I’m a senior citizen wanting to buy my wife a Christmas present. I forgot my cane at home but manage to make it to the store. I had help from sales person, found what I wanted but because of my weak legs could not stand in line.

I asked if someone could help me as I had my debit card and ID ready. No sales people helped me. I was actually devastated as I left Pearlridge Center. Please train your staff accordingly. I’m a veteran and don’t deserve to be treated as an undesirable customer. Al

I made an order online and was sent a email that my order was on its way only to receive an order a couple of days later to say that part of my order was cancelled. I purchase products for my team every year and I usually have to purchase for 8-10 people and that is not cheap.

That is why I wait for the big sale during Christmas. I went into the bath and body works and spoke with the Manager and asked her did she have my items in stock and she said yes but I would have to pay for price for them.

Just a suggestion, you should give your customers the opportunity to order something else before you cancel part of the order and offer me to pay full price in the store. I will no longer shop at the Las Cruces, New Mexico Bath and Body. Management at that store is ridiculous. I've been in their 3 times to speak to a manager and she's never there. I called at least 4 times one day and everytime was told she was at lunch. How long is lunch?

Staff is standing around on cell phones making fun of customers. Is this a place of business or a preschool?

Zero customer care! Two days of calling and long hold times. Live chat just has a auto message stating technical difficulties so zero help. When looking for a corporate number you just end up on the same exact hold line and auto answering service from calling the regular customer service number.

Paying extra for expediate shipping us useless, do not do it. And trying to track your order is uaeless at all, it just tells you the delivery date to expect the order even when it is days past that.

I have been trying to rectify a problem with an on line order placed on 11/20 (the big hand soap sale for $2.95 ea). I placed 3 orders, but only received confirmation for 2. However, my gift card was charged for the 3rd order that did not go through.

After speaking with numerous customer service reps, on line chats and an expert consultant with BBW, consuming hours of my time, this foolishness needs to stop.

The last rep I spoke with said once I receive back a gift card (to reimbursed for the money charged), that I should call back (supposedly any reps can see my account an this issue) and they will adjust the price from the 11/20 sale. Ordered candles on candle day and checked my bank after a couple of days and see that Bath and Body works charged me twice for them having to ship 1 candle separately in my order when everything could have easily been shipped together and avoided charging me twice and not to mention their shipping isn’t a couple of dollars but almost $6 dollars for shipping!! So now I have been charged for something that wasn’t my fault just anyway to get someone’s money.

I would like to file a complaint against 2 Bath & Body Works representatives: Krystina and Alexander. They both lied to me saying that the items I wanted were out of stock and refused to let me talk to a supervisor/manager.

I placed an online order on 11/13/2021. I never received the items and I received a partial refund on 12/7. 2 representatives on the phone promised to create replacement order for me. I never see those orders.

Krystina and Alexander both told me the reasons for the refund was that the items were out of stock. That is a lie since I was able to create a new order on 12/8 for the same items and received email saying my order is ready for pick-up.

Absolute worst customer service/website/company I’ve dealt with. The allow customers to place orders of out of stock items, and STILL LEAVE THENITEM LISTED AS AVAILABLE ON THEIR SITE. Not a one off thing. Has happened multiple times. They also claim they can’t cancel orders at all - unless of course it’s on their own, because something is “out of stock”. They are terrible.

I had an in-store pickup. They not only gave me the wrong items, but also refused to accept a return saying “they don’t do online orders”. I called online customer service and they directed me back to the store. I went to a second store, and they told me online customer care would refund me.

I called online customer care and they had me on the phone for 40 minutes before hanging up on me right before the lines closed. I AM STUCK WITH A PURCHASE WITH ITEMS I DID NOT RECEIVE. I WILL NEVER SHOP HERE AGAIN.

I was currently at the Bath & Body works in Durham NC at the south point mall. I’m very disappointed they don’t accept checks. I had written out my check for the amount that I owed. Then after I had it written out ready to pay they said “oh we don’t accept checks anymore.

Let me tell you something, I work hard for my money and I’m out shopping for Christmas and my money and checks are legit!!!!!! This is a inconvenience to people who doesn’t have a credit or debit card. I always carry cash or check book!!!

They need to allow people to write checks to pay for these items!!! I’m very disappointed and dissatisfied with the customer service from this store.

Terrible customer service that hangs up and disconnects you before even listening to the situation. i tried both online chat & phone. A Supervisor hung up on me quickly after i began explaining the situation. I understand that other frustrated customers may get angry/rude, but i was professional and just wanted a resolutions.

