I went to the Shops at Chisum Trail to pick up my orders with my Texas drivers license. The store clerk refused to give me my orders without an order number of which I did not have. The text mail I received stated I only needed a valid photo ID.

The store clerk continued to ask for an order number. I began to search my cell phone to try to find the number. Another store clerk came up and asked what was going on? Then the sales clerk who was giving me a very difficult time asked me my name.

I told her my name and she gave me my order. If there is some discrepancy as to how to pick up an order this should be stated in the communication sent to the customer. My first thought was never do business with BBW again.

I spent over a week. Each day at least 3 to 4 hrs and 2 to 3 agents and got my order ready to pay and place and have to readjust order because out of stock by the time ready to pay then have to redo order.

Then process order never recieve confirmation. 98 as they were when i orerd and because of the missing stok item now hooke me up with 2 extra to make it uo tonme and i was happy. She send me the link to pay i enter my info and click submit and process my order. 45.

And refuses to adjust or give me not even my original reward offer or opening my account online and placing an order and denys and refuses to honor or belive me even after submitting screen shots and disconnect me and placed me behind 198 other callers an chatters making me have to be in line waiting again for nnaother 3 hrs…

they don't deserve even 1 star. My order never arrived. the replacement order never arrived. to add insult to injury they sent me a text to review the order that never arrived. I have asked for my money back three times.

today they tell me it will be 30 days. they have held my money hostage for almost a month at this point. They are incompetent beyond belief. Save your money. Clearly they will not be around for long. Bath and Body works is done.

My complaint is that they no longer except the Victoria’s Secret credit card. That’s the way I got my candles in my creams. I cannot do that anymore because I cannot afford it so thank you very much, Bath and Bodyworks.

I purchased 24 hour moisture Ultra Shea body cream (don't know when). I tried to use it this morning, but found it defective. The "cream" was liquidy, & had a brownish color. I brought it back to the store (Main Street @ Exton, PA).

The ASM, Emma Calderoni, refused to exchange it unless I paid the difference on the exchange. She said the product I had was worth $1 & change. After my bitter complaints, she still refused to help me, & gave me your #800-756-5005.

I spent 30 minutes on the phone with someone who kept having me hold as he probably had to speak to his manager. He asked me for a receipt, which I didn't have. He also asked me for a date of purchase, which I didn't know.

Hi, I love Bath and Body Works!! I've been a customer in Muncie indiana, Muncie Mall for five years now. Yesterday, Sat 29,2023 they had a gret sale on wallflower fragrances. I bought a few and plug. The gals gave great customer service!!

Smiling, taking the time to answer questions.

However, today I went back to buy a wick candle and another plug warmer. I thought I had the rt coupon but it was a different store. The two girls behind the counter were not friendly or Smiling, talking too fast like the store was closing.

Talking to the gal with black hair about how she was rt about the coupon as if I wasn't standing there. The really rude one was named Trutti. I asked if they were closing because they seemed to be bothered.

I certainly didn't appreciate the customer service.

I used to work at Bath and Body Works part time (weekends) for at least a month or two and it was very exciting starting off. Recently I've experienced DISRESPECT from two managers Laura and Brandon Bell. Beginning of my shift, I had to read Zipline and tell them the daily message and our deals/sales in the store.

As Laura was talking to me, Brandon Bell inserted hisself in the conversation disrespectfully and begin to tell me what I should know. I told him he only puts me on the schedule once if not twice a day. A customer seen him speak bad to me and she put her things back and said she will never shop at Bath and Body Works again because of the racism that was displayed to me.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! BBW Canceled six out of eight items I purchased - two of which I used reward points for. BBW doesn’t automatically refund reward points when they cancel the items you purchased with them you have to call in and request them be put back in your account..

why not just credit back rewards earned just like you credit back my bank account when you cancel items? Seems like a shady business practice to me. I called to have that simple task handled and ended up being on the phone with five different associates and it cost me over an hour and 10 minutes of my time only to find out today (when I suspected nothing was really done) that the people I spoke with three days ago did nothing!

