I was one of a group of six renting an apartment in Sicily. The apartment was not as described and not suitable for 6 people. We contacted BC and were told we'd get a refund. Based on that we rented a more expensive apartment also via BC.

We only got a partial refund. Several emails to the CEO have simply been ignored. com. we do want to escalate our complaint.

Working with Booking.com as a host has been a pain.

With no assistance from first line of help to get payment issues resolved, all they say is we have sent the query to the relevant department yet no developments or feedback.

Finance is literally nowhere to be found. I call and send messages through the extranet daily. No one bothers to respond or attend to the matter. At this point I don't think I'll get my September payout. as a small guest house I can't stress enough how strenuous this is on my business. Booking.com why is getting help from you impossible.

com again. I booked an international flight and need to make a change. Please note I am willing to pay for the change. com. They can't change anything you have to call their partner GoToGate. I call GoToGate. They can't change and say you have to call the airline. I call the airline. com.

So I get stuck in this circle of no customer support. I am now basically stuck as they keep just passing me off to the other company. What a way to do business.

com helped me find I was cut on the bottom of my foot on the carpet bc a nail - staple was sticking out of the carpet. My 2 year old niece cut her hand on also. Hotel was going to reimbursed me for my stay but was unable too bc I booked the room through a third party. com.

I wasn’t able to enjoy my mini vacation due to injury.

I have booked tickets from Chennai to Maldives in Mar 2022. com cancelled my flight tickets on Apr 11 2022. They said they will refund the amount within 7 to 10 days.... From then on, I have spoken to 25+ different customer service people in the last 6 months for refund.

No resolution to the problem yet.. Have E-mailed and escalated this issue n no: of times to the management, compliant dept, customer care... No response at all except the automated reply... Highly frustrated and really wanted to raise a legal action against them...

Who gave rights for them to hold my money around 50000rs for such a long time and for no reason...

Ongoing dispute with customer services over the last 2 weeks over unauthorised charge of £130 14th Sept. Replies from Customer Services saying they cannot match to my booking (see attachments). CS advised on Friday 30th charge is for Sept booking at Queen of the Loch Balloch?

I did not stay there in Sept, I have no confirmation or up and coming e-mails for this and it does not come up on my bookings like all the others do. I did stay at Duck Bay charged correctly and the Leapark booking was a present to my aunt and that was charged correctly.

I did cancel 2 bookings for Balloch (river view & Sheildaig farm) which show. If Queen of the Loch was for same date and I had received confirmation I would have cancelled. com normally do and I did receive for Duck Bay & Leapark.

They charged money for my ticket, with no reference, no confirmation. Then said,, we can’t book your ticket “ Since that been trying to get money back- no chance! Well trained stuff would hang up, or go around the way you actually can’t do anything. Everyone says different story.

I apologise for having to contact you on this matter but, after trying to explain my situation to your customer services (with little success) I feel I have no choice.

Firstly,I am a prolific user of booking.com. It has always worked well, is simple and efficient to use. We often travel and book our accommodation last minute.

This was the case with my booking reference above. I booked and paid at 1730 on the Monday and added that we would like to book dinner for our stay on the Tuesday evening. The website clearly stated that dinner was available if 24 hours notice was given, which it was.

RUBBERS! com. We bought tickets for 8 people to travel and few got covid right before trip. com charged for all people and didn't issued any refund, even after sending us information about hotels cancelation, which is two days paid and for all other days refund should be issued.

O made a reservation through booking. com for 19- 22 August, however due to being short staffed at work, I had to amend my reservation . My message to amend this was ignored, till i went to the trip. To start with the room i reserved was supposed to be on the ground floor as it is difficult to used the stair due to disability, having suffered a stroke.

Booked a home thru booking.com once we found the home wasn't as seen on the website and there was no locks on the windows and not in safe condition we reached out to the owner with no response and booking.com said they would step in ams assist and they never did, they've been giving us the run around and states there was nothing they can do. The customer service representative Aira M. Assisted me on 9/11/2022. I called because I wanted to pay for my reservation over the phone and use 2 credit cards. Aira informed me that I would need to wait and call back the following day which would be today 9/12/2022.

