I bought a MacBook on BestBuy 07/26 . the delivery would be made on the 28th through the signature ( that was required by Best Buy, I didn't go to work just to receive the goods.. the delivery person claims to have left it at my door, I didn't authorize it to be left at my door, I have a camera and she didn't deliver it and she didn't arrange it either no proof (such as photo or signature).

I got in touch with BestBuy and they said it was delivered and that they won't reimburse me. I went to the police station and they filed a report.

My husband and I have bought 5 smart TV in the last year from Best Buy! We are transitioning over to a smart house. I had two TV's delivered in the last two days! Some delivery company name Gee! Came to my door with his whole family wife and kids with my new TV and said the box was ripped and stated he wouldn't accept and would do an exchange!

Hi I was going to but the bowflex max trainer 9 that was on for $1799 then another $600 off in cart. When I was adding in my payment info then hit confirm it said sold out. But when I added it to my cart it added one. How does this happen.

I will never buy anything again in Best Buy. I had in the past bought all my appliances for the kitchen. Now, I bought a small condo in Florida so I thought I would remain a loyal customer. The refrigerator was originally bought 4/14/23 and the rest (3 other appliances) on 6/24/23.

I was originally promised delivery on 7/19/23 which the store changed until Friday 7/21/23. The time I was 9:30Am-11:30Am. I woke up Monday to an email that part of my order was canceled. We purchased a Samsung 55" TV less than 60 days ago. yesterday he TV went black on the screen and nothing will work to resolve it. We had purchased a warranty through best buy and we also still covered by the 1 year warranty from the manufacturer.

We contacted the Best Buy customer service department to get someone to look at the TV. We were advised that no one could come out to look sat the tv for at least a week. The TV is less than 60 days old.

I explained that is unacceptable that we shouldn't have to wait over a week to have someone resolve this matter - the TV is less than 60dpd and needs to fixed or we need to receive a refund or a new TV. They rep refused to assist me.

Repeated attempts to force me to perpetual renewals of "service" never wanted

This is not the way to maintain a good business. The association with McAfee and Trend Micro damages the Best Buy brand. Repeated attempts to force lifetime subscriptions to these two services are making me reconsider any future involvement with Best Buy. If a company forces unwanted products on a potential buyer, it risks hurting its brand. I am at the stage where I will think twice before going to a Best Buy location to purchase equipment.

Sorry to say after being a loyal customer at best but for over 20 years.

I am sure that my complaint will go ignored as it was at the several stores I visited in the past several days, but at least I have the satisfaction of knowing I never have to go through it again.

I have placed an order for a New Dell Computer from our Local Store, in North Carolina, 45 mile from my house. Due to the fact I am Disabled and do not drive. Only to find out it is being shipped from California, & by UPS Ground.

I placed the Order on July 17, 2023, now one week later it is still in California. Best Buy tells me it will be here on July 26th. 40. Never again will I Purchase a thing from Best Buy. This was my First Order and Last, if there was a Star lower than one, it is what I would select.

Despite their recommendation for me to apply for their credit card, they conveniently omitted the requirement for a verification call to establish my identity.

We had an appointment for 11:20am on Saturday 7/22/23 to replace a battery on an apple phone. We got there and were told by the worker that they had one battery left but it couldn’t be fixed because the apple technician was not there until 12:30pm.

I find it absolutely ridiculous that the company would take appointments for phone repair and not have the appropriate staff there to fix it at the time of the appointment. So now we waste an hour and 10 minutes walking around the mall.

We go back at 12:30pm and then we are told that it will take an hour and a half to complete the battery replacement. Are you kidding me? Why were we not told how long it would be when we were at our appointment time of 11:20am?

I went to my local Best Buy in Little Rock Arkansas to purchase a power inverter. I asked an employee who was walking through the store and he pointed to an area and said it should be there. Well it wasn’t there.

