I have been staying to this best Western for a while I'm never once was there a complaint about my kids getting in the pool. I been at this hotel for almost a week today at 3:54 the front desk worker decided she wants to tell the owner that my kids are the ones who keep wetting the floor when my kids only got in the pool twice.

Theres another guest who gets in the pool everyday never not once did she speak to the guest about the wet floor then she took it to the owner lied and said I had said something about racism and I never said anything in that natural. Now I feel very uncomfortable due to my color of my skin and her skin that things will and going to be weird.

It's like she got it out for me and my family when we don't even cause problems. Kids may get loud but as soon as I notice…

In Oskemen sity in Kazakhstan i stayde from 9 to 13 oktober. In this hotel in reseption first day was kazakh girls there were Kazakh girls who spoke the state Kazakh language. In the following days, there was a young Kazakh guy at the reception.

but he could no longer provide services in the state language. I would like that when hiring employees, you would hire people who knew the state language, that is, Kazakh.

Over the labor day weekend I stayed at the Best Western Plus Reno-Sparks Nugget. I may be retired but I still travel with a laptop and use it nightly to attend various social meetings. This particular BW venue has undergone a renovation.

Part of the renovation was to create an excellent computer desk lacking in only 1 major item. There are no outlets for plugging in my laptop. On the northbound portion of my trip I complained when checking out. I was told it was a housekeeping issue and would be looked into.

On the southbound portion of my trip I checked into a different room, only to find the same situation. I'm no spring chicken anymore and having to get down on my hands and knees to find a power strip zip-tied up under the desk and then doing contortions to plug in my laptop's power…

Whomever is in charge of the Lone Pine, California Best Western needs to go take a look. The rooms are disgusting. we had to request a room change twice, Ended up paying an Additional $20 for a “delux” room. The original charge was $187. for the delux room. Those rooms are tolerable.

Sorry for the complaint but really, it was like staying at a Motel 6.

Best Western plus in Texarkana Arkansas. My complaint is we did not receive any towels in our room 307 on September 9,2023. After talking with the lady twice that was cleaning the rooms on our floor, she said that she would make sure that she left some towels in our room. We did not receive any. I even explain to the lady that we had an event within an hour to go to and she said that she would make sure that I received towels. I DID NOT , I had to go down to the front desk to get a set of towels, an hour before my event because I was waiting on her to bring towels to our room . I don’t understand how they can clean a room and don’t put any clean towels in the room.

Best western Bellville..Room was dirty...cob webs everywhere...bathroom floor had dirt in all the corners...we booked Nother night because we don't get away alot an were touring wineries...came back to have a hot shower and our dirty wet towels were not replaced...just the shampoos and some toilet paper...our bed wasn't changed...charging over $200 an night we were totally disappointed...very noisy hotel we got no sleep...party next door and screaming til 3am...we only got $25 taken off our bill...we will never stay in a best western again if we r going to be treated like this...A Weisner

I'm currently working for Best Western Plus in El Paso Texas and my complaint is due to a toxic and hostile environment. Supervisors are having inappropriate relationships with their employees and giving them favoritism and handing off their work load to others.

I would like to remain unanimous due to the fear of retaliation. This has been going on for too long. Needs to stop now.

I stayed at your Edmundston NB location on July 21st. When I checked in I asked I if I could use my BW gift certificate. Reception said no, because I booked through Expedia (I was sure I hadn't). I let it go at that, even though I was confused.

She gave me our keys and we went to the room. I then checked my notes. I went back down and told her i hadn't booked through Expedia. I called hotel directly. She then asked me if I did the pre check in.

I said yes I got the text and completed it. She said you have to ask to use them when you check in, which i already did ask! ) I said it didn't give me a option to use them through the pre check in by text.

Then she tells me well you have to ask prior to receiving the keys (again, I did ask). I said so why can't I then. That was like 5 minutes…

Hello, my name is Ganita Domon and I stayed in the hotel in Corsicana on the 23rd and 24th. Of June We had a family reunion so we had went out to a park and after coming back we did notice some bites on us we thought they were from mosquito bites but come to find out they were bedbugs.

We stayed in room 215 also we very disappointed with the service no towels after we ask the clerk she said t didn’t have any so we will never stay in Best western again thank you I pray you will look into this thank you

We booked 5 person with a rolling bed, after we drove 200 miles to check in our reservation, the receiption told us that the room was booked form corporation, and the room can only stay for 4 persons. The receiption insisted we can only either cancel it or chang to be two rooms.

That is scandal to us. BestWestern should rated 0, peroid.

I am at 350 Bercut Dr rm# 239. Marcella told me yesterday 5/5 at 8 am that we needed to switch to a room downstairs and that because my partner had already left for work and won't be back until 9 pm, we could move tomorrow morning (today).

