I purchased washer and dryer in 2021. The dyer inner glass got broken. I have called best buy to let them know since I had purchased ensurance for those Items. Initially they let me know that I was covered and somebody also called to get the model of the machine so he can purchase the item that was broken before the technician came over to fix it on 03/14/2023.

When the technician arrived, he told me that they do not cover that part of the machine and that they cover only functionality issue. They make me feel like they were going to fix and never make it happen. I was so dessapointed about the entire service and that will be the last time that I am buying something from best Buy.

Ive never had good customer service. Nobody seems willing to help, they give bad information (even when locating an item) but today was the worst when a child was in the checkout line who was asking about prices (hes young and

doesn't understand money) and left without purchasing anything and the cashier with his clocked out buddy started making fun of the kid and calling him stupid. Someone bought me a $500 gift card, and when I went to use it, it says it was expired. I contacted best buy about this, and they put in a help ticket and told me I would be contacted in 5 business days.

I never heard anything, so I called again and was told the card info was wrong, yet nobody bothered to contact me. Yet again, I was told I have to wait ANOTHER 5 days until they can get it handled and then reissue me a new card!

There was literally zero care from ANY of the people I've spoken with and was even refused to be transferred to a supervisor. Their phone customer service, along with their in store service is HORRIBLE! Once this issue is handled I will never spend another dollar with best buy

I scheduled a pick up for a return of a 50" tv on Saturday because I was told I had to be home between 7am & 7pm the day of the pick up. I waited and waited . No one showed or called to say they were on there way.

I called the phone number back and told them at this point I want to return both tv's as I am done dealing with this department. I can't understand half of what they are saying and they are so condescending to the consumer.

I will now have to try setting up another pick up which I will have to miss work to be home since they can't narrow down until just before they are ready to come to your house. Both of the tv'sneed to be returned by March 17th per your policy.

I went into the Nanaimo Best Buy yesterday, March 11 to exchange 2 unopened electronic gifts. One was a tablet and one is a wired Google door bell. I managed to obtain the receipts for both items. The door bell had been puchased during COVID in late 2021 and it took a considerable amount of time to obtain the reciept as the purchaser does not reside in British Columbia.

Please note as I have previously worked in Customer Service, I thought trying to get the receipt would be the correct thing to do. The first associate just started by going on about a 30 day return policy for anything electronic and told me he would have to get a manager to assist him.

We order 5000 dollars worth of appliances. A refrigerator, washer and dryer. They were a no show on the first delivery appointment. I spoke to someone and they offered 10% off for our trouble. When they delivered the washer and dryer, the dryer had a huge dent in the side.

They tried to install it anyway but it wouldn’t work. So they brought a broken dryer to my house. The washer works fine. They took the dryer with them and said I would receive a call to rectify the situation.

Then the refrigerator came and it also had a dent on the front. They also said I would get a call to rectify the situation. When they called I explained the whole situation to the “customer service” woman and she said they can offer a $200 gift card if I kept the fridge as is.

I am looking to speak with someone about a billing concern that has been going since last September. I have been charged for 5 phone protection plans for 7 months now and we only have 3 phones. 00 on a washing machine and can't get it delivered at a time that is convenient for me. I was told delivery would take place next Tuesday, from 7 am to 7pm. I selected Tuesday. I'm ok with that day.

I'm not ok, however, with the 7 to 7 time frame. I spoke with the store manager today and he nicely explained your delivery policy. I told him that I'm receiving medical care every day in the mornings and that a morning delivery would cause me to miss my care.

I explained that anytime in the afternoon is fine, but was told he couldn't guarantee me an afternoon delivery. I cringe at the notion that someone receiving cancer care would have to choose between care and delivery of a much needed appliance.

On 11/6/22 i ordered appliances. On Nov 16 the stove in original order was canceled. There was a separate order created for a new stove. ON 12/2 I RECEived a notification that my bbcc was charged. I called and asked what the charge is for.

They said a washing machine. I said i already paid for the the washing machine on 11/6/22. I disputed it. They said you owe it. I said i have 1 washing machine not 2. They asked for paperwork I said how no paperwork for sometjing i never received.

We were having problems with our LG refrigerator, so we called the Geek Squad after the manufacturer warranty had run out (we purchased the Protection Plan). They informed us that we didn't have any certified techs in our area. After several phone calls, emails and text messages, we finally were directed to the Geek Squad Exchange team.

They determined we just needed to do an exchange. An appt was set for Best Buy to arrange to deliver the refrig and pick up the existing one and haul it off. Here is what happened next. Appt set, time window set, then the appt was cancelled the day of the delivery due to a truck breakdown.

I bought a tv for my gf for xmas. She just moved in to apt and we opened tv to put it up and when we turned it on the picture was screwed up and we noticed a hairline crack on the corner of the screen.

I had noticed the box was dented and after putting the tv back in the box to return i noticed dent in box is where crack on tv was so this halpened in shipping or at store loading. I tried to go to best buy in plymouth mass where i purchased it to see what they could and they totally dismissed me and were very rude eapecially the manager.

