I have been a very satisfied customer of Bath & Body Works for years, until now. They recently added Shea Butter to most of their body creams. For more fragrant body lotions, this is fine, but for Sweat Pea's lighter fragrance, it is not. It has completely ruined the smell and it is just awful. As someone that uses a bottle of lotion a week, this is very upsetting. Why can't companies just leave things alone?

I placed a Christmas order with this company on 11/24 (00474164921696) and did not receive it. On 12/20th I spoke with customer service who said the package was lost and they were resending it so I would have it by the 23rd.

I JUST called and spoke with Debra in customer service who said that was not done and I would not have my order. Obviously I requested a refund this was for christmas and I ordered it online because I could not get to the store.

This is the worst customer service, if the original service person would have been truthful that they were not resending the items I would have made other arrangements. I am so disappointed in your company and will warn all others NOT to order online and go elsewhere.

If there was a way to give NO stars I would.

My wife recently tried to take advantage of a sale, ordering a couple hundred dollars’ worth of candles from Bath and body works… Today, we received the order; 3 of the 10 candles were seriously damaged. I used to work for your sorry company.. the one that lies about 100% satisfaction guaranteed!! I came in one of your locations to return 2 overly priced sprays that I got for my daughter as a gift from the Christmas prior bc she hadn't used them, one of the bottles was broken at no fault of ours, it was made cheaply and leaking!

When told the YOUNG manager in the store what the issue was she proceeded to tell me my product was SUPER old!! Excuse me it was bought from this exact location last year and not been used bc she didn't like the scents so I thought since your all about 100% satisfaction or we will replace the items that she could exchange them...

I placed 2 orders on 12/2/22. The shipping info stated that I should receive both packages between 12/7-12/15. I received the 2bd order on 12/12. Tonight, 12/16, at 9:00 PM, I received a notification that my first order had a deliver attempt in Ryan, VA. I live in GA.

I called Custoner Care. The first rep disconnected me. The second rep had me on the phone for 37 minutes before connecting me to supervisor. I explained to the supervisor that the late shipping puts me at HUGE inconvenience because I need the gifts for tomorrow, 12/17, and I now I have to go out and purchase more gifts for my family to replace the gifts that did not arrive as promised by Bath and Body Works.

Her response was to refund the shipping cost, $6.99 for the inconvenience. My order was $115. That doesn’t cover the…

This company sucks. I have had the last three orders attempted to be delivered by a company called LaserShips, but should be called LaserShits. They arrive and dump all of the packages out of the trunk on the pavement and then sort through them.

I just called BBW to tell them I did not get MY shipment but some other person's dresses and I think it looks like a wedding dress. What can they do? NOTHING. I will try my hardest to get this shipment at my cost to her as I would be devastated not to get something this special.

They did give me my money back which if they did not I would take up with my credit card company, however, what is wrong with them. Are they not able to process orders with reputable shipping like UPS or USPS or FedEx. Really???

Order placed on Dec 9. I requested through an outsourced "Sam" that this be delivered to my daughter BEFORE Dec 15th. I was assured in very poor English it would be delivered on Dec 14. Not only was it not delivered, it has not even shipped yet and today is the 16th.

I called back and talked to "Paul". He couldn't find the order. I said to refund my money but, he couldn't because "It's been processed". How can the order that he couldn't find be "processed"? Ridiculous! I’ve never had such a terrible experience with this company before…

I order a ton of stuff from them all the time and their customer service has always been helpful but this time is very different!

Ordered over $60 worth of stuff on 11/26/2022 and my package never arrived, no big deal they will send a replacement.. I called on Monday to complete that and was told that it would be sent out within 24/48hours and that an email confirmation will be sent within 24hours… I chat them on Tuesday because I still haven’t received a confirmation email, they said to wait another 24hours? Fine! Here we are Thursday and I still haven’t received an email or package! I ordered online at Bath and Body Works and when my package arrived, a product that was in a gift box leaked all over everything in the box. The gift box was so saturated that it was falling apart. When I went to the store with only the damaged product, the employees gave me such a hard time about exchanging for a new one.

The customer service when it comes to doing an exchange is the worse. I shouldn’t have been at the store for 30 minutes fighting with them to do a simple exchange and I was the only one in the store!

It was the stores fault, not mine.

2 employees at Southern Park mall store in Boardman Ohio on Saturday Dec 3rd were so rude. One gaye guy standing behind the counter talking to girl worker about going over his boy friends house after work. He was very loud and obnoxious talking girlish .

Then girl named Melanie was so rude with myself and other customers.

Also I don't know why the workers were stocking shelves with hand soap for next sale and changing candle display when people were trying to shop. The store is VERY SMALL as it is let alone with them pushing carts around and even just leaving them on the floor taking up room.

Visited a local Bath and Body works at White Marsh Mall in Baltimore. What has happened to your Vanilla Bean Noel Hand wash. You have changed the formula and it does not even come close to its former fragrance. In fact it was disgusting and carried a distinct chemical odor.

I would rather that you discontinue the line then recreate the formula and totally botch the product. Simply horrible. I will not be purchasing this year.

