4 ghz (which I require for the programs I need to run). Because I'm busy, I just opened it this weekend (2 weeks later). 3 ghz. 4 ghz. 3 ghz and that Best Buy had to make it right, because they falsely advertised (or made a legitimate error, who knows), and I purchased based on that ad.

After scaling it up at Best Buy to 3 different managers, their party line is that if it's been more than 15 days, they are not liable for anything, but they will give me 10% off my next purchase! Are you kidding me?!

Their error, I purchased a product in good faith, which they did not provide, and they will not let me return it. I will never buy from them again.

I ordered iphone14 plus from bestbuy online. It was back to school sale. It was open box order. I ordered in rush so I forgot to change city and postal code. As I just moved to New address in Mississauga from brampton. I purchased a Samsung washer & dryer from Bestbuy and it was delivered on July 28, 2023. the dryer was broken at delivery and the delivery tech reported the broken appliance but left the appliance. I then had to call to reschedule the pickup of the broken appliance in which that date was scheduled for August 4, 2023.

That scheduled pick up was then cancelled due to the dryer being connected to the gas line in which they knew this because I informed them when the appointment was made. I have been calling ever since Aug 4, 2023 to have this dryer picked up and now it is Sept 6, 2023.

I bought an apple phone a few months ago and it kept dropping service. Went through the process of getting a replacement phone which took 2 weeks. Replacement phone was another model, the camera doesn't work and there are issues with the volume.

Was never informed that the replacement phone that was sent was going to be my new phone. I understood that I was given a replacement so that the geek squad can determine the status of my original phone. Turns out that this defect replacement phone that I received is the end of the process.

That is my "new" broken phone. Since the replacement does not work properly, and is too big for my tastes, I am now expected to return that replacement phone to get another refurbished phone. Original phone was still under Apple warranty since far less than…

I ordered a tv, sound bar, and mounting kits in 23 Aug 23. I was told all if this would be delivered and installed for free in 25 Aug 23 since I'm a total tech member.

The order was mistakenly tagged with the incorrect address. I had to go back to the store to get the order updated with the correct details. I had to just take the items home myself then wait for installation. It was pushed back to Saturday, 02 Sep 23 due to no fat of my own.

On 02 Sep 23 the order was delayed again and rescheduled for 7 Sep 23. Because I'm only off work on the weekends it had to be moved to Saturday, 16 Sep 23.

Seriously? What's the point if being a total tech member? I'll have to call another company to come mount and install the tv and sound bar.

Had a confirmed appointment on Saturday September 2,2023.Received confirmation window from 7: AM to 11am. Service rep who is a 3rd party never showed up.

I called Best Buy’s customer service and was told they did not have a number to contact the 3rd party and I should just wait as the tech would be out.

Waited for an additional hour and called Best Buy’s. Was told not to worry as they emailed the technician supervisor and they would get back to me in 30 minutes. That did not happen.

There seems to be no accountability from Best Buy’s.

I will never use Best Buy’s service again. Their lack of accountability is terrible. I will not frequent Best Buy’s any longer.

Went to you store in Frisco, Tx last night 08-31-23. I had the worst experience in your store.

First of all we were not greeted as we entered as the greeter was on his phone.

Second we went over to by a washer and dryer. We waited over 20 minutes to get help. I went to the front where the greeter was standing and I asked for the manager . He informed me they were too busy to come down and talk to me.

As a Regional Manager myself I would have fired then all. When the manager did come down he showed no interest in helping us at all.

Bought a Samsung TV for my son for college sis not open it right away until moved into his apartment. It was damaged screen cracked Best Buy would not exchange it because was past 14 days. Gave me warranty phone number they said warranty doesn’t cover physical damage and Best Buy is liable.

After being on hold back and forth with an agent for an hour he said can’t offer anything. Stuck with a broken $600 tv now. Terrible customer service.

I was having a TV delivered. I was told the hours would be 11am-3 pm. I called twice that AM to verify w/ best buy i would receive a call before the delivery so i could make sure i was home for someone to let them in.

