Than they decided to ring up a worker and make me (the customer) wait I left everything I was goi g to purchase which was about $200 worth of products because that was the worth customer service experience I ever received in my life. Will not be purchasing anything else from this location.

I placed an order on Bath & Body Works website this morning, then found the same item for a much better price on Amazon, to be frank. So, literally, a few minutes after I had placed this order I reached out to Bath & Body's customer service, via online chat through their website, gave them my order # and requested it be canceled.

After a moment the CSR typed back to me it was not possible to cancel the order; that I had to wait for it to arrive to my home and then I could send it back for a refund. why can an order not be canceled??

I customer service representative said the only thing she can do is give me 5% off my total. My coupon is 20%. I'm not understanding the process because I just got the coupons in the mail so whoever is doing the coupons needs to make sure they work This is bad PR.

I went my local store and bought some items and used my coupons that I received in the mail… I ended up waiting 35 minutes - o left empty handed ; they still could not figure out the transactions And I the store and did not even get my coupons back -I am very disappointed! You’re on duty was very rude and did not explain what the long wait was all about or why I didn’t get my coupons back.

Customer service rep was very rude, spoke over me and gave me false information about my product and shipping info. He had me so frustrated and would not help me. I cursed at him then hung up. I then received a phone call which went to voicemail. The voice sounded exactly like the rep I had just spoken to. The message brought alarm to me and I felt threatened.

My wife and I went into store number 80305 in Carlsbad, California.

First off, to each his or her own but to have a cashier, 3796256 waiting on customers with a “Door Knocker Ring” hanging from her nose but more disturbing that “SHE” has a name tag with no name on it as it said “Him/He”. Is this something that you condone, Gender?

I own a large company and would never allow either of this to happen when dealing with the retail public!

I was in bath and body works today wanting to buy some hand sanitizers and came to also see my partner since I just got off from a 9 hour shift at my work. I walked up to the counter to wait in line and was waiting to go to my partners register and an associate with the name Sunday yelled across the room you can’t be checked out by them you’ll have to wait for another register, now I’ve been checked out by them a lot before and

knew the manager there and she didn’t say a word and would actually come up and talk to me while he rang everything up. I was like is it really a big deal. Then she snapped at me and said sir you’ll have to wait for someone else and then stormed off.

I went ahead ,payed for my stuff and left. Now I don’t even want to go back to bath and body works because of this.

In the pass 2 weeks it’s been very hot here in Menifee Ca. And surrounding areas as high 112 degrees. It was so hot on my way to church this morning 9-11-23 I noticed the liquid from my bath and body works car fragrance dispenser liquid leaked through and melted my display frame that Surrounds my screen for back up etc.

in my 2016 Nissan Altima . I was devastated to see what had happened.

I purchased lotions, soaps and candles. As I swiped my card and the card reader stated approved, the employee turned the screen towards me for rewards which ended up shutting down the entire computer system. Multiple workers came over to help, bringing this up on another register completely.

They then had me to go a separate register to again purchase the already bought merchandise. I informed them it went through and was approved. They were all very rude and disrespectful as if this was my fault and acted like I was stealing, even though my transaction had already gone through.

Upon leaving the store, I met up with my husband who looked on our online credit card statement which in fact stated a double transaction.

I have had the worst experience ever with Bath & Body. I do hope they check my account and see that I've been ordering alot from them. The customer service is horrible, it's as if am being chased away for spending money.

The agents act as if you're disturbing them, giving attitude, ending chats and the list goes on. 95. As I entered, I saw two associates standing by the door to the right. I was not greeted or asked if I needed assistance. I Informed the lady at the counter about my experience, but she appeared as though she didn't care.

The was a customer in front of me as we proceed to walk out of the store. The two associates by the door told the customer "have a good day" but as I was walking out, they didn't give me the same courtesy.

I ordered from the coupons sent toe buy three body wash get on free. Well they charged me full price,also I had a free coupon for hand sanatizer got charged for it also. I got after 2 or more years finally a coupon code to use. It says 25% off to Thank you for being a great customer!

Also the program just started in my area with reward points. I was given a 10 off 30 welcome gift! I tried online to use both and it won’t let me, I contacted customer support and got a person named Shearson.