My 80 year-old father took his laptop to the Best Buy on Carlisle Pike in Mechanicsburg, PA. It was having a problem holding a charge. The manager instructed him to get in line at the service desk. After 30 minutes, he made his way to the front where he was told they could not help him because he didn't have an appointment.

" I'm wondering if this is how employees are trained to treat customers? especially to senior citizens who served their country in the military? If my father was 60, instead of 80, this employee would have gotten his butt kicked.

I have ordered Dji drone and samsung watch 5 from best buy and expecting delivery in given time. But when FedEx arrived with the package it was a very small box use to ship phones. I was surprised that how come a drone and a watch can fit in that box.

So i took it from driver and opened infront of him. It was an empty box. So I raised this issue to best buy and fedex both. FedEx asked me to let shipper contact them. But best buy never contacted them to see what’s going on.

What used to be great customer service not stinks. I've called 3 times to try to get someone to call me back regarding store employee lack of customer service trying to by my teen daughter a first time cell phone.

I have received 6 calls saying it is best buy. Looked up the number 612-291-3333. All the sites say it is scammers. I called best buy customer service and tell them I am getting these calls. They tell me they never call.

purchased an Xbox one about eight months ago. Purchase the extended warranty (thank God). Set the unit off for repair – got a call today three weeks later that the unit was replaced and was in the store for pick up.

Drove 30 minutes to the store to pick up the unit only to find out when I got home that they did not include the power cord that was sent off with it. after five calls to customer service for geek squad and general Best Buy. I finally gave up.

Went to Walmart and purchased a power cord. Your customer service department is a freaking joke. You cannot call the local store. The online help is rude and inefficient and also hung up on me , Best Buy should be ashamed.

This is the Galleria Mall Bestbuy in Cheektowaga NY. Since Jun 14 I have been trying to get them to get thingds right. I originally dropped off my computer because it needed a new battery. When I got it back, the battery was drained and wouldn't recharge. I took it back again, and in the process the screen cracked. They promised me it would be charged when it got back'

When I went to retrieve it today, I was the only person there. The 2 people at the counter were goofing around and said they couldn't help me. They simply left me there. Eventually the manager asks me if I am helped and I explain I've been waiting 20 minutes. He laughs and walks off. Eventually a person helps me and it turns out the battery is still not charged.

I purchased an Apple pen and decided against it. I took it back to the Apple Valley Best Buy and instead of crediting the card I paid on they gave me a gift card. I rarely shop at Best Buy so I am out all of the money that I paid for the item.

This store is a scam. Do not shop there, if you do they will scam you also. In there return policy it states that the card you purchase it on will be credited, and then they turn around and give you a gift card instead.

I had purchased something off Wells Fargo Rewards on 7-6-23. It was written that I needed an email to take in store to pick item up and it would be in 24 hours. I waited until 6 pm on the 7th.

Why is it that your customer service department is in India? These people have no clue on how to get anything done except to give a speech from a prepared card. My refrigerator was delivered severely damaged (cut power cord in two places through the copper), thus unable to leave the appliance.

When trying to set up an emergency delivery, it was not only impossible but ridiculous. My call went to India and got the runaround for three days by numerous people who could not do a thing to help me. SHAME ON YOU BEST BUY.

Oh, and is your compliant department in India too!!!!

Best buy refuses to honor reward certificates, and is showing shady business practices. Always an excuse on why I cannot use my rewards certificates, but they have zero issues taking thousands of dollars from me. Even on reddit there are ppl complaining about this.

It is shady and bad business.

I bought a Samsung TV on May 11. I chose to pay over 24 months. A week after the purchase I received the card in my son’s name. I called BB no less than 17 times in the past 6 weeks trying to fix this, to no avail.

When I tried to make a payment I was told my account was closed and I didn’t have to.

Subsequently, both I an my sone received harassing emails, demands for late fees, etc. I have been ping-ponged to various departments, almost always to no particular avail. I have been spoken to rudely and have been hung up on, though I use a measured tone.

