M. One lady ahead of me in line being helped. Waited in line 3-5 minutes, did not get acknowledged or greeted by any staff, I saw at least 2 people on duty. Went to go look at other items, to waste some time.
Then decided to go back and wait behind the same lady in line once again. No hello, no I will be right with you as soon as I can. Nothing. That's what Autozone made me feel like. In closing I have been a customer of the Autozone in Mission Viejo for years, I use to shop their when they were called Chief Autoparts.
In closing, I would like to say that usually this place has good service, I don't know what went on their the night I went but I have never had such a negative experience like this at Autozone. Just thought someone might like to know. Sincerely, Joe Riserbato