Worst service on the delivery and pick up of our refrigerator. We have been inconvenienced for several days due to multiple cancellations of our scheduled delivery & pick up of old refrigerator. Two days we had to empty our refrigerator/freezer in order to prepare for the delivery which didn't happen at the last minute.

Back in December I placed an online order. It was a Gaming laptop and VR System. The order was placed on 12/15/2022 and was supposed to be delivered by Fed EX on 12/17/2022. The merchandise was stolen and never delivered to me, however FED EX said it was delivered.

They just took a picture of the label, it doesn't show where it was delivered or where it was left around my home. I immediately contact FED EX and BEST BUY to let them know. I went and purchase a Ring -Wi Fi online and it didn't work so I went to the Newington Best Buy in CT for a refund. The serial # didn't match with the box so the supervisor there named Fernando gave me a hard time and blame me for what happen.

He got loud and told me that it was my responsibility for not checking the seal in front of other customer. I was embarrassed and dissapointed. I think that the supervisor was very unproffesional for not knowing how to handle the situation better.

He could have easily told me that he couldn't help me and gave me the Best Buy customer service and had them help me instead.

I purchased a laptop from best buy, they shipped it in a timely manner but to an address that was not even associated to my account. The address they shipped to was in my small town so I tried retrieving it from the resident there first.

The resident admitted that she recvd the laptop, but refused to allow me to recover it. I then called best buy customer service and they said I would get a replacement in the next few days. Needless to say, but that didn't happen.

I again called support after several days and noticing on my account that it still had not been shipped. They stated it was "on hold" for "investigation". This investigation included a background check, and "other things" I was told. The representative stated it may be 2 weeks before being shipped to the correct address.

I went to the Best Buy in Santa Fe, NM on Thursday 3/2/23, as my phone had just broken and I needed a replacement right away. They had one in stock (Samsung 23 on Verizon), which I agreed to buy.

After purchasing it, the salesperson gave me a $50 gift card as a promo, then he tried to activate my phone. He tried to activate it on 3 different computers but was unable to activate it. At that point I asked him to just refund my money and I would go to Verizon to get a phone.

Long story short, there is little to none communication between corporate, installers and sales personnel. I had ordered 3 kitchen appliances starting last February. Had some delivery and installation issues with the first two, but they were supposed to measure for my oven, they did not, they oven didn’t fit.

It took a month of it sitting in my kitchen before they could figure out who was responsible for picking it up. I have been dealing with a broken phone on an insurance policy that has been going on since Sept 9th 2022. To date as of march 2 2023 this issue is still outstanding and now the phone rep not only could not find my policy claim but when he sis he informed me that the 1700 plus dollars that has been taken from my credit card does not exist.

So as you can imagine there is a huge amount of frustration on my side and all i get from the phone is I am sorry. After 7 months of hearing I am sorry that is not cutting it anymore.

The absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. I ordered a washer and dryer from Best Buy. I have had a scheduled delivery every day this week with a four hour time frame. The first day they just didn’t come at all after waiting four hours for them to come.

The next day they came told me they will not unhook old unit and that they will not wait for me to unhook it. They have rescheduled every day this week after with no show. I cannot get a refund or my units delivered at this point.

I now have forty hours invested in waiting for the units to be delivered with no outcome. Do not buy anything from Best Buy it will ruin your life guaranteed.

Poor customer service. Rude employee. Unknowledgeable geek squad members spent time with 3 on the phone for hours. Was told to go to the store cause they couldnt figure out how to help me download my free virus protection that came with my new laptop.

Told me to go anytime never told me I needed an appointment or there would be a charge. Employee at store made me go to the car in rain to get my phone with my receipt in it and never even looked at it when I came back just asked my number pulled it up on the computer.

Today was the second time in less than 9 months that Bestbuy has botched an order and caused me incredible stress. First. It was a washing machine debacle in which I was blown off for delivery and then they made it next to impossible to cancel the order.

It took 6 phone calls all consuming an hour each . I was passed on from person to person. Today. Strike 2 they are shipping my order to a wrong address in which they refuse to try and correct. 4 one hour calls and Noone has the skill to stop the order.

Best buy have the worst customer service line. It goes to different locations, some of the locations you can hear the other people talking and hear what they are talking about so loud. I stay on the phone for hours with no results.

I'm a total tech member for what, can't even have any tech walk you through what they will send moon to do. Best buy store is far from me or I would go there for the results. Bought a doorbell camera and had it installed for my 91 year old father online at no time was he told it needed a service agreement when the trail period ran out the time had lapsed to be able to return the item. I tried to get help from the bestbuy was given the run around, wrong information.

I ordered a new Gaming PC (Feb 15th) for a birthday gift, i paid $93 for shipping to have to have it here the (feb 23rd). yet the days have come and gone. I am emailing about a poor experience I just had with one of your associates over the phone at your Tulsa Oklahoma mid town location regarding a recent purchase I made.

