My daughter ordered a room spray for me to pick up at store in Park City Mall Lancaster Pa. I was on vacation and and she received a text saying that I had picked it up, not true. I called to inquire and a male manager was not personable when I asked how could anyone without proof of purchase pick up my item.

I went to the store yesterday and he just about threw the bag on the counter top and said "Here it is" My daughter buys a lot from your store in Long Island, NY. I will never go back to that store with a rude manager.

Dear Sir/Madame,

I would like to file a complain for the poor customer service at store #81038 on Fry and I10.. One 6/21/22 I was checked out a total of $117.56 through cashier # 3111851, her name is Samantha.. She handed me a 2 small bags full of products, so I asked her to give me an extra bag for secure, she refused and told me that there was no extra bag, so I asked her again, are you sure? she said yes, no extra bag for me.. so I asked to credit back to me since I was not happy with her service, she also said that she was a store manager... if that was the truth, I think you better find another helper..

i was in the Kirkwood highway wilmington delaware store on 07/02/22 and purchased a few items, one of which was strawberry pound cake wallflower room scent refill. 50 for both in store and online purchases. 00 advertised. 00 had the black tag on it.

Today I received an email from Bath and Body works about their sale. Being currently disabled and use a walker, it’s difficult for me to shop in person. But I went to the store at the Paddock Mall in Ocala, Florida only to find Wallflowers advertised as $3 each were 5 for $25.

That’s a big difference on a senior’s fixed income in the state of Biden’s economy and inflation. I was told even if the product had the same name, it had to have the older number and they were out of those along with most Wallflower fragrances!

Said they could do nothing about the new vs. old numbers and they were $5 not $3. They were rude and unhelpful. I refuse to buy from a store and employees that insist on ripping off people…especially seniors!!! This trip was difficult to make, but I did it.

I ordered 20 candles and when I received my order there were a total of 7 candles that were completely broken. The day I received the order I immediately called customer service(which was Wednesday June 29th) I spoke with a gentleman that stated all the candles was out of stock and he was going to refund my money for those 7 candles.

56 was not right for 7 candles. After about 5 minutes she hung up on me. I called back immediately and spoke to a gentleman that was absolutely no help. He sat in COMPLETE silence for 18 minutes. I kept asking him what he was going to do to fix the issue with the refund and he literally said NOTHING.

Wrt order#BBW00072242, I have two complaints:

- The Wallflower refill has been leaked and is soaked in its own liquid which is seeping through the packing material even. - The Candle is very dirty. Also, the prints on the label at the base has come off and it looks like been kept for a long time in unsanitary conditions.

Since the Candle was a gift, I shall not accept such a product and gift it further, hence would like to return. And the refill by default qualifies for a return. However, it is quite upsetting that there is no return option available on the website.

I would also like to express my disappointment on receiving the delivery of luxury goods in such poor state which rather has eventually lead to inconvenience as opposed to convenience of an online order.

I'll start by saying how much I love your product and always try to stay stocked! I don't often order online, but there was a great deal so I did. When the order arrived, one of the Wallflowers replacement bottles had leaked quite badly and soaked the box and all the other 5 items I ordered.

I live in Colo Spgs, CO and go to both your stores here. I seldom leave either store without having spent a minimum of $35-$40, but I visited your store in The Citadel yesterday and did not spend 1 cent.

I want you to know why. Usually, during a sale, their are lines of customers and obvious excitement, but not yesterday. There were about 6 visitors and none of us were especially pleased with the setup.

First of all, it was not as clean as usual.

Also, your company spends way too much time coming up with new scents, when you should be identifying the ones we customers like the best and having a good supply of those scents. So many fragrances are not available anymore.

last week we went to bath and body works international mall tampa to exchange my pocketbac holder. the supervisor refused to exchange it because I don't have a receipt and they don't have the holder anymore. last year I went to university mall to exchange a pocketbac holder and the supervisor let me.

I don't know why the lady in international mall refused to replace it. I was also planning to buy more hand sanitizers and lotions but I changed my mind.

I had two online orders to be picked up at store Pecanland Mall Monroe LA. When I went to store I told cashier I had two orders to be picked up. She wanted confirmation number but I told her I didn’t have it with me.

Then she wanted an id. I didn’t have my purse with me which was in car in a very crowded parking lot. I am almost 71 years old, very hot day and it was a ways that I had walked to get in mall to store.

