Years ago I bought several tools from AutoZone they was the Great Neck brand I go in several different times to return broken tools and was told I would had to get hold of the Great Neck I should be able to return the tools to where I bought them exchange it for the ones that they are selling but no luck I was told there's nothing they can do I bought these tools because they was a lifetime warranty I had other choices but I just chose to buy from AutoZone causes of lifetime warranty but

I guess I lifetime warranty don't matter when you can not return it to the place you purchased it from thanks a lot AutoZone I will never buy anything from your store again and I will make sure I tell others for 20 some odd years I have bought everything I purchased for my cars and tools from AutoZone…

My visit to AutoZone this past Saturday, October 5th, around 2pm on 921 S Willow St, in Manchester, NH was one I’ll never forget for how badly the associates acted and treated me. When I brought in 2 jugs of used oil to be recycled, as I’ve done several times over the years at this location, I waited in line like everyone else.

After the black American Spanish-speaking associate with sleeve tattoos (I apologize for not knowing everyone’s names) asked me if I needed any help, I replied I was just dropping off this used oil and pointed to the 2 jugs on the floor next to the register. He looked at it and started looking-up things on his computer without saying anything to me about it.

I just went to Auto zone because dash light went out and I'm disabled and could not find fuse box I asked guys to show me where can come check comes can they help me the guy just gave me a nasty can you just disapear look and would not come help.

I have spent a lot of money at that store but not no more that is a thing of past and you may want to tell his smart ass that not under dash it's in trunk. I also recommend that store too I'm going to o reilys now I hurt so bad I can hardly move tonight and he would not help me so I'm now sitting at terribles gas station to charge my phone because he would not help and

I have a five hour drive to go yet. How would he feel if I got in car wreck??

Non delivery of a part to a Mavis Discount Tire. Gave a specific time frame and kept making excuses regarding this part. I waited from 10am this morning and it almost 5pm and no part is here. I am a single parent with one vehicle and now and unsafe one because of your companies neglect to provide a specific part to this establishment.

I walked in on a rainy day to purchase new wiper blades. Had to wait 5 minutes to be helped with what size wiper blades my truck took. I picked out wiper blades on my own off the shelf and waited over 15 minutes at a register to try and pay.

I was told that somebody will be right with me. Two people walked in after me and we're both helped and paid while I was still standing there waiting to pay cash. I ended up leaving the wiper blades on the counter and walking out.

This makes me very upset as I come to AutoZone for all my Automotive needs which is usually 2-3 times a week. I will still continue to go to AutoZone as it is the closest store for me. I just find it very upsetting that I couldn't be helped faster.

Sept. 1st This year I was in store here in Dowagiac Mi. Purchased some new door bushings and pins. On Sept. ,But it had to be spent before or on Sept. 7th or it expired. I am a good customer and buy all my parts from Autozone.

Drive older vehicles so I spend alot of money at your Buisness. I simply upset that I lost that credit because of misinformation. Is there a way I could recoup my 20 dollars credit. Thankyou Doug Rohdy

2016, I purchased an ERG valve for my 2004 Buick. September 2019 part stopped functioning properly. Took my lifetime warranty to store where purchased for replacement only to find that the only one they had was damaged. Was promised another on that same day about 6 hrs later. Part was not there.

Was told it would be there the next day, it was not and they didn't know if they would receive one. Told me to go to another parts store, bring them receipt and possibly get reimbursed. I had to do all the leg work that they should have done.

Went into store at 19 Garfield clinton twp Michigan 48038 location stood in line for 35 min waiting for service there were 2 employees on duty and 1 was outside with a customer the entire time which left one in store to wait on 7 people in line, when it was finally my turn the gentleman had to ask me who makes a tahoe what wires I need for it and if they were square or round, I had more knowledge then he did.

I told him I needed the ignition wire set and he looked confused grabbed a box and asked me if this is what I'm looking for, I'm very disappointed and thinking I'm going to switch where I buy my auto stuff from.

I bought break pads from Auto Zone Midrand o the 12/09/2019. Today when I have to repair them only to find that are incorrect. I went to your branch at Auto Zone Tembisa Mega Mart to exchange them. I got treated badly by the staff and their Manager said I must return it back to where I bought them.

