I purchased washer and dryer in 2021. The dyer inner glass got broken. I have called best buy to let them know since I had purchased ensurance for those Items. Initially they let me know that I was covered and somebody also called to get the model of the machine so he can purchase the item that was broken before the technician came over to fix it on 03/14/2023.
When the technician arrived, he told me that they do not cover that part of the machine and that they cover only functionality issue. They make me feel like they were going to fix and never make it happen. I was so dessapointed about the entire service and that will be the last time that I am buying something from best Buy.
