I should not have to listen to Anti-Semitic Comments by Best Buy staff in the Eagan Store. There is a total lack of leadership in the Eagan Store.

Yesterday, Eddie, an employee in the Eagan store, politely & discretely, such down the offensive comments. He apologized and provided me with a $35.00 Customer Gift Card for the comments I was subjected to.

Eddie should be on the fast track to Management. He has conflict resolution skills, treats customers with respect and is very knowledgeable.

I should not have to drive to the Lyndale Store in Mpls, for professional service. Christine, the Best Buy Manager of the Lyndale store runs a tight ship and her staff always behave in a professional manner.

as it stands now, they are a real horrible customer service company. i have a problem with my phone and they did not even want to look at it without an appointment. and, i guess not all Best Buy stores handle working on Samsung phones.

my phone died/ locked up due to a Samsung update. i tried the recommendations from Samsung and still could not get back my phone. i could not call (NO PHONE) the local store so i chatted with reps online. 1 suggested that i just go in for them to look at it.

when i got there, there was no one at the Geek Squad desk so i asked another store rep. where they were. they asked if i had an appointment, and i said no but was advised that i could go in the store to seek help.

they stated that they wouldn't do it without an appointment and that they could set one…

I would give this store 0 stars two thumbs down. I was browsing security cameras because there are a ton of different options and apparently there is a time limit to shop because the other merchandise I had that I was going to buy was taken by an employee who then asked me to leave. Cool best buy doesn't want my business I will spend my money somewhere else and I highly recommend everyone else does too.

Buy's 4th of July sale. I was given a 12 hour shipping window only on my delivery day. I never received a call or email from them to narrow that time. Ultimately I never received the tv and was completely ghosted.

What kind of customer service is this. Totally unacceptable! Take your business elsewhere or else. Good luck

My son was at the riverside store this afternoon and was discriminated for the pants he was wearing. They assumed he was there to steal merchandise and was asked to empty his already empty pockets. They never saw him put anything in his pockets so why would they ask him to empty them.

He proved them wrong so he was asked to leave the store which is complete BS!. He was just browsing gaming keyboards for his computer. I have been a long time best buy customer and this really makes me upset.

In other words homeless people can walk into the store and take what they please, but my 17 year old son can't shop for a keyboard because he wears baggy pants?!? I expect a response about this issue and please know that i will never ever shop at this store ever again!!

The way you treat your customers is horrible. All your phone conversations are recorded. You have employees saying that they randomly select people then you have management of those employees saying we don’t randomly select accounts then you have employees saying we’re gonna go back and listen to the phone conversations that you’ve had and we’ll get back to you.

You wait the two weeks waiting for somebody to get back to you. Of course they don’t then you call back and your three different employees you talk to say we don’t call people back even though the recordings of conversations said you did, but

now you don’t and then you hang up on your customers because you don’t wanna deal with them. Horrible, horrible, horrible horrible horrible horrible horrible Best Buy will never ever ever…

1.The two items were one five pack of 16gb flash drives @ $19.99 and the other item was a single 32gb flash drive on sale @ $6.99 2. I paid off my Best buy credit card with a zero balance as of that day and the next morning unfortunately they would not give me the maximum credit my card carry so I could not make a purchase from their laptop division with using their card. So I drove to the store walked in was ignored by the greeter because she played on her phone was ignored by all the sales reps in the store especially the laptop division because they would rather talk to each other then the customer.

I wanted to purchase a Lenovo legion pro laptop but since they didn't want my business I took it elsewhere and will never be going back to Best buy again.

I made a purchase on 12-13-23 and the app "glitched" and attempted to charge me 7 times for the same order and then wouldn't let the order go through I had to cancel the order but the charge was put through to my best buy credit card. I was told by numerous reps that I wouldn't be charged but Citibank said I was charged for 5 days I've been dealing with this still don't have my money back and

you think I'd get an apology for wasting HOURS a day for five days on the phone nope. Not an apology or a coupon. I'll be letting everyone know on social media how Best Buy steals money and doesn't send you the items you ordered.

I purchased two wireless cameras, but was sent two wired cameras. Called Best Buy and requested an RGA label so they could be picked up at my home, and I was told they didn't have that option available. I am expected to take time out of my workday, to find a drop-off location or store to which to return the cameras.

I find it ridiculous that the customer is expected to lose more time and money to rectify a mistake the company made in the first place. Small wonder they have a 1 star rating everywhere I look including the BBB.

We experienced a fraudulent purchase. In efforts to cancel the purchase we called Best Buy support. They made no attempt to find the order using the credit card number, name, and/or address, and said they would only locate it buy order number.

They made no attempt to even try to support, help, or look into the possibility that this could be fraud. when asked to talk to a manager or supervisor they hung up. It baffles me that with protect the criminals more then the hard working patrons

Case #324480414 purchased a refrigerator on 11/10. Delivery scheduled on 11/14. Delivery men refused to bring refrigerator into home claiming it won’t fit. Insisted if I removed screen door it would fit, I attempted to remove screen door but they said I was too slow and didn’t have time to wait for me and they would help but they have 10 more deliveries and have to go.