I should’ve known the level of support I was getting when upon one of my phone calls…

Absolutely awful customer service! I asked if i could exchange a candle and they laughed in my face! I got the candle as a gift and the gifter dropped it and it broke. So i went the next week and was like can i return this if not that is completely ok.

And explained to her everything. She was like well this came off the clearance section and laughed . So i said oh ok thats fine could you throw the candle away. Abd she under her breath said you can get another candle but you have to pay the difference.

Which is totally understandable but her attitude was totally uncalled for.

I handed the cashier a $20 bill. She told me I was going to get a free product and walked around the counter and gave me a lotion. We went back to the counter and she wanted another $20 from me.

My total was 1999 and I told her I gave you $20. I set it right there on the counter, she swear to God I didn’t and I know I did so your cashier stole $20 from me I do not appreciate that and I will never come back to the store again!

Today I saw a sale for soap from bath and body works. I went to the store located on 1960 in Champion Foest (Houston TX). I located the soap. The soap did not ring up as the sale price. I looked up the item in my email to shoe the rep at the cash register.

She called the manager over, who's name was Jai. The manager happily shared with me ,that no rep had the authority to reduce the price of any item that does not ring up, as the sales price. Even though I was able to show her the item online listed as on sale.

Made a purchase a 2 weeks ago and 3 items came out of a 20 product order the 3 items. One had no cap and the other 2 items leaked. Been trying to complain to the company my call gets dropped when they put me on hold.

Good Afternoon. I am very dissatified with your wall flower products. I have six that I have unplugged due to not working , very warm to the touch and some have a gunk on the top from the oils that you cant really scrub off, I called in the middle of May and

I'm eriously disappointed with the service provided at your outlets in Saudi Arabia (Riyadh). I visited your store at Riyadh Gallery Mall on the 4th, of May 2023, to exchange few items. However, the person in charge refused to exchange the products. I went to Bath and Body works at the Christiana Mall in Delaware today to exchange candles. The candles were not used but I just didnt like the scent. I wanted to exchange them. The manager Jamie was extremely rude and after ringing up the returns and the ones I was getting instead she said that I was denied due to their new return/exchange policy.

I went to pick up my order from the Bath and Body Works store at the Pembroke Center in Virginia Beach, Virginia. When I arrived I noticed that it had gotten very windy. I am handicapped and use a walker.

From experience, I know how tricky walking in wind can be because I have been blown down more than once. I decided to call the store and ask if someone could could bring my order to my car. I explained that I was handicapped and used a walker.

I was tod I could walk to the door and my order would be handed to me. I declined the offer explaining that I could not be out in the wind and said I would be back tomorrow. I think all the employees at Bath and Body Works could use more customer service training.

Chat agents are unknowldgeable, untrained, and unable to handle simple questions. I simply needed to know why my order had been returned and when it would be resent. Not any of the five reps i chatted with could answer. UPS informed me the package had been returned but not one agent knew that and one even advised that i check the tracking number again.

I was hospitalized from Jan-april fighting for my life. I placed an order Dec 28,2022. I was unaware I did not receive my order except for 2 damaged candles. I calles customer service and they told me they couldn't help me because it was outside the 90 days.

I WAS IN THE HOSPITAL UNCONSCIOUS. So I'm not out that money for the order and I was offered 20% coupon. Im so disgusted and upset I will never spend another dime at BBW not that they care. Not to mention the candle quality sucks now.

I am an EXTREMELY frustrated customer, today. I went into the store to exchange some candles, one of which had never been burnt at all, and two of the same scent, that I had lit in different rooms and had burning for around 1-2 hours.

In the past, I had a candle that was burnt lower than those two, and had no issues. The first person I encountered was quite rude and said she needed to go talk to a manager, and then came back and said they had been burnt too much.

If they were even 1/3 or 1/2 burnt, I would agree and be fine, but they were not.

I place an order for a very important event at my Church. I ordered the balling bunnie. I used 25% discount coupon a received. My order came in pieces. I contact customer service to see if they could over night another one for me and they said it would take 5 to 7 days.