When my partner got back last night, he asked to move rooms last night so we didn't have to move in the morning. He was told the room was booked but Marcella would be in this morning at 7 am.

The signal was not in our room, the woman at the desk came and tried to no avail.

I stayed at a Best Western Plus in Portsmouth, NH between 3/24-3/26/2023 (Confirmation 578664594). When we checked in, we asked about breakfast services and were told they had none but the clerk provided us with 4 vouchers for the Roundabout Restaurant next door.

He didn't explain there would be a charge for this so I was quite surprised to find I was charged $40 for the vouchers! If I would have known there was a charge, I would have not used the vouchers for the 3 items we could choose from.

I assumed we received the vouchers due to the fact I was a rewards member. I also was not happy that the security door that led to the back parking lot, directly across from our room, (245) did not lock and the glass was shattered.

I booked a room that suppose to be for March 3-4th in Bastrop,TX online throught the actual hotel website just for the date not be what I booked. I called the actual Hotel first about it after i check to make she day of it was still all set to find out it booked for march2 not 3rd the lady said it sometimes does that and it best to call hotel directly.

I called the online customer service after to see if I could apply it to the new one I made and no per policy they couldn't do it. I was billed a no show for something their online system errored.

It bad enough I had to find a room cause ot was for a funeral but double for knowing from the hotel it happens with their online service from the hotel it is utter BS. I just pray my CC can reverse it and get the funds back for the utter…

Arbitrary rules at franchises with no help from corporate. Son was staying at the hotel and we were visiting him as we flew into town. It was cold outside in Grove City and we wanted to wait inside near the pool.

Manager wouldn’t let us because weren’t registered guests. Even though my son was on his way they were rude and disrespectful. Lack of compassion and making up rules to keep us out. Discrimination probably but just found that they have no humanity just business people. Make that money.

We stayed at the Best Western at Long Beach, WA. We told them we had a pet and paid the pet fee of $25 a night. At no time anywhere did it say that it was a dog only hotel-we had a cat.

Our final receipt said we had a zero balance. Later when viewing our credit card balance, we saw an extra charge of $300 and another one of $50 added to the original charges. When I called I was told it was because a housekeeper heard a cat when we left and it was "unauthorized" and that was their charge for unauthorized pets.

I pointed out that no one had asked what kind of pet and that their website did not specify dogs only and that the charge would remain. a little cat litter on the floor. As we had already cleaned anything like that up, I do not know how that was possible.

My son checked in about 1150pm on Feb 1 2023. I have had several people I know frequently stay at the sure stay hotel 3655 Hospitality Ln, Clearwater, FL 33762. When he went to check in he was told by the person at desk that there was a $100 deposit required.

I've never had to pay this before or had it mentioned. I have had my card swiped Incase but never have I been told I need to pay $100 and no hold was put on my card before. He paid the deposit reluctantly.

(A friend of his checked in earlier and wasn't required to pay one or the friend of mine that checked in last week). He was given his key and as he walked away the girl on the desk made a comment that the police would be here soon.

Rude front desk. Was told i couldnt go to my room and get a refund because my ESA was alittle over 20lb. Then i was told to leave property. My money wasnt refunded right away so i vouldnt get Uber ir go someplace else , i was avoiding a domestic situation and my son, dog and i were treated very rudely and i am very very upset with the way the employees handled the situation.

In mid October my husband made a reservation at the SureStay in Manning South Carolina. He requested a first floor room near the dog walking area. When we arrived we were put on the second floor away from the dog walking area. There was another unhappy couple who were placed on the first floor and wanted the second. We are in our seventies and I recuperating from a fractured leg and broken arm. We had to carry all our belongings and an elderly 45lb dog up the stairs. Needless to say , we were not happy. When I explained this to Tanya who was on the front desk, she was less than sympathetic and did nothing to compensate us to make it right, not happy!

I stayed at the Best Western in Antioch, TN on Collins drive from 11/4/2022 to 11/6/2022. I had a horrible experience with the new GM (is what I was told). I was not given her name. During check out I wanted to let her know that my granddaughter woke up with bite marks on her leg.

The picture is attached below. " I was floored. Of course that made me very upset. I told her I was just letting her know so that they could do a thorough cleaning of the room. She proceeded to say that I was accusing the hotel on having bed beds and I was trying to get a discount.

My wife and I were passing through Bishop, California on 21 September, 2022 and we decided to stay at Best Western. We had no reservations, but the motel had vacancy. When I went to register, I asked if they offered a military discount, as Best Western DOES advertise a military discount.

The young man at the desk stated that he had no idea, so he asked a young woman working at the other register desk and she didn't know anything about a military discount. They did know about a AAA discount, so they are apparently aware that the motel does, in fact offer discounts.

