Hello, I would like to know who the person is in China that manufactured and shipped the closeout specials that Big Lots advertised online back in August when they had their store closeout sales. I bought a reclining loveseat and waited for a long period of time to receive it and never got it. I got an email from Track718 telling me that my loveseat had been delivered and I have tried everything under the sun to get the information that I need. Teresa Martin is some form of manager at big lots in Hermiston Oregon. She is also the daughter of my landlord. On three separate occasions she has mocked me, questioned me about my intentions and one evening came to my home accusing me of not paying for my purchase at big lots.

I’m not 100% on what your policy regarding professional behavior is but I do not feel she has displayed it at all. It is beginning to feel as if she is waiting for me just so she can smirk or say something snide.

She had no business coming to my home. She knows my full name which would have obviously not been on a card purchase as I paid cash. It was harassment plain and simple she wanted to see it I were making steps to move.

Entered the store on Winchester in Memphis, TN to purchase tape and a 12-pack of Cokes. A very helpful young man guided me to the tape and the cokes. 00 for 3 12-packs. Because I originally was only going to buy one 12-pack, I did not get a basket.

The young man got me a hand cart and assisted me getting to the cashier. Now I know I have got to get the okes to my car in only one trip. I noticed a woman behind the checkout people.

I asked her if I could get a cart I saw sitting there (Restocking basket I later learned). She said "this is why we hsave baskets at the front so you can gert what you need". I was told the two coupons in the attached pictures cannot be used together when the 20% off one clearly stated it could be used with your Big Rewards. The manager stated that meant just scanning your rewards card and you could only use one discount.

But stated the veteran discount can be combined with the 20%. Is this managers statement correct about the Big Rewards not being combined?

Very low and poor customer service. The managaer at reisterstown MD Location Ben, did not come to the register despite being called several times by cashier to help us. He told the cashier over the phone to use his password at the register to make a return, which was unsuccessful.

We waited on line for 30 minutes and the manager did not show up. We were directed to go back to the furniture department, where we went to personally to call out the Manager, Ben to help us. After all that run a round, the manager still not not come out to help us or even show interest as to what the issue was or resolve the problem, which is the manager's duty.

Delivery. So I ordered this couch on Thursday and paid for delivery which was scheduled to be on this past Saturday between 8am-8pm. Was supposed to get a call on Friday to schedule a time for delivery, that never happened.

I went ahead and planned to be home that whole day through the time period, since I had no idea when they would come or if they will even contact. So reached out to customer service at about 2pm that day, and was transferred to the delivery company which then said it would be deliverd tomorrow (Sunday the 21st) between 10-2pm.

Another day where I just waited the time frame just in case they came, and just like the previous day there was no delivery and at this point that is crazy. You would think that when a person spends nearly $1000 on a couch.

Manager changed opening time on Sunday from 9:00 /AM to 11:00AM without any notice. I parked in east lot which is usually 95% empty area compared to the southern part of the shopping center. At about 10:00 AM , a van pulled up next to me with about 5-10 inch clearance, with man signaling for me to roll down my window.

This is an isolated area, and he scared me. He wanted me to move as he said I was taking up 2 spaces!! I told him to take one of the many other parking places, and he proceeded to argue with me.

I visited the new store in west bend Wisconsin for the first time on February 7th, 2023. I enrolled in the rewards program. The lady at the checkout explained to me that I will recieve 15% off on my next purchase.

I shopped again the following day, February 8th. I gave her my rewards card, paid and left the store. A day later I was looking at my receipt and realized I did not receive the 15% off and went back to the store.

The young lady explained that the discount code is in my e-mails. I was not informed of this when I joined the rewards program. I assumed it was added to the card. When I asked her if she can give me the discount, she called the manager and was given a no answer.

They don't address they're mistakes or dispute. Sales associate didn't do my return or transaction right. It never reflected on my charge charge for the 12 month no interest. There were all theses extra charges added to my card I did not make.

I filed several disputes and they said they had no record of it and that they were having a new system put in. They still will not resolve my case. Horrible, dishonest and disgusting disappointing business. I do not recommend them.

