Dear Bj’s, Let me start off by saying, I actually love your store. I think you do a great job, and provide a very important service. But, due to the experience, I am having with your electronics warranty provider, Asurian, I will never buy any electronics from you again, unless of course you find a better warranty provider.

Dealing with them has been nothing short of a nightmare. It is unconscionable how bad they are doing their jobs. They have had my laptop, which only has a cracked case for over three weeks now with no end in sight to having it fixed. They are completely unorganized.

They lie to your customers and have caused me so much grief, I am beside myself. I have not been able to do my work for over three weeks now because they can’t figure out how to fix a cracked case and get…

I was scheduled for a 10 AM appointment at the tire center at the BJ location in Baltimore, MD (Canton). I dropped my car off before 9 because I needed to schedule a ride to get back home so I could work for the day. I called BJs tires to let them know that my car was in the parking lot, and then I was told "oh I was gonna call you, we actually do not have a technician available to work on your car, so we will have to reschedule". I mean were you gonna wait until 10 when I came to the door.

Completely unacceptable, it is advertised maintenance for life, flat repairs etc... I went in last week to make this appointment and today was actually the first available. Discrimination against customers with desabilities using EBT cards as a method of payment. Rude and disrespectful cashier and store supervisor. Denied me of making payment because I needed to use my mother’s Snap card to do her shopping but did not have her ID.

Never had that issue before, always shopped at BJ’s and always able to input card information manually since it doesn’t swipe but this morning employees decided I couldn’t. I felt discriminated and purposely embarrassed around all the other customers, my mother shares her PIN number with me for obvious reasons, she’s bounded to the house with a wheelchair and is impossible for her to do her own shopping.

BJ’s should either not accept customers who use EBT cards or properly train it’s employees. This level of racism is unacceptable…

We ordered a TV on March 9. It was to be delivered March 17. I got an email that day saying that the television was damaged apparently in the truck I don’t know where, that we would not be getting the TV but they would be giving us a refund as soon as it was returned to the warehouse that has been almost a month now I’ve been told that the television has been confirmed that it is at the warehouse and

Why does every time I use the bJ’s app to order a curbside pick up. I am charged an extra $30 to my debit card? That is not good customer service. If you think you can just take peoples money without their authorization and then it takes five business days to get your money back that is bullshit.

I am retired and have a very bad back. I am now being told I have to empty my cart (when it's not that full). I have primarily shopped at BJs for cat supplies since I work with a 501(c) nonprofit cat rescue. I usually buy little which comes in 40 or more pound boxes. I can barely get it in the cart. Secondly, the self service bays all have the bar code guns removed so they can not be used by customers. These policies make me feel like I'm a suspected criminal. There is always someone checking receipts upon exit so if I can't be trusted to scan my products or I have to empty my cart because I suppose you think I'm hiding something. You have someone at the door checking receipts.

I've spent a lot of money at BJs over the last 23 years and if I'm asked to empty my cart again and the bar code…

Extreme Dissatisfaction. Would give 0 stars if it were an option. Purchased tires online on 3/17/23. Scheduled install at Cape Coral, FL Tire Center for 10:30 this morning, 3/28/23. Order online shower shipped, but not delivered yesterday, so we called to make sure tires were there before driving all the way to shop.

Told tires weren't there, to call back at 9am to see if they arrived overnight. Called multiple times between 9-9:15. No answer at Tire Center. Asked for member services. They had someone in tire center paged & we were again told no tires were there.

Called general member services and spoke to someone who couldn't hardly speak or understand English. After 25 minutes on the phone - on hold, then explaining issue, then on hold again - then he transferred my call to the Cape…

I did a purchase on 3/10/23 to be delivered on 3/11/23 between 10 to 12 pm my delivery never came at 1:00 I requested my order status on online chat I was tell they was running behind and I’ll get my order at the end of the day nothing arrive call the next I was told the my bank didn’t approve the amount I call my bank they confirmed the pay was approved then

I will not be renewing my membership and regret getting the CC, I will reach out to Capitol to explore changing it over. Quincy location is horrible to employees and customer, the manager lacks the skill set to retain members and keep employees.

I was a regular and everyone except him and others managers acknowledge that and speak. Costco is a distance away, however better service is worth the drive. The heat has been off for a week, SMH. Profit over the well being of employees though.

My first experience at BJ’s was horrible. As I was waiting on line to receive my membership card. A male hispanic employee name Adrian allowed another hispanic female to skip me on the line and once I spoke up & told him what he’s doing wrong he still proceeded to check her out before me.

I think that was completely disrespectful and racially involved. I actually am now second guessing ever shopping here again due to the unprofessional customer service on my first time. I would like to make this complaint on his work ethic but also due to the inconvenience I feel I should be compensated, gifted something in return.

