I made a reservation at the citizenM Schiphol Airport Hotel for one night, one room, for two adults, with a check-in date of May 18, 2023. com website, and the confirmation number was #2930594866. 16, which included breakfast, was successfully processed on May 16, 2023.

We had provided an estimated arrival time between 00:00 and 01:00 on the following day, in accordance with the expected arrival of our flight, HV 5804. We reached the hotel shortly after the flight arrival.

However, upon reaching the reception desk, we were informed that the hotel was overbooked, and an offer was made to relocate us to the citizenM hotel in Amsterdam. com's policy is that you pay what you see. com This is not acceptable as I booked and purchased my flights with them because they have competitive rates and now with this extra amount taken off my account I may as well have gone straight to the Airline.

This is false advertising and they do not mention anything about a fee being paid afterwards. This is downright robbery as far as I am concerned.

Dear Sirs,

I’d just find the time (after 6 weeks back in Canada) to describe in detail our experience with Buenaventura House in Ostuni, Italy.

On March 11th my wife (Mrs. Marianella Vacondio) made a reservation for a 7 nights stay at this property that looks really good on the featured pictures at your website and that also have very good reviews.

We arrived and checked in around 1 p.m. on Saturday April/8th. and a young man showed us the room (the first room on the left hand-side after crossing the entrance gates) and other facilities as the parking spot for our car, the swimming pool and gardens and told us to call if we have any questions.

I booked a stay at Breakers Resort in Myrtle Beach South Carolina. 5/18-5/21/23. You should have my original complaint on file. I've tried Multiple times, calls, emails, calls yo Breakers ect. All agreed. 50. Due to Multiple issues upon check in.

And personally spoke with Breakers Management. That was half my cost. Plus the $100 Refundable Damage Deposit. Since leaving & checking out on Sunday 5/21/23 @ 7:40am. Since then. com. They all assured me, I would recieve my refund. Over the last 3 days. com. or the Breakers Resort.

Will not take my calls or respond to my emails. I'll be filing a report with the BBB As well as the attorney General. You Both, have taken over 7 plus hours of my personal time. I'm 61yrs old. I've Never had this many issues. With any other company.

com. Our flight was changed by Air Canada, we were notified by email. We are trying to reschedule a flight, simple as that. com. Our travel date is approaching and we are left feeling very frustrated by the lack of customer service.

Every time we call, we get the answer that they will "escalate" our request and they will contact us soon. After moths, still nothing ! It,s very hard to do antyhing because the employees just repeat the same exact answers over and over without actually doing anything.

I am trying to figure out a way to get to a supervisor or someone who can offer some help, but Ijust can't. This is such a shameful way of treating customers, the campany seems to be a complete scam.

It was my first time with them and will be the laqst.

Hello! com and used their platform in the past for our travel booking. We trusted the platform to be genuine, transparent and belief that they value customer relations.

However recent incident came as a shock to us. We had booked property in USA initially for 4 nights, then we changed to 3 nights. The changes were made, and confirmation email was send to us stating the revised price.

When we checked in the property manager, informed that price is higher than quoted for the stay. com was informed about the price and they need to inform the client. Unfortunately, we were not informed of the price hike. com, one of their agent Ms.

com got charged my card wrongfully at Pullman Zamzam Madina Hotel stay (reservation number 2208345749) at Pullman Zamzam Madina and how the card got charged. This is deceitful. How could I take my family with children and luggage to a place where I am not sure I have a stay and then take them away from thr?

This is very inconsiderate not to take this in consdieration. Never ever I have rcvd such a unreliable msg. I have not made a stay. I couldn't go to the place because of stated reason in the para. You must simply settle the amount however you look at it.

com; especially in connection with a downtown rental, in Miami, with GHC Investments. Both guaranteed, Covid, refunds or reschedule and both reneged on their own policies. After filing disputes with them, as well as, the Better Business Bureau; I found several more complaints.

com has had several complaints filed against them, for not refunding customers, their deposits and payments on rentals. They promised re-booking/rescheduling in lieu of refunds but have not followed through on those promises either. Both parties blame the lack of fulfillment on each other.

I made a reservation at Coral Key Inn in Fort Lauderdale Florida. Upon checking in the woman behind the counter was extremely rude to me. She told me if I was not happy with her service I didn’t need to stay there. I left and cancelled my reservation. I called booking to report the way I was treated and I was told my charge for cancelling was more than my reservation charge. I’d like a refund.

52 was taken from my credit card. com, so I raised it as fraudulent with my credit card company, who reimbursed me. com. On arrival at the hotel on the 31st March there was no reservation for us, but thankfully they managed to secure us a room.

com using the "No pre-payment necessary - pay at the property" option but my credit card was charged immediately. I have tried to get this corrected but both the hotel and Booking's customer service have failed to help. They say I chose the "non-refundable" option on 2 of the rooms ( I booked 3 rooms).

I did not - I always choose options that are flexible. I see no reason why this can't be corrected - the reservations are for dates in December - 8 months away!! Makes me leery of using the service going forward if they won't even correct a simple mistake like this!!

$179 service charge was placed on a $229 hotel bill by Booking.com. This a buyer beware alert.

I searched on March 8 for a hotel in Boston close to the cancer treatment center where at my daughter had an appointment. The search led to the Inn at Longwood Medical for room for $229 plus taxes. NOWHERE while making reservation was it apparent that the reservation would lead to an exorbitant service charge until the confirmation appeared...and I missed it.

