While I have no complaint about the store or the service I have received there, I want to let you know my opinion about one of your policies. I forgot something valuable in the store when I bought a new computer.
I called the local number and was told that there is no direct phone contact with the store. I was talking to something similar as a doctor’s service, that would take my issue and try and pass it on. That is the most arrogant and ludicrous policy in your oh so stellar customer service!
Big stores like Target, Walmart, TJMax, etc as well as any smaller store is always reachable by phone. This is the only time I have ever not been able to reach out to a store. We only noticed that we left something when we got home.
Since we couldn’t reach the store, we had to change our plans…