I want to share my experience with two companies, Bath and Body Works (BBW) and Lasership. I placed an online order in the early part of middle November from Bath and Body Works in order to (hopefully) beat some of the holiday shipping, especially since it’s known the mail will be grindingly slow this season. They confirmed my order and shipped the order to Lasership that day. Over 10 days passed and Lasership proclaimed they still didn’t receive the package. When I contacted Lasership they said I had to contact the seller.

The store at the Dayton mall cheated me. I am very upset with how the cashier didn't give the discounts properly. 50 each you buy 3 of and body care products you get one free. I bought 5 spray perfumes and 3 lotions.

I had (1) coupon on phone for a free item. I got a coupon in mail for (1) free item and a 20% off coupon of the whole total. Even the lady at door said don't forget to use any coupons if you have them.

I said you can use on sale items she said oh yeah. 00 for this stuff and she kept my coupons even though I asked her if she took off discounts and she said yes.. This is not how to treat you customers at all.

First of all, I love the products, no problem there. So, today (11/23/2021) about 4:00, I was at The Lakes Mall Bath and Body store in Muskegon, Michigan. There is a manager there that is always a bit confrontational every time I’m in the store.

Usually I let it slide, but today she was training employees and was trying to tell me I had to give them my phone number to use coupons and to make sure I do it next time. I don’t give out my phone number and I’ve never had to do that for coupons!

I do not appreciate being talked to in that manner and especially in front of other customers. Thank you

I ordered almost $300 worth of product early November and only received three items. I had to call two times and l was promised the other items would arrive the next day. Guess what, nothing arrived. This is the worst online experience I have ever had when shopping online.

Your customer service representatives are not empowered to completely resolve your customer’s issues. I will make it my personal mission to discredit Bath & Body Works and never shop at this store again (online or retail).

Why is it that when you go into a Bath & Body Works store, you can use all of the coupons that are valid now, there's no limit. But, I don't live near a Bath & Body Works store, so when I order online, I can only use 1 promo code, and I have to pay shipping. 95.

Only when I went to check out, did I learn that none of them, absolutely none of the five or six I had chosen, were in stock. Why is it that you can't find that out when you first place it in the cart?

You could have much better deal if you go in the store, but that is not an option for some of us. B&B works is totally overrated.

I went to exchange product at the Largo Fl location. I came in right behind another couple so we were greeted the same. Then an associate decided to look straight st me snd into my basket and asked if I was okay? Huh? I asked are you ok? She kept looking in my basket. I said don’t worry. I have my receipt. They thought I was shoplifting. I didn't realize they had gone back to the shopping baskets. I asked an associate for a bag (the ones they give you at check out) and I was constantly asked if I needed help.

I was on my phone a lot because I was texting my girlfriend if she needed anything and texting a friend about my sister's wedding. I felt like I was being watched the whole entire time and had to justify using my phone in the store when they would ask me if I needed anything.

One asked if I had a return. I told her no I was using it as a shopping bag and she got onto me saying that they weren't doing that anymore. I really had no idea.

Terrible candle quality this year. Yearly favorites like marshmallow fireside and pumpkin pecan waffles lack quality. The candle throw sucks, can barely smell the signature scent, even cold it smells waxy or worse some of my candles smelled like a chemical.

Not sure if it’s the label or the rubber ring on the lid? So disappointed to spend so much money and not get the same quality product as pervious years. I know you can return items but it’s just sad that prices went up and the candles suck!!

The manger with at the Westland, Michigan store in Westland Shopping Center with the dark hair is absolutely abrassive and rude. She has denied returns from me with the receipt when the clothes had rips in the armpit and the bra in the center.

Not once but on several occassions. I also heard heard speaking to her employees extremely rude & uncalled for right in front of customers shopping. I would like someone from the higher up division to please contact me via phone.

I’ll never order online from this company again. They have asked/promotions and then cannot handle the amount of purchases made so they send your order out one candle at a time and also send you emails saying they “cancelled” one of the items you ordered.

I’m assuming the cancelled one is because they just plain ran out. Bath and Body, your website absolutely sucks and I’ll never order from it again.

I have waited for my package for 8 days to be told it was delivered and It never arrived!! The wonderful lady immediately said she was sending out a replacement 2 day shipping I call because still no package to be told it hasn’t even shipped and placed on hold for 15min while I’m writing this review!!

Bath and Bodyworks has absolutely bad customer service I ordered stuff online and by accident I put one digit of my address wrong and they are shipping company which is on track gave me a call to ask me to call them to let them get them and get them a new label so they can send my purchases but when I called Bath and Bodyworks the online number the lady would not do anything she said that she couldn’t call them from on track to let them deliver or to even deliver to a store in Tucson.

This complaint is for the bath and body works store located at 1105Glendale Galleria. On Tuesday June 22nd I was shopping at this location. I made $578 purchase and I am loyal customer and I always shop at this location only.

