After buying and returning 3 computers I INSISTED a FULL REFUND,after about 30 minutes of urging the store manager he decided that I could get my full refund,which I did receive, then when I stated that I wanted to cancel my tech support contract,I was told that it would be cancelled the day that I was there,well low and behold, the women at the geek squad that I could not get a cash refund while I was at the store would send me a check, After waiting for 3 weeks I called Best Buy and
was told that the refund would be credited to my bank account!! Well guess what,,,, I STILL have NOT received my credit and it's been about 3 weeks since my last conversation with Best Buy, and as of the last time that I checking account I STILL have NO refund!!! 00!!!!!!
I feel that BEST BUY are LIARS and…
