I was at Verona and booked an apartment which was beautiful and near everything but the apt above us was in renovation . The drilling pounding and hammering started at 7 in the morning. We asked the host to help us finding a place she tried but nothing was available. We contacted booking .

Com and had no help we were told to find our own place and let them know. We didn’t know the area and were left to stay in the apt with the contestant noise of guttering the above apt. com doesn’t care about there customers only how to make money.

This is totally ridiculous to wait for a refund from June 30 Reservation #3172697057 pin 0485. Was told age limit change was unable to use service, then told would receive refund from Booking.com this was June 30, 2022. Next was told by Garden Inn to contact Booking.com and then contacting Garden Inn to contact Booking. Was told three different refund times and processing dates. Now today being told the process began on July16 and time frame for refund changed again. This is truly unacceptable.

Hi. I got admission for Linz, Austria and about 2 months ago was looking for an apartment for my family to rent as our accommodation. I found an apartment that the owner is Valeria Schuschner. com and I paid the money in 2 steps.

In the first step one of my friends paid 1235 Euro to the account that they introduced on behalf of me. In the second step, my friend paid 870 Euro. com answered to my email. The office was supposed to inform me and send me the contract as soon as they receive the money.

Having booked a flight on Ryan Air to and from Dublin through yourselves, including a registered case both ways confirmed vis e-mail messages from you, I was told by Ryan Air on check-in to return to Gatwick that the case was not on their system. Despite showing them the communication from yourselves they would not be moved.

I had a booking I completed at the LaQuinta CENTRAL, some how in all of this LaQuinta Downtown was involved. com for their fees I would like that refunded asap this has been an ongoing issue for 15 days, after 100’s of messages and screenshots I called and 4 seperate times I was disconnected.

I have 4 more things to upload, but the system would only allow 4. If this isn’t resolved asap I’ll be contacting my attorney.

I book a hotel. It was a partner booking and they never helped me to change the date despite all the effort to contact them, their partner and the property. Calling the customer servise is a waste of money, time and effort… they are too lazy.

I made the follow up of request since may 2022 until july but they never had any actions and always provided the reason “contact property” the property when contacted say “ contact the partner” and prtner said contact booking. com becaus it was booked in their page need to send an email and the partner will then contact the property.

com never offer help to resolve this or even contacted the partner to forward my request.

I booked a hotel in Ocean City, Maryland for 2 nights. We were celebrating our first anniversary. I spoke to an agent. She told me the cost would be $786 for two nights. That rate was a bit steep but we were willing to splurge for those two nights.

The room was average but clean. We wanted our balcony to face the bay but ended up facing the parking lot. We were also not aware that it was pet friendly. There were dogs barking in rooms.

However the staff was friendly. Upon checkout I looked at our bill and it was $1,500. I was in shock. com. I looked at the confirmation and after scrolling down I saw the price which was not what I was told.

I was charged for a free cancellation booking. Property refused to refund. I tried to contact the booking customer service. But I was shocked to notice that they don't have any email, messaging option. Only we need to call them.

Calling them by ISD is highly expensive. Even I called them, more than 10 mins no body responds. How ridiculous it is. They don't want any customers to reach them easily. com. I will avoid hereafter.

Had horrible room service and housekeeping nobody ever came in daily when we asked and when they did come in on the day before we left they stole from us the housekeeping two bags of groceries and a bag full of gifts for removed from the room the manager said that they were new housekeepers who didn't know that they weren't trash they were up high on a desk not on the floor we had dirty clothes in plastic bags on the floor but

they didn't take those they basically robbed us I worked with the manager to get compensation for what was taken but it took a lot of time and energy and was not a satisfying property to have stayed at bookings needs to work with them to not allow them to be part of their plan for staying

com. After arriving at the hotel I was threatened by the staff regarding my safety the staff followed me to the door shouting i should never return and that they would not refund my money. com immediately and they stated they would refund my hotel room. com did.

the hotel claim they are expenses during our hotel stay, but can not provide any evidence of that. com many times i can not speak to the hotel as they threatened me nor did i give them card details. com and they haven't bothered to review it or take this matter seriously that two men came to my hotel room door looking for a fight because I wasn't happy with the resort.

we were told very rudely, that nothing could be done until morning, when maintenance arrived. I argued that we had only been there for 3 hours. this was after driving for 10 hours to get to pigeon forge. , not to mention the the stairways going up to the rooms had a horrible smell of urine in them.