The charge appeared as CCI on my credit card bill. I called the number and it referred me to the hotel directly. I called the hotel and was told the reservation and all charges went through booking.com.

A refund would be appropriate here.

Worst customer service ever ! Made a hotel booking, they weren’t able to honour the last night stay so I had to check out early. Requested a refund for the last night. Hotel said contact booking and they would honour it.

Booking say hotel have refused and they can’t escalate any further. It has taken me 6 phonecalls, 12 emails, 3 dispute resolution web forms for people to repeatedly ignore me and ask for same info over and over again total of 5 hrs of my time with no refund or no compensation for my time -

I had booked this property at 09:09 AM on 04th of April,2023. Iam a Business Traveller & during the booking process and before the payment, I had selected that I needed a business invoice.

Even after selecting the Business invoice needed for the booking, the website allowed me to enter all the details of the company. I also made the payment thinking that I would get a business invoice.

But later from the property, i got to know that it is a Private Property & they cannot issue me a business invoice.

I booked my room in about a month in advance and the day before my trip they emailed me at 6 am to tell me it's overbooked and canceled but I would have to wait for a refund. I asked them to apply the money to another room, they would not, and they also hung up on me.

My credit card company said they are waiting for them to release the funds and they said they have to follow protocol... but the canceled my trip the day before when I booked a mo th in advance put me in a bad space with no remorse

com for a month and a half now. We used the website to reserve a rental car in San Jose, Costa Rica, with Keddy by Europcar. com website multiple times both from a computer and from the app on my phone and I get an error message every time.

I have used Chat multiple times, and I have been unable to talk to a real person by phone. Twice I have followed the instructions given to me on Chat to file a claim using email and I get a response indicating that I have done so.

Then later I get something saying I need to file an official claim. Every time I communicate by email, even using Reply, it is a different agent, and none of them have read the previous correspondence which is right there attached to the email.

I am becoming very frustrated, and would really like to see some action on this…

68. The flight company charged me over $1300 and then had to pay $400 at the hotel. com and Priceline saying it was each others issue. And they kept hanging up on me or say they would call me back.

This company is a disgrace to advertise a package deal only to make customers pay more than what the package offered!!! Never booking with them again!

com has neglected a claim I, and many others, are making about a “guesthouse” in Portland, Oregon. The owner of the house is scamming and stealing from people and even though there are countless other bad reviews with seemingly the same experience as mine, BDC is simply taking this man’s word for it and refusing to refund me my money.

I have photos that show what he’s providing is NOT what he is offering. He’s trying to say he’s offering a double room for hen in fact it’s a dirty futon not big enough for 2 people with dirty bed sheets.

Booked 2 rooms at the Grand Plaza Hotel in Branson, MO FOR 3/13/2023-3/18/2023 … Called the hotel to add a credit card to pay for the 2nd room … was told they couldn’t add the card. At checkin our 95 year old Pastor asked to get a room with a walk-in shower for his safety. On the 27th January 2023 I booked 9 Rooms at the Colonial Motel Castlemaine for the 15th and 16th of March 2023 I received confirmation by email from Colonial Motel Castlemaine on the 27th of January 2023 which included the following clause. “We will confirm your booking with you aprox.

10 days prior to your arrival. Once you are confirmed you are subject to a cancellation fee of a minimum of one night’s stay “ This confirmation was never received hence I was not subject to a cancellation fee. On the 7th March 202 I cancelled the reservation .

Later that day I received a phone call from Matthew Deng (Manager/Owner) to advise he was charging me a cancellation fee. 50 from my credit card. 50 has not been returned. 50 from my account. Be careful in dealing with him.

I Booked a flight on 8th Jan 2023 from Sydney to Gold Coast but I chose the wrong date instead of 18th Feb I chose 18th March. com to change my date from 18th March to 18th Feb within 24 hours of booking.

com agent told me I have the option to cancel my booking without any fees at that moment and get a full refund back to my account. So, I asked him to cancel my booking and refund my money. Later after 15 minutes the agent called me again and said your ticket is now showing non- refundable and we are dealing with Jetstar directly to refund your money.

Hello. We booked a rental car through you. 03 US. 48 US as they would not accept our insurance companies document stating we had liability insurance. In order to get the car on a Sunday night we needed to pay the incorrect price.

Monday morning we contacted our insurance company, they emailed us another document once again showing we had liability insurance and we went back to Economy Rent a Car. 93. On 5 February I booked a flight from Amsterdam to Rome through Booking.com who use Go To Gate. I inadvertently put the incorrect middle name in for the one passenger. I have been trying to get it changed ever since.

I have contacted the agent, GOTOGATE/Booking.com to change it and it keeps going in circles as they say the airlinehas to do it. I also tried contacting the airline who told me the agent has to do it.

I booked flight for 4 persons 6 month prior to the flight and received confirmation + seats on the plane. 2-month before flight booking started to make changes + add multiple connection flights and eventually it has been canceled explaining that it has been canceled due to flight company.

I still could see those flight and could book them. I called to flight and asked if this flight still exist, and they said positive you can buy this flight and that's what I did... Still waiting for booking to return me the money.

I did not make another reservation with them. After more than 7 days I did not see the the credit on for the charge so I contacted by credit card company and had the charges reversed. I then received an itinerary for a flight I did not book.
