com acc when we arrived at the property the property manager refused to check us in giving the reason that they did not accept digital copies of bank cards. The card in question was the exact same card used at the time of the booking and the one the full payment was taken from.

This was not stated anywhere on any of the terms and conditions of booking, the property policies or even the property website. It is stated that the card has to be in the persons name of the booking and the card that was used to pay for it!

com have advised that they have actioned a request for refund but still after 24hours are unable to make contact with the partner and are bound by contract to contact the property in question.

Also I they will not give a response to question raised why is our booking still…

I am an owner-host and have not received payments for ANY bookings, despite many emails sent by me through the Extranet, and many phone calls to customer service. My emails through the Extranet are continually misunderstood and inadequately replied to.

Currently I am owed almost $500 for past bookings. I am very unconfident about receiving payment for future bookings. I am beyond frustration now. com has received payments from my guests but still not passed them on to me. Customer service tell me they have marked my case URGENT, but still no effective action from Finance.

Do human beings actually work there?

I have not recieved an email yet about if i pay when will the difference be refunded. Spoke to lady yesterday and she gave an email which documents were re sent to. Before your staff members kept on saying they got documents but gave wrong email. I am not at fault that wrong email and false misleading info given and my correct document claim was not looked at and then the prices changed. It was your duty to do the work not mine. The last lady yesterday said she agreed that it should have been looked at with correct documents but it was not due to wrong email was given to me and stated they got it and its invalid.

I made sure the booking had a free cancellation option as I needed to know from the hotel if their restaurant was open the day we arrived at it was January 1st. com page specifically said the restaurant was open on the day of our booking but when I made the booking I put in the special requests box a request to book a table for 2 people at 7pm. on January 1st 2024.

Normally hotels reply about a reservation. I received an email confirming my check-in time was ok but I didn't get a reply about the restaurant. So the next day I both emailed and messaged them and still no reply. The hotel finally informed me that the restaurant actually wasn't open on January 1st, however this information was sent after the free cancellation period had expired!

I booked an AirAsia return flight from Bali (Denpasar) to Labuan Bajo through Booking.com. I tried to change the return flight from Labuan Bajo. I accessed the Contact us in Customer Care (chat box) but was advise to call to the Netherlands or Sydney office. When trying to call both offices an automated response advised me to enter my customer reference number and pin, this I entered a few times correctly but was told that the booking cannot be found.

I sent a customer request 10 times to please check my booking reference so that I can enter this correctly on the automated telephone call but every time was told to call the customer care telephone number.

I kept on trying to change my flight for more than 10 days without any succes, just getting the same automated response.

There was a double payment made for two identical flight bookings. This was done in December 2023. I have called booking.com many times for clarification and a refund. They sent me an email on December 13, saying that saving the refund has been made and will take 3-5 days. Today is January 22, and still no refund. I called again, and they told me that the refund was not found and that they needed more time.

I do not know when I will get my refund, and no manger or supervisor will speak to me.

I made a five days reservation at Serenade Punta Cana via booking.com in September 2023 which clearly stated free cancellation/Modification before 25th November 2023.two days later, I tried to modify the booking to four days and was unable to do so online. I sent a mail to booking.com and they responded that I should go to the hotel on the desired date and I would be accommodated.

I was surprised to get to the hotel on the planned date only to be charged for 5days. com and we couldn’t get hold of anyone to cancel the flight four hours before the flight, even after it left only after three days we got response on email with correct number to call.

Finally talking to partner who told me I couldn’t cancel my ticket or route but can change dates with penalties. Penalty of 55% of ticket fare already paid. I didn’t have I thought to call three day later with it and found myself cheaper flight provided the information to partner but now penalties were 70% of the amount paid already and was told it will keep increasing.

Booked a villa in Bali that ended up being infested with ants and other instects We had originally booked for 3 nights but ended up only staying 5mins and had to look for new accommodation last minute with kids. The owner refuses to accept the cancellation and said lies about us.

On Sep. com with confirmation number 4182614966, and pin code 0147, I cancelled this reservation immediately after I realized that the room was only accommodating 4 people which did not fit our requirement. 89. 89, I would be provided a link in an email and all I had to do was to follow the instructions and fill up the form via the link.

We stayed in a short-term rental in Saigon (Ho Chi Minh City), Vietnam. A day after check-in, our host asked us to switch units two days before our checkout date and offered to move our luggage if we weren’t free.

Given our circumstances as we had an excursion to attend to the day of the transfer, we obliged. Cash and personal possessions, (including a bag of women's underwear) go missing from our locked suitcases and backpacks after the host and his cousin transferred our luggage.

com tells us to give 20 hours for the host to respond and even tells us to not pursue the police if the host returns our missing items. The host insists that there was “no stranger or suspect” that could have stolen our belongings and has conflicting narratives of the event while not presenting CCTV…

I have to keep texting this. I booked a room plenty of rooms for my son at Terence Gardner in Clearwater Florida. There's been a couple of issues and your customer service has helped me but, this time they won't talk to me or anything oh wait they gave me a $27 credit.

So every room he's been in they don't have a smoke detector and the room he was in for the past two nights from September 21 thru the 23rd. The AC unit was spitting water all over the floor inside of his room nobody would come and fix it.

I have booked 3 flight tickets through booking.com and I have cancelled all of them on the same day. It's been more than 10days since I haven't received the refund though Airline confirmed that they have already refunded the amount.

I have been contacting the contact center everyday to check my refund and every time they are saying different answers and getting frustrated with the answers. they are not customer friendly and no respect to the customers and they are trying hanging up on me.

I am not sure why booking.com holding up my funds. I would need these funds asap as I need to use these somewhere. Please help me to expedite the process and get me the refunds asap.

