I called your credit card division and spoke with a rude representative talking over me when I was trying to explain that I don’t get electronic mail I told her I don’t have access to get that and I was trying to tell her they always mail it to me she talked over me she didn’t listen.

You need to hire better associates and train them better than what you are doing now. I would like a response asap. I called spoke to a supervisor I told her about all she said she was sorry. She should have said she would report her.

Customer Service not like . I’ve been a customer for several years, and if it wasn’t for customers paying their bill she wouldn’t have a job. That’s a lot of retailers are closing because of sales are down. You need to be stricter on your hiring and better training not to lose…

I placed an order in the retail store; it went through and the next day I got an email it was canceled no explanation why. I think that is poor customer service it should have shown out of stock. The associate said two was in stock. You need to improve on your business several ways. When you go to the retail store no one but about two associates people walking around looking to check out. I called my local Belk twice the telephone ranged and ranged no answer from two different departments. That is truly unreal for a company large as yours. You act like you don’t care just as long as customers buy from you. I’ve been a customer for years and in the passed no problem until three years ago.

I purchased a dress in the store in July. The tag is still on the dress, but I do not have the receipt, but I do have where it was purchased on the Belk app. I realize it has been longer than they will give to refund something, but I cannot wear the dress because of circumstances of where I was going to wear it.

It also has two places where the thread has come out and I did not notice this before. I would like to at least get a credit back to my Belk credit card account. account. I called customer service and the girl told me it was too late and I couldn’t return it.

If I can’t wear it and it still has the tag on it and I can prove it was bought at Belk, why can I not return it? I have been a good customer and purchase quite a bit from Belk. Thank you.

I ordered earrings that I normally go through Reed's for. 75. They were MUCH bigger than described and I wanted a refund so returned the item. 95!! ARE YOU KIDDING ME??!! 80 with 7d time for processing. 12. 95 for it to be shipped TO me!??!

I called, I spoke with 2 different managers, was offered a gift card as if I'm going to buy there ever again, and was blown off when I started a ticket online as instructed. After reviewing online, it seems this is nothing more than a scam.

I will NEVER shop here again. BEWARE!!! I will ONLY buy from Reed's as normal from this point on after having my money taken. I returned earrings that I never wore and was refunded only %50 of the original price paid. UNBELIEVABLE.

I went into Belk around 7:50pm on August 9th. A black female name Pamela in cosmetics was counting her register r. I asked her could she get me some White Tea perfume. She told me she was closed. I said the store is not close and if you can get my perfume and have someone else ring me up .

She said I don't know if I can do that. She proceeded to be argumentive with me cause she definitely wanted to leave early. I asked for a manager and wallked to jewerly counter and asked for the employee to call the manager.

The cosmetic employee called the manager and when she came I asked why was it issue for her to get my perfume. The employee came behind the register in front of me and the manager and became argumentive again until her manager motion for her to go away.

I went to Huntsville Alabama parkway place Mall I was wanting to be measured for a bra I went to the lingerie department there was no one working there I went to another department and talked to a lady she was very rude she let me know that there was nobody working in that department and I asked her if she could measurement me she said no I don't know how and

I said well I drove 30 minutes to come and be measured and she said well you need to call the next time before you come she works in the department next to the lingerie she didn't have to be so rude..

I've been shopping at Belk for many years and I've never had to experience this before... Maybe she needs to go back through how to treat and work with customer service

I had very poor customer service your retail store. I’ve been a Belk customer for years. I went to pay my bill today at the High Point store like I always do. I went to the Cosmetics Dept because no one was at the other register.

The person didn’t speak or say how can I help you or anything. I gave her my payment all she said was to put my card in and then she said sign. I did she completed my transaction and didn’t say thank you are anything.

I said it wasn’t for cups paying she wouldn’t have a job and she wouldn’t. She was new never seen her there before. You need to do better training these young people n’t bought up about how to treat anyone.

She had an attitude and talk off didn’t thank me that is when I said you are suppose to thank customers. Another associate walk up and apologized…

I was given a gift card for my birthday in the amount of $50. I tried to use it today to purchase some items and was told I couldn't use it if I used my Belk card to pay the balance due. I had to use my Belk Elite card in order to get the discounted prices. It appears I can only use my gift card to buy a full price item and pay cash for the difference owed.

This is ridiculous! My daughter bought the gift card with cash money and I should be able to use it in your store just like cash.

I'm stuck with a $50 gift card now that I'll probably never be able to use.

Please let me know how you can fix this.

On May 25, 2023, I called Belk Customer Service to inquire about returning an order which was women’s shoes. At the time, I was informed that it was a Marketplace order. Therefore, it was my responsibility to contact the Marketplace vendor which was Unique Bargains.

Of course, I told the customer representative that it was not my responsibility to contact their third party vendor, about a product that I purchased from them.

However, the representative insisted that it the customer’s job. At that point, the representative and I went back and forth addressing who is the responsible party for obtaining a refund. In trying to get a resolution about returning the shoes, I discussed the returning of shoes and a refund for the shoes, during the course of over a month.