I’ve never had this kind of treatment. After I finished my purchase I had 5 bags of heavy items like candles,lotions wall flowers etc…before I left I asked the cashier if one of the make workers can help me with at least 2of my bags to the entrance by the food court so

Upon entering the store, an employee about 6ft, Brown hair with fade on the side rather large man. Told us that we entered through the wrong way. We immediate apologize but he cuts us off saying, "what's wrong with you? ".

My stomach dropped as I've never been disrespected like that in my life. I've work in retail for 10 years and I've never seen an employee be that rude and cold to a customer that made a mistake. This experience honestly turned me off and I dont think anyone should shop there with someone like that there.

I don't write because I want something. As a business, I just thought you should know what kind of people work at your stores. Thanks for reading.

You should not have sent out a Juneteenth email. It’s offensive that you cannot see the difference between your average American capitalist holiday and what Juneteenth represents. The best thing we can do is simply not appropriate this day. If you had been reading anything that Black Americans were writing leading up to today, you definitely wouldn’t have sent the email.

Cierra (light skin/Caucasian with curly hair) at the Mall of Acadiana in Lafayette, La was rude and has poor customer service to say that she’s a manager. Next time, instead of assuming that she knows everything just because she’s the manager, she should double check and make sure that she and her other managers place items in the correct spot to avoid an encounter like the one I had.

Basically, I wanted an item that I figured was on sale (because it’s scent was on the sale table, it’s just that the item in particular wasn’t placed on the sale table), but thanks to Ricola (dark skin African American with long pink/brown braids) she helped resolve the matter simply and how it should’ve been handled with Cierra.

I ordered and was excited but I got ripped off. They didn't refund my full amount. I ordered 5/22 then called on 6/15. They didn't know why I never got my order. What?

First girl transferred me to nowhere so I called back and heard these lame excuses about my products being out of stock. They weren't when I ordered them and some were new items so don't tell me they are out of stock.

I really wanted my order but she had nothing to offer but excuses so I chose the refund. But I didn't get all my money. I paid $52 and got back $46. What is that? Theft. I work in customer service so I know how I should have been treated.

I'm more than disappointed in the whole company. One bad experience gets spread all over you know and I'll be telling everyone I about it. Live chat is a joke too.

I brought my son in for a interview at your Franklin park location. We came in the store separately so no one knew I was his mother. He speaks with one of your associates and let’s them know he was there for his interview.

The manager came up to him and was very rude to him and said “your early” as my son responded back with “ my interview is at 3”. The manager looked at him and said “ no I said 3:30 and I have a 3:15 interview so your just gonna have to wait”.

I was standing in line for about 10 to 15min. And I was in the wrong line I guess. But no one told me until about 15 min later. And then they told me I had to get behind everyone.

Which when I 1st started waiting no one was in line. Cause if they were I would of noticed where the line started. So needless to say I walked out and put all my things back. Which I had about $200 worth of stuff.

I'm not at all pleased with your product. I purchased a 3-wick candle (Endless Weekend). Lite it and the flames were extremely high. The glass top portion about (1") was completely burnt. Blew it out and tried to relight, but it wouldn't stay lite every time I tried.

Finally had to throw it away. It was a safty hazard and concern. I paid way to much money for this candle to be faulty. Am very dissatisfied.

and this is second purchase I have made with them.. but so far I have been 100% pleased with the products I've ordered.. My complaint is with the companies waste of packaging via plastics& cardboard.. In this age of " up-cycling,recycling and improving all " green practices".....

My personal feeling is that they could use less materials,customize smaller orders using paper envelopes.. And instead focus on supporting more small businesses and " eco friendly& green" companies..

Thank you for taking the time to read this letter. It is May 20th, 2021 and I just went into my local Bath and Body Works at 530 Marks St, Henderson NV and it was the WORST experience yet. I purchased hand soaps and a gift. I have been shopping here for years and I love being able to bring home soaps my whole family can enjoy. Before the pandemic, I would take my kids into the store and we would all try the different scents and wash our hands to choose which ones we would bring home. This was an amazing experience to have with my kids because they would be excited to wash their hands at home with the soaps they picked.

If I could give zero stars I would. I walked into the store and this old bitch wouldn’t give me a bag without first spraying hand sanitizer into my hands. She didn’t even ask me and the smell was something I’m allergic to and it immediately made me feel nauseous.

i spend lots if money at your stores, and lately, ive been quite dis-satisfied with the products. alot of them barely smell; so i bought new plug ins thinking that was the problem, nope, they still are not letting off a good scent.

Also, the candles seem to lose thier scent half way through and burn up very fast! These things are not that cheap, n im very disappointed.