The sale associate I think did fraudulent activity on my account too.

I work next door to big lots and on thursday , the 19th. decided to go in and grab a few things after i got off work. I go to the back where i think the product i need will be but because i dont have my glasses on it took a few minutes to find the product on the shelf.

I submitted a compliant already the week of 29 November. I went into the Big Lots store @ 16100 East wo Mile Rd Eastpoint, MI 48021. I had received a coupon for my birthday 24 December. I presented it to the cashier it clearly said on the coupon that it didn't expire for days yet!

The cashier refused to accept it! I asked for the manager to show her the expiration date, she came she agreed with the cashier without even reviewing the coupon. I attempted to point out to there that they were not reading the coupon correctly.

I applied for a credit card from a big lot store 1345 S Babcock St FL and when the application was submitted it was submitted with the incorrect address. I called the credit card comp and corrected my address and they stated that the card would be mail to my correct address.

On Dec 10th 2022 I placed an online order for In store pick up for 2 items. 95. 1 item was available for pick up in the store and the other item had to be shipped. 36(which was denied and later added back on). 81.

I ordered for cyber monday online and received my order. When I opened my order it was the wrong item so naturally I called customer service to correct the issue. The customer care employee told me to contact the store i ordered from. So I did.

The employees at the Eastpointe, MI store on 10 Mile Rd refused to honor a 20% off coupon code when I presented at the register. I had to drive to the Clinton Twp stor on Gratiot Ave to get the very same discount that I should have gotten at my store around the corner. I was at your Lancaster, Ohio store on E Main Street on 11/15/2022. Was buying a skate board for my son for christmas. There was a nice employee that helped me get it off a top shelf. Then the Manager came over blond hair lady started yelling and complaining about something the manager Lisa was rude to her employee and complaining about her employee helping me.

The manager Lisa said she didn't have the time to stop working to help her customers. She was to busy to help. The manager threw things in the floor said they were in the wrong spot. The manager was rude and embarrassed her employees in front of customers and was very mean to her customers.

The employees were great but the manager sucked at her job and was rude to everyone.

I had just been in the Delaware Ohio store and saw a stacked drawer that I wanted, but didn't want to buy at that time. Later in week saw that BL was having 15% off online orders, so I ordered it and a couple other things.

I pre-checked the website to make sure the store carried the item. I drove all the way there ONLY to be told the lights were packed away because they are considered a seasonal item by Big Lots. It's too bad Big Lots employees don't know the difference between a seasonal and non-seasonal item and are allowed to make this decision for the public.

I shopped at your Carbondale, il store today. I purchased 4 items. The lady at the checkout was very nice when she checked me out. There was another employee standing at the end of the counter watching the whole time.

She then stopped me at the door and asked to see my receipt which I showed her. She then told me she needed to look in my bags as well. This was completely unacceptable since she WATCHED me checkout. I told her she could keep it all and asked for my money back.

I purchased a Christmas item in the big lots Livingston store which is the area where I work. I realized after they purchase when I was home that the item was damaged. I live in the Union County area so I returned it to the big lots in Union on route 22.

The cashier became upset when she looked at my receipt and saw that I purchased it in the Livingston store. She said I was raising her return quota and that this has been happening from the Livingston store she needed to check with her manager.

Hello I was treated very poorly at Big Lots by the manager on duty in Morristown Tennessee, she told me because a Bluetooth speaker I purchased was on clearance that I would not be able to return it and Marked not returnable on the receipt. I knew that it was on clearance because it was missing the optical cable however I had one at home.

Well they will email you with a discount offer. You go online and you will be there all night and day ordering because it comes up the have this product but when you go out in the cart it says your store don’t have it but you can have it shipped the same day for some ridicules price.

Don’t know why so for another three dam hours I putting again another order this time with in min it comes ready for pick up . They don’t have hardly anything on my order and they broke up half the sale items example 3 bags for ten ok they come back with one bag and guess what they charge half of it really .

I would of never ever order anything if I knew had nothing to order . I don’t want this order and this is not the firsf time I wasted…
