My name is Michael Skorichenko. My wife, Inna, & I just left your North Royalton branch and would like to file a complaint about the service we received. We stopped in to deposit funds into my wife's account. The representative met us in the lobby and attempted to enter the check via the tablet which did not work, I made the comment that this didn't work that last time I was there and how things were so much simpler just dealing with a teller. She stated that we might have to do that if the second tablet didn't work - but it worked. She went on to explain that this was an ongoing problem and that it was supposed to be corrected by Nov. 22 and it's now the 30th. My wife had to present both a Driver's License and enter her SSN. The fraud prevention unit of BOA restricted my entire checking account for “suspected” fraud. In the meantime my monthly Social Security check was deposited into my bank account as usual. I’m 64 years old and I have a serious heart condition (acute systolic congestive heart failure).

My Social Security check is my only source of income. I pay my bills and pay for food and medicine with this monthly check. Yesterday the fraud prevention unit put a restriction on my checking account and my monthly Social Security check was deposited into my account today.

I recently paid off a large balance (in full) on my BOA credit card using their bill pay option in the BOA app. As expected the interested was added to the balance for my next payment. I have autopay set up, but rather than wait for that to run its course, i paid the new balance using the same method and cancelled recurring payments. My payment came due and BOA took and unauthorized payment from my account creating a negative balance on my BOA credit card. While the transaction was still pending, I called BOA to cancel the transaction and they said that there was no way for them to stop it and i should ask my bank for a stop payment. Reluctantly, I did that and my bank charged me $15.00 to fix BOA’s mistake. They should not have taken money out for two reasons:

Went into office at 9375 Kingston pike in Knoxville tn looking to have something notarized. I was told they couldn’t do it because it didn’t have some block saying I appeared before them. It had a place for my signature and their stamp.

I was forfeiting my rights to my husbands pension annuity. I have a sizable amount of money in the bank including Merrill and I’ve had things notarized there before. I was told to go to dmv. I feel disrespected and made to feel like a criminal.

This was done by a male teller who asked a manager.

I've been with this bank for over 20 years, but you would never know it by their incompetent and simply awful customer service, specifically their fraud department. I went to a golf tourney for the weekend in another county, less than an hour away, and my ATM withdrawal was declined, no access to savings, checking, could not even check out using my ATM card.

Called them and explained it was me and they said they allowed me to use my card again (after I had left the store/ATM). That evening I went back near my home and tried a withdrawal at the local casino. Denied.

Called them and talked to a person and explained I'm traveling locally and to stop blocking my card. He said he would approve and they did. I tried to get cash the next morning from the same location and they denied it again.…

I've had them since 2006, house and car paid off and only thing holding me to them is a credit card with a zero balance. I'm still asking myself why keep I bothering with them.

First this bank has become so stupid and customer UNFRIENDLY I can't find a telephone number to contact this hideous bank regarding their web page looping to change password screen. It was changed 2x once via the mobile all and their stupid webpage won't work with it though the app does.

Second they don't want you to contact them because their AI advises you to clear your passwords and if that does work reset. What is the freaking point of seeking help if BOA sense of help is clear pass words it reset it and nothing more telling you to go do it again. Customer NO-SERVICE

My account was closed (without notifying me) yet they STILL took 3 ACH credits and have not yet released them to me. If the account was closed, why on earth would they continue to accept them? The decent thing to do would be to return the funds to the sender.

Rebecca who works at 1800 NJ-35 Wall Township, NJ 07719 United States has absolutely no customer service. I went there to do a bank deposit and pick up a deposit slip. The deposit slip wasn’t done on time and I asked another worker if they could get it done.

Then Rebecca decided to get involved and was rude. I understand the bank has a process and the person that was suppose to do the bank deposit was busy. I asked how long it would be and she couldn’t give a direct answer until I asked her if it would be a few minutes or a few hours.

I just opened a credit card account with Bank of America and every purchase I have tried to make has been flagged as fraudulent. Before I even received my card I received a letter asking me to call do to suspicious activity.

I told them I hadn’t even received my card yet so they verified who I am and sent my cards 2 day air. I received the cards we used them once then a fraud alert was placed on the account and I could not view my account through the mobile app.

I called back and they said once again that they took the block off; however, I tried to make a purchase and it did not go through. My daughter is an authorized user and went into BOA with four forms of ID to prove she is who she says she is.

They told her to have me call the fraud department again since I am the main account…

As a preferred member I recently had an issue with my bill pay. The first two representatives were very helpful and tried to solve the problem or at least answer my questions.

However the specialist who I was referred to was rude, unhelpful, disrespectful and does not deserve to work in any CS position. He did nothing to help other than talk down to me, dismiss what the previous reps told me and left me wondering if he even knows what his job is.