I work and live in the city of Philadelphia. I never received a call, updated email, nothing. I called in around 4pm and was told that they tried to deliver to my place and after arguing w/ the representative I needed the tv delivered this week b/c of an event i was having.

i was told multiple times that won't happen and it won't be delivered until the next week. I asked to be escalated and i was told the department has no one else to connect to. I was then told i was called for the delivery and they called 215-336-2212.

Recently purchased a major appliance. Upon installation a crucial wheel was missing, installers had no clue what to do. Went back and forth with Samsung and Best Buy to no avail. After three calls to BB customer service was told to return to the original store to resolve.

Drove 30 minutes to San Marcos. Upon arrival the young lady in customer service did a fantastic job in helping to resolve the issue At one point Paige in customer service contacted the manager for assistance and it was obvious by the conversation that the manager Stacy was of no help so P was on her own.

Purchased a cell phone on Sept 25 2021 Bought the extended Warranty $89 which should cover for devices $250 to $299.99 for two years A few days ago my phone started with battery issues. I purchased 4 appliances in July 2023, delivery was August 10th, 2023. the dishwasher was damaged prior to entering the home and refused. IT was soon discovered after the delivery staff left that the refrigerator was damaged as well. I called customer service and they said to take pictures and e-mail them and they would get back with a response.

no one ever got back to me and a follow up called was made the following week. 00 on a $1,800 product was not sufficient. New delivery was scheduled for August 25th, 2023. Placed order at the store. Time sensative. They said if i shipped to home it would be faster. The item didn’t arrive on time. Called Best Buy they said to talk to fedex. FedEx said to try and talk to the store.

Yesterday I went to the Best Buy in Noblesville, IN, and was helped by a terrific young man who was their new assistant manager. He was kind, thoughtful, explained the differences in IPads so that I could make an informed decision in my purchase for a nephew who is terminally ill.

It was important to me to have good picture quality so he could FaceTime with his grandsons and watch the new “ moments” slideshow of pictures. That evening we got it all set up but FaceTime wouldn’t activate. Let's just start this with a general statement of complaint that I am certain you get all the time: Your customer service system stinks. It's so bad, I wonder why you bother with it. On Aug. 15, 2023, my wife and I purchased a Whirlpool refrigerator at the Best Buy outlet, 2478 Central Ave. in Yonkers, New York. ORDER NUMBER: 1123227398053.

The salesman was Marty Walsh. (I want to stress that Mr. ) Mr. Walsh told us that the appliance would be shipped to us on Friday, Aug. 18 and that we would get a phone call 45 minutes before the delivery was made.

I live an hour away from Best Buy. I purchase a lot of items from Best Buy and sometimes I just need to speak to the manager of a store. I have never been able to speak to anyone in the store.

Even if I call the local number it routes me to customer service in “India”. We should be able to call the local store and get direct help instead of having to drive an hour to get help. Please fix this issue.

I bought a Samsung TV on June 13, 2023 for my father who was going into a nursing home. When we got to the nursery home and finally set up the TV on July 12, 2023 we noticed the top right corner was damaged. The nursing home threw away the box sadly after his room was set up. I called your customer service about this and they said it was past the return time but, due to the circumstance, they would gladly come out and swap out the tv with a replacement.

There is a disconnect between the ordering/email product and what really happens on the store. I received an email telling me my order was ready to picked up. When I arrived I was told my item was still on a shelf in the warehouse and they were looking for someone who could get it down.

Only a 30 minute wait, but very frustrating. Days after picking up my item I’m getting texts and emails threatening to return my item to stock if I don’t pick it up. Nothing that can harm me or my purchase, but leaves a very bad impression, and sours my attitude toward any future purchases.

The first time walking into bestbuy at Whittaker, I saw a great deal of $400 for an open box sound bar system. The only note sated missing hardware. So when I went to ask for it it was missing the rear speakers but the note never advertised that. MISS ADVERTISEMENT.

Ask to speak to general manager and he came. He didn’t want to honor his product with missing hardware only. So I left angry cause that was bestbuy fault for not specifying “rear speakers missing”. Today 8-14-2023, I tried to return my tv that was an open box item.

