I am a 62 year old 100% Disabled Veteran. This was first trip or anything at all that I did just for myself in over 20 years. Had an appointment in Nuevo Progreso during the week of 1/15/2023-1/21/2023 for dental restoration. com.

Round-trip flights on United Airlines from St. Louis to McAllen, Texas, a deluxe room at Super 8 Motel in Weslaco, Texas for one week, and an economy car through Thrifty Car Rental. (Booking #724479127). Everything went fine right up until my arrival, (Alone with just my service dog! ).

My flight arrived 10 minutes early (9:05pm), however, when I and another passenger went to the Thrifty Counter in the car rental section, IT WAS CLOSED! ALL there was, was a small sign telling Thrifty customers to please pick up their cars at the Hertz counter. Well... guess…

be careful with this app to book a ticket. They charge the luggage when i brought the ticket but after that when i went to airport the airline still charge me with that. com, the agent very rude to customer.

THE AGENT didn’t let me tell them the problem, when i try to explain they said: “ excuse me ma’am” then they hang up my phone. When i try call to customer service they give many phone number to call: 8779637573, 8000016075, 8888503958.

One of them is wrong number, another one AGENT answer my phone, she yell at me and hang up my phone. They REALLY RUDE!!!

Hello. I am in the uncomfortable to situation to submit my complaint about my recent reservation to Now Emerald Cancun hotel in Cancun. When I booked the reservation it did not have any reference that the hotel plays loud music during the day and the night in all outdoors areas of the swimming pools.

I booked this vacation to relax therefore loud music (high decibels) is not the scenario for this. When I called booking from the hotel I spoke to one of your agents and explained the situation requestig to modify my reservation and go to another quiter hotel.

Please give me the number of registration of my complaint!

In July for my booking confirmation number is 2714829952 cancelled in time was taken money from my bank account and they were not given back. The amount taken was 138, 84 euro from the card of my daughter, Daria Anufrieva.

Since the begining of December 2022 I have tried to get a refund I am entitled to for a reservation at the ASOT Hotel the hotel cancelled last minute. Your Agents answering the phone are not able to resolve and lack training. They always say the need to consult a senior.

There is an anomaly in your system about confirmation date of the reservation and payment date and currency used. I have sent proof of the correct reservation date from your confirmation email and tried to clarify the credit card currency but still no refund. I am attaching jpeg proof of date of reservation and credit card statement.

I have sent numerumessage on the app and called to try and put my complaint in writing. The one on the website asks for a property if which when calling booking.com don’t know. How is anyone might to pass or feedback with a complaint.dealing with bookings.com has been a nightmare I send sent this complaint a few days ago and never got confirmation or replay so I paste it here. Should I not hear a reply or be refereed to the right department I will be reporting this to the Fair trading.

Please have a look at the booking reference in the subject you can see the amounts of times I called and the messages I had sent.

Booking.com is one of the most HORRIFIC companies I've ever had to deal with. They made an ABSOLUTE MESS of an airline cancellation request which ended up costing me 33% of the ticket price. It's been 4 months since I made the booking and I've been chasing Booking.com for my refund! They have since dodged my emails, stopped answering calls and now all I get is some default automated responses asking me to call the customer service line (which I can NEVER get through)

I am extremely UPSET and DISAPPOINTED with Booking.com for:

They claimed they had sent me transit visa information on my original confirmation.

However non of the emails they sent me mentioned anything about a transit visa from Johannesburg to Manchester. They refused to refund me.

Also communication isn't really going anywhere as they have different agents asking me to repeat myself in every email.

I'd like to file a formal complaint about how Booking.com handled a situation, and I'm wondering if anyone has the contact information for the Partner Complaints/Customer Service section? I was following up with customer service on my refund for canceling a reservation at one of the hotels in Saudi Makkah; as per email confirmation the refund process will take 7-12 days; In my cases I have not received any amount up to date.

com for Guesthouse in Stellenbosch Cape Town. Payment was done immediately. On my way to guesthouse owner let me know that the place is fully booked. I needed one night only. Contact booking com immediately to let them know. For 4 hours they were busy with me online and on call but in end I was still on the road with no place to sleep.

They wanted me to make a new booking and promised the same amount I paid for 1st booking will be used but it did not happen like that. It was evening already and after 11pm I was still struggling with them.

No money was paid over for a new booking. We had to sleep at someone's place and arrived by the person after 1am in the morning. Do you think this was fair treatment? From 6pm booking struggling and driving up and down after false promises were made?…

If I could leave 0 stars I would. com. There is not a confirmation number or pin number so I cannot get through on their 888 number to talk to anyone. I emailed their support 4-5 different times. They have emailed back and asked for various pieces of info which I have provided.

