While I have no complaint about the store or the service I have received there, I want to let you know my opinion about one of your policies. I forgot something valuable in the store when I bought a new computer.

I called the local number and was told that there is no direct phone contact with the store. I was talking to something similar as a doctor’s service, that would take my issue and try and pass it on. That is the most arrogant and ludicrous policy in your oh so stellar customer service!

Big stores like Target, Walmart, TJMax, etc as well as any smaller store is always reachable by phone. This is the only time I have ever not been able to reach out to a store. We only noticed that we left something when we got home.

Since we couldn’t reach the store, we had to change our plans…

I purchased a car radio, and was scheduled for an install more than a month later. Apparently, the salesman did not order an amplifier, which was needed to complete the installation. Not only was my time wasted, I had to pay additional money for this amplifier.

I’m disappointed because I really thought I was getting top-notch service from “Best Buy,” -Geek Squad. I want to be compensated for my time because I have no radio for at least another month.

On 2/19/23 I purchased LG Washer (WM4000HBA) and Dryer (DLEX4000B). I was told that if I open a BestBuy credit card I will get 10% on my first purchase and plus extra $85 bonus as well. I call customer service at Credit card department because I didn’t see my reward of $180 posted on my account.

The customer service representative told me that since this is promotional reward from Credit Card Company, therefore the $180 will be send separately via gift card as soon as the payment received in full. The payment was paid on 3/5/25 and I’m still not receiving the gift card as I was promised (since you taped all conversation you then should be able to verify.

My washer has been broken since Saturday April 1st. Water is leaking from the washer, the water is leaking from the 2nd floor to the 1st floor. I have a family of 5 and we haven't been able to wash.

I have called the service department 5-7 times regarding the washer. Agent Christian came to a service call on 03/28 but did not fix the device. Agent Ruben came to a service call on 04/04 and discovered a broken arm that holds the drum which is causing the leak.

I called to escalate the service call and requested a manager to call me but no one has contacted me. I called the Corporate number but was told that I have to contact Samsung myself. I purchased a 5 year warranty and yet I find myself washer at a laundromat.

and got a 4 year warranty with it. It quit working so I brought it back to the store. They said they had to send it off to be repaired. I received an email saying my device was ready and on its way back to the store to schedule an appointment to pick it up .

So I did and when I got there they said it wasn't fixed because I refused to pay an estimate to fix it . And that it had water damage. And my warranty did cover that . I said there's no possible way it could have water damage .

And that I haven't refused any estimate because I never received one. or show me where it was water damaged. And handed me back my still broken reciever and said it's nothing they can do !

First back in October I purchased a Hisense TV and it was delivered to my home in October. I didn't open the box until February because I was remolding my home. When I open it the screen was cracked. Best Buy said it was to late to return it.

So this a TV that went down the drain. Next I purchased a frigidale refrigerator when the delivery guys open the box it was damaged on the back of the refrigerator therefore I had to contact Best Buy to get a new one and it want arrive until April 07,2023.

I have lost sleep because this refrigerator been making a loud noise every night and it wakes me up. I have had a time with Best Buy and their products and returns. Hope the refrigerator that will be delivered want have any problems and I can get a good night sleep.

On 23 March, 2023 I had my refrigerator delivery during that process my front door and side of the door was damage badly. I reached out to Sedgwick to see what they can do and I haven’t got a call back or email back from them. My front door is about to fall off. I Have to use the garage door. Damage was so bad they stripped the screws and chip the side of the door where I had to repaint.

Today I was in the Best Buy store located at 14th St, NW. in Washington, DC. I bought a Diet Coke, took a sip and realized that it was flat. I approached the cashier and explained that the DC was flat and proposed to replace it.

I then explained that some of the beverages were flat as if lacking carbonation. Nothing was said. Waking out the inventory alarm went off and the off-duty DC police officer you employ flew off the handle. I explained what happened.

3 items were delivered in February and I waited for the dishwasher until Mar 28th. on Mar 28th , the delivery men said it was damaged when they took it off the truck. They said they would be cancelling it (Under protest by me) and reordering it.

If I could give less than 1, I would. I bought a washer and dryer. The washer was an open box, but it leaked badly, They took that back. The store manager said that he could not find a comparable replacement for it, so you lost the sale. I did not want the dryer without the washer, but they will not come to pick it up in an available window (any weekday after 3:30. I can be home if I leave work, so I did). I spoke to two supervisors, (Gil and Gabriel) and 13 other people. Both managers guaranteed me that they will pick it up after 3:30, (for two separate pickups). They both lied. I got text messages both days at 6:30 AM to tell me that it would be picked up between 7:30 and 11:30.