The reason because it was already internally damaged and cause the screen to crack. Amanda did not want to do anything for me. Her customer service skills is a JOKE. How is it my fault if the screen cracks due to internal damage.

I ordered two gift cards for my son and daughter in law. One for a Birthday and one for their anniversary. I was notified that the cards were to arrive earlier than expected. My wife purchased 2 fans when we had our AC go out and we never used them as we got our AC serviced. With holidays and our work schedules, and our baby we haven’t had time to return an in-opened box.

I am a 92 year old widow living in San Antonio, Texas on a fixed income. On 8/2/2023 I purchased very hesitantly a Universal Battery Charger at the Best Buy Store at 125 NW Loop 410 San Antonio TX 78216. 29.

I mentioned "hesitantly", because tis charger was recommended to me by the sales clerk to be used for my 35 mm camera batteries. I thought it was rather overkill to spend that kind of money on to charge these batteries.

Hi, I have a total tech warranty. I brought my desk top in a couple of weeks ago to be repaired. The reason my Computer is not functioning is because I had a bad experience with a best buy tech servicing my computer remotely.

They did not fix what I asked and worked on something else that was not a problem As a result my computer was no longer working. This happened at the height of the pandemic. I did not have any more time to deal with best buy trying to repair it.

I had to buy a lap top from best buy so I could work from home. Now best buy has rendered my desk top inoperable and said I have to just dispose of it. My computer was functioning fine prior to best buy working on it remotely.

I have been trying to get TV's mounted for 7 weeks. The Dover Manager never returns a call. I have had my appointments rescheduled numerous times,once they didnt even show. Best Buy has the worst customer service. I purchased a dryer and waited months for it because it was on back order. The specifications said it had WIFI connectivity and was app controlled although I was not able to figure out how to set it up and there was no WIFI signal button like it said to press.

I recently bought a washing machine and notice the next day that the cold water faucet was dripping. When they came back out to look at it they said I needed a new valve and call a Plummer. 00 to have this done. 00 for this. Sincerely, Christian DeVore

Made an appointment with Best But Daytona Beach geek squad regarding getting a full on my tv and improving the picture quality. The person at the store was very nice and scheduled an appointment for today August 3 2023 between 8:am and noon.

At 9:12 I received a call from a Matt who rudely asked me if the call regarded a tv recalibration . I said I wasn’t sure but explained the problems. He the informed me with an extreme rude attitude that Best Buy doesn’t do that anymore and it would cost me at $125 to have him diagnose the problems even though I have a service contract for years and have bought all my appliances at Best Buy for years.

A refrigerator was purchased on Saturday, July 29th with the assistance of employee, Ms. Irene Morris. We navigated through the chrome finished stock that could be delivered by Tuesday, July 25th (the earliest date) The confirmed time being the hours between noon and 3:00 P.M. I believe. After the confirmed time had passed I called the number associated with the delivery schedule and spoke with Nancy. She read the notes that an attempt was made to deliver. I did not receive a call nor was the front door bell used so that I could guide the crew to the garage apartment in the rear where the refrigerator needed to be installed.

Rescheduled for Saturday, July 29th. The truck arrived and after measuring the stairs on the deck leading to the apartment it was determined that this needed a 4 man…

I have called my local Best Buy twice during normal business hours and they send me to voicemail. I’ve left 2 messages and haven’t received a call back. Unacceptable customer service.

We bought 2 televisions, washer, dryer, refrigerator & all small appliances for our brand new home. Upon delivery, washer is dented & they broke our dryer getting it out of the truck. Things happen & not a huge deal if it’s handled correctly.

When we called in to see when they were sending a new one out, the customer experience agent & supervisor said there’s nothing they can do and to wait 48 hours for the order to be updated. We spent more than $14k in cash for it to be broken by your company & you do absolutely nothing to rectify.

They said we have to schedule it to be delivered once the order is processed back. No, send us what we paid for & deal with the broken pieces when your delivery technicians come back in for the day. This was not on us & I cannot believe this is the “service”…