Then they emailed me and asked me to call their number in the Netherlands and that call did not go through and then I called their US Corporate office and THAT call did not go through. I am beyond ANGRY at this point.

They have stolen almost $3000 from me. And I have no way to reach them.

I had a room booked in March 2020 that I had to cancel 5 days before arrival due to pandemic. com but never got refunded. Hotel Xscape Tulum refused to refund me and offered me an open voucher with no expiry date.

22. We reserved a triple room (2 separate beds) with cooking facilities, balcony and private bathroom. The pictures on the site were perfect for our needs.

However, on arrival we were given a double bed (we are 2 friends and not a couple), open toilet facilities (no partition between the room and the shower and toilet), no access to cooking facilities and no balcony (the balcony advertised is the private balcony of the owner). The apartment was difficult to find, and has no access for elderly people - the staircase and entrance are beyond description. com site.

Understandabley I have demanded a refund of my payment since I did not get the goods ordered! com has offered me a mere sum of 27 Euro which is ridiculous! com, and ask you to resolve the problem.

Can you help me get resolution or at least speak to someone other than their reps who answer the phone and refuse to escalate?

I booked an international flight with booking.com and paid the extra for flexibility to change ticket. I changed ticket and received 2 emails: 1 saying the flights have been confirmed and 1 saying they could not confirm. After several calls they keep saying the same thing that they have their "technical team" looking into this. I appreciate any assistance you can provide.

com took money my account on two occasions without my approval. com. All you get are glib, pat answers in a closed link or a form that has nothing to do with your complaint and will not send unless you fill out the allocated sections that have nothing to do with your initial complaint.

Booking ref 3612385785 We stayed in Edinburgh Constitution Apartments last night when we arrived we were mortified at the state of it, arriving late in the afternoon we had no other option but to stay. Major complaints are as follows Main bathroom tiles covered in mould Flushing of toilet was followed by water hammer Couldn’t use bath or shower because of state of bathroom curtain 2nd bathroom same shower cubicle covered in mould No curtains or blinds in bedroom No towels No rubbish bin Kitchen cupboards filthy Decor was shameful Settee very dirty Major concern was electric switches to heating appliances

Customer support is not working at all. They offer me call abroad to UK while I am in Asia. Local numbers wrong. While I was talking with reception all rooms become full and I remain on street. I was sending emails, trying to call to Support service but all useless.

com and in hotel was different. I had 2 situations. In first case I pay using card and I have to pay additionally in hotel and 2nd situation I booked and when I arrived in hotel price became different. I sent bills from hotel to booking via complain form.

1 star as I can't give Zero.

After using Booking.com to book and pay for 2 return flights I was informed by the Airline for the return journey that the route was being cancelled and that the flights would not be running. After 10 emails or so the airline confirmed that they had refunded Booking.com. Booking.com have said that they have refunded me to the original payment method. The original payment was Pay Pal and PayPal do not have the refund. Booking.com owe me £350 that they have been refunded by the airline but are refusing to refund me. On lodging a complaint some weeks ago I was promised by the customer service team a full refund of €257 for my booking at Termini Paradiso in Rome, however because I could not provide many photographs of the unsatisfactory, unhygenic property I was offered $20 only. So I got guests that are booking for 2 people, and they are arriving in party of 5. com to ask to help in changing the number of guests that has arrived at the apartment, and they cannot do it.

My question is what we are paying for in such high percentage. com we are not getting the support we need. Do you have any solutions? com advised me to ask the guest to pay the difference directly to me.

I found out that all of the flights I booked for myself and family got cancelled because I called the airline. But BOOKINGS.com hasn’t notified anything to me. It’s 7 people I booked through the app. I’m wondering if we find out on the travel date. How terrible of an experience would be. Don’t claim yourself to be professional travel agent, if you can’t even update the right, on-time info.

I called Booking’s customer service. They told me that they don’t know why I haven’t received any notifications. Very responsible! After you booked through their app, they don’t really do anything for you.

com for a one way flight to Bangkok that was to depart Chicago on 30 October. The airline had a delay in my outgoing flight and emailed me the possible alternative flight leaving later that day. I accepted the flight and never received any confirmation of the new one.

I called the customer service number no less than 15 times within 2 weeks. Sometimes they disconnected, and other times they said they were passing it to the reservations service team. The end result was that today they sent me an email stating that they were going to try to get me a refund because they couldn’t get me on a flight.

com and Spirit Airlines the day before our scheduled departure. Apparent we made an error on the online cancellation with Spirit because we never received a confirmation of the cancellation and Spirit shows the outgoing flight as a no show.

Spirit advised us that the airline cancelled our return flight because we did not show for the outgoing flight. Accordingly Spirit agreed to refund the return portion of the flight. com. com.
