I purchased several decorative late Sunday night Oct 23rd When I got home I noticed that one of my items ran up as 25.00 but was on the shelf marked 12.00

When I took back to the store for refund difference the manager saw where they were marked 12.00…..took the tag off the shelf and said sorry I mistagged those they are 25.00….. refused to give me refund

Also I had a coupon that I forgot to use which was 25 percent off entire purchase since it hadn’t been 24 hours I asked if she would honor it She said not on entire purchase but only on 1 item

I feel like she was very disrespectful and very unprofessional

October 22,2022, at around 3:13pm, me and my wife were in line to pay. There was another customer behind us that had only a couple of items. So when it was our turn I told the couple behind us that they can go ahead and pay first.

So I had told the employee that was at the cash register it’s ok we can wait for the other employee to ring us up. He then rudely said out loud in front of all the other customers you can’t go to her because Your related to her and You can’t ask her for discounts.

I told the employee that I am not related to that person. I could not believe that this employee horribly profiled me and my wife as poor lowlife Mexican people. I never been so ashamed and embarrassed. I could not believe this happened.

This man has a wrong mind set. Thinking like that is very wrong…

I went to Big Lots today and as a veteran when I was checking out I asked to use a veteran's discount. I was told that I had to sign up for their Rewards program in order to use my veteran discount!

I bought a sectional on 01/26/2021. 26, I have been trying to get a replacement for a year now with no help. They did not even inform me that they had moved to AllState Protection. I want my sectional replaced, due to me paying for a service that has not been honored.

On September 7, 2022 i joe garza decided to purchase a bottle of bleach at this location to avoid the long lines at target. As this store is always empty except for the usual few senior citizens. But i think i understand why younger folks decide not to enter this store.

Hello, my name is Christa Ayres After recently applying for a credit card I was unsure if I dialed into a scam. I was trying to check out on a big order when I thought I’d apply for a CC & as other CC will let you purchase the order & use CC when approved, I was needing answers so I called credit services.

Extremely rude cashier!! I stated that I had my old card, not the new chip card but when I called the number on my card it said I could still use it. She said no and showed me my husband’s name on the card and said not if I’m not Nicholas.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would.. Ive came to this big lots for about 8 or 9 years.First its always overwhelmingly hot in there which can not be safe for employees that work long shifts or suffer from asthma/health problems its literally overwhelming with heat in there the heat inside the store will cause u to not enjoy ur shopping or hurry and leave.. The manager Sarina is very very rude and I've witnessed how she talks to her employees and I'm confused on how she hasn't been sued or how she is still a manager there.

We bought a mattress from our local biglots store on June 6th,almost 7 weeks later it still isn't there. We put it on price hold. Paid it off about 3 days later. The store has tried to get it brought to them but I guess y'all have a problem with sealy right now.

Another biglots store in my area has the same mattress I've been waiting on but will not let me come get it. They say the price hold will NOT work in there store! I go after almost 7 weeks to get my money back and they say they can put it on a gift card.

I went into bigs lot after shopping at other stores im on a bike so i gotta carry my bags with me. When i walked in the clerk told me i wasnt allowed to take my bags in woth me i should leave them on by the register, i had a vector battery pack i just bought at home depot.

I went to Big Lots in Boyertown today. I was trying to buy a chair. This would be the third attempt to buy furniture I've had at Big Lots. Not only did they not have anybody in the furniture Department to help me but the gentleman who helped may seem to be bothered.

There was a sign on the chair that says in stock today. He walked to the back very slowly and came back and said it was not in stock. He then proceeded to look for the chair within 25 miles not available I then asked him if I could buy the floor sample and he probably told me no but I could order one to be delivered in 12 to 15 weeks.

I received a e mail with an add about lawn furniture and a pergola set. The add I have uploaded for you. 50. I was put on hold and was on the phone for over an hour. I could barely understand the man who was trying to help me.

The money is a wash, it's the fact that you're store has a price on the shelf that they do not honor. If your policy is to honor its advertised prices, you need to ensure the employees are aware, if they aren't sure of the policies, ask for clarification

I purchased a chair and couch from the Gaylord, Mi store on 11/27/2021. I paid with my Big Lots credit card. I was called and emailed stating that the couch and chair were in so I could come pick them up.