I told cashier the last time I picked an order up I did not have to show id or confirmation. Lady looked on computer found my order. Cashier went and told manager the story but according to manager didn’t tell her I had two orders.

I purchased some items in store In La but was informed online was cheaper-ok no problem. I went to t return the items to the store and have them returned to the original form of payment. The young lady proceed to go through the process, tell me the tool is down and that she has to put it on a gift card but to call customer service because they would be able to assist me with that transaction of putting the money back on original payment.

I have been being discriminated against for several years by this company. I have been begging and pleading for a coupon to be sent to my mailbox for many many years now. I was a good shopper and always spent a lot of money at your stores.

I have given all of my information at the register each time I made a purchase. I sent emails as well as phone calls to your company. 10 purchase at Bath & Body Works today. I haven't received rewards in the mail for a long time, and my rewards information was no longer in the system. I asked if I could get the rewards I should be entitled to.

I returned some items to bath & body works in Morganton North Carolina. Stephanie was working the register when I returned some items that I did not like. I had misplaced my receipt so I could not give a receipt to her for the return once she completed ringing in all of the returns that I had she looked at me and told me that is $205 that we are in the hole have a good day.

That does not seem like professional customer service to me I spent my money to buy the products they're not in the hole they're returning my money to me on a gift card not cash. I understand not returning cash because I could not find my receipt however the store is not in the hole because I purchased the product to begin with.

The Manager Bri at Topeka KS was very rude. I was trying to return an item I bought and she didn't know how to do it so she told me to wait while she checked out the person behind me and then kept ignoring me.

She then said I was lying when I said I called to see if they can look up my receipt. She was completely unprofessional and so very condescending and rude. I will never return to this store again and I will be making all of my friends and family aware of her poor customer service.

I was very disappointed with how I was treated by the employees.

First they were so rude I asked for a shopping bag to hold my stuff might I add i had 100 dollars worth of stuff. They wouldn't give me a bag told me I could hold it until my arm's couldn't hold anything else and then I could put it on the counter.

So the next thing is I asked if they had the jam dounut candle and the lady said do u see it there then that means we don't have it!!!!

I have always watched for sales on your soaps cause I buy them every year for my daughters Birthday & Christmas. I also buy them for myself. 50 & few days later received an e-mail stating spend 30. get 10 off.

The service at store 81429 was clean and organized but there was no greeter at the front. That was not even the worst of it, the two cashier's behind the counter did not acknowledge me when I walked up to the counter and did not respond to me when I asked for a bag for my purchases.

One of them had their head down in the phone the whole entire time. This is sub-par service and definitely not what I expect from a a Bath and Body Works Store.

I recently had an order that wasn’t received completed. I spoke with an online operator named Rayla that was very rude and condescending. She didn’t correctly charge me for the items and when I questioned her on it she disconnected the our discussion.

I then spoke with an equally rude operator on the phone. She wouldn’t give me what the previous operator had said she’d do. I said I’d send her a screen shot of our discussion and she repeatedly said she wouldn’t and that she’d only go by the previous operator’s notes.

Yesterday I went into the store in Goldsboro NC. No one came up and helped me like they usually do. My hands were full. When I got to the register the girl was opening boxes, she saw me but it took 4 mins for her to acknowledge me.

Hi. I'm new to the bath and body works scene and was super excited to finally have one within an hour and half of my home, bit after my trip this morning, I don't see how the company is still open.

I have never in my life been treated the way I was by bbw employees. And honestly could care less, how much bbw items smell so good. The cashier went to use my 2 e gift cards and apparently she said no balance on either one.

I was lied too 3 times about the items that I ordered when I finally receivied the order none of the items was what I had ordered. I was told that I would receive my order within 3 days, but when I call back to check and see if I would receive my items by Christmas I was told none of the items was available.

I have a comment. 50 value WITH ANY PURCHASE. Why should it be linked to a purchase??? Apparently I am a regular customer and make regular purchases to get rewards. Why can't a birthday gift be FREE without any additional purchase?

I called your store today at 2pm at the one in Woodfield Mall in Illinois to ask if they had the Winter Apple Candy holiday soaps. One of your employees told me that yes they do have them. She told he that she was going to go and hold them for me that she had them on hold.

She asked for my name and I gave her my name. I told them that I was going to come to the store and pick them up. I show up at the store and I was told by one of your associates that my soaps were sold to another customer.