I went to the gas station & was unable to pay with my new BJs credit card. ) I found this out because my brand new card which I had just activated & only used once, maybe twice, no longer worked!

My card was so new it had no scratches & wasn't even signed yet. The gas attendant informed me I needed a Capitol One card, which had never been mailed! He told me to go to Customer Service. BJs Customer Service told me to call Capitol One & refused to give me my BJs credit card gas price!

Told me to bring back a receipt & maybe they could help me later. Capitol One at 1st LIED & said they sent me a card on Jan 19, even though I went thru the automated system before talking to the LIAR, and the system confirmed I had NOT gotten a new card!

I bought a case of green beans and with having a fiancee who has some disabilities I have to do things different than most people have to do when bringing food in. I dump the cans out of the box and the boxes go right outside, then after all food is dump I have to shower.

Then after that I put all food away. My fiancee notice later that one of the cans was smashed and has mold on the can. Picture will be enclosed here.

I’ll make a long story short my family was getting gas tonight at 9:22 pm. After the 2 attendants was done cussing like sailors. The attendant working the line I was in walked back to his vehicle for a few minutes before coming back to tell us to move to the other line.

In deli department in Watchung, NJ one of BJ’s employees brought in her friend in front of the line for ham and cheese cuts. One out of two assistants had to cut ham and cheese for that person, while others had to continue waiting in line.

The manager Tamara (phone number 908-322-2110) was present and said nothing. I’ve waited 40 min in line of 3 people and I was served within 5 min.

My BJ's membership expires on March 31st I discovered a renewal charge to my checking account that I did not verify or was notified of. When I purchase my membership I used a completely different account then was charged the renewal fee I asked how they got this information and they said when I shopped there they saved my credit card information I don't even know if that is legal but I am very upset and was told I have to wait 7 to 10 business days for a refund for something I didn't even ask for.

I entered BJ’s with my debit card and dropped it somewhere in the store. I returned to the customer service desk immediately and inquired if it was found. The rep said no, but did not look anywhere at all. Three hours later I called the store spoke to the same rep, and she said yes they found it but they shredded it.

this is unreasonable, unacceptable and inconvenient. The rep apologized, but did not seem as though chic cared that she could’ve taken more action to help return the card to its owner. I understand shredding cards after 24 hours but not after three hours.

I was checking out at the self checkout register 58 at 6:30pm on Friday February 24th. I had age restricted items and need to be age verification (I’m 78 Y/O). Two young ladies in the “line ambassador “ vest on were standing at the small desk in front of me, my light was flashing, but they were to busy chatting and laughing to notice.

I want to make you aware of a serious situation that occurred on 9/22/23 at your store in Canton at 4701 O’Donnell street. We have been a business member for several years and needed to pick up some things for my sons special needs class.

We finish our shopping and went to the register where we were third in line. The African-American cashier with orange hair was ringing up another African-American lady. Cutting up/kidding and having a good time, no harm there! When the next customer(Hispanic) moved up the cashier didn’t say one word to him.

I never seen such a dirty floor in the bakery area. Some of the workers are very rude. Especially the one that work in the mornings. This is the Dartmouth BJ’s. The tables are always low in muffins, croissants, and many other item.

So, been shopping in this location for years. Always loved the deli department. Last time shopped there 2 days ago and got some turkey from deli. The lady who was working there wears utility gloves, never puts disposable food prep gloves on top, never replaces them.

cleans something in the sink, then wipes tables, then cuts and touches meats and cheeses. How gross! Another thing.... does anyone checks dates on cut meats that been sitting there. Got some turkey and it was spoiled. Taking it back tomorrow since i live an hour away.

I would prefer someone to get on top of that and check this store for cleanliness and expired food.

Why doesn't the BJs on Universal Drive in North Haven have hand held scanners on the self check out stations? It makes it extremely difficult when you large items like a case of water. I went 30 minutes before closing time. The item I needed was up high and needed a forklift. The person at the register said they don’t have a forklift when one was parked within the area. Then I asked someone else for help and the manager came also saying they don’t have a forklift.

I pointed to the forklift and then she said they don’t have a driver. I am very disappointed because it seemed the workers just wanted to wait around until it was closing time to leave. No one even tried to help or make an attempt to help.

It’s not my fault that the store wasn’t stocked in a way that the customers are able to access the items needed. I will definitely not be recommending for others to shop at BJ Wholesale Club. Especially if they are looking for an item that they can’t access themselves…

People do not buy a membership from your warehouse to be pestered as you are shopping and them come as far as follow you, it's AWFUL!!!! Most of your registers are now self-service but the scanner guns are removed per Corporate instructions (that'swhat one of your employees said), even though they were available at some point. It makes it very difficult when you're trying to purchase heavy items and have to take them out of the cart and them back in when I can just use the scanner gun.