This call occurred today 6/19/23 at approximately 4:30 and his name was Daniel ID#VK531GR assuming he gave me the correct info. If he has a supervisor I strongly suggest you review our phone call and reprimand and train him on how to speak to your customers.

I opened a Dispute with BOA for charges that I did not authorize and called the Dispute Department. The Dispute Department initiated the dispute and put a temporary credit in my account. Unfortunately, the person who did the dispute decided on their own to go beyond the 60 days which is part of their policy So now due to her/his decision to do this and

how quaint that my dispute was not approved This is an outrage, I did not give my card number to anyone and they will not honor the claim Now of course, my account is overdrawn due to the temporary credits and if you took a look at how they took care of these disputes, it would make you cry.

This is concerning the release of my bank account information in an apartment above the one that I am in.. The release of confidential information should not be allowed. I am therefore complaining. Each inheritance of mine that have estate accounts at your bank.

My personal information was stolen. I believe it was stolen thru The bank itself during COVID. Bank of America was used for unemployment. I have never had An account with them. Someone has been trying to open accounts Online using my personal information.

Bank of America apparently cannot stop people from opening fraud accounts. They have to wait for fraud to be committed and then it becomes your problem. It is awful!

I and my wife Angelina Ros went to have a notarize service done at BOA at Leesburg, Florida office. I wast told by Aronash Girskenas to wait between 15min and 20min. I was there with my wife and another buyer at 10:00am and then we returned back at 10:30AM on April 18, 2023.

I deposited a large check. They didn't clear it or notify me or give me a reason. the check was perfectly good. I so happened to see my balance was low and that is how I found out. I spoke to three customer service people asking to speak with a supervisor after each call.

Finally I spoke with a man named Angel who simply hung up on me. This should be against the law. B of A is holding my money and when I try to find out why, the customer service agent hangs up on me.

I have been on the phone for hours. I went to an actual bank and told they only had one person and we would have to make an appointment and they were scheduled 3 months out.

why can I no longer transfer money to my husband without using zella? I have been transferring money between our accounts for 10 years. I don't need or want a middle man. Nor do I want any other company having my banking info.

The more companies that have access to it puts me at a higher risk of my accounts being hacked.

I have been a customer of Bank of America for nigh three years. Currently, I am living in Johannesburg, South Africa. I have been here for about 8 months. Money has been missing from my checking account for the last four months.

I think because I am abroad, someone at Bank of America is taking money out of my checking account. I am not sure how much. But in totality I believe there are hundreds of dollars have been taken out. I will also file a complaint with the U S.

Attorney General's Office consumer division. Requesting an investigation and a class action suit be filed for scamming customers. I will be closing my accounts in the near future. I don't trust Bank of America anymore.

I applied for and was approved for an Allegiant credit card. Got the card in the mail and can't activate it. When I try to enroll on-line and enter the last 6 digits of the card and my SSN, I get an error message saying I can't be verified.

Same thing happens when I call and because I can't be verified, I can't talk to a representative. I posted a message on your Facebook page and was told it might be a while before anyone could contact me to resolve this matter.

At this point, I don't know if I want the matter resolved or if I even want your credit card. I don't like doing business with companies that make it near impossible to get customer service.

I went into bank today because of issues of money taken out of my account for an order supposedly from California tax board. After I have been trying to resolve this issue since Friday with no help from not 1 person from Bank of america either on the phone or inside.

This order was not for me (the owner of the account) But for the secondary holder, which was my mother who passed Sept 2021. At that time, 2021 I came to the bank with death certificate, which is on file, closed her account NO I did not take her name off my account, for my personal reasons of dealing with her death.

I called to report a fraud in February and the bank representative said that it should be filed as a merchant dispute even though I was fraudulently redirected from the correct vendor website to a fraudster's call center and tricked into the charge Based on the bank rep directions,we went the dispute route.

I was supposed to get a credit to my account for the disputed charge so that I could keep making my regular payments without this "fraud" charge coming into play while BOA did their dispute resolution. Nothing has happened. No correspondence or updates from BOA. No follow up.

After my purse was stolen in Pueblo, CO on March 2, I was unable to stop the use of my Bank of America credit card over the phone because no one had access to my account. Since my phone was also stolen with my purse, I could not receive a text to verify who I was.

I am forced to drive 2 hours away, to handle this problem. I spent 2 hours on the phone, mostly on hold. This whole experience with B of A left me in tears and was just as bad as being robbed again!

They took Visa payments twice, have refused to refund within that federally regulated time frame (10 business days) for refunds and when I questioned them for further explanation and a date when it would be refund I was told by their supervisor that it would not be refunded today (11th day) and then hung up on me.