I just need to bring to your attention this bad experience today, Monday-August 22nd, so the Potomac Mills, Virginia Bath and Body Works store will not do it again to any customers, especially the VIP and regular customers.

Hello, My name is Crystal Johnson and I experienced the absolute worse customer service today. I believe it was discrimination and I would like this incident to be investigated. I visited the BBW store in Rancho Cucamonga 10730 Foothill Blvd today August 16th, 2022 around 2:10pm to about 2:30pm and waited in line with no greeting, no acknowledgment, no words at all, not a single word from the cashier.

I feel totally singled out and targeted just because I look different. This is not acceptable and definitely needs to be addressed!

I went to my usual location and everything was horrible. I felt profiled the entire time and left unsatisfied with my shopping experience. I had items to exchange and return, so an associate asked if they could hold my bag at the register (which I thought was great).

Until I realized they were profiling me and assumed I would be using my bag to boost products. When I finally made it to the register with my products I had to wait for the manager to ring me up even though a cashier was standing at the registers.

This company clearly gives all its profits to pad their CEO's back pocket. Workers are careless and sub par. Only work in the mall retail to get a check and get out. On more than one occasion they have forgotten to put an item I purchased in my bag.

When I contact the store explaining that I am disabled and it was their sloppy careless error that cost me, they tell me that store credit or reimbursement is NOT an option, I can only come back into the store and they have the item at the counter. I explain again that I am disabled and getting an aid is costly, they DON"T CARE.

I just want to say when I go in o bath and body works. It’s great everyone greats you. But I can even look for 5 seconds with someone asking me if I am doing ok or need help. And having being asked by many people and and the same people multiple times is frustrating.

I just would like to grab what I need without being asked multiple times. It makes me want to just leave and not get anything.

Also when I went to pay with cash I gave the guy bills and I went to get change to complete the change and when I said hold on I have the change he rolled his eyes and said this is more than enough. It’s just frustrating to shop there.

I just want to make it quick and easy and not be asked over and over if I need help. Just let me shop.

The plug in's stop working only after a few months. Won't heat up. They are very expensive and not worth the ridiculous price. Took them back to the store and they said that's how they are, only last a few months. Really!!!?

Order #00474152028704. I ordered 17 candles which was delivered and placed in front of my gate causing me no access to exit. I tried pushing the box with the door and my foot due to the size of the box it knocked over my flower pot destroying it.

I called your customer service dept on the call for over 45 mins spoke with three people that last person telling me it’s not your problem and to contact the delivery company that you hired. I didn’t appreciate their customer service after being a long time customer spending $247 for my order.

At the very least you could have offered me a coupon or a candle or something for my lost. Therefore I will not order from you anymore I will be sure to have your company removed from my company gift card employee awards and share your horrible customer…

60. 50. That’s deceptive since the coupon said it could be free. 50 and used the a 20% off coupon as well. 60 came off, she said yes. Later when I got home I looked at the receipt and only 20% came.

Very disappointed I wasn’t told that only one coupon per transaction/even though I asked before hand. If all they’re going to do is scan the merchandise and lie - then maybe they should be replaced with automation.

Your delivery person left my box with 17 candles in front of my front gate which was very heavy. I wasn't able to open the front gate causing me not to be able to exit my home to open the gate to get my package. I tried to slide the box with my foot from in front of the gate so I could get the gate open when doing so I accidently knocked over one of my expensive flower pots destroying my flower pot $40 and the plant. I called and spoke w/three representative held for over 45 mins to be told to contact the delivery company who your company hired

I spent over $247 on my pacage I am truly upset and I will NEVER SHOP with Bath and body again and be sure to tell all my friends how you treat customers!!

I placed an order on 6/30/22, which I have done on many occasions, and never had a problem before. My order was apparently shipped, but every time I would check the status, it sitting in Sparks, NV. waiting to be picked up by USPS.

The absolute worst company ever. Horrible customer service. Honestly done shopping with them as they are dishonest. 50. I placed an order with a few items and then they ended up not having the item that was “free” in stock, so they canceled that item and they did not return the coupon to my wallet.

I contacted them regarding this that same day, and it said they would be in touch within 48 hours. It’s been more than that and they have not reached out to me.

Also- they don’t give you the option to cancel your order when an item isn’t even available- and they also didn’t apply the coupon to a different item. I’m not picking up the order and don’t want any of it since this is what they do to customers
