While shopping at the Big Lots store in Madison Heights Michigan on July 8th my purchase totaling 8167 with my debit card was it first declined for no apparent reason after running the card again the purchase was approved the following day checking my bank statement both purchases went through to my bank trying to resolve the matter by calling the store was not helpful they gave me a number for the corporate office that was not helpful they gave me a number for the billing company they basically told me that I had to wait for 3 to 5 business days before they could resolve my issue I found that reasoning unacceptable I'm sure they wouldn't allow me to walk out of their store with merchandise and
tell them that I will pay them in 3 to 5 days used to be a loyal Big Lots customer not anymore
