I ordered a book on Aug 1, received order confirmation Aug 2, said 3-5 business days, then said i would not receive order until Aug 28. Called customer service to ask what was going on, told it was coming from a different warehouse, so I would not get it until Aug 28.
I told them that I never received email stating my order status had changed, so I informed them i wanted to cancel the order, but was told I could not cancel the order, that it was too late. I ordered from B&N because it was free shipping.
Now I start school on Aug 12 without the book that i should have received by this Aug 9. If I was informed of this status change, then I would have canceled the order and ordered from Amazon, at least i would have received it by Aug 9.