At the time of booking the policy was free of cancellation and also they said insert the card detail to reserve the booking but when I inserted my card details they debited the amount from my card which they were not supposed to charge, according to the policy it bas suppose to be charged 2 days before the checkin date .

I booked a rental car through Booking.com for pick-up at Hertz in Olympia, WA. Booking.com has thus far refused to resolve the issues I experienced with this booking.

First, my Booking.com confirmation/pick-up instructions provided the wrong pick-up address, instructing me to pick up my car at the Hertz counter at Olympia Regional Airport (OLM). They provided the address for OLM, a small regional airport which was closed, and which has no Hertz presence there anyway. In reality, the nearest Hertz location was 7 miles away, which I had to research and discover on my own, since Booking.com would not let me through to their telephone customer service.

I made a reservation on booking.com for the Paris Expo Apart Hotel - Porte de Versailles from May 29 to June 1st. I must clarify that I made a mistake, the reservation should have been until June 2nd.

Because of my mistake, the landlord, without contacting us, evicted us from the apartment. He sent us photos late in the day June 1 (530pm) of our luggage in the hallway of the hotel with Booking.com authorization. He later claimed that another booking overrode ours which meant our bags were unattended for hours. . He then took the bags to his home in his private auto. I booked the Cranley Hotel 6 months ago and ended up in a totally different hotel called Colonnade hotel which was terrible. I arrived at the Cranley hotel at 12pm left my bags and then arrived back to find out they had maintenance issues and then was transferred by taxi to the Colonnade Hotel a totally different area of London.

The hotel was terrible and was not worth the money I have paid. I would like a refund I am still on holiday return back to Australia on the 11th of July 2022. No pictures taken just disgusted.

I booked a car rental in Orlando airport and was suppose to be picked up by shuttle upon arrival! com immediately after contacting the “rental “company and not getting no response from them . at the end of my origami contract date . I did !

They then sent me a message to my account stating a refund would be available within 15 workin days ! In 15 days they then sent me an email asking for proof that I had already submitted, not my promised refund !

After submitting the info again they then said it takes 28 days for the claims team to review my claim . After 5 or more phone calls that I just kept being hung up on ! The costumer service staff said they can’t give me a refund and there’s no higher management that I could speak to!

I have made a booking for a hotel (Tariman Boutique Hotel in La Lucia on KwaZulu Natal north coast in South Africa) for the 16-19 June 2022. Unfortunately, I had to cancel as I had to work (I am a pharmacist in a public healthcare facility in Cape Town) when my colleague got sick.

com, but they said they don't even know of such booking yet. com, and only when I cancelled, I saw that they would not refund my money. I would understand if there was a cancellation/admin fee involved with the transaction, but the site just said no money owed back to me.

Booked on-line a room at Quality Inn Orlando-Near Universal Blvd. Booked for 5/20 to 5/23. Something good me to go to check the property to see the distance to the theme park. As I entered the hotel I noticed several things that really did't match the internet photos.

First the property was dirty and in need of many repairs. Then I asked the front staff receptionist guy if I can view the room. The smell and the dirt in the room was more than disgusting. Stains everywhere and smells everywhere, looks like a crime scene clean up.

Then I said ok lets look at another room. Even worse than the first one. Carpet stains, strong fumes, strong odors and disgusting filthy sheets. This place should be listed as an hourly hotel for hookers. Shame on you booking to allow such deception.

Rented City Lodge Serviced apartments - 2A Northfield street, Worcester, WR1 1NY from 17/6/2022 - 22/6/2022. The apartment had not been cleaned for a long time before our arrival. Everywhere was dusty and the place was full of cobwebs. The mattresses are all stained and there was no mattress protection provided.