I was worried my reservation would be canceled because I had gotten an email saying I had until 9/11 to make a payment of it would be canceled. Aira talked over me during the call and kept repeating for me to call back that my reservation would not be canceled; that it would have to be canceled over the phone during a courtesy call.

My customers journey actually started very nice I booked a flight to Thailand early to get a good price and a time schedule that maxed our on site holidays better deal even than momondo or google flights. Nice! This has turned out to be a futile approach since airlines start moving flights around with no penalties and is especially annoying since you might have paid more for a short or convenient flight.

So this happened again to us our flights was cancelled. A search in the online showed flight prices had gone up 200€/per person ouch so I phone booking dot com and am surprised I actually reach some! g. monondo our experience with resellers is that you either can`t reach them our you simply waste our time achieving nothing so I am even more surprised that we can change the booking.…

On Friday 26th August my daughter checked into Golders Park Hotel about 9pm they had to wait about 20 mins before anyone came to the 24 hr check in. They paid the rest of the payment in total £576 and went to there room. As soon as they walked in it smelt so even at first glance they saw the broken window and the carpet was dirty. com has been a month long, and Booking keeps asking the same questions, just different people each time. Nothing gets done. Here is my last reply to yet another so called customer Rep. I have yet got a reply from Booking from any of them.

Erica, not sure how many people are going to ask for the same information that Booking should have on file with the numerous trips and cars that I reserve. I will answer the information below again that I sent John, with no reply, and then send you attachments of the fraudulent charges.

I’m a partner with Booking.com and I’ve been struggling since June 2022 to receive my payouts. I’ve tried contacting the financial department several times but the issue never gets resolved and I don’t get any payouts. I’ve received 3 payouts.

This is very frustrating as I’m receiving bookings but no income thereof.

I don’t know who to contact anymore.

Trying to make a simple booking. For a special sercomstan. The out source customer service refuse to help . And to even transfer to a manager who could ... I have used booking for over 5 years and just two years ago had a similar problem that was taken care of with in minutes.

I understand that subcontractors have strict guidelines, but should be able to steer you in the right direction. At this point I may even take legal actions for the poor service that I have received.

com told my guest to not trust me and stay at a hotel instead of staying at my place which is a vacation rental (Entire Apartment). com for the face damages and financial loss incurred upon my business. The support team even denied me my right to speak to a senior support team member (supervisor) and hung up on me .

Cancelation fees for canceled bookings were never paid out to me. com to inquire about my payout the told me I cannot receive that payout because I've waived the cancelation fees even when I have email correspondence between myself and a support team member asking me to waive the cancelation fees on behalf of the guests but

I said no to such request.

com customer. Went on website on my phone app 8/2/22 to book Munch City Hotel in Oslo, Norway. The site shuttled me to Munich City Hotel in Munich, Germany where I purchased a 3 night nonrefundable stay! Multiple calls(over 20!

half the time getting disconnected) with no satisfactory resolution. Always speak to a young person who sounds as if they are reading from a playbook. The property in Munich denied me a refund. I keep getting e mails from booking about car rentals and things to do in Munich! How ridiculous! Help.

Almost a week later I receive and email this morning from customer service at booking stating they messed up with advertising the pricing for that hotel and now I need to pay more for my room, that I already booked and

Booked at a booking with a preferred partner with 4 stars on 3-7 July 2022.

The property deducted 190GBP claiming excessive electricity usage. I have asked for evidence of this claim but the property started to be aggressive.

I raised the issue with booking.com customer services they stated that they will contact the property for evidence of the claim but on 18 Aug 2022 after pressing for an answer, I got the following message from the customer services:

I booked a hotel and paid for it. It was cancelled less than 24 hrs before we stayed. We were already in the location when it was cancelled 200 miles from home, effectively leaving us high and dry. i had to find another hotel at very short notice at twice the price.