I made arrangements to have a friend bring their truck to transport the couch and I would use my vehicle to move the chair. Mind you, I live over 45 miles away from the store so it is over 90 round trip.

I get to the store only to find out my couch is in but not my chair. I was able to get a better deal on the furniture while I was there, that was 1/28/2022. I was told I would be contacted as soon as the chair came in.

I am 79 years old and understand it is a new age and employees who are able and willing to work are few. The store in New Smyrna Beach is not operating well. These remarks are after several visits over a month's time.

Many products are not priced, and twice I asked an employee if they have the price and was told to bring it to the front of the store to find out, I would not whip a dead horse so I stopped asking. I check online for sale items, click on the items and get not available at this store.

Hello I had a horrible incident happened to me and I need you to contact me so that I can make an official complaint and have it followed up and investigated.

I was at the store recently where I've had some difficulty but generally the staff has been very helpful. During that time over the last few days, there was an incident about several days ago I think it was on the 12th or 13th. It was about 8:30 to 9:00 at night which is closing. I have a 3 year warranty on the sectional sofa that I purchased in July 2019. Within a year, in 2020, I have had the entire sectional replaced due to defects. There is stitching that has come apart from the sofa, and its part of the decorative part of the cushions.

I talked to 3 different people on the phone about the replacement and they refused.

Also, I explained to them that the velco under the cushions will not stay. I paid fir a warranty that should be honored.

My friend and I went into the Nashua store and bought 2 Bradford Tan Rocker recliners on 4/3 at 1:09 pm by BJ. He told us they would be in 2 weeks. We called last Friday and was told that it would be another month, they were making them.

We called Saturday and spoke to Tylor and was told 1 has been there and they don't know when the other would be in. Called tonight and spoke to Erica. She was the only one that was polite. She said there's a truck coming tomorrow and will let us know.

My wife had gotten a Big Lots credit card. We'd made a few small purchases, paid them off, then bought a couch and love seat on it. Had 12 months to pay without interest but we paid it off in 7 months never missing a payment. Then because of other EXISTING DEBT, they decided to drop our already approved, used, and then paid off limit of $1300 to $100.

I contacted them and they did not care one bit about our payment history to them so I closed the account and will be avoiding Big Lots as much as possible and letting everyone I know how horribly they treat their paying customers.

My husband and myself put a gazeebo on hold at big lots. Upon return gazeebo was sold this occurred on or about may 04 2020. I return every week after being told they would receive more. Every time I returned they did not have any.

I asked for the display on Monday June 22, 2020. The sales rep called Mark the manager who advised the display could not be sold no waiting list could not be held. On June 24, I returned to purchase some other outdoor items when I heard a overhead announcement advising associates to the gazeebo area.

I am a regular here at Big Lots and have come to know the employees and store managers some better than others. Today I was in there shopping and went to cash out and there was a young lady at the registers by herself.

I am on your email list and I took my daughter for my FREE Baudocco Mini Panetone only to be told that they do not have it and that they don't give rain checks. I bought a animated Christmas village at the poplar bluff big lots. I had it for one week but it never did work right. i had lost my receipt so I took it back for a exchange. the manager was rude she reruge to exchange it.

I shop in the store several times a week. I never go in the store and don't spend at least $150. I was treated like a criminal at a store that I've been spending thousands with for years!! I was shopping like always.

I notice an employee following me. Then another employee starts following me too. Then over the intercome I hear security scan . And next thing I knew there was now 5 employees following me staring. Giving me terrible looks. It was so bad other costumers were now pointing ,whispering,and staring at me. I was mortified!!

While shopping at the Big Lots store in Madison Heights Michigan on July 8th my purchase totaling 8167 with my debit card was it first declined for no apparent reason after running the card again the purchase was approved the following day checking my bank statement both purchases went through to my bank trying to resolve the matter by calling the store was not helpful they gave me a number for the corporate office that was not helpful they gave me a number for the billing company they basically told me that I had to wait for 3 to 5 business days before they could resolve my issue I found that reasoning unacceptable I'm sure they wouldn't allow me to walk out of their store with merchandise and

tell them that I will pay them in 3 to 5 days used to be a loyal Big Lots customer not anymore