The washing machine was filthy and smelt very mouldy - since I opened it I have experienced problems with my throat. The bathroom smells mouldy and there is black mould in the shower. The shower has not been cleaned. The toilet brush was disgusting - I have left it in a bag and I have bought a new one.

com at the Chambres d'hotes Le Rrempart du Jerzual, Dinan, France on 28th Jan2020 for 7 nights, from June 20th 2020, paying Booking . com a total of Euro 714. com for the same accomodation from 5th June 2021. Travel restrictions again prevented us from going.

com and know that should I want to make changes to my room, I will be helped. I booked to stay at the Blues cave in Bloemfotein from the 29 May 2022 till 03 June 2022 ( 5 nights). I booked a room with 2 twin beds.

That day, the 29 May o called the blues cave to make changes to the booking since my partner is sick and won't be joining me, asking for a 1 single bed room. They assure me it was okay and I will be refunded when I got there.

the haven house hotel was the most disgusting place l have ever come across in my life, there were stains all over the carpets, stains all over the walls, it had not been cleaned prior to check in. there was nobody there to meet on check in, the bathroom was a health hazard mould everywhere, the toilet seat was hanging off.

com the Hotel's name is the Arches. After walking a mile to get to the hotel after my transfer I was greeted by the hotel host? Once at the hotel, the host showed me to my room and when I got inside it looked nothing like the photos and there was a blood stain on the sheets.

I immediately asked for my money back and told her I wanted to leave. The host said I was not getting my money back and that she would have housekeeping to change the bedding. I told her that I would not be sleeping in that bed or anywhere else on the property.

Bloodstain is a complete deal-breaker. com multiple times to no avail, No refund, and a refusal to let me speak to a supervisor. I have been hung up on multiple times and treated unfairly. I was charged for services NOT rendered.

When we arrived the place was dated and dirty, dog poo in the driveway, mud? in the pool, stains everywhere and beds not suitable for adults due to their size and steps to get to them. One Bathroom didnt even have a door and the toilet faced the bedroom through the doorway! We were also told the hot water doesn't work properly and you have to turn the taps on and off, we tested this with a shower in one of the rooms and the water jerked on and off and temperature went hot and cold! We booked hotel and paid 500£ For the same, booking.com took the money and 2 days before the arrival the cancelled the hotel and said this is technical issue.

Cardiff holiday homes do not own this property, they have been sending people here for a long time they have not been the agents for over ten months I own this property and I am very disappointed you haven't actually checked this property and the agent out. He was also responsible for The Twyn and 20 Heol Booker.

I would wish to make a formal complaint about him to you. I am also thinking of making a formal complaint about you and him to The Ombudsman services. Please note I have just had a gentleman from Australia on to me as he was booked in for today. Enough is enough.

booking for Selinas Birmingham requires a 72 hour pre-check in (mandatory). I do not own a mobile phone, the number YOU request is that of my daughter which I used to facilitate check in , she is away for the week so I cannot comply with your 72 hr request . All email is no reply and NO-ONE answers the 2 phone numbers supplied. As all your alternative contacts are unusable I cannot comply. I am sure that if your system was NOT so automated a human being would sort this out in a minute or two.Your system is rigid and NOT USER FRIENDLY.!!!!!!!!!

com on May 11th to the 13th when I booked it and said I would pay it $50 deposit that would be returned to me by the property when I checked out I just want to make you aware that I was never gave a reason why they were keeping my deposit or returned my deposit of $50 so you may want to take down the part that says you will be returned the deposit when you check out because I have found this to be false I have done several things to try to receive my deposit back all the way up to contacting motel 6 corporate office and

Location is in dire need of repair. There is NO ac in the room. " Well the owner might downstairs but we didn't. Rooms have no keys. When you leave you have to leave all of your belongings unsecured in your room.

There is no where to put anything in the room. Every area that could hold something has a nick knack on it. Everything had an inch of dust on it. We left after one night. Shower handle didn't work. Bedroom door handle didn't work.

So basically it was hot, dirty, and loud. The noise was due in large part to the screams and car alarms going off at 1 in the morning and since we couldn't close our windows or we would die from heat exhaustion.

com, not for the first time, but this time was exceptional. Although, I was on time with all my documents, credit card and driver license, the rental company at Istanbul airport refused to honor the booking, pretending that I did not have all my documents in order.

com had deducted the full amount of my car rental more than a week before the rental date, and even deducted more than what was agreed on, $1024 instead of $1011. com refused to refund me.
