I took back on online ordered item and wanted to exchange it. You did not have the item so they put it back on my card. and already put back on my card which takes days. They said i. Could not get another item and that go towards it but i was told when i called customer service i could.
I asked for a manager. Her name was terri In a roundabout way she told me if i didnt like it to shop Elsewhere I drove over an hour there. I love belk and order and shop there faithfully but this manager was sooooo rude I yold her and the 2 thrre with her yhey were rude and i was going to call corporate.
Her response was do u see all the registers closed and no help do you think they are going to listen yo anything u say. Then she asked the 2 standing near her did they hear anything. Is thst how uou treat…