Now I am told I need to wait 21 days to get my money back. I am out of pocket all ways round and we finished up in accommodation with no lift and I am disabled. com as agesture of goodwill and they have just ignored me.

If there is a negative 10 rating that would be my rate. I searched for 1 room, 3 adults for a reservation, and it showed me a certain rate. But when I paid and booked the NON REFUNDABLE WITH CANCELLATION FEE booking, the voucher showed 2 ADULTS INSTEAD OF 3 ADULTS.

I raised this through their chat channel which is so absolutely %&##^÷&×#, I had to repeat myself several times and finally had to call them, but they insisted I only booked for 2 adults so they are asking me to add an extra person which COSTS MORE THAN THE RATE OF THE ROOM FOR 3 ADULTS I PAID FOR!

There is no method to contact bookings.com regarding service providers that take your money and do not provide the service. It is thus impossible to request a refund.

The accommodation 'Slap Up Lodge' which I recently booked was absolutely disgusting. Not only did it not have tea/coffee in the room (as stated) but the television did not work. The towel provided was smaller than a tea towel. The bed was stained and the room had an unpleasant odour.

Also I did not feel safe as there were a number of people not associated with the 'HOTEL' wandering about . When I arrived the reception area was locked I was informed that the owner had gone for a 'NAP' A man ,who didn't work there took me round the back and tried to raise the owner.

We walked through the kitchen which had food lying around but not covered. Eventually the owner arrived and showed me the room. The car parking area was full of rubbish with a table and chairs stuck in the middle of it.

Used Goldcar on the recommendation of Booking.com. Booking Reference 752610633. On arrival to pick-up car was in a queue system that disadvantaged you on a first come first serve basis. Waited 40 minutes in queue C (C52) and then paid to Join Queue A and had to pay Euros 30 to be served. At the time there was another couple in queue C whose number was 48 and they had been waiting an hour. When we arrived queue C was at number 36 and no movement in the queue at all while they serviced queue A. This was a way for Goldcar to earn additional revenue which was such a disservice to existing customers who had pre-booked a car!

Then on return of car we filled up to point where the tank could take no more petrol. When checked slightly below the full tank mark so charged a penalty of Euros 50 and…

I made a reservation with Booking.com at Ramada By Wyndham Niagara Falls near the Falls (Ontario, Canada) hotel from August 4-6, 2022 (Confirmation number 3439.770.092) with my family (my family, 5 person). The first day I stayed in the room #613. Ihavebeen trying to get a 90.00 credit from Booking.com.fromCountry inn South Haven, mi they issued a credit to your virtual credit card #9795 but your company says they don’t have it. I called the hotel today and the manager told me she would issue the credit today if Someone from Booking would call her after 1:00. I asked your agent to do this. My name in Andrey Godkin, and I'm a COSTUMER. Booking canceled my booking and since then I try to contact booking. Customer service isn't any help, as they suggest ridiculous solutions. I spend several hours yesterday night to try and solve it with one of the representatives, and in the end, she told me she can not help and that she needs a manager's approval.

1. I had booked a HYD-DUB flight, scheduled for 22-Jul, on 30-Jun. 2. On 18-Jul, I was informed that one leg of the 3-leg journey has been cancelled by the airline (aerlingus). 3. Since 18-Jul, I have spoken to over 15 agents, ALL of whom told me that a support team is working on getting me rebooked for 24-Jul, and I definitely should not travel on 22-Jul.

I canceled my roundtrip to India on December 2, 2021 for a full refundable flight scheduled for December 17. I canceled due to the outbreak of Omicron. Booking.com got paid $3208 back in November, 2021 by our credit company when I purchased the air tickets.

It has been 8 months now & I have not received my refund as yet. All I get is an email once a month stating they are awaiting refund from Air India. This is not an Air India issue. It is an issue with Booking.com.

I have all the details to provide (original ticket, booking reference number, PIN) and copies of the once-a-month email update from them. I need the refund.

I will never trust them again.
