I took back on online ordered item and wanted to exchange it. You did not have the item so they put it back on my card. and already put back on my card which takes days. They said i. Could not get another item and that go towards it but i was told when i called customer service i could.

I asked for a manager. Her name was terri In a roundabout way she told me if i didnt like it to shop Elsewhere I drove over an hour there. I love belk and order and shop there faithfully but this manager was sooooo rude I yold her and the 2 thrre with her yhey were rude and i was going to call corporate.

Her response was do u see all the registers closed and no help do you think they are going to listen yo anything u say. Then she asked the 2 standing near her did they hear anything. Is thst how uou treat…

I Just visited triange town Belks, I had bought A pair of crown & Ivy blue jeans about a month ago, size 16 “high-rise skinny” They were too large in the legs, so i was doing what I thought would be… an exact exchange. & I Had my receipt I got the identical crown & ivy blue jeans - still a size 16 but “mid-rise skinny” They refused to exchange them at the same price!

They were the SAME jeans same size, except one was high rise - one was mid- rise!! Really??? Because belks was now advertising them @ buy one pair get 2 free, & had different upc numbers, they made me pay an additional $12 bucks plus tax Refunded the first pair & charged me more for the SAME PANTS I tried to EXPLAIN “ you have them on sale & can MIX & match color, & sizes, & high rise & low rise & bootcut, but

I was unable to make a purchase at Belk, Columbia, SC. Belk's associate state my Bell credit card was declined because Bell sent me a new card approximately 7 days ago. I was embarrassed as not any notification from Belk was delivered to me stating my çredit card is deactivated.

I live in Molena, Ga. and shop at the Belk in Thomaston, Ga. The store is too small, poor inventory, dirty and very little variety. It is the only store for miles around besides Walmart. It needs to be upgraded to the quality of your larger stores to serve a large community.

The employees are great, but deserve better. Please address this!

I placed an online order. When the package came on August 15, 2022 it wasn't what I ordered. I ordered a charm and got earrings. If you don't have a product nothing should be sent to the customer. It is not good customer service.

I am disgusted and disappointed with Belk. I had to drive to the mall to take tge earrings back for a refund. I had to waste gas and my time for your mistakes. I feel like the associate was just trying to fill the order whether you had the right product or not.

Please something contact me ASAP. Your service stinks (sucks)

I placed an order online. When the order arrive on August 15, 2022 it wasn't what I ordered. I ordered a charm and they sent earrings. This is not good customer service. They were just trying to fill an order not making sure it was what the customer ordered.

If you didn't have the product nothing shouldn't be sent. I had to drive to the mall to return earrings. I am disgusted and disappointment with Belk. I will not order online again because there is some incompetent people working for Belk.

8/7 Manager on duty stood at register with 3 cashiers doing nothing while 9 people stood in line with merchandise. Customer at register spent 15 min holding line up couldn’t find a cc that worked.

We left $250 in clothing and left store. This is second time in 2 mo this happened. Cashiers aren’t trained Properly and customer service and revenue means nothing.

I’m banning Belk. Fed up! I have over 30 years in Management experience and I can’t blame the cashiers, it’s the people responsible for the training. You folks are loosing lots of revenue. Greenville, NC store past customer. Good luck!

I was on hold for approximately an hour to place an order! When I finally got a representative, the first thing he did was ask me my order number. I had to tell him I was not checking on an order but was wanting to place an order.

I ask him he if he had the correct spelling of my name and he said yes, Snoman, and then had to spell it two times before he got it right . I ask him if he was sure he knew what he was doing .

He said yes and then ask me to wait on hold for a minute which was more like 3 or 4. I told him what I wanted to order and then he wanted my address and after I gave it to him (1700 Lexington Place, NW, Concord, NC 28027).

Dear Madam or Sir: My name is Joyce Lyle. I have resided in Ga. all of my life and have shopped Belk for many years. I have always said, "If I can't find what I want anywhere else, I can always find it at Belk.