My purchase was made on 2/10/23. I received updated emails that the shipment would be arriving earlier than expected and this would be Saturday 2/11/2023. Saturday came and no package. On the Best Buy app I was able to see that Fed ex report the package made it to Broken Arrow but was damaged and therefore delayed. Saturday evening rolled around and I checked with the Fed Ex 800 number and and received text messages that another label was created out of the Ardmore location and a shipment was schedule to deliver. Today I went into the Best Buy in Port Charlotte to buy a 75” Q80 Samsung and a Samsung Smart Watch. These were to be replacements for recent Hurricane damage. I would expect to spend about 2,000 Dollars. I could not find a Customer Service person at either areas, then a rep came up to me and asked if I had an appointment?.

Approximately, a week or two after I took delivery on my new LG range, I reported a problem with the burner flame height to Best Buy Geek Squad. They had the delivery company come back out and try to adjust the flames.

After Waiting 10 minutes on the phone I am told there's no way to contact a store to ask a questions about what they have on display! My wife wants to see a specific refrigerator and the drive 20 minutes to get there to be told it's not there is a waste of time period to not be able to speak to someone in the actual store it's absolutely stupid .

People need to be able to interact with the actual store and not some person a 1000 miles away that has no idea what's going on in the store. I manage a retail store myself , and not being able to speak to someone other than an International number is a total waste of people's time and effort.

Washer was installed 2/18/23 without the dryer.. they ran one cycle on the washer and said it was good we found out it was leaking so I called them Sunday and told them we had a leak with the washer.

They were going to be delivering our dryer Thursday 2/23/23 they said they’d fix it then. Came Thursday 2/23 and they said there wasn’t a leak I went to wash a load of clothes and came downstairs to water coming through the ceiling, the vent, the chandelier, water still in my washer it’s all down my walls.

I want every single dime for every repair my maintenance company is going to have to endure. They broke my pan that goes under the washer, completely destroyed it which is what I think is causing all this water damage I now have to face with not only Best Buy but also my rental company so…

I purchased a car radio and received a free installation. I received a call from Geek Squad tech and was he ordered what I needed. Get to the appointment and nothing was ordered, rescheduled after I was told I needed to order and was given a print out Brought the ordered product and other components to be installed and after 3 hours of waiting tech told me it was the wrong part.

Now I have a third appointment after having to order something totally different. I am driving 52 miles one way for this service since no other store is closer to go to not to mention losing three days of work.

72 was mailed along with my statement on February 3,2023, and according to the bank the check was written from cashed by Best Buy on February 14th. The check was the total amount that I owe. The check was was sent on my behalf from a title company named, First Equity Title in Prescott, AZ.

Best buy still does not reflect this payment was made. The check was cashed by Best Buy but they did not credit the amount to my account! This is BANK FRAUD BY BEST BUY! I have called your so called customer service line numerous times, and they refuse to correct this! Please correct this issue!

I purchased a computer on 2/17/23 and was told that It would be delivered on 2/19/23 by a company named Roadie. I was told that I would receive a text message when the package was picked up and one when it was delivered and I never received a text either time.

I checked my tracking on 2/19 only to find out that the package was delivered on 2/18/23 @ 2:13pm but to the wrong address. It was delivered to 306 Woodbury pl Decatur, Ga and my address is 306 Woodberry pl Decatur Ga.

I have the proof from the map showing where my package was actually delivered. I went into the Best Buy where I purchased the computer and was told that I needed to contact customer service and I've been callinng since 2/19 and have not gotten anywhere.

My husband and I are in our 70s and when it was around had elite status. We purchased a second MacBook Air laptop in a year for another grandchild. 99 - - was asked to write a review - got CONGRATS that it was printed on line.

I went in and purchased a Call of Duty digital download card for 70$. These are usually marked vary clearly with the console they go to. Xbox,PS,PC, etc. well the one I got was not marked with anything but “battlenet” and it was right next to my Xbox live card so I figured it was the right one.

And after taking it home and doing all the steps I was informed I got the wrong card. And the horrible customer service at Battlenet suggested I buy a windows computer to play it on and I was not getting a refund or exchange.

Well I have been playing video games for a long time and have never encountered this. Needless to say I’m furious about this. I regret buying anything from Best Buy and will probably never do so again if this is not resolved.

We came to BestBuy to buy Google Pixel 7 Pro; however, we received a dud phone filled with batteries and ceramic plating inside. An absence of a phone is extremely unprofessional and a big disappointment. I drive 25 minutes across town after extensive shopping and I’m return I get nothing but a useless box filled with junk. My disappointment is immeasurable. BestBuy is a monopoly that prides itself in taking your money while leaving you without any costumer satisfaction. After enough years of long work and financial management, what would have been a 10 minute purchase has turned into an unfulfilling adventure lasting hours upon hours on end. With my found recommendation, don’t use BestBuy since clearly it’s not “best”.

Had a freezer delivered this morning. 5 freezer was in or checking out for anything wrong or if it worked or kiss my foot being satisfied or not! Before my husband could tell them where to place the ginormous freezer, these two men where gone and speed out our driveway!!