We left and went somewhere else. Not sure why they did not know (so they say) about the military discount that Best Wester advertises, but I do know that I will never stay at a Best Western again. There are other chains out…

The company website advertised, "buy two nights, get a night FREE." Not only was this false advertising, it was very dishonest and confusing. I did plenty of research to try to discover why I was not getting even close to receiving enough points to stay for a free night, even after approx. 8 or 9 stays. I couldn't find an answer or a reason why. All in all, it will probably take at least 20 more stays to earn enough points to get the cheapest hotel.

I am giving two stars because they are a clean hotel chain, they have great amenities, and are beyond fantastic in so many areas. However, the false ads on the own website shows that something about integrity has a dark streak in it.

At the Morgantown location, the sales manager was extremely rude. He was extremely pushy when it came to making a reservation when my husband and I were calling around ahead of time to see if a room would be available for the days we were going to be in town. Upon making it into town, just before we were due to check in; we received a phone call about not having a room available!!

This stay was the WORST I have ever had! The room smelled of musty mildew, the floors were not clean, there was a space between the shower fixture and the wall in the shower, the air conditioner was so loud and

had a clear thud sound every time it went on, there was no closet only a metal cabinet to hang clothes and at the entry there is a vacant lot that nothing but dirt and debris!!. San Juan Capistrano is a great area and this Best Western is TERRIBLE!!!!!

Booked for a 3 day stay on christmas day and about hour into our stay i was walking to my car and got robbed at gunpoint. Wallet was stolen he made my girlfriend give up her 14k gold rope chain and 10k ring that she got for christmas and when i finally got to where i could me and my girl took off to run inside.

He pulled off fast so couldnt see the tag # but it is deffintly on camera because it happened near the front desk check in.. all i know is that it was a younger black male driving a grey 07-09 honda accord.

I want to be refunded for my stay all of my money back due to the lack of my safty during the stay. Im filing a police report as well bc me staying not even a hour at the surestay costed me about $3,000 .

Stayed there a few days . Had to move rooms multiple times. It was dusty. Everything was covered in dog hair and smelled like mildew and wet animal . I always check the air conditioner in any room and they where full of mold in everyone .

Stayed for 2 days trying to celebrate my birthday. My toilet would not flush, called front desk at approximately 5 am they brought Me A plunger. The audacity, their solution was for Me to fix it. No one ever came to help I was plunging my toilet All weekend.

The website is very misleading, shows a hot tub there isn't one, pool is falling apart,the walls are filthy,bathrooms gross. Horrible experience as a whole.

I booked a room with best way is um with Best Western plus suites in Santa Cruz California approximately 2 months before my arrival. I was aware of the $100 deposit and that my card would be used online to hold the room .

I called the motel to confirm that my room had a jetted tub because it was not clear on the website I also asked if I could pay cash when I arrived and I was told yes . I suffer from Severe arthritis 8 bulging disk and migraines it is imperative that I have a hot tub in order for me to sleep and not be excessive pain.

Had a reservation for June 14th to stay until June 18. we came from New Smyrna Beach Fl. We got there and went to sign in . No cart to take our luggage up. We were on the 9th floor.

We took the elevator up which was cracked (scarry) . got off there and went to go to the room. The smell was unbearable !! We looked at each other and thought this is not too good so far. Went into the room; it smelled and no bedspread, just sheets...

and the bathroom was a mess Looked like skin scales on the floor in the shower and the drain was filthy... no tub, just a shower. the toilet had a ring around it, Just very disappointed. So after 3 trips to the car, my grandaughter noticed really nasty around the walls and hairs everywhere.

I called and reserved a suite for 4 adults and 2 children. My husband is military so I asked for a military rate. After calling back several times, I finally received my confirmation email. When we arrived, the A/C wouldn't cool the room, the fridge didn't cool, the sofa was sticky, and the room was very clean.

The following day after being out most of the day we returned to the room still hot, fridge still not cooling. The staff at the desk, David was his name, was very rude. So, we asked about a refund for our next two nights to go to another hotel.

I dont believe anyone complained I believe desk worker gave out to many favors to other people and needed to make up these charges I can provide a list of other guests not being harrassed as I was.

I was not informed of this charge at checkout. There was no damage and I do not owe this fee. If that is the case I want a discount for being bothered by children,pets,and foul language but I am not a tattle tale.

The front desk person Lisa did not like us because we weren't tipping her like the lady from NY.

On 04/15/21 I booked a motel room for my husband and I to get away, we have a house but dont really have any privacy, so this was to be a nice outing for us. I am a woman of color and my husband is a white man.

and so not only were we faced with serious racism, we also had to deal with embarassment as well. When I checked in to the Best Western and they had me sign the no smoking policy which I adhere to always, to meno smoking means cigarettes, marijuana, drugs things of that nature.

So I take a shower and wash my hair, being a woman of color, your hair doesnt just go straight when you wash it, there's things you need to do, to make it straight!