For years I shopped at Clayton County Plaza. When it closed, Belk opened a store in McDonough, GA. The shopping center there is off Jonesboro Rd. I shop there every 2 or 3 weeks. I also have the convenience of now shopping on line, which I do many times.

Recently, I ordered 3 pair of Kim Rogers denim shorts on line. I normally wear a size 10, but since they were denim, I thought they might shrink. I got 2 size 12's, in case they shrink. The 3rd pair wasn't available in a 12, so I did order a 10, since there was a special on 3 pair.

Went to the Women and Home in Cool Springs, TN and the lady at the register told us she was going to be awhile and go to another register, which we did. No one was there or showed up. We went back to her register and she was done.

She refused to help us and told "Michael " to help us. Turns out he was the manager. I completely believe she was racist due to me being white and my husband Hispanic. She needs to be fired. This is completely unexceptionable. I am so sad.

I ordered my daughter's favorite prom dress online and it was hanging out of the box and filthy/damaged upon arrival. I contacted customer service who escalated my complaint since we are willing to keep the dress for a discount (it needs to be dry cleaned and repaired), but in TWO weeks, I haven't gotten a response.

Phone customer care makes a note in the case file, and store managers and departments don't answer the phone. I've reached back out via email to the email that sent me the complaint form, but they also do not respond.

There is no way to get a hold of anyone about this. Time is dwindling for the prom.

I visited Belk Store in Christiansburg, Va on 3/14/22 in the afternoon. I was looking around the makeup section (Clinique) and i picked up some foundation to look at it and took the lid off to see the actual color of it. The lady working there come up to me and sad she had to sanitize that and took it from me. Swiped it on a peice of paper put the lid back on it and put it back on the shelf, and said thats to dark for you anyway, unless you want to try it on, I said no and walked off. It was like she was standing there watching every move i made. First of all that was a bit extreme and rude. Get over it. I didn't appreciate that at all. I will tell everybody not to touch anything in the makeup section that they will get their hand smacked. Very upset customer.

Last Friday I went to the Belk in Trussville Al to buy makeup. There was not one person working in the make up area. So today I decided to try again . I thought maybe a lot of people were out sick.

So I went to try again. I was standing looking at lipstick and I asked the girl behind the counter can you help me please? She looked up at me and then looked back down at her phone and continued texting, then picked up her purse and left.

I really didn’t know what to think. I had a Dr appointment so I had to leave. After my appointment I went back by hoping I could get some assistance this time. Again there was no one working in the Mac area.

I stood in line with my mother in law to purchase make up. We waited for Donna and Karen, who were dealing with another customer, for about fifteen minutes. Donna became very unprofessional with us while waiting. Donna then called the manager and called me irate.

This is why it’s easier to shop online versus these stores.

I purchased my wife a 5 year Anniversary ring 2/11/2021 which I'm still paying for on my belk card. I bought the protection plan in case anything happened to the ring. To make a long story short i misplaced my receipt for the warranty and one of of the smaller diamonds fell out of the ring where it fell my wife has no clue.

I took the ring back to Belks and was told there is nothing that can be done witout receipt, which I think is totally wrong since its under a year and I'm still currently paying on the ring throgh my Belk card. I need help resolving this issue my name is Mr. com. Thanks

Waited over an hour at Mac cosmetics. Felt like a Fool standing there to buy a concealer and foundation while the one salesperson did endless makeup on one customer the whole time. - December 29th 2021 from 1:15-2:15 pm. Each time being told to wait 10 mts.

Been a customer of belk and my daughter recommended Mac. Well this is something I have learnt today- no loyal customer is appreciated.

A woman at the register named Wendy asked us to go to her register, she then left the register to help someone else and when she returned, she said that she never called us and to go to the line. Thankfully, another girl helped us.

Then, a woman who was having an issue with her Belk account (she called customer service to find out why her account couldn’t be found, customer service told her that the register was probably broken) and Wendy rudely told her that it was not broken, so there was nothing she could do about it.

