Went into Columbia Missouri Best Buy to purchase a Alienware computer for gaming and a laptop for my business. Was being helped by the store manager and he walked off and never returned to show me the computer. He started helping another customer and left me standing there with no one to help.

My husband and i stopped in to the Best Buy in Glen Burnie @ 6722 Ritchie Hwy. When we arrived we were unaware of what time it closed and we only had 5 mins. We approached the Geek Squad counter and we were immediately greeted by Dustin Wear, I thought it WAS NOT going to be a good experience due to the fact the store now close's in 4 mins.

Well low and behold that was not the case! He was HAPPY to help us and was extremely pleasant, We have shopped this location before and i was not expecting this type of service. I want him to know he has definitely changed my mind with shopping at Best Buy in Glen Burnie.

I purchased a fridge from Best Buy. I got a stainless steel side by side, LG brand. 00 for it. It's been 4 days and it's not cooling or freezing. We adjusted the temp several times and unplugged. We've called for assistance and was told that no one can bring us a new until next week.

Our food spoiled and now we're back where we started, which is with a non-working fridge. I want a full refund. I'm never going back to do business with Best Buy again!!!!!!

I purchased a dishwasher from your culver city store. I brought it to my rental home at 1027 Acanto Place. A week later I purchased an install service for $175. I went back to the house and left written instructions on the dishwasher as to how to turn the water and electricity off. My tenant let a worker from Ace Installation LLC into the house. He did not know anything more than to do that. The worker told the tenant that he needed to install a new water valve and electrical outlet. The worker charged the tenant $385. Obviously the worker did not read my directions and needlessly performed unneeded and unauthorized work. Best Buy is a California contractor # 902606. Ace Installation LLC does not have a License.

On Friday, May 12, I contacted the Best Buy Davenport store concerning a problem with a Samsung tv I had purchased several years ago and had included a 5 year warranty I purchased at the same time. As of May 11, we had no sound and a very faint picture, not even usable for viewing.

Thinking it was our local cable service, we scheduled an appointment for May 12. The results indicated there was no problem with the cable service it was the tv. When talking to the associate at Best Buy, he scheduled an appointment for June 2nd, basically 3 weeks from this date, with no tv.

I understand delays in service but 3 weeks to even check the problem indicates serious lack of customer service. I have long been a customer with Best Buy and spent a great deal of money with them over the years.

I bought a cell phone at best buy and had it for 40 days and the charging port no longer is able to be charged due to defect in charging port. I called all of best buy numbers and no one can tell me how to contact the manufacturer to return the item.

Yesterday I took my son's Samsung chromebook (purchased at Best Buy in Nov, 2021) into geek squad because it would not turn on. The person used my cord to plug it in and could not get it to turn on either.

He told me it was not worth the cost of fixing, that I had probably gotten all the life I could expect out of the 17 month old chromebook, and told me I needed to purchase a new chromebook, which I did. He gave me back my cord and kept the dead chromebook.

Today when we went to use the old cord with the new chromebook we realized the cord is not working and that is likely why the previous chromebook was not charging/turning on. I called geek squad immediately and they told me they had already sent my chromebook to be recycled.

Purchased a laptop from Best Buy on May 1st. com dropped significantly. Contacted customer service for price match - they confirmed that a refund was due and gave me a case number. Never received refund - called back and no one can find the case number or any record of my price match request (note - I had the transcripts from the Best Buy chat emailed to me, so I have all confirmed documentation).

They wanted to deny, but after an hour on with them I finally got them to confirm that they would honor the price match since it should have been done previously. This time they gave me a Fund ID reference number.

I placed an order on Wednesday and paid for it to be delivered on Friday. It’s Tuesday now and my order is nowhere to be found. I contacted ups they told me they can send it back to Best Buy once it’s located but Best Buy doesn’t want to do it instead they want me to wait for an investigation they are going to do. Meanwhile I’m not working because I depend on the item I purchased and not received.

Best Buy has no respect for its clients. After 6 years being a client I’m cancelling my Best Buy account and credit card.

I am writing this review to complain about my awful experience buying 3 major appliances from Best Buy. I purchased a stackable washer and dryer along with a dishwasher. We have total tech and thought it be a good idea to purchase our appliances from here because installation was included.

However this situation was a nightmare. They took all 3 of my appliances away and only delivered the washer. The dishwasher was broken, the dryer was the wrong one. Then it took a total of 11 days for the new ones to arrive.

Meanwhile they unhooked my kitchen sink so I had no hot water in my kitchen and could not use my sink because it started leaking. I was washing all my dishes in my garage sink. Then I could only wash my clothes I could not dry them.

I had a appointment with Geek Sqyad for 5/6 1pm to 530pm. I was told I would get a text on 5/5 regarding my appointment. That did not happen. On 5/6 I got a call stating they would be here bet 130pm an 539pm. At 730pm.

I had an appointment today with Geek Squad to come and finish an install of a new tv. They gave me a confirmed appointment and said it would be between 7am and 7 pm. I never heard any estimated time which they said the tech would let me know so I called to find out.

I bought A samsung smart tv and was sold a total tech plan with the tv. The tv is 43” and never told I couldn’t get in home service for the tv. I called tech support and was told my tv is under warrant and they gave me an appointment for in home service.

On13 April 2023, I visited Store #787 and worked with a nice salesperson who upon learning I was having Roku installed informed me I needed an antenna. I purchased the Terk Amplified XL HDTV Antenna. Less than four days later, I'm in hospital with a non-COVID respiratory event.