Those 7 days passed and nothing. So I called again and was told that my order was cancelled. I one call/e-mailed to inform me. When I asked about my 25% coupon the lady said I had already used it! I have been a faithful member for years.

I have been buying air fresheners for the car for several years now from Bath and Bodyworks. They come in a round pod and are very expensive. I usually buy 10 at a time and the first time I got one that didn’t have any scent to it I thought maybe it was just a defect now after several purchases there’s usually a bad one in each one I’m up to a total of five air fresheners that had no odor at all.

Very disappointed in the service I received today. I am a long time customer of a Bath and Body Works for as long as I can remember. I buy all of my hand soaps, candles, and body mists there-it’s my go-to spot up until this point when I received the most horrible and upsetting experience.

The package was left where the garage was with no overhang and was not brought up to the porch like the usual packages are. The package got wet and was not able to be seen until morning when I checked for delivery. Therefore, the box was completely wet but items were not damaged. Could they have not at least put the package under the porch which is about 4 steps more by the house. All other packages from Bath and Body have been delivered under the porch. I am completely dissatisfied with the carrier. Thank God the item was not damaged by the rain.

Was in your store in Corpus Christi, TX La Palmera mall and always have wonderful customer service from all employees. Unfortunately today I went to check out and the cashier decided to answer the phone as soon as she began helping me.

She didn’t even bother saying excuse me for a second while I take the call or anything. This would be understandable if she was the only employee there maybe but there were other workers behind the counter as well not helping customers that could have taken care of call.

This wasn’t good customer service due to it wasn’t a quick call she spoke to the person on the phone the entire time of check out. I hate to be a Karen it just wasn’t the service I’m used to.

Immediately as I walked in the store an employee was on me asking if I needed help. I politely told her I was okay, just looking around, and she continued to pester me about a perfume. I tell her no thank you and walk further in the store.

I ordered some things and used a gift card and credit card and when I checked out it said some of my stuff was out of stocked, so I went back to my order and put some more things in place of what was out of stock I have checked out I put my gift card and credit card back in and it charged my credit card and

didn’t apply my gift card but it said it did when I checked out the first time before it said out of stock. So, now I’m charged the full price on my credit card and probably lost the money on my gift card.

12/26 I placed an online order and order was never shipped. I called and spoke to someone about my shipment. They said they did not know why my order was never shipped. They did take out my money as soon as i placed order.

They lady said they only have 3 of the items left from my previous order of 14 items and she would refund the rest and send my what they have. Today 1\21 I finally received my 3 items. I will never order online again.

I have a HUGE complaint about the 3 wick candles. I LOVE the candles however, it upsets me that they don’t burn down all the way. I’ve been buying these candles for YEARS, especially when they go on sale. The prices of the candles have gone up over years as well, this is why I ONLY buy them on sale.

Why these candles don’t burn all the way?.. I wouldn’t mind paying full price if the candles burn all the way, then it’ll be worth it but I have a HUGE issue with this and it’s VERY UNACCEPTABLE! Fun fact: The stress relief with eucalyptus candles are the FREAKING BEST!

We live in Florida and one year a hurricane hit and we were without power for about a week. Of the course the we all stressed out but when I lit this candle, OMG we all felt relaxed and little stress free!

I went to the location at the Edinburgh shopping outlet in Indiana. Today I witnessed the greeter ask for more “eyes” on the floor after several black women walked into the store. I was asking her questions about the sales and she literally panicked after these women walked in.

I wish I would’ve said something. Instead I rushed out of there even accidentally bought 2 of the same lotions bc I was so distraught. I guarantee every one of them women spent good money. I don’t think I’ll be spending my money at that location anymore.

I had the worst experience I left the store almost crying.. I went to the store made a purchase, and when I came to the cashier to pay, she put my items in a big bag when I went to put my credit card in the machine, she decided (cashier) to transfer my stuff to a smaller back I did not mind it when I was leaving.