I was supposedly shunted to the Gift Card office today — ended up with an out-of-order line. I had been told I could play the bill over 24 months or accept a gift card. In exasperation, I paid off the entire bill.

We have used Best Buy for years when purchasing electronics and have been very satisfied. This June 2023 we purchased a TV and joined total tech to have it installed by your geek squad (have done this before with good result).

This delivery was set up in store & this is where the problems started. Your website said I needed to set up a delivery, which was already done but I set up a date, later same day person from best buy called to set up delivery also. Okay thinking all good.

Day supposed to be delivered I check webpage and again says I need to set up delivery but further down the page it says will be delivered between 2-6pm. I'm confused so call to speak with delivery dept. and they tell me no delivery date is available so I'm upset at all the different answers I'm getting so I…

Best Buy STOLE & LIED to us $200! Do NOT order from this HORRIBLE COMPANY! We never received the package. FedEx shows a photo of a house that isn't even OURS. We do not even live in a house! We called, explained the home in the photo is not ours, a quick google search can prove this.

They stated after being on hold many times, and an hour later a refund would be made and a confirmation email would be sent within 24hrs. After 3 days and no email, we chatted to see an update to be immediately told no case was ever documented of our call.

We were more less called liars by the chat rep, and told to file a police report?! Are you kidding me? So your motto is to lie to your customers saying you’re refunding them to get them to go away and hope they never notice?

I’m sorry but that’s sickening…

Bought $349 Kenwood receiver hd/gps/hdmi and they installed it in Shreveport,La 7800 Youree Dr @10 am installer broke my left side of panel and ran gps through driver side speaker of my Toyota Fj leaving the dash panel lifted up and ran the usb cord in a very messed up location! I was traveling ,but I reside in Savannah,Ga and I need to get it fixed and my panel replaced!

5 Cu. Ft. French Door-in-Door Counter-Depth Smart Refrigerator with Craft Ice and InstaView - Stainless steel on November 27, 2022. Order number 1123331275207. This doesn't make sense! The fridge was delivered with a large dent. Customer care informed me that a new one will be delivered, and exchanged within a month, and to keep the current one so we have a fridge for the time being.

The delivery kept getting delayed time after time. In the end, I received an email from Nicole Luna with Best Buy, but the email I received from best buy has a different order number of 1123059361540. The email was in reference to the fridge to inform me that LG discontinued the fridge and it will not be exchanged.

I bought a One Plus Phone (T Mobile) last week from Mayci and told when it comes in they will transfer from my old phone to the new one free of charge. 99 to transfer. I explained to him what Mayci said and he did not care.

Even if she was wrong, even though she looked on the computer on the transfer about being free, I feel he really should done it with no charge this time. But I just didn't like how he approached it. Not very happy with him.

So I just walked out disappointed and got it done Free with T Mobile.

I was on the phone for 2 hours and 30 minutes and back and forth between department customer care and digital Team. Bottom line was that digital items are non refundable, can not cancel. Couldn’t put in a formal complaint to anyone.

Couldn’t speak to a supervisor or manager and was ask to go online a put in my complain online. This is unacceptable and poor customers service. I’m very dissatisfied and disappointed on the way this is being handle. Please re train your department to better help your customers.

I bought a television at Best Buy and arranged for delivery and installation today. I was originally given a time frame for delivery from 7am-7pm. Then this morning it was updated to 7am-11am. At 10:30 am I checked the status and it said it would still be delivered by 11 am.

It is now 12:15 am and it was still not delivered. I went on your online chat and was told the best they can let me know is that it would be delivered by 7 pm despite the updated time frame.

I tried to return a pair of Netgear Wifi extenders for CREDIT, not cash. Yes, they were beyond the return date, but that's because I kept trying and trying to get them to work (this upon advice given by their Geek Squad people). The two units and the original packaging are in pristine condition, and they are still the current, most recent models of these devices (it's not like Netgear has moved on from these, they are still their latest and greatest). The problem is that they simply don't work in my house, they don't do what the Geek Squad people said they would do, and I can't use them.