I bought a ge opal ice maker. Got home and realized it had already been used. Had rust on it, scratches everywhere, water still on the bottom. Had to repack it. Find a store that had one to exchange. Took up about 3 hours to return it.

We were sold a used item as new. We asked store manager could we get a discount and were blown off. It would have been a good gesture to give some kind of discount for our troubles. We spend a lot of money at best buy but may reconsider on our next electronics purchase.

I am trying to find out if Best Buy has a device that would help me secure a laptop to a table or similar object when I am in a library or a cafeteria with a security cable. My laptop does not have a Kensington nor a Kensington-like security slot.

After over n hour and speaking to a dozen people, and being hung up on, and transferred to GeekSquad and back to sales over and over and over again, I do not believe that I was able to even communicate with a single of the dozen people what I needed. Hello, I purchased over $3,300 in appliances from Best Buy on 3/18/23; order #1123077266885. At the time of purchase we were advised that our appliances would be delivered into our upstairs apartment. On 4/5 when the appliances were delivered, the Whirlpool refrigerator/freezer got pushed off from the back of the delivery truck.

I have a periodic problem with Outlook. Microsoft occasionally won't open its files unless I sign in. This has been going on for years. Geek Squads in Illinois, Wisconsin. Connecticut and Taylor , Michigan fix the issue in about 10 minutes if that.

Best Buy Novi Michigan's Ammar had no clue how to fix it & wasted my time by just typing in the same commands over & over again. He then reloaded Microsoft & Outlook. That didn't work so he told me Outlook was old and he didn't know how to fix it.

I dropped into the Best Buy In Lynnwood Washington by Alderwood and I experienced the rudest employees I've ever seen in my life. Dirty looks, no help offered whatsoever and when I would say hello to the employees they wouldn't say anything back and would kind of scoff at me. Wtf is that?

I feel like I walked into another dimension when I walked through their doors. A dimension full of lazy, socially impaired, worthless employees. The door greeter guy was glaring at me like he wanted me dead the second I walked in the store.

I write this letter in utter disgust with Best Buy. We have been customers at Best Buy for years. We have spent tens of thousands of dollars in your store. I have never returned anything nor have I ever complained about service or product quality.

I bought a washer and a dryer at the beginning of the month. The washer was delivered without issue. The dryer we were told wouldn’t be available until the 14th of the month so we decided to wait and scheduled an appointment to have it delivered on the 18th.

My schedule then changed and I had to push the delivery back a day. I rescheduled a full week in advanced, received several confirmation texts about it then on the 18th when I wasn’t home I received a text that the delivery was 15 mins away.

I have been getting the run around on the phone for about an hour now. I am trying to file a complaint and cannot even do that. I have been transferred 7 times. I call the phone number that I was told is the complaint department and then you are asked information by prompts.

On March 13 I ordered an HP laptop through my local Best Buy store (I live in PA). The package was delivered to a post office box in Dallas, TX. I immediately called my local Best Buy to inform them of this mix up.

Today we stopped in the Port Charlotte to store purchase several items. Upon entering the store we gave the guy our name and what we wanted to purchase. He sent us over to the security camera section and said someone would help us soon.

45 minutes later, we had not seen anyone, 4 or 5 employees were observed hanging around the front door, but we good not get any help. We left, and will never go back.

Hi,

I don’t have a complain with the store, but, with the telephone service. I call the store in different times and days for two days and NOBODY answers the phone. Finally, today, I went to the store and spoke to the employee about it and tells me, that there's is just few employees to work on the store and they can't answer the phone. Is incredibly hard to believe that a company like Best Buy have that situation. Maybe you don't know, but, again, that's incredibly bad. The phone is so important in the business, that I think that you should consider to fix that...

I'm really disappointed of the quality of products at Best Buy Davie, 2200 S University Dr, Davie, FL 33324, I've bought recently.

Firstly, I bought a dual fan chill mat for laptop which did not work after checking it out at home. That was on 11/04/23. I went to the store on the next day and replaced it with another same model which I checked in the store and it worked.

OK, but I spend money and time to get there and resolve the issue which no one will cover it for me. On the same particular day I bought a Google Fi Sim Card Kit which was expired. I need it badly and couldn't activate it because of expiration date - 09/072022.

Now go to the store and require a refund I need to spend more money than the value of the item which doesn't make sense to me.

Also I need to be refunded for the Sim…

Attempted to contact total tech support to inquire about policies for replacing laptops that have been damaged beyond repair. Both reps referred me to sales support , dismissed my questions and concerns and ended the conversation abruptly. They seemed incompetent.

I’m unsure how Best Buy is pushing an expensive protection program when they have reps that aren’t educated on the policies? I’m very disappointed in this service and am considering cancelling the protection program.

Three different times I have come to your store to buy a major kitchen appliance and every time no one ever even attempted to wait on me. I stayed by the appliance I wanted to buy for almost half an hour.

I feel like I was totally ignored. I had picked out a double oven stove but I will find it somewhere else

I never received my order. Best Buy backend team denied me a refund or replacement. They kept telling me they contacted fedex and that FedEx was reliable for my package. I contacted FedEx and they have no record of Best Buy contacting them.

I did a claim with FedEx and they informed me that Best Buy per the contract is suppose to file a claim. They kept telling me it showed as delivered but I didn’t get my order and that an investigation was done.

No one could provide me any information on why the investigation. They have no contact so they say for the backend team that supposedly investigated. They keep giving me the run around about who is responsible. They told me fedex denied my claim but again fedex have no info on a claim or investigation from Best Buy with my order.
