Porter Ranch best buy supervisor is extremely extremely rude lady. We bought a TV and it's broken and she is accusing us that we broke it on the way home. Her telling us to be careful when loading the TV in the van that we will break the TV is liability on her side.

She knew that there was something going with TV anyways so she is informing us that we will break it. She is not the owner of the best buy. She acts like she is going to physically attack us. Horrible costumer experience I called 3 times and spoke to Aldwin 88237829 . My package was delivered and stolen today. I called FedEx and they told me the seller has to file a claim. So I called Best Buy and they told me to go to the police and get a police report so I did. I called back and they told me to call they can’t help me. They don’t care and tried to rush me off the phone. I wasted my time going to the police to get a report because they are refusing to file a claim or give me a refund. They also didn’t even ask for me to send over the video of the person taking the package or the police report they originally asked me to file.

Online order scheduled for next day delivery, the order on website says shipped, called customer service and was informed to contact the carrier (UPS). Then the carrier has informed me that the item has not been fullfilled by best buy.

I then called best buy again then the rep told me the item is delayed because it is not available and is waiting to be fullfilled. Order can not be canceled due the status of waiting to be filled. I ordered a new phone that i need for work and now i am out of 1,300$ and waiting for something that may not come.

The item is available for in store pick up but the transaction can not be canceled until 72 hours !!

I tried to return a pair of Netgear Wifi extenders for CREDIT, not cash. Yes, they were beyond the return date, but that's because I kept trying and trying to get them to work (this upon advice given by their Geek Squad people). The two units and the original packaging are in pristine condition, and they are still the current, most recent models of these devices (it's not like Netgear has moved on from these, they are still their latest and greatest). The problem is that they simply don't work in my house, they don't do what the Geek Squad people said they would do, and I can't use them.

It was open box - 'excellent' condition item that was supposed to be very specifically 'looking brand new' and with 'all parts/accessories'....it was tagged as 'excellent' and upon going to the store to pick it up, the employees very quickly wrapped it in bubble wrap and loaded it onto my truck without allowing me to see it. They said the only issue with it is 'residue' which is wipeable!

Bought a new fridge. First one was damaged. They sent a new one 4 days later. A shelf was damaged and dropped and broke all the items on it. I called Customer service, they said they couldn't order a new shelf. Gave me another number.

I made a purchase in-store using an Amex gift card. After the funds were exhausted the card was destroyed. I later returned the items to Best Buy and the CSR gave me a BB gift card for the first return but mistakenly refunded the second return to the gift card and could not reverse.

He advised me to contact corporate. I have been trying to get the refund for three months and have spoken to at least ten BB person. BB keeps saying the money was returned to the card and they cannot "reverse".

Amex cannot refund me since they need the full card number and cannot trace using only the last four digits ( on the receipts). BB claims that for security purposes they do not retain the full number. I am extremely disappointed with their customer service!

Best Buy in Ocala FL is absolutely the worst store I'm a physically disabled person and I order a product online and I thought I would be able to pick it up drive up and they said they couldn’t bring it out even after I said I was physically disabled and if they could bring it out and they were outright rude and said that no manager or worker would bring me the product.

it truly upset me it’s hard enough being disabled without a rude worker making me feel worse. They should show more compassion to a person who has physical limitations. Best Buy Ocala is the worst store ever.

Order product from Best Buy, was supposed to be delivered on a Friday. Apparently a signature was needed, but there was no information about that on the order. So when I called Best Buy to ask why I wasn't notified that a signature would be needed and that it would not in fact be delivered on the Friday. they told me to go down to the Purolater store and pick it up. When i drove down there they didn't have the package and said Best Buy should have specified that it needed a signature.

So no one wants to take responsibility and no one fixes the mistake. Fuck Best Buy customer service.

I had my daughter go to pick up an item after it says the item is in stocks, she gets there and is told it is out of stock, so I call the local store phone number and deal with a very rude individual only to find out he is in the international call center.

I had a terrible experience with Best Buy. I purchased a washer and dryer and it was installed by Best Buy. The dryer kept shutting off with a message reading that there was something wrong with the exhaust set up.

I scheduled an appointment for Best Buy to come back and check the installation. I had a window of time from 12pm-4pm. The location of the dryer is not my primary residence, so I had to drive an 1 1/2 hours to get there.

The technician arrived before 12 and left and Best Buy refused to “send him back” and made me reschedule my appointment. This was incredibly disappointing and frustrating. I will never shop at Best Buy again.

I was getting a radio installed in my car and was asked if my car had JBL. I told them that I did not know what that means, but if they told me how to check I could run to my car to see if it was or was not JBL.