I currently work at belks, but I haven’t worked there for five weeks almost a month. My friend has also not worked there for the longest almost 3 months about to be 4. We currently work at belks, but they haven’t been scheduling us teens.

I don’t know what to do or if I can’t do anything because I work part time the managers are slacking and this needs to be improved.

Belk shouldn't have customers when making a payment in the retail store use your credit card along with your statement. It is time consuming and unnecessary if you have a statement that should be it with your money/check. No other company have you using both except your company.

You need to change your system and do statement only with payment or card with money/check . You should use card without statement only. You need to update with modern times one or the other. You have customers standing in line only two registers open customers be walking around looking for other open registers and there isn’t any.

Customers expect more from a company like yours; it has changed considerably not for the better it is worse now being in business for years.

I was sold a charm approximately 2 years ago and I purchased a warranty for the charm . Apparently the charm is coated with some form of plastic and which the plastic is coming apart. When purchased the charm was supposed to be like a diamond cut to find out it was only plastic.

I feel like the store is selling fake jewelry Today I carried the charm back with my receipt , the warranty and the sku ticket for the manager to tell me there isn’t anything she could do because she didn’t know what it was supposed to look like . She didn’t honor your product or warranty.

I tried calling my local retail store a few times using different departments since no one answered last one and no one answered any phone. I call customer service she said she would call them so I could speak with someone.

After holding for a while I guess she hung up phone went blank. I said Hello no answer so I hung up trying to call corporate. Corporate number is just regular customer service number which is very disappointing they don’t want to be bothered with customers.

If it was for us they wouldn’t have a job. Belk has really changed and not for the better the WORSE. I can see a big difference Elite customers don’t matter to them I am one. Customers are saying they aren’t the same.

No help in the stores you may see two registers open and you have to wait in line a while most…

I ordered 2 pair earrings for mothers day gifts and did not receive the ones I ordered. I could not return. I work long hours and is bit sad it is so hard to get online support for online orders.

The earrings I ordered were sterling silver. The ones I received were not. Very disappointed in Belks . I could not upload the pictures but if I get someone to respond I can send photos.

This sorry company has harmed my credit in the worst way due to their inability to update and correct input information into a system. I'm on my 5th call attempting to correct the situation as they ask me to explain and then abruptlydisconnect my call after a detailed response is given. Belks has been a part of Clarksville TN I know for over 60 plus years most of that time operated by Ben Parks. The quality of any thing in that store was great. Please tell us what is going on, beside belittle out store.

You could go there for any occasion and get every thing you needed. Customer haven’t changed that much but the store has. The people running the business is the problem. The store reviews are horrible. Most of the customers in Clarksville are really up set and have been for a while due to bad selection of thing in our store.

Now it’s an outlet with nothing fit to purchase and more expensive and with furniture and appliances. That’s sad. Hope The Springfield TN store don’t go to pot!

Augustine, FL was happy to hear they had a Post Office in store. The woman who was there was very cold, rude, uninformative. I asked, if I can send a package? She did not reply to my question other than did I get an email with information or a label?

I went to shop last minute at Belks tonight in McKinney, Texas off of Eldorado. My husband and I went past every department with everyone in the store watching and noone told us the store closed at 8. My husband and I went the dressing room to try on clothes with the women watching us go in there and still said nothing!!

I shop at Belk all the time and spend thousands of dollars there. I bought a pair of pants there and I found that there were multiple holes on the pants. I tried to return them and the tags were still on and I had a receipt.

Someone must have attached the wrong tag and they refused to let me return them. It is not a big amount but it was the principle. The lady was rude and she has a real attitude. I bought a pair of defective pants and wanted to exchange them.

I am trying to get in touch with belk corporate office. it's 9:11am and recording says closed but that they open at 9am ??? i have been offered (by email) Two different Customer Care Case Number coupons for lousy service.

The Belk store in Cape Coral is disgustingly filthy! It looks like someone walked through the store with a grease gun and used it throughout on the tan carpeting. In addition there was debris strewn on the floors everywhere I walked!

I brought a diamond tanzinite ring for my wife in September. my wife recently cleaned UT and the ranzi te stone turned cloudy which say it's not a real stone. Which I was told that all sto nes were real it also turned the silver band to a dull silver color.

I just had a really bad experience with Belks. Last week I ordered light pink sheets for my bed. Today burgundy sheets arrived... I called customer service immediately to advise them of the problem and to ensure I could return them to the local Belk store.

I placed an order online to pickup my order at the Dogwood Festival store. I received 2 emails. One said the order was ready for pickup and the other said the merchandise was not in the store and it could be shipped for free.

The DeLand, Florida store's men's department looks terrible. I have been waiting for months to return and I did just that last Sunday. What is going on? Are you closing this store? " Everything! has been for months. The other departments do not seem to be in such disarray.

