT suffice.

Ordered a wheel hub/ bearing for my 2006 Toyota Highlander hybrid. Was told to come in the next day at 9 am if I haven't received a call to come in anyway it would be there. I drove 20 mi. and it wasn't there.

I asked why they didn't call and was told they didn't know Sorry. I had to re-order the part because the 1st one didn't work. All the bearings you sell are the wrong ones for my hybrid. The bearing must be magnetized on one side for computer purposes and none of yours are.

You need to check with a mechanic I have wasted my time and gas on a falsehood.

I went to the store in Norco on Hamner and I put all the items I had on the counter the kid rang everything up I thought. He asked if I wanted to use my rewards and I did so then I grabbed the items off the counter and walked out.

The alarm buzzed and I’m assuming the manager came outside and instantly accused me Snd my friend of stealing. Went to auto zone for a purchase today and upon entering the store it appeared that they were not busy… After I waited and waited to be helped i finally asked could I get some assistance and was told by your employee they were “ too busy” and if I couldn’t wait I could go somewhere else.

I have lived in this community all my life and I am appalled by the service this store gives to someone spending money as a customer here … in the future I will drive the 17 miles to Douglas Georgia and give my business elsewhere I hope someone follows up on this incident and looks into this deplorable behavior of this staff at this location. My Daughter had the worst exp. at the Riverview location 301/Symmes on 6/12/2021 @ approx 7pm She went to this location to have her battery charged, she was rudely advised that she needed to take it out herself. The store had 2 clerks no customers and this is probably why.... she proceeded to tell the clerk she didn't know how , nor did she have anything to loosen the bolts .. he handed her a wrench and went back to sweeping the floor..

I needed to do a split payment on my purchases with cash and debit, but I was tricked into doing the entire payment on my debit card and couldn't get the refund credited back to my debit card! Apparently they don't train their employees well enough to do the proper procedures!

Now I'm stuck out for not having enough money on my debit card for a automatic payment that will be due soon. I rate this customer service at a zero! Very very poor service! So if anyone ever need to do a split payment my advice is to do two different transactions!

I went to purchase a phone holder for my Vehicle I walked in ad soon as we got to the area we needed which was easily in plain sight of counter store associate ordered me to put my bag on counter? I was surprised and confused at his demand and this is not a bag it's my purse , then he said well you can leave it behind the counter .

Went in for a new battery. They ran a test on my battery told me it’s fine my alternator needs to be replaced. They sold me an alternator. I got it fixed and the problem was not fixed. It was the battery.

What I went in for and they told me I didn’t need one. I spent $700 getting the alternator and mechanic to be replaced for no reason. Autozone told me it wasn’t my battery but it in fact was my battery.

$700 wasted for no reason because of autozone.

I purchased parts and my debit card was processed 5 times the regional manager stopped taking my calls and the charges are still pending for a over charge. This company sucks. No customer service they dont even hold the reps responsible for their mistakes.

I wound not recommended the auto zone in Columbus Mississippi. They are very disappointing and I feel they stole me money with disregard. I was traveling out of town when had issues 843 miles to have money stolen at the check out.

Never again I will never purchase from them again and I'll be filing a complaint with the BBB. Also

I have used autozone for several years. If they didn’t have a part at the location I was at they would check other stores close by . In in hours would have it . This last weekend I went and picked up a pump and pulley .

Forgot the a hose . Got home and called they said they have one in anchorage and it can be here in the morning. Great how ever now they demand payment upfront on store to store stock items. I get it on special order .

I went into store # 1437731 Hewitt Dr. Hewitt tx To do some returns with my receipt I was told that I need to go to the store I purchase it from to get refund I really was under the impression that with a receipt.

I called autozone in Alb, NM. 87105 on Isleta Blvd. I was put on hold for 40 minutes. I was looking for a battery for my car. Not once was I ever told we'll be right with u sorry for the inconvience. This really upset me.

I've been a customer there for yrs and have never been treated so badly. I believe the workers name was Jesus and the supervisors is Edwin. When I called back to speak to Edwin, they left me on hold again.

Been a long term Autozone customer and have been getting treated worse an worse at your store, and it’s not just the one of two stores in my town it’s been from both of them! In fact i stopped going to the Middletown Rosevelt Store a couple years ago for this very reason.

I purchased air filter for my car with other parts , my friend took of the filter from the box to check it up and he forgot to put it back ,so I took the empty box and other parts and left , then when we got home we noticed that we left the air filter in the shop , then we come back in the shop and asked the guy his nam is jeef for the air filter and

The original battery still had prorated warranty. Why would I not be ONLY responsible for the cost of the prorated amount under the warranty left on the battery that I was upsold on back in 2017? You are now stating I must then pay for the difference in cost of another battery for close to the same cost of the battery from 2017.

Robert the mgr was of no help. THIS IS A TOTAL RIP OFF!!!!!