One of your locations had an aisle of computers that were open with none of them having prices except for 2 displays 1 displayed a price of $999.99 and the other $299.99. I attempted to speak to a manager about me getting the computer that was priced at $299.99 to which he responded by tossing the price tag and saying it's the wrong price and walking away before I could say anything else.

Good Afternoon Best Buy. I had an appointment for 3-28-2023 @ 1:40pm for Best Buy. I showed the service attendant at the Iphone area of Best Buy my appointment notice from my iphone because he did not see it in the store system.

I purchased a cannon printer and was told it would be delivered on Sunday. All this was confirmed by the store and the store transferred me to Order Support. When I told the person in Order Support that I never received the product and waited home ALL DAY SUNDAY and it never came, she said sorry there is nothing I can do.

These is the second time I am filling the complain. I bought washer and dryer year in 2021 and I paid 5 years warranty coverage on it. When the glass on the dryer broke I called best buy to come and fix it .

Initially they told me they were ging to fix it and the technician came to my house, he told me the part that got broken is not part of the coverage and that it is not related to functionality if i quote him well. The glass broken is affecting the heat system on the dryer and by fixing it it will make the dryer conserve more heat.

I do not know the type of technician they come from but I was so dissapointed about the entire process and that is the last time I am buying appliance from best buy again.

I have been a customer for 25 years +. They lost me today over a $19 item.

I purchased and received a disc for $19, it came in the mail totally damaged and cracked.

I returned it with the prepaid label and they sent it back to me saying I damaged it.

I spend thousands of dollars a year at Best Buy and this is how they treat their customers.

When I called the customer service hotline, no one could help and told me that if the warehouse says something it is the truth.

Disgusting and horrible customer service. They act like they are the only ones who sell electronics in 2023. A joke of a company.

On Feb 28, 2023 I placed an online order with Best Buy (BB) for a TV that showed to be in stock at our local store. They offered free next day delivery, so I went that route. I did not receive it the next day.

The next day, I received notice that the delivery driver had picked it up and it would be delivered shortly. I texted my wife, who was home, thaat it would be delivered shortly. About an hour later I received a text that the TV had been delivered.

First it was nothing to do with the service in the store. The two people I dealt with were great. My complaint is to do with a computer I ordered on 3/10 how it was handled. It was in stock on line when it was ordered.

Don't try calling their customer support: it is completely useless and a tremendous time waster. In the process of trying to answer a simple question of where my refund for a return was being routed to, I have been rerouted 7+ times. Their customer service line is a mess, and it is a complete nuisance to stay on the line with customer-support representatives who struggle with speaking English.

Called to have auto-renewal removed as instructed by store clerk and as written on receipt. The customer service rep. said he couldn’t remove it and that I was instructed incorrectly. I explained it’s on the receipt then asked for a manager.

He dropped the call and left me on hold. I called again and got the same person (recognized voice). When I asked for manager he said that the supervisor would not come to the telephone unless I explained problem. My dad was so excited about his new car stereo system that he prepaid for (installation and stereo). He booked this appointment out WAY in advance, let them know the make/model of the truck. After dropping the truck off, speaking to the installation tech, and me leaving work to go get him to take him home, the installation tech calls about 30-45 mins later to let him know he doesn't have the tools for the truck and

Bought a supposedly brand new ring security camera system and when I got home and had installed all the pieces came to find out that I was given a defective returned item- the rude clerk name Jose and management on duty Tim had the worse attitude with body language and despective tone of voice.

Best buy norwalk location allowing dogs, not service dogs, just dog in their store. My child is highly allergic to certain dogs hairs, what would happen if he went into anaphylaxis? I'm just curious how the store can allow this at the health risk to its customers.

I made a purchase at Best Buy at the end of January, 2023. I bought a Whirlpool gas dryer and had it shipped and installed by Best Buy. The delivery date was quite far away but I agreed to wait.

I spent over $7,000 on appliances at best buy and with that expected great service. My first delivery was scheduled for 2/24/20223 and then 2/25/2023. My experience first started with scheduling a delivery time between 12p-8p. A few days prior I got a confirmation email of my delivery then being changed from 9a-1p.

Dear management, Today I had a very unpleasant experience at the Geek service inside the Best Buy in my town Pensacola,FL. J was very rude when I was explaining to her that I was in line before the customers she was helping.

” in a very rude manner and was pointing her finger at me. I tried to explain to her several times that we were waiting in line before others. She was very disrespectful and had a mean, frowning expression. I told the manager whose name is Steven Roberts ,(also black) about the incident.

I am telling you this because I feet I was mistreated that way because I am an asian. Later, when I went back to get the manager to find out the woman’s name, there was an another manger name…