Because of late fees you keep charging me on $3 or $9 balance, I closed my account. I am already stressed out with COVID but your customer service made me angry. I thought I had the late fees fix but the problem still showed up on it statement!

I placed an online order on 10/10/2021 involving 7 items that I thought would all be shipped for delivery to my residence address. After I received my order confirmation, I noticed that one of the items was for in-store pickup at the Summit location in Birmingham, AL, which is around 60 miles from where I live.

The confirmation notification stated that the item was ready for pickup. I tried contacting Customer Service (866-235-5443) on the same day to see I could get this item shipped as well, but received a message stating that I would need to call back during normal business hours.

Apparently customer service was already closed, even though according to the customer service business hours, customer service should have been open for another 30+ minutes. So I contacted Customer Service…

I have been A Belk's cardholder, and customer, for over 40 years. The quality of clothing has gone DOWN HILL. It's a disgrace for my wife to look for a decent dress to wear when shopping at Belks. She has to go elsewhere.

Bring back the decent looking dresses. Something for the middle age, nice looking God fearing lady. I GUARANTEE you that if you started a Department called "Southern Lady", you would see your sales greatly increase. YOU NEED to base you ladies garments to sell on what "Savannah Guthrie" wears each morning on the TODAY show.

The clothes are beautiful, and for the middle age group. I GUARNTEE YOU THEY WILL SELL.

Belk Norcross, GA. m. yelled at me for taking her cart. She calls it a buggy. I needed a cart as I had my hands full with a Queen quilt, set of sheets, and shams and was at the back of the store next to childrens.

I order a product on 6/5/2021. Have not received it or nor have I been able to find the status. Have been trying for 4 days to contact a real person with Belk with no success. My online time waiting has been over an hour and phone waiting has never been successful.

Cashier took 10 minutes to try to find a credit card account for a customer. Asked this customer about 5 times to spell her name and phone number. In the meantime, the customer paid using another form of credit, Cashier then finally located an account, that was inactive, then took another 10 minutes reactivating the account and wiping the customer’s purchase out to re-ring it to apply a discount for re-opening the account.

Cashier had total disregard for the people in line waiting. This customer should have been sent to customer service dept.

My complaint is with Belk online, during this time of trying to have no close contact Belk has made their stores now look like Black Friday or the day after Christmas. They ran all these terrific sales while the stores were closed making it impossible to try anything on and when you receive your order and it does not fit you have to pay the shipping to return it even though for elite customers shipping is free.

In doing this now that stores have opened back up you have a line of 20 customers lined up to return piles of items they ordered online I felt so sorry for the 2 and only 2 sales clerks doing the returns their terminals were so slow the lady in front of me was still there when I left and my return took 23 minutes, I had my receipts about 12 of them but

I ordered shorts last week, on Wed, 4/8/20, during the day. The order did not process. i needed them today, so I called 3 times to try to cancel, when it became apparent there was a problem and the order had not processed after a week. The last time I held on the phone for customer service for over an hour. When the Belk's representative picked up, my call was cut off. That was yesterday, 4/14/20, mid-day.

Today the the shorts processed, per an email I received. I no longer need them, as I was getting them for my son, who was visiting here, but has now left.

On my VISA I now see 2 charges for those shorts, both charged today.

To say I'm upset, is an understatement.

I have a complaint about two store Buford ga and winder ga both store manager racial profile their customer they treat you nice when you buying but when you have to return something they treat you like you stole something I have shop at both of these stores for many years the management is awful I didn't realize until I return some jewelry with the tags and receipt and I used my Belk card.

They embraced me raising their voice disrespecting me in both incidents the managers were Caucasian I am an older women I also have been calling and trying to get some type of response no success I am very surprised at the way I have been treated and don't think I am going to stop here they have treated a customer with no respect and the embarrassment was awful people were looking at me while they talk…

I ordered some items on a limited time weekend sale last weekend which was the first weekend in November. I had 2 other ladies look at this deal that I saw to make sure I was reading it correctly. It was stating that a nuwave airfryer was on a buy one get one free sale.

