Last night I was in AutoZone located in Blytheville Ar, around 8:45 pm and an employee by the name dewahn I believe it was spelled, left the store to go outside and talk to a friend or such while I and three other people were waiting to be checked out and a gentleman walked to the for and asked him for help twice before the employee came inside to help and

then continued to talk disrespectful to the manager in charge. Then he proceeded to use loud profane language, Then continued to go outside while on the clock with customers in the store and harass and threatening the customer that asked for service while customer was in his car in the parking lot.

Dewahn the employee, actually left the building to go outside and hit the customers car window while cursing and threatening the (PAYING)…

I purchased air filter for my car with other parts , my friend took of the filter from the box to check it up and he forgot to put it back ,so I took the empty box and other parts and left , then when we got home we noticed that we left the air filter in the shop , then we come back in the shop and asked the guy his nam is jeef for the air filter and

his reply was it is not here in a rudeness then I told him can I speak with a supervisor his response was( my supervisor is Donald Trump ) and then he continued and told us if we want something free we should go back in our country .

Purchased battery 4/26/2017 with 5 (five) yr warranty at Autozone 5769. (Receipt states 5yr/ 60mos warranty period. 36mos free replacement period) Battery died so took it in today, 7/4/2020, for replacement. 66 plus core chrg) although core chrg should not have been applicable at all since battery was with us. 42) ***????

The original battery still had prorated warranty. Why would I not be ONLY responsible for the cost of the prorated amount under the warranty left on the battery that I was upsold on back in 2017? You are now stating I must then pay for the difference in cost of another battery for close to the same cost of the battery from 2017.

Robert the mgr was of no help. THIS IS A TOTAL RIP OFF!!!!!

Called to ask if they stocked a certain tool, the employee said he would go look. Came back to phone and said they did have it. I asked the price, he said he didn't look at price, then he said he is busy.

I don't even work in a store and I would know to look at the price because I know that is gonna be the customers next question. I got what I needed at O' Rileys.

00 core charge on 3/14/20. I put the starter in my vehicle and its worked for about a week and then quit working. The starter came in with a 90 day refund or replacement. I came into Auto Zone this morning around 8:20am. I spoke with a gentlemen there and explained my issue. My car was failing to accelerate and when I pulled the car to the side of the road and shut off the engine, I was unable to turn it back on for 15min.

Once the car was back on, the engine light and the oil light came on. I then proceeded to go straight to autozone. I pulled into the stores parkinglot and left my car running in fear that it wouldnt start up again.

By this time my car was now making a knocking noise, the oil light was still on, but the engine light was off. I went in and explained my situation to the guy working. My complaint is that this auto zone at this address 13927 S Pioneer Blvd, Norwalk, CA 90650 does not have anybody bilingual..my husband does not speak english and everytime he goes they tell him they cant help him because nobody speaks spanish and he has to leave. They should have somebody thats speaks spanish.

Sold me wrong battery and fried my main fuse so car would not run had to have it towed and hooked up to machine to see why not running...cost me a lot money to fix...want to be reimbursed. The reason I am upset is I took old battery with me said need battery just like this but instead autozone gave me battery with post opposite...that was an expensive mistake.

I purchased wiper blades in November, the end of the month. I had the clerk pick them out and install them. Less then 2 months later, the rubber was coming apart down the whole wiper blade on passenger side. I went back to Auto zone, and the clerk there told me that I did not buy the blades at their store.

I had my receipt I told her the guy installed them, and she continued to tell me about four times that I didn't buy them at her store. I know where I bought them. I don't know what the clerk did where he got those blades if they were returns or someone shove them in the wrong container, but the wrong blades were put on my car.

I paid $51 and some change for those blades and expect them to last at least a year. When the clerk Saw the back wiper blade that it was, correct. , then I think…

I work in Potosi Missouri, across from your store and I just lost a bet to my boss on how good it must be to work for Potosi Autozone. Janea the store manager and Paul arrive first (in same car), smoke kiss and go inside, then brandi a red shirt arrives throw cigarette out window and goes in.

At 8 Danielle a grey shirt arrives smokes cigarette while walking up to door. After danielle goes in Paul and Janea come back out to smoke together. Add in when the next shift shows up Kyle smokes. So my boss and I decided to watch all week and average out the time stolen and cigarette butts in parking lot.

Janea and paul averaged in a 40 hour week a smoke every 1 1/2 spending 7 minutes averaged outside together. All the others averaged every 5 hours a 3 minute smoke. So we guess as long as you are…

I took my marine battery to get charged at an autozone in palmdale, California a few weeks ago and they got rid of my battery. The manager just said they took it to get recycled and did nothing to replace it.

My battery was still good. I just want my battery back since I just get the run around and no one does anything to help me. I also called to make a complaint and no one ever called me back.

How can this problem get resolved. I dont want to make this a legal issue but if I have too I will. Who knows how many other people have similar issues.

First guy I talked to was nice but short and seemed irritated. I called back to schedule my order and a different guy answered who was completely an asshole. I called o'Reillys after autozone was rude and it was the best service I had.

Also they have rude employees at the William's hwy store here in Grant's pass. Completely unprofessional

On 12/15/19 at app 5 pm EST, I have contacted Mark Loura on Facebook in reference to the ad that he publicly posted where he was selling an AutoZone gift card with balance of $254 for $160. He stated that he no longer needs this card and willing to sell it for $160. I have forward him 2 paypal payments,one for $160 and the other for $5 in order to offset his paypal fees.

The 1 in Baraboo WI was extremely rude. 60 year old women traveling alone and my truck was over heating. I just asked for help opening the hood. They refused. Very rudely by the way. Thank god there was an O'Reilly right next store.

