Hello, I hate to bother you however I'm a long term regular customer and Ive had a slight issue this last few orders. Did b&b change the ingredients in the wildflowers? I have 20 outlets filled in my home and I've noticed that the last 40-60 that I've used only lasted 2 weeks, in the past I could go once a month before time to change the wildflowers.

I have changed them more frequently due to them burning a lot faster. Please advise I feel like I've wasted money

I visited my local Bath and Body Works for a few MOTHER'S day gifts and the greeter I hadn't seen since she worked at a local grocery store I shop at, last July or August in 2020. At first I didn't recognize her, her hair was different and she'd lost weight, but when she handed a bag to place my purchases in she said my name and then I laughed a bit and said, Hello Raya! How are you? You look great! I like your hair!

We chatted a few minutes and I shopped quickly. When I went to the register I commented on how I knew her from working at a local Value Village together. All smiles when I left there. Later in the evening I got several threatening texts from miss Rayaleese Paine saying how I "HAD CAUSED HER TO HAVE AN ANXIETY ATTACK" and her "SALES WERE DOWN BECAUSE OF" me.

I was pleased to see a friend and old co-worker at the Bath and Body Works in Marysville, WA. We chatted and I congratulated her on her new hairstyle and job. She was friendly and acted happy to see me.

I made a few purchases and told the cashier that Rayalese and I knew each other from previosly working 2gether and it was wonderful 2 see her. Nothing untowards. That night i received a rant from Rayalese via 3 or 4 texts!

I was shocked by what she said to me. She informed me that she told her Manager that i was creeping her out and if I come into her work again she will report me to her Manager! I have never done anything to deserve such a crazy response from her.

The Cashier was condescending and not helpful at all...she acted like my question was beyond her requirement to assist me. I simply asked what my portion would be after a 20% off coupon...I was paying with someone else...we asked her twice...she told us wrong twice...waited until we were in the car to correctly figure it out. It would have taken a second for her to give me a total...but she didn't want to be bothered.

I called to see if the customer service could review store footage of fraud and I was told no. While it was just $25 to some it was $50 for me. I work for a fortunate 500 company and this was handled poorly. A sorry doesn't count when there are other companies in competition.

Be ware when you use a gift card that you are not being charged the full amount. I am totally shocked and appalled by the service I received. Just in case anyone cares. This was at Town East Mall in Dallas. Don't waste your time visiting this mall. Go to The Galleria Mall.

Item delivered to my home from LS driver whom literally through my box on my porch thsnk God I have cameras due to theft in all areas of our city Philadelphia. I visited your Atlantic Terminal Mall location yesterday and was very uncomfortable with my experience. I went in to pickup my online order and had to wait around 30mins to be helped. While I was waiting, I decided to browse through the products around the pickup area.

This was in your Kokomo Indiana store. I was seeing about the body oil with shimmer I tried a little on and your employee grabbed it and said we can’t sell used products and walked away from me with the product in her hand before I could say excuse me I was going to buy it she walked away.

36 for my purchase. 00. The order was placed on June 10 2020 and the hold is still on my account. 00???? 36 was still showing pending. I contacted my online bank who advised to have merchant release funds, this never happen at all.

00 fees and caused my bill payments to reject. I like bath and body works this is my first experience using online and I will never use it again and thing hard on whether I want order from this company again.

I basically paid double for items and only received on set of them. Shame on you for taken people's money in times like we are having now it is hard to support a company and they are taking your money from you.

On November 29 I ordered 6 Christmas/Winter foaming hand soaps (order#45059776) to use in my bathrooms and kitchen in the month leading up to Christmas. Imagine my extreme disappointment when the package only arrived this afternoon (December 16)! There are only 9 days until Christmas so I have lost most of the time I could have been using the soaps.

I do most of my shopping online and this is the longest time I have ever waited for a shipment. It shouldn’t have taken over 2 weeks for these item to arrive. Now I have only a little over a week before I won’t be using them.

I took my adult daughter (28 years old) birthday shopping, one of our stops was bath and body works which is one of our usual stops. She had a coupon for a item up to 6:50. We tried to purchase a men’s body wash since they were on sale for $5 each.

We were not allowed to make the purchase. So we spoke to the person in charge that called a manager but we we were still denied the purchase. 50 it did state anywhere that it did not include sale items: we were both embarrassed and do not agree with the service!

I have been a customer of Bath and Body works for more than 20 years. Last week, I was in Bath and Body Works in Monroe NC. I was about to purchases $75 . I was writing a check when I was informed that Corporate had done a survey and it was no longer worth it for them to take checks.

I usually purchase enough product to last 3 months for my husband, grandson and myself. My check has never bounced in all the years I shopped at your store or any other store, Since it is no longer worth it for you to take my check, I will be finding other products to use.

Retail store located at Mayfair Mall, 2500 N Mayfair Rd, Wauwatosa, WI. Sales person # 3375378 Transaction # 3513 I had a very bad experience with the cashier #3375378. When I asked her to add the promotion code which I found on the official website and told her “HAPPYFAll”, she told me that I have to enter my email address.

At the end of transaction I skip that and her reaction was very bad... I am very disappointed, I think to enter my email address is optional and if I prefer to skip it, I should not be yelled by sales person.