I ordered them to be picked up in the store at the Columbus MS location. My friend did some online ordering as well and received an email instantly stating when she could pick her items up at the Tupelo MS location.

I never received an email so began to think my order did not go through but decided to check my card and the money had been taken out of my account for the items. I went to the Belk store and even though I had no receipt the items were brought out to me but there was only one air fryer.

May 2019 made purchase in store, returned by mail 3 items with receipt, Belk says never got, USPS has confirmation of receiving. Made 8 calls to resolve, and more than 2 hours of my time on phone.

FINALLY gave me credit just to get rid of me. Made online purchase mid July , 2 dresses , one fit, the other was not labeled with correct size, falls off me, is a 3 or 4X. Called and requested label to return, denied.

Belk says I must pay for return shipping even though it is not sized correctly. I was told because I ordered a size 2X, their computer says they sent a size 2x, that the dress is a 2x. If I ordered an Apple, and I was sent an Orange, because their computer says I ordered an Apple, then I received an Apple ?? DUH !!

Belk customer service over and over kept telling me their policy…

I purchased shoes totaling 107. and change. For some reason I didn’t receive one pair of shoes that was out for delivery. I went on to purchase the same shoe in a half size, because I love the shoe, I ask to wave the shipping because this was a replacement.

The manager Shawn or Sean from the Jacksonville, NC store would not do It. It wasn’t my fault the package wasn’t delivered. What happened to customer Care!!! Very Poor Service!!! Vert displeased!!!

I purchased earrings and the clerk jerked one off the card and put the other in my bag. I called and she found it after I left. She mailed it to me and it was damaged. Upon contacting they called my husband and said they were mailing me a new pair.?

That was a week ago, no earrings as of today’s date. I am two hours from the store an cannot make a trip to talk to tjlhem.!

I want to complain about how the women at the makeup counters treat there customers when you return a product . I just asked a woman at Estée Lauder to return some makeup from Mac cosmetics and she told me no . Then when I told her I felt uncomfortable she told me she didn’t have to be talked to that way and proceeded to contact the manager .

This is a complaint that has happened many times and I want you to addressee it please. You promote a shopping pass for a extra 20% off on regular & sale Priced Purchases storewide with your Belk rewards Credit card, Then in small print below the ad excludes most every thing you sell in the store.

This is a very poor way to do business. YOu get people in to the store and them tell them what them want is not on sale at all.. Please advise me what you plan to do about this crooked practice.

I waited 3 weeks for a return label to return a Blazer that did not fit my son after the 14th time of calling I was told to UPS the Blazer back and the shipping charges would be put back on my credit card. 00 that it cost to send it back.

I will never to business with this Store again. With so many complaints why isn't it fined by the government.

Called to do order by phone. Attendant asked for sku, which website did not display. I told 3 times, she kept saying she could not help me w/o it. I told her , let me speak to someone who can help me, & she hung up.

I called & reported her, but evidently this Co doesnt care. I got nowhere. I will NEVER shop with this Co again.

Yesterday 12/11/18 I was in line to purchase some pants and was third in line, the clerk helped them other two when I got up there and placed my item on the counter, she left, she said you need to find somewhere else to check out, I have to go to the bathroom. I was so angry, I did find another register and I told them what happened.

I returned several rugs I ordered from Belk due to the cheap quality of the rugs. That was September 7 to 14, as the return department gave me several different call tickets. As of today, October 18, I have made phone calls almost daily since September 20, have talked to at least 15 different people at Belk and Synchrony Bank and still do not have this $1,500 credited to my Belk Elite account.

Finally, Synchrony put a hold on the interest on the account and assigned a case number to look into this. Talked with Belk Customer Service on October 8 and reached a supervisor in Jacksonville, Danielle, who assured me she had put in a credit that day and I would see this credit in no more than 7 working days.

Yesterday, October 17, still no credit. I called and talked with Danielle yet again who…