They told me not to worry about it because it was probably not JBL. A similar exchange happened 2 more times with me offering to check, but being told it was fine. Now it's the day of the installation and turns out my car is JBL, and I have to wait until next week for the parts for JBL to be shipped.

Had scheduled appointment with Geek Squad for June 10 to get newly purchased sound bar to work and to set up system so could get audio and video from iMovies on laptop. Geek Squad didn't show. Didn't tell me they had cancelled until late on June 12.

During a kitchen renovation, we ordered a Whirlpool gas range from Best Buy (Original Order #BBY01-806747505019) and arranged to have it delivered on March 30. Because the window provided was 7AM to 7PM, I took the day off of work.

I was driving to Dixon and a geek squad driver continue to drive so close to me like he was going to wear in me. He was trying to make me go faster and faster. I was already going the speed limit.

There was many curves and I did not feel comfortable going extremely fast around these and he then passed me in a no passing zone at a curve. If I would have known the exact location where I was at the time I would have called 911 but I was on a country road.

I bought a $2700 Samsung QN75QN85 television 5/27/23. m. I was sold a membership #5379592378. Installation by the Geek Squad was scheduled for 6/1/23. They arrived 12:45 and installed the TV, hooked up the HW-Q600A sound bar and the BD-F5700 Blue ray.

Having a refrigerator delivered from Best Buy. I live on a military installation. I was assured that they could deliver on the installation. The delivery date was for June 1st. Let me stay factual and leave any emotions related to my displeasure with Best Buy outside of this complaint.

I ordered a fridge. The delivery crew showed up late, outside the delivery window. They then decided that they did not want to take the risk to bring in the fridge claiming the kitchen door is too small. This was a simple delivery, ground floor. We measured and we all saw that they had roughly 1 inch extra to work with. One crew was ok to do it but the other who did not want to do it. I ended up canceling the order and will purchase this with another vendor.

I purchased $10,000 worth of appliances from Best Buy in November. They held my appliances until I was ready to have them delivered which was supposed to be May 22. I was told in November that that was not a problem at all.

We purchased a printer through Instacart* for home delivery. The printer did not work, so we called Cannon to see if they could remotely fix the issue. They mentioned that it sound like a hardware issue. In the meantime, I also called the Customer service line to see if there could be a more local solution for replacing the nonworking printer with a new one so we could get this to work for us.

Sometime around Mother's day I purchased a few items from your store in Myrtle Beach, SC including a new ring device. When my mother opened the ring device on mother's day we noticed the plastic over the push button was cracked.

Purchased new Samsung QN90B TV on May 26,2023 from Best Buy in Norman Ok. During set up I could not get the new tv to communicate with a old Bose Lifestyle stereo system. I contacted Best Buy Geek Squad. They were no help at all. I contacted Samsung. They were able to help.

I am so glad I did not buy Best Buy warranty. What I have learned from this experience is to use Best Buy to see what I want to purchase. Leave the store and buy it direct from the manufacture. You have lost a customer.

Horrific Service!!! Lies abound. I have had Total Tech Service for over three years and can tell you that it is not worth it AT ALL. They have not been able to answer simple questions. Spent over an hour on chat only to have them tell me that if I cancel Total Tech that my paid for warranty on my very high end refrigerator that is supposed to cover me till 2026, will be canceled as well.

Then talked with customer support who said that chat Geek Squad chat didn't know what they were talking about and that they can't cancel a paid for warranty. The only thing that is canceled is the covered that Total Tech offers.

Which - honestly - unless you are buying tons of tech, it is cheaper to buy a separate warranty. I purchased a printer that Geek Squad was to deliver before the end of last year.…

I went into the store in Little Rock Arkansas 11800 Chenal Parkway Little Rock Arkansas round about in between 4:00 and 5:00 this evening. I walked over to the telephone areas but I was on my phone had to sit down and then no one came over to ask me may we help you so

finally I got off my telephone and stood up stood there for a few seconds then some guy asked me what do you need and I said excuse me what do you need I said it's very unprofessional to ask a customer what do he need are you supposed to say may I help you and he was a manager and his name Jorge Servin, Specialty Manager.

I went to buy computer equipment today at Best Buy store #420 in Virginia Beach, Virginia. I was harassed by two of your Associates Jeff and associate of Asian descent. They kept asking me what was I buying the equipment for business or personal?.

Then I ask why all the questions for? Then Asian descent associate ask me was I was there last week, I looked like a lady who was there last week. I guess cause I am black ,we all look alike.

The crazy thing is no one ask me ID . I paid for my purchases with two different credit cards. All they was worrying about was why was I buying the equipment. I didn't know it was a crime to shop.

I felt harassed and very disrespected. You're employee's need a refresher course in customer service now. Thank you, Bonita Gadson