I remembered today why I had not shopped at your store in a long time. It was the same as last time. I was completely ignored, again, until almost all of the customers that were there when I came in or after & had left, except for one customer that I came in ahead of.

First - Nowhere on your website - except to "File a Complaint" can an email be sent. Very frustrating. "Send Us An Email" takes you to your canned FAQs.

Second - The music in the Watauga TX and Southlake TX stores is so obnoxiously loud that both the customer and the store personnel have to yell is order to be heard/understood. When I inquired of the Store Manager at each of the locations if they could lower it, was told they had no control it was up to Corporate.

Cashier: 1403603 was so not helpful or friendly that I was appalled and I believe she was the Manager. My issue is when you see a regular customer going through their email to find a coupon etc for their purchase.

Rather than push their order to the side so you can take the next person in line. How about assisting the regular customer by asking questions to help them find what they’re looking for. It wasn’t just me either another older woman had the same issue without assistance. Where were the smiles?

Yesterday I went to a Bath and Body store in Ames Iowa to purchase some products for Christmas gifts and talk about poor service. I asked the clerk if they had 1000 Wishes in a gift set and she said no but soon after I found it in the store.

I also bought other products and went to pay. The clerk rang me up which totaled over fifty dollors then she when went to wait on someone else. I was left standing there with no sack and then when I asked for one she handed it to me and I had to bag my own products. Really!

i have been buying your candles for a long time and love them i just got some on order and also in store and am having trouble with the way they are burning or at least the last two sometimes i realize that something could be wrong but the first burn is great and the seconds is also good now the third time lighting them i cant keep them lit and they are only a bit less than half gone i have tried everything i could think of until you look at it and

see that one wick went out and it is burning uneven until you just have to throw it out half gone. i purchase over 50 candle per year and have never had this problem. i also noticed that the third time trying to lite them the smell is very weak.

I was racially profiled in your Highland, Indiana store which led to discriminatory action. Yesterday, while in line for check out and next to be served, I experienced the cashier proceed to walk right past me and ask everyone in line behind me who happened to be white if they were paying with credit card and if so she could assist them.

I went to your store tonight to purchase items for myself and co workers for Christmas as I do every year. This year was by far the worst. In the 20 minutes my husband and I were in the store not one employee asked if they could help us or tell us about any sales going on.

they are the only ones I ever buy for bubble bath, shower gel, and hand soap. But I was very disappointed in this year's Winter Candy Apple foaming hand soap. the soap comes out 1/3 foam and 2/3rds pink liquid.

Not only does this cause a great deal to be wasted in the sink, but the bottle isn't lasting near as long as it should. ou.

I shop at Bath & Body Works every month and one employee at the Columbia Place Mall location in Columbia, SC had a really nasty attitude because she was trying to put out items and customers were shopping. I went to the black Friday sale like me and my girls do every year we spend almost a 1000 between the three of us we went there 3 times Friday well when I went to burn the fresh candle after 2 hours 2 days in a row you couldn't smell them and our daughter said the same about hers. When I went into the Birch Street Brea Store in Ca today, the cashier was extremely rude and unfriendly. She wouldn't allow me to use my coupon saying that the company has changed its policy. When she said this she would not make eye contact, I am sure this was a lie.

She had no people skills what so ever and acted very apathetic to me and my situation. No one greeted me upon coming in nor did they ask to help me or other customers. She didn't even say a kind good bye either.

Usually when I go into this store they are so nice! This cashier by the name of Brianne, is either new or the store's standards have changed to beyond low! People like her have no business working with the public.

My daughter and I went Bath and Body Works this morning around 11am at Christown Mall in Phoenix Arizona. The two girls working completely ignored us and while walking around you can hear them complaining about customers and coworkers. I couldn't believe it.

I heard them cussing and being unprofessional.

Finally one asked if we wanted help and I was so angry I just said no I don't want your help after hearing you talk shit about customers during business hours. Very unprofessional. I was pissed. At least I know they will have something to talk about tomorrow.

I am a true candle lover but usually buy Yankee Candle products. I received one of the Bath and Body Works Black Friday totes and have been trying to burn the Apple Spiced Toddy candle for days with unsatisfactory results.

The wicks wont stay lit it burns unevenly its the worst candle I have ever had. If all the Bath and Body Works candles burn this way I will not buy from them in the future. Very dissatisfied with this product and the customer service I have received so far.

If you like something and bath & body don't get use to it. They have a habit of discontinuing things all the time. I loved the Romance by Breathe and it was discontinued. My friends warned me. They no longer go there either. Word of mouth.

The only time I go in there is at Christmas for Noel for a present and I am sure they will discontinue that one also. I have sent e-mails to Bath and Body Works after they discontinued but the ignored me.

You have lost my money and my friends money. I am done because I cannot get anybody to help me.

They have some really awesome spa collection that gave me a really good experience. I purchased the EUCALYPTUS SPEARMINT body scrub that was really a stress reliever for me.

Great product, gentle to use everyday and has some natural products used in them. I would definitely make sure to buy more in the near future. com has everything you would want for your skin care. com A+ for their products as its worth the money.