Left refrigerator in my garage. Call 800-304-1259, phone number provided by Best Buy. Got disconnected 4 times. Got a new date to install, today 11/17. Now I’ve missed 2 days of work. Never got info on time of delivery. Sat home all day, I called at 5;30 and told the driver was in route.

Your representative told me my option was to cancel the order and try somewhere else (go f yourself?). I went to the car and saw I could have it next day shipped for $25. I went back to complain that phone service would have saved me $30 in travel expenses and an $30 worth of time. Someone had the bright idea to remove the items purchased from each order and simply replace it with how many items were purchased on that order. When you do preorders or have items running late you can no longer just pull up your purchase orders find the item and see what is going on. I’ve made 50 purchases this year do you know how much of a hassle that is for your customers who purchase often or do you simply not care about customer service??

Someone managed to place fraudulent orders through the Best Buy website, paying with my PayPal account, which was my listed payment method. They purchased Amazon gift cards.

Now Best Buy refuses to refund the charges, telling me to contact the "bank". The "bank", being Paypal, tells me to contact the merchant (Best Buy). Amazon, of course, won't have anything to do with it either.

So.... these huge companies, Best Buy, Paypal and Amazon effectively collude to make it easy (apparently) for crooks to fraudulently purchase whatever they want on Amazon using other peoples' money. And all three institutions point the finger somewhere else!

Zero stars. Zero product received. Zero help from online agent. Zero ability to switch to store pickup. Zero resolution. Initiated fraud complaint on Capital one AND Best Buy. Helpful.

This is a classic bait and switch. This is a common tactic judging by many other similar complaints online.

Pouncing on a great price (Lenovo laptop) and paying extra for next day delivery, the scheme gradually unraveled, refunding next-day fee and promising delivery 3 days later via Fed Ex. 3 weeks later FedEx has not received item Meanwhile price has jumped $200 online.

They charged my card immediately and have held my money over a month.

It's a matter for the AG's office but they don't piss around with this stuff.

I purchased a LG - 65" Class G2 Series OLED evo 4K UHD Smart webOS TV with Gallery Design. Model: OLED65G2PUA, SKU: 6501495. This purchase was made in April 2023. I explicitly told the sales person that I was NOT Ready to take delivery as my home is under renovations.

I was told NOT A PROBLEM, Best Buy will hold the purchased TV until I was ready for delivery. I have been in touch with Best Buy staff on several occasions regarding the need to hold the TV. Today October 8th 2023 I received an email from Best Buy stating that my order has been cancelled, it's NO LONGER Available! 00!! This is UNACCEPTABLE!!

Worst business I had ever deal with. Bought two digital apple store gift cards on their website back in 2020 and now tried to access to the gift card but saying nothing were found with my email that placed the orders.

Spent two days and talked with numerous customer service representative who told me that there was nothing they can do with the orders since it was placed 3 years ago. I was told the emails to access the gift card were good for 60 days, 90 days, then 6 months from different representatives and it will be expired after that which was not mention in the email or when placing the orders.

On 7/22/2023 my husband and I bought a TV at Best Buy in Virginia Beach, store #1460. 99. If we put it on the Best Buy card and paid it off right away we would receive 10% back, which we did in the form of 3 emailed certificates totaling $320.

Yesterday our bedroom TV died, so I go to Best Buy to buy a new one using the certificates which expire 10/7/2023. When checking out was told I couldn’t use the certificates, only my husband. Unfortunately, he is out of town.

Brought my computer in. They made me sign up for a $180 member ship. Kept my computer for 3 days. Said everything is fine. Took it home and it had the exact problem from before I brought it in. Now they want me to pay a deposit to send it out and pay for any other repairs.

I had spoken to someone back in June and July 2023 about them canceling my Geek Squad Total Protection Plan. They reinstated the plan but when i called for service the teck said i had to pay for the services.

v. , I noticed a young man. I asked if he worked in that department and he said no. I asked who worked in that department and he pointed another guy. As the guy assisted me, I noticed the other young man assisting a couple.

I will never buy again from your store. I purchased a TV that was going to be delivered, your truck broke down. They had to off load, the associate call me and asked if I can reschedule. I said Monday would be fine.

Got the set up appt, but couldn't complete. Talked to 5 different out of country persons,not allowed to contact local store. Had to drive 20 miles there. They couldn't find my tv. Didn't have any in stock. Got a message today I guess they found it, will deliver two weeks from today.

I was looking forward to setting up my new Home Theater and headed to Best Buy in Destin, FL. I was looking for some essential items for the initial setup which included banana plugs for my speaker wire and connectors from the Preamp section of my Denon 3800h receiver to an Emotiva power amp.

The Destin Bestbuy did not have common Banana Plugs for speakers. I asked the store manager and questioned him why such a common item was not in stock. Over a year ago, your Philadelphia Best Buy sent a third-party contractor to install a dishwasher I purchased from you they destroyed my kitchen.