Seen an elderly gentleman in a wheelchair by himself struggling trying to scan his items and no gun is not a good customer experience. There's not that many employees to assist either. I just don't understand how something that was once available now is not making shopping at Bj's more difficult.

This will make people look for other places (I know I am) that makes the shopping experience less complicated.

On Dec 30th at 8:50 at the commack location in NY the deli lady was extremely rude. We stopped by and she said do you know what we want because we are closed and we said oh we need so and so and she immediately snapped at us and said she didn’t have any of that and we said you don’t?

And she proceeded to yell at us saying she didn’t have whah we needed. I said That’s perfectly fine but she didn’t have to yell or be rude and she continued to yell over the counter and I told her to calm down she didn’t need to be rude.

No manager in site to let them know how disgusting and inappropriate she was being.

I bought two mattress foundations but couldn't take them with me the same day cause I had to rent a truck and find someone to help me. I picked them up the next day and when I took off the plastic off one of them the lining was part ripped off.

I called customer service and kept getting put on hold. I called the 800 number and they couldn't help. I explained I wasn't going to take it back cause I rented a truck and nobody was going to refund me for the extra gas I have to pay or milage.

I would like some kind of compensation for the ripped lining that I have to fix now.

The worst customer service I’ve experienced in a very long time. I purchased a TV online that they failed to deliver, and then they told me to contact the delivery company to figure out the problem, when the delivery company couldn’t provide me with an answer or solution I tried to cancel the order all together and

BJ’s have been giving me the run around on returning my money. I have contacted BJ’s on numerous occasions, spoke to 2 supervisors and every time I speak to someone they tell me the refund is still processing. 3 weeks later NO TV & NO MONEY.

I am very dissatisfied and disappointed in their service. I would not recommend BJ’s to anyone, save yourself the aggravation!!!!!

My wife and I have been members since the store opened. We shop there at least once a week. We are seniors and on a fixed income so coupons are very important to us. Becoming more of a problem in the last year and in particularly recently, we go to the club for items with a coupon only to find out they don't have the item(s).

Sometimes more than one item. Very frustrating. One time, it was butter. The display in the cooler was empty but there was a complete pallet inside. We were told there was no one there to restock the display and come back another day.

I understand that you have a policy that alcoholic beverages cannot ne returned. What I think you need is a policy take better care of your inventory of those beverages, in particular your wine. I have purchased several bottles and boxes of wine over the past three months and have had to throw away three of those purchases because the wine was spoiled.

I my humble opinion, these is only one way that wine could have spoiled, poor inventory control. I am sure the vendor delivered the wine in good condition but then someone, your employee, stored the wine in a high temperature environment where it was allowed to spoil.

If your manager had insisted upon the proper storage of the wine everything would have been fine, but he didn’t. I don’t expect you to do anything, I on the other hand will…

I went to BJ’s store on 5901 Hillsboro Blvd. Parkland, Florida on 11 nine 2022. I ordered and paid for a mattress with delivery. The mattress was delivered by BJ’s company called Bungii. The driver showed up with the mattress pulling a flatbed trailer. It had rained.

On 9/7/22 I placed a online order for a generator. Shorty after I was contacted by the shipper to verify info. Then shipper sent text to approve for delivery not requiring signature, I approved it. On 9/26 I received a text that item was canceled.

I contacted shipper and was told local shipper could not contact me for delivery. I immediately contacted BJs customer service and was told there was nothing they could do. After 3 calls finally was put through to a Supervisor. Was told they would try to contact shipper but no guarantee that I could get it.

Also if order was canceled I could not reorder it at the sale price. I also informed BJs that I was already billed. After 1 and 1/2 week and 3 phone calls. Still not resolved. I am told it is company policy but I still am in a no answer…

I purchased Berkley Jensen Portsmouth 9PC Aluminum High Dining Set with Fire & Swivel Chairs back in May of 2022. i received it in June of 2022 and it had damaged ignitor and knob> They were completely broken off so I could not use the firepit.

After speaking with customer service and finally receiving a repplacement for the knob, I contated the same person I origianlly spoke to (Valentina Laverde Jaramillo) From the customer care department and told her that I never recieved the replacement for the iginitor. I have tried numerous times and not heard n=back from anyone.

I paid a lot of money for the set and this is a huge disappointment that I am being ignored. I love the set but I Do NOT like having to use a lighter to ignite the fire pit. If I do not get a response in a timely manner…

I have returned merchandise fortress safe because the keys was missing. I went to customer service at 2300 W Oregon ave 19145 to get an exchange. I waited 15 minutes and then ask is there anyone that can help. I was ignored the whole time I was there until a person came finally said oh I’m working on it with a rude non caring attitude.
