1. I had booked a HYD-DUB flight, scheduled for 22-Jul, on 30-Jun. 2. On 18-Jul, I was informed that one leg of the 3-leg journey has been cancelled by the airline (aerlingus). 3. Since 18-Jul, I have spoken to over 15 agents, ALL of whom told me that a support team is working on getting me rebooked for 24-Jul, and I definitely should not travel on 22-Jul.
This was the message up to 10 hours before the flight - I recorded some of the calls because no one would send me an email (except one agent). 4. AFTER the flight took off, they changed their tune, said they weren't going to rebook me, that I should ask for a refund, AND that I would lose some money because of some airline policy. 5.