First I was put in line to shop at 10:06. When I clicked the link at 10:07 it said the link is expired and I have to wait until 11:40 to shop. I attempted to create a password and there was a continuous error.

My granddaughter is autistic and a group of 5 kids also with down were with a teacher and were going into one of your stores at Fashion Place. When one of your emploees walked into the front of the store and said " Only paying customers are allowed".

They were intending to purchase, but after this, they were turned away. If they are going to be selective with who they allow in their store they have it posted. I am a senior, and probably should not be there ether.

On11/24/2022 I placed an order and on 11/30/22 the charge was put back on my card so I called online customer support. I was told the order had been cancelled due to items being out of stock and was sent a promotional code for the inconvenience so I placed another order.

On 12/1/22 I was charged again for the first order so I contacted customer support again and was told the order was never cancelled and the items where never out of stock and I would have to wait for the order to be delivered then return to store for a refund and given another promotional code. This is unacceptable!

I had the most irate experience in your store at Cumberland mall, store #80953. I came in to return two candles I had decided I did not love. Walked up to the register, set down the bath and body works bag with receipt on sales counter and an employee named Mariah walks up to ask if I’m picking up.

My order has taken 4 months and now they are saying that i need to wait another month (3 Jan 2023). Everytime i call their customer service support they apologize but can never resolve the issue. They "CANNOT" even escalate it to a tier 2 person because tier 2 is toooo busy.

So much for spending hundreds of dollars throughout the year there. It's a shame a good product suffers sales from its distribution and tier 2 (supervisor) customer service poor service.

When you had your buy 3 get 3 free sale I bought 6 single wick candles online. I previously had gotten your app to receive a $10 coupon. I used this coupon to purchase the candles. One candle was canceled. Not sure why.

Then my whole order was canceled before I could get to the store to pick up my order. Your pickup policy sucks. You should allow a decent amount of time to get to the store to pickup, not just a few days.

Very taken back today by how a worker treated another worker in FRONT of customers in a very busy setting. This is the 2nd time I have been at Bath and Body in Ann Arbor, MI Arborland mall at have witness such unprofessional workers.

The one worker must have been a charge person. When asked what her name was I was told Grace but I am doubtful that was her real name. She wore a head dress much like a bandana. She was shouting over people trying to get the attention of Kristina who must be new.

Grace kept shouting her name and scolded her about putting cardboard inside the bags and that must always, always be done. Kristina was helping a customer and acknowledged the feedback however Grace, who was checking me out, continued to mumble about Kristina and her "mess ups".

Every year I buy my 2 daughters and 2 granddaughters gifts from Bath and Body Works gifts for Christmas. This year I decided to order online for instore pickup. I placed the order on Monday, November 21 for the sale of buy 3 get 3 foaming hand soaps.

I received an email on Tuesday, November 22 that my order was ready for pick up and that I had 72 hours to pick it up. I was hosting 14 people for Thanksgiving dinner on Thursday so I had no time to run out to pick up the order on Tuesday or Wednesday.

My complaint is that, customer service 800 number and the store in Montgomery, Al should tell customers the same information. I placed an order on Saturday Nov. 18,2022 to pick up in-store. I got an email that part or all your order has been canceled.

I call the 800 to cancel the entire order and I was told that the order can't be canceled threw this line and that I need to call the local store. I called the store and was told that they can't cancel the order and that in three days it will cancel on it's on if not picked up.

I called to discuss a charge that appeared on my bank account, However this charge was not in my account or anything I purchased. The customer service rep was unable to find the charge or explain why the money was debited from my account.

She said I would need to contact my bank. When I asked to speak to a supervisor or a manager I was told that there are no supervisors or managers to speak with. I asked the young lady if the money was removed from bath and body works why would I need to contact my bank?

I went to the Springfield, VA store at opening. There were a few workers talking in a group - about 'her boyfriend' not coming to the store to see her, then she said oh 'he's my fiance'. That was pretty odd.

Regardless, they ignored me for a while. When they were done talking amongst themselves, the lady aggressively asked me if I needed help with anything. It was like she was now ready to work. Then at check out I joked to an employee that I need to get out of here or I'll be buying more.

I explained to the lady that because I work for an insurance company, I was asked to travel and was not going to be back until Sunday the 13th. I visited the Southport Bath and Body Works store on 10/31/22. I went in to purchase candles. 95 in the store. 95. I did as instructed in the store. I tried to set the store location “Southport” as my store.

The app would not allow me to set the store. I asked an associate if she could assist me. The associate was unable to set the store location as well (on my personal cell). 95 due to the issue was coming from Bath and Body Works vs customer error.

I have spent hundreds of dollars on bath and body products just in the last few months. I order online most of the time. I went to the retail store nearest me to return to body creams that I did not care for.

First I was told that I couldn’t exchange them for a different sent because since I bought the body creams you have raised the prices and they had nothing in the store for that price. So then I thought that since I order everything online surely you would be able to find my order and get what I paid for the products at least.

But no they wouldn’t even look. The girl I dealt with was so rude. She ended up walking away in the middle of ringing us up because she couldn’t handle it and she said she was new so I needed to be patient with her.