They did everything for me. I've been to Autozones in several different states and never been treated bad but that store made up for it, to the point that I'm not sure if i will go to another Autozone

I purchased two Bosh wiper blades for my 2016 Chevrolet Silverado approximately 11/15/19 . The wiper blades make a chattering sound regardless of the amount of rain ( light or heavy) on the windshield . I went back to the store in Nashua and was told that there was not much we could do .

I was told that they would exchange them but it would do the same thing and chatter. I did not ask for my money back because i new that was not going to happen. Why would I want another set of wiper blades that would chatter.

So I went to McMullcan Chevrolet dealer around the corner and purchased two OEM blades. It is not always about the money but it should always be about making the customer happy. When I purchased these blades I was told that they should last at least a year or more. Howe is Auto Zone…

I took my battery to ORellys to test it, in the last month i needed a jump 3 times, she told me it was reading 12 but that it should be under warnty to take it back where i got it . Ionly got the truck a year ago but auto zone 2 blocks down i would go there .

I went into autozone on main st in Endwell, NY a half hour ago to have them put a meter on my vehicle to get the fault codes for my service engine light. The kid at the counter said he can give me the meter and i can do it myself, or I can go to a Dealer.

I dont know how to do that, but considering going back and putting the meter in front of my tire and driving over it. Any suggestions?

Years ago I bought several tools from AutoZone they was the Great Neck brand I go in several different times to return broken tools and was told I would had to get hold of the Great Neck I should be able to return the tools to where I bought them exchange it for the ones that they are selling but no luck I was told there's nothing they can do I bought these tools because they was a lifetime warranty I had other choices but I just chose to buy from AutoZone causes of lifetime warranty but

My visit to AutoZone this past Saturday, October 5th, around 2pm on 921 S Willow St, in Manchester, NH was one I’ll never forget for how badly the associates acted and treated me. When I brought in 2 jugs of used oil to be recycled, as I’ve done several times over the years at this location, I waited in line like everyone else.

After the black American Spanish-speaking associate with sleeve tattoos (I apologize for not knowing everyone’s names) asked me if I needed any help, I replied I was just dropping off this used oil and pointed to the 2 jugs on the floor next to the register. I walked in on a rainy day to purchase new wiper blades. Had to wait 5 minutes to be helped with what size wiper blades my truck took. I picked out wiper blades on my own off the shelf and waited over 15 minutes at a register to try and pay.

I was told that somebody will be right with me. Two people walked in after me and we're both helped and paid while I was still standing there waiting to pay cash. I ended up leaving the wiper blades on the counter and walking out.

This makes me very upset as I come to AutoZone for all my Automotive needs which is usually 2-3 times a week. I will still continue to go to AutoZone as it is the closest store for me. I just find it very upsetting that I couldn't be helped faster.

2016, I purchased an ERG valve for my 2004 Buick. September 2019 part stopped functioning properly. Took my lifetime warranty to store where purchased for replacement only to find that the only one they had was damaged. Was promised another on that same day about 6 hrs later. Part was not there.

Was told it would be there the next day, it was not and they didn't know if they would receive one. Told me to go to another parts store, bring them receipt and possibly get reimbursed. I had to do all the leg work that they should have done.

Went into store at 19 Garfield clinton twp Michigan 48038 location stood in line for 35 min waiting for service there were 2 employees on duty and 1 was outside with a customer the entire time which left one in store to wait on 7 people in line, when it was finally my turn the gentleman had to ask me who makes a tahoe what wires I need for it and if they were square or round, I had more knowledge then he did.

I told him I needed the ignition wire set and he looked confused grabbed a box and asked me if this is what I'm looking for, I'm very disappointed and thinking I'm going to switch where I buy my auto stuff from.

I bought break pads from Auto Zone Midrand o the 12/09/2019. Today when I have to repair them only to find that are incorrect. I went to your branch at Auto Zone Tembisa Mega Mart to exchange them. I got treated badly by the staff and their Manager said I must return it back to where I bought them.

Manager also denied to phone the branch said i must use my Cellphone. Till I went back to Midrand to get assistant. I am totally not impressed by the service rendered by your Tembisa branch. I will appreciate if my complain can be considered and get feedback.

My complaint is about the two employees that were doing nothing when I entered the store and refused to help me. I wanted to purchase two plates to mount my new license tags for my new vehicle I didn't know what type of screws to get.

I asked them and they told me I had to go figure that out on my own. I asked another question and ignored me and went out and smoked a cigarette. I was never so appalled in my entire life that I have been shopping there and spending all of my hard earned money there.

So I want across the street to O'Reilly's who treated me with a dignity and respect that I deserve as a pain customer. I wound up spending a lot more money because of it. They need to be fired for being so rude and disrespectful not only that not doing their job on company time smoking…

Went in to the store to get a new battery, got convinced it was the alternator that was faulty. Paid 257 for a new alternator. The car was still not turning on, so I took it to advanced auto parts, they confirmed it was just the battery.

Autozone just wanted the extra money for an alternator instead of helping out to get the battery. All they care about is the money. Horrible service.

While I am waiting on the phone right now waiting for corporate to answer the phone I am also going to explain my experience in Auto Zone yesterday (9/09/19). I walked into Auto Zone store number #1190 on Yellowstone Ave.

in Pocatello, Idaho and a store personnel was standing behind the check stand and I asked him if he would plug in my car to see whats wrong with it. Before I finished my question towards him he walks off and sends a young lady to help me. I couldn't believe this! I was appalled!

I asked the gal whats wrong with him and what is his name. She told me he always does this. Well his name is James Barnhill and I have called corporate and explained whats happened and hopefully something WILL be done.