The clothing is old inventory except for Crown & Ivey. Please let me know what is going on--I really enjoy shopping there, as it is one of the only places in town to get basics like socks and underwear, to a suit and shoes. Thank you.

What is going on at the Belk/Summit with the escalators and elevator? Unfortunately, I was not able to shop any on the 2nd floor due to them being shut down before Christmas. I've never seen a retail establishment, or any establishment, have this happen at the same time.

The only answer was use the stairs. My husband and I both have health issues and could not do that. No concern at all for the shoppers.

I placed an order on December 19,2022. I paid for express shipping. I received notice December 20, 2022 that the package was waiting for pickup. My package was not turned over to Fedix until December 23, 2022. The express shipping said two days delivery.

My mom is 98 and hasn't received her Christmas present yet. Needless to say after being a loyal customer I am no longer going to be one. If I had been informed that Belk held packages for days before turning them over to the delivery company I would have gone to the store and shipped it myself.

There is no excuse for this lack of action.. In case you don't know it , a satisfied customer is the best advertisement you can have. I a not a happy customer and I will be informing others of my experience.

I was shopping at Belk mens store in Tupelo, ms. I made a purchase and then realized the jacket I bought rang up 20% off and should have been 30% off. I went back to tell the associate that had rang up my sale.

) she proceeded to argue with me and told me I had to go take a picture of the rack (on the other side of the store) and show her and she would honor it. I did this and she still argued and did not want to honor.

She went and spoke with someone else who said for her to correct this for me. This did not make her happy but she finally fixed it. Then as I was leaving she YELLED at me. I continued to walk out and she continued yelling at me on front of other customers.

I live in a rural area that is 100 miles from a Belk store, FedEx, or UPS. I was told I can not return a package by mail. That is ridiculous. I have to order everything online from Belk and now I will no longer be able to order as I can’t drive 100 miles just to return something to the store or give to FedEx.

Online orders, filled with incompetent employees. Three times I received my orders broken and destroyed. The only reason was because of non-caring, incompetent people filling and packing orders for shipping. Received 5 snow slopes with one piece of tissue…no individual boxes, no styrofoam and absolutely no marking of fragile merchandise.

The boxes were soaked with the contents of broken snow globes…total disgusted and totally fed up! One order had a glass ornament in it and one again no protection and it was broken all to pieces. There is no excuse for management to not have a team of employees that are competently trained in packing for shipment procedures.

Otherwise, do away with online. Im handicapped and depend on shipping. My Amazon, Sam’s snow globes were packed to perfection. once…

Early in November 2021 when BELK'S was running a sale we took advantage and ordered several items intended for Christmas Gifts. Most of the items we ordered were delivered in multiple mail packages as if they were sent from different locations.

Our complaint is BELK'S offered a 'BUY 2 GET 3 FREE' on Women's Panties Item #0608926090091. We wanted to take advantage of the deal and in doing so ordered 2 pair to get 3 FREE. Oddly enough the 2 pairs of women's panties that were received came in 2 separate packages.

I have not done business with this company, Belk, but I did a search for a "Hogwarts" hoodie, and was very excited when I found this hoodie on Belk's websight, and was so excited to find one right here in my city. I placed the order, filled out all the information, and was delighted to hear my local Belk's had store pickup.

Well, shortly after I placed the order I received an email that the hoodie was no longer available at my local store, and that I could have it delivered to my home address with no shipping fee. I was really pleased with Belk's response.

This is the 3rd day of trying to get a Return Label. I purchased a pair of Lucky Brand booties in Kerrville, Tx 2 weeks ago. Last wk the same booties were advertised at a cheaper price, so I purchased an additional pair ON LINE.

I ordered 2 ring sets from Belk. Sent them both back in the same package. 00. They received the package on 10/28, but I can not get them to credit my 2 accounts Belk account and my PayPal account. I do not know what else to do but file a complaint with corporate office.

I have made phone calls and even tho they key in the tracking and see it has been returned I'm told I have to wait 15 days and call back before anything can be done. My order numbers were 1031894777 and 1032066735.

My premier master card was shut down. I know you did this blanketly across the board with all customers; however, I use the master card portion for monthly bills. I have had them all declined and/or had to resort to adjusting my budget to make it work properly.

You have really created quite the headache for your customers. I don't believe this was handled appropriately and will most likely be slowly transferring to my Discover card and shutting this one down. Hopefully you get it resolved soon and I receive my card so my phone and electric don't get cut off.

Each time I called, there was no urgency to help remedy this. Some sort of notice might have even been helpful. Very disappointed.

This company is always changing the prices of its items. They email me telling me the bag I want is on sale and go to buy it two hours later. It is not. I called earlier in the week with a pricing issue. 00.

Hello, My Name is Karen, I live in Charlotte NC. I would like to complain that when I am at Belk I have to wait in line and they do not give me my clothing for free. I am entitled to have all my clothing for free and not wait in like because I am a white soccer mom who is a busy body.

I would like belk corporate to allow all people named Karen to complain, complain, complain, especially in a discount store for bargain prices.