Manager also denied to phone the branch said i must use my Cellphone. Till I went back to Midrand to get assistant. I am totally not impressed by the service rendered by your Tembisa branch. I will appreciate if my complain can be considered and get feedback.

My complaint is about the two employees that were doing nothing when I entered the store and refused to help me. I wanted to purchase two plates to mount my new license tags for my new vehicle I didn't know what type of screws to get.

I asked them and they told me I had to go figure that out on my own. I asked another question and ignored me and went out and smoked a cigarette. I was never so appalled in my entire life that I have been shopping there and spending all of my hard earned money there.

So I want across the street to O'Reilly's who treated me with a dignity and respect that I deserve as a pain customer. I wound up spending a lot more money because of it. They need to be fired for being so rude and disrespectful not only that not doing their job on company time smoking…

Went in to the store to get a new battery, got convinced it was the alternator that was faulty. Paid 257 for a new alternator. The car was still not turning on, so I took it to advanced auto parts, they confirmed it was just the battery.

Autozone just wanted the extra money for an alternator instead of helping out to get the battery. All they care about is the money. Horrible service.

While I am waiting on the phone right now waiting for corporate to answer the phone I am also going to explain my experience in Auto Zone yesterday (9/09/19). I walked into Auto Zone store number #1190 on Yellowstone Ave.

in Pocatello, Idaho and a store personnel was standing behind the check stand and I asked him if he would plug in my car to see whats wrong with it. Before I finished my question towards him he walks off and sends a young lady to help me. I couldn't believe this! I was appalled!

I asked the gal whats wrong with him and what is his name. She told me he always does this. Well his name is James Barnhill and I have called corporate and explained whats happened and hopefully something WILL be done.

Not sure what changed in this store in last few months but employees are miserable, short staffed, shelves empty, stores a mess and long wait to get help. We have entered store in last month to find one employee working by himself, or tired from doing an open to closed with no weekend off. I don't need a response, just didn't realize managment cared so little about their hourly employees.

I usually have had the best experience at autozones where they go out and see what my problem is or have even helped installing a car light. But the autozone on Dezavala San Antonio Texas this older man assumed I wouldn’t be aware that he was of No help to me telling me to find help elsewhere not even a look to even a helping hand.

Worst experience I’ve ever had. Pure laziness.

I tried to call the Auto Zone location where I purchased my battery to check my warranty. After 3 or 4 calls & no answer, I called another location. They verified my warranty & told me to go to the location where I purchased the battery.

When I arrived I told the sales person I was trying to call & she said they were shorted. My Complaint: When I told her I needed a replacement battery, she handed me with a tool box & said I had to take it out & reinstall it myself.

She had no way of knowing I was a 100% Disabled Veteran, but I am a female who had never done it before. My Jeep battery is very heavy but I got it done. Services like testing & installing batteries is why I go to Auto Zone.

I'm not gonna stop going to Auto Zone just yet, but I will not return to the Mableton, GA location.

The last week in July we went into your holly location, on recommendation from your sales associate we purchased an expansion plug for our oil pan. Within an hour of driving the truck the oil plug blew out and ruined the motor in our truck and left us stranded on the expressway with two children in the car and a trailer.

I went there to return a core on 8/29/2019 at approx 9:00 pm. I used a debit card to purchase the item. I asked the employee that when someone uses a debit card do I cleft cash back ? He said yes you do.

I said ok I used a debit so i would like cash back for the core charge. He then tells Me you didn’t use a debit card it was a credit card and proceeded to Process the return and told Me it was put back on the card.

I told him I don’t want it back on the card I wants cash back and showed him the card I used and he said it was too late he couldn’t change it. The manager and associate was both rude and not helpful at all.

In Cambridge Ohio Auto Zone. You stand and wait with no help for 20 minutes until a male driver comes in while managers can be heard with female driver, making sexual jokes and I walked out. This place let's the managers degrade the cashier's and it's absolutely horrific.

Hi, my name is Mykeya and I have a concern with one of your autozone stores. My complaint is based on all my previous encounters with store#2851 which I believe has a huge discrimination issue and I'm fed up! At first I didn't think anything of it until I noticed every time I would go to this autozone that same thing keeps happening.

For instance I could walk into the store and like that everyone becomes "very busy" so that they can't help me or I can be in line have a couple of people in front of me get serviced promptly but when it's my turn every cashier becomes busy, leave thier register or what it seems to me drags the sell that they are handling out by babbling knowing that I've been waiting for awhile.

