Ordered a cake online for Thanksgiving they never received my order but charged me for it and would not give me another cake.i did not want refund just another cake.corprate would not help me

Placed order for turkey ice cream 1 month ago. Went to pick up at designated time. Couldn’t find order. Finally found paperwork. Said it wasn’t ready. We could pick up at 1:00 on Thanksgiving Day. Unacceptable! I have no dessert for Thanksgiving. Did not even apologize. Asked for refund.

Manager said he would have to get back to me. Ridiculous! Very unhappy customer!

I have always loved baskin robbins but over the years the scoop has been getting smaller, never consistent. My main issue is the owner at the Baldwin location in Whitby, very rude and condescending… I stopped going there and started going to the Simcoe location, the scoop was bigger and nicer staff.

One day I went in only to see the owner from the Whitby location there, wasn’t happy to see her! Again the scoop was so small and again she replied it’s 4 ounces! She was rude, mocked what I said.

I was with my daughter and Father. The owner has NO desire in making a happy customer… again rude and Loud! I’ll take my business to Marble Slabs instead.

Very unprofessional,rude, screaming and yelling at me the customer. Would not provide with the # for her manager, she said she could not provide me with this information. Neither her or her co-worker Sofia would provide me with a manager, Sofia gave me this receipt.They both was very unprofessional and rude.

I was at the baskin and Robbin located on ft Campbell in Clarksville attempting to redeem my T-Mobile Tuesday $2 off. After showing them the qrcode they stated it wasn’t working and had no resolve for me. I only went there because of the $2 off.

The customer service is terrible there. I just pd full price not to argue back and forth with them. This is the second time my barcode has not worked per them. Not happy and very frustrated.

We drive approximately 10 miles few times a week for ice cream. Usually my husband goes. He has mentioned to me a few times how staff have been nice, other times rude/short. We purchase the 2 containers of vanilla. Most times they don’t have any.

We go after 8 pm when not so busy. He says when rude they just tell him they don’t have any. Usually if helpful they will check back freezer, some look around and find some. While others, open the freezer door and say they have none.

Fine didn’t look, but have none. 6/19/23 about 9:25 PM husband entered store, not greeted, and lady appeared to be Indian decent asked what he wanted. He asked if she has any vanilla in back freezer. She told no, they are out.

I ordered a special Mariokart birthday cake for my son’s 13th birthday. Immediately after ordering I was contacted by the store and informed that they did not have the toy for the design but that they could still make the cake.

I was told that the cost of the toy would be refunded to me. This was never refunded. In addition the cake that I received barely resembled the cake that is advertised on the website. Upon noticing this I called the store and was told that I would have to call back in the morning to speak to a manager.

Subsequently, I called the store 4 times asking for the manger and was hung up on each time. This store has a documented history of defrauding consumers and being excessively rude and disrespectful to its customers.

Why are the prices so different in Spokane Valley, WA. Then on your website? 99 plus $,99 for cone on your website. 49. I showed them on my phone the website and was told they could charge what they want that they didn't follow that.

How can that be when they are a franchise under your name? Needless to say I left.

Your Manager Betsy was very rude I had asked her if I could change my ice cream out since I just had got my teeth pulled and could really have the chucks in the ice cream I got at first she gave me attitude and started asking me all these questions as if she didn’t believe me about my teeth and when she switch the ice cream and basically threw it at me.

Very poor customer service! Never answered my question and hung up on me.

I frequent the BR shop on Laurel Cyn and Archwood in North Hollywood, CA, and generally find the service reasonable yet slow. I also notice that they are skimpy on the size of the scoops, but that’s not something anyone can verify, and that’s not what this complaint is about.

I always go to the Baskin Robbins located at I700 Terry Pkwy Suite B, Terrytown, LA 70056 lately the ice cream has been really soft by the time I get home with it, it's turned to milk.

I made an order for a birthday cake for a family member and I called to check to see if my order was ready to pick up and I introduced myself to the person who answer the call and asked for their name so I know who I was speaking to but they refused to give me their name. I asked to speak to a supervisor or manager since they didn't feel comfortable and they hung up on me. I called back and asked why (the same person answer the phone) they hung up and they said they didn't want to help me and that they are the manager. I asked to speak to someone who could help me. They said no and I said I would file a report against you TODAY.

This was very bad customer service and I have no way of knowing if my order is ready for pickup.

The other day I went in and bought a cake from your chico, CA location. This year alone I have bought two cakes so far. They have always turned out extremely professional and beautiful. This time it did not and I was mortified. I'm including a picture odd the writing. It's in different colors, they used the thinnest possible frosting tip and it looks TERRIBLE.

Tucson, Arizona, Baskin Robbins on La Cholla. For about the past 12 months, more times than not, out of the 31 flavors, more than 10 of them are empty. They are always out of ice and never have no milk.

Talked to the manager who was a younger girl to find out why and she did not seem to care. I know there are bigger problems in the world but people go to an ice cream shop to get ice cream and shakes.

It doesn’t help when you don’t have the ice cream or the necessities.

99. We celebrated family's birthday at 11pm same day, cut the cake in 4 pieces and to our disappointment the cake has 90% pink frosting and 10% oreo ice cream/cake. Very disgusting to see only the pink frosting. I went back to store on night of 2/14/23 and morning or 2/15/23 and store rep told me no manager on site to address my complaint.