I called booking immediately after receiving an itinerary for a flight and realized you changed my search and I inadvertently booked the wrong flight. I was given two wrong numbers to call the insurance company and talked to 3 agents.

Worst worst worst worst company. I have been using them for years and this is first time I have had such a disgusting and dispicable issue. They are actual thieves. Had a flight for me and my family on United cancelled due to bad weather.

I have the cancellation letters and all. United said they booking the refund. Booking said they did not receive it. What does that have to do with my money? It was so called processed on July 1 and still no money.

I am so angry, these darn Indian people you deal with are so harsh. No sort of compassion or human understanding. I need my money. Cannot believe this is the booking I use all the time. No longer, will be deleting the app when I am done getting back my money. Totally reprehensible.

Cannot believe I made a reservation in April, and booking. Com contacted me 2 nights before to tell me they had to cancel my reservation, because they overbooked. I talked to the resort and they said they don't do reservations themselves.

I was trying to provide a honeymoon stay for my daughter. Then after calling and getting hung up on 3 times, to try and resolve the matter - I went with Expedia. Booking. Com wanted to put us in a cheap hotel away from the beach.

I've had a very stressful week, and after hearing this bad news I thought I was going to have a stroke!!!!!

The worst experience I have ever encountered. Our return flights were cancelled and booking.com offered us a refund which we accepted on June 21 2023 and we still haven’t received our refund which is worth nearly £600.

We have called customer services many times, rude staff, they hung up the phone on us multiple times, asked us to call the airline ourselves even though they were the ones who cancelled the flights.

I had to phone again on 14 July as I had not received information abot address or checking-in procedure for accomodation. Finally it was sent.

The issue that I have experienced was: I placed a reservation last year as I knew I needed accommodation for an upcoming event. I booked early (Sept 22) as I was sure prices would increase.

Springhill Suites by Marriott West Palm Beach I-95 . Was one of the worst overnight experiences . Beginning with an unclean comforter, electricity not working, I could not charge my phone, we told the was it worked by a switch on the wall .

com which I have an account with. I chose Cloud One Hotel in New York with an advertised rate that equaled to less than $500. com web account. My assumption, based upon the lack of a confirmation email and record in my account, was that the reservation did not go through.

However, I later discovered in the middle of May that I was charged $776. com. I began trying to reverse my charges with my credit card through Navy Federal. When Navy Federal rejected my clam on the basis of proof I began working on what I never received.

com and they were not helpful and spent $54 on international calls -- their customer service line sends you to a call center in London. com should call him (there is only one male manager at the hotel I discovered today).

Let me start by saying that I have never been more upset with a company than I am right now! com! The issue I have is with the rental car at Florence Airport (Reference # 778425182). When I placed the order for the rental car, my daughter was coming on the trip, and I put her as the driver.

Hi there,

May I just say I am absolutely appalled by the state of the hotel. We arrived at 2.30pm, attempted to check in only to be told that our room was not ready and to come back later.

After an hour and a complaint we was finally given a room.

The room itself was located at the farthest point in the hotel, there was no air conditioning, the TV did not work and the window was covered in cobwebs. There was also a dead spider squished in the net curtain.

Whilst we was getting ready to go to our concert the fire alarm went off which caused alarm and distress to my partner who suffers from an anxiety disorder.

On 5/24/23 I attempted to book a reservation with Gite Les Lilas at your website. Upon hearing acceptance from the owner I had an additional question before confirming, regarding an early checkin or the ability to leave our bags at the house. There was no place on the email I received from Booking.com to enable that. Frustratingly, this led to numerous - I have more than 6 emails saved - emails from Booking.com sending me on fruitless phone calls, etc.

Finally I gave up.

Such a lack of dialogue or a representative to actually read my request was concerning for future travel arrangements.

I failed to pay on time an invoice, but was forced to check when the new season started. I paid that invoice twice and it has been a month since my property is not open and I lost quite a lot of customers.

BOOKING IS KEEPING 2 PAYMENT FROZEN AND NOT REFUNDING ME AS PER THEIR POLICY. The customer service is terrible. I keep complaining about why my property is not open after a month the payment is made, and they keep replying :Pay the invoices on time in order to avoid this from happening.

They are keeping 2 payments frozen, since my property still doesn't show up anywhere on booking. They keep threating businesses about filing a legal case if you fail to pay the invoices but no one replies when they go against the law and their policies by keeping 2 payments frozen.

On March 21st i booked a reservation for a hotel stay june 15-17. com for $119/night. i never got an email confirmation until this past weekend 6/11 and thats when i saw the amount they are charging me is a lot more than what i booked it at.

I had a screenshot of the advertised rate which i forwarded to them. they are invalidating it because the rate was for a room with a king size bed and i booked reservation with 2 queen beds. They will only accept if i provide them a link of the reservation i made which is impossoble aa that was from back in March.

First, they save your card details and then do not take the ownership of any unauthorised transaction if happens. I purchased tickets in November 2022, prior to the acquisition of Go-to Gate. com for many years, and have been very happy. On May 9th, 2023 I tried to change one of the three tickets and obtain an earlier flight.

I was given a change and charged $250. Then I received a call and was told the change was not confirmed unless I paid another $400. com more money. They charged my card $250 and have not refunded the money. I received nothing.

I have placed this in dispute. com. They will not work with me. I want to cancel my daughter's flight. They tried to exhort me for more money and then will not refund me for the $250 they took from us.

As I returned my key to a member of staff I explained why we were not staying Unfortunately I did not get his name. I also cancelled a trip for later in the year at the same property because of what I had found previously.