Purchased front brake pads for my vehicle, NEVER told me I needed to purchase clips separately! Went back to the store and they told me it would be an additional $23.00 for the clips and would not receive them until the next day but I had already had old brakes off of car!! Went to Napa got brakes AND clips SAME DAY!!

M. One lady ahead of me in line being helped. Waited in line 3-5 minutes, did not get acknowledged or greeted by any staff, I saw at least 2 people on duty. Went to go look at other items, to waste some time.

Then decided to go back and wait behind the same lady in line once again. No hello, no I will be right with you as soon as I can. Nothing. That's what Autozone made me feel like. In closing I have been a customer of the Autozone in Mission Viejo for years, I use to shop their when they were called Chief Autoparts.

I was rudely approached by your store manager who was asking me what I had wanted I told him I was just shopping now because the paint wasnt the right kind and he responded by telling me to leave I thought it was only because the store was closing but I went outside and checked the posted sign listing the hours of operation so

I go back inside because it was only 7 30 and this branch closed at 9 but he kicked me out and started speaking loud islamiah remarks I couldn't understand so I left before he gave him self a heart attack this sort of behavior is not appropriate especially coming from a man in a leadership position.

I am a disabled veteran exposed to Agent Orange. I have no right leg, poorly functioning hands, eyes, cannot be in temperatures over 81 degrees or heat exposure, possible heat stroke. I need a MAP Sensor for a 1991 Chevy G-20 350 V8 Disability Van so I can go to VA and doctor appointments.

I have two degrees in auto mechanics. It is 102 plus heat, but well be cooler for a few days shortly. so I need replacement part. I tried to order it today from Auto Zone, Nob Hill, Yakima by phone, to be picked up by my Care-giver after payment by card.

I was told Auto Zone only allows the purchaser to pick up the part in person, which I cannot do because disability van does not run without part and it is over 81 degrees out (can't go out). This of course is discriminatory against disabled.

I contacted customer service today through email and did not get a response back yet, but that is becoming the norm. I placed 3 pickup in store ordersyesterday the 19th, and my orders are all still processing??? Still did not get an email saying my orders were ready. Also I have a $20 rewards credit that is not showing up online so I can use it to make my next purchase. Also my gift card is not showing up either???? What is going on with Autozone anymore????

I just had to cancel an order for shocks Thursday night the 18th because it was next day shipping and a couple days later they still were not shipped, the customer service rep said that place was the only place they could ship these common everyday shocks from. So I had him cancel the order, and refund the money!!!

I went to Auto Zone in Riverview, Fl. They said the battery was bad. I replaced the battery. The place put the battery in for me. The next day I found out that the cable wasn't tightened and was loose. My car wouldn't start.

When I lifted the hood that's when I found out that the cable was off. I went to the auto zone on palm river rd. They put a piece on the cable make it tighten. I find this dangerous because I could have been in a wreck or even death.

I don't trust auto zone anymore for putting my life in danger.

Jose the cashier of Portage, IN Autozone got loud with me and threaten to "beat my ass" and followed I me outside saying "if you want a problem to come up and say what's up". Jose should be fired. Customer service should be first priority.

When a customer asks for a copy of a receipt and gives a specific time and date along with register why can you not provide me with a receipt for the property that I have purchased. Jose should have never told me to get out if I'm not buying anything and he should not have followed me out and refused to provide me with a receipt.

I went to get my alternator checked and get a new battery if needed. They could not check the alternator because their computer was dead. I just bought a new battery and then they tell me that they do not install it on my make and model of car.

I don't have the tools to do it myself. I came to AutoZone because they are supposed to install it and they didn't.

I purchased a defected part from Autozone. I was driving my car and the housing that is on the thermostat broke and Antifreeze spilled all over my engine. I pulled over in the Advanced Auto parking lot because my car started smoking.

I contacted Auto zone and right away they agreed to reimburse me the parts. All of the parts. My problem is I don’t have full coverage and my car is stranded at advanced auto and I cannot afford to have it towed and fixed again by mechanic.

I have left several messages on the phone number that auto zone provided 423-708-2057 and stated it was corporate number. The voicemail stated they will call back ASAP. Today I called 901-495-6500 and spoke with Eroy who said that there was a 24 hour return call policy.