I could not bring back the cake to return as the store was closed at 11pm. I am greatly disappointed that your ice cream cake if so low quality compared to Carvel or Dairy Queen.

However I just recently discovered that when I use my credit card that I was charged a tip without my consent. I use my card to pay for all purchases. While I am putting my credit card back into my wallet, the screen comes up asking for approval for a tip.

By the time I finish putting my credit card back into my wallet, the tip screen disappears. So I assume that I must give a tip in cash since I was not able to enter any information on the tip screen.

I patronized the newly combination restaurant Dunkin’ Donuts with basking and Robbins in Fayetteville NC the Raeford rd location. 19 or something that I purchased. Bought Jamoca Almond fudge ice cream (happens to be my favorite) and got two large pieces of almond shells that almost broke my tooth. I ignored it the first time but second time in the same quart was really upsetting and got frustrated. Company should really address this.

Ordered a cake for a birthday on the 19th of Nov from your Jordan Landing location. Decoration was terrible, can't read the words on bottom. Too close to border and if you look real close they spelled feeling incorrectly. Looks like it was decorated by a very inexperienced person.

On top of that we ordered chocolate cake with mint chocolate chip ice cream. We received white cake. I called and spoke to the shift lead and he informed me he couldn't do anything but would leave my information for the cake decorator or manager to call me.

I never received a call. I tried to call 2 days later and was again informed the person on staff could not help and they took my information for a manager to call me. I still have not received a call.

I visited the Brea, Ca location on 10/20/22, Thursday evening at 9:40pm. The store was closed early. One girl made it a point to run up and lock the door as I approached the store. Hours show closing is at 10pm.

This is the 3rd time this has happened to me. I'm very confused and frustrated. What are the real store hours? Two girls working inside had already cleaned up everything so that tells me it was closed even earlier. I tapped on the window asking about the 10pm closing posted on the door, however the two girls inside ignored me.

We purchased a polar pizza for my sons birthday. It was marked cookies and cream - as that is his favorite. We had it tonight and it was mint chocolate chip. I took a photo of the box and the polar pizza.

We went to the shop when it was closing time the kids and all the ladies but the other salesman welcomed us to the shop. The salesman sitting on the cash counter talked so rude and insulted like he was selling the ice cream for free .

I did an online purchase directly from your silver spring MD store. I got the verification e-mail for a pick up instead. I called the store and they said they don’t even see my order and oh well there is nothing they can do and hung up!!!!!

Tonight I visited the Baskin-Robbins at 2901 S. 14th in Abilene, TX. 55. This is the last money I will spend at this store. We went through the drive-through (the only option available), and I asked the person on the intercom for just a moment as I read options to my granddaughter.

She selected the third on my list--not taking much time. As I ordered her item, and two more for the adults, the intercom was cutting in and out. I repeated the order a second time, then heard the remarks of the employee on the intercom who ridiculed me, and ended with a "Duh" remark. ".

When my husband and I were served our ice cream at the location on Stage road in Bartlett Tn. I noticed only one employee had gloves on. One was even scooping ice cream out and placing it on a layer of cake. No gloves.

24,2020, our dinner guests purchased an ice cream cake from Baskin Robbins, located at Clairemont Village in San Diego, CA. After dinner, we each had a slice of the cake and could not finish the slices. There was little cake, almost no ice cream, and a whole lot of icing.

My guests told me to throw the rest of the cake in the trash. The next day I took the remaining cake to the Baskin Robbins store. The associate called Hector, the manager to relay the problem and that I was asking some compensation for the cake. He refused.

for the past 5 years we have been going to location #362167 without any problems and ordering the same products -- 2 single scoops and a choc. shake with choc ice cream. On this visit we noticed that the flavor was different and tasted funny as did other customer in the location. Two other customers asked for a refund, while we listened we found out that the location was sold and there are new owners. I seems that they have changed something to the flavor of the ice cream. The chocolate did not taste like it should.

This is about the slow change in German chocolate cake flavor. I’ve loved it for decades. I waited every year for it. First, less coconut. Now hardly any nuts in it. I tried batches from three different locations. You have lowered the quality.

Went to the Baskin Robbins at Champions Gate Davenport FL, waited for one of the three employees to greets us for 10 minutes with no one at the drive through. Out of the 3 employees no one said anything and when one of them decided to ask for our order they had no bananas, Pralines, or strawberry topping.

Extremely poor service and by the way many ice cream containers have ice in them. Seems like they put water in those buckets or the ice cream is old. I wish I had something nice to say, but don’t. I live in Champions Gate and if anyone ask will not recommend you guys.

The employees that work at Baskin-Robbins 650 Uptown Blvd, Cedar Hill Tx. Needs more training. This is our first time and last time shopping at Baskin-Robbins. 19 we ordered three double scoops Sundaes in drive thru. We waited over 15-minutes as the employees kept handing out the wrong order.

We ended up not getting the double scoops of ice cream per sundae that we paid for. Our receipt shows that we paid for double scoops. 00 and we only received single scoops per sundae instead of the double scoops that we paid for.

We attempted to call the phone number on the receipt, but it is fake.
