Re FORMAL COMPLAINT
On 6 April 2022 I tried to book the following apartment on your website:
Sky View apartments 30 Bodorgan Road Flat 13, Bournemouth, BH2 6NL, United Kingdom Dates of booking - 19 April to 1 July inclusive. Booking made in my name - Sarah Clarke
I received the following error message:
"Something technical went wrong Sorry, we've encountered a problem. Your payment was successful but we were unable to make your reservation. We'll automatically process a full refund within 24 hours."
Booking.com has now taken £8630.57 from my account. I attach screenshots which prove this.
I have not received an email confirming that this sum will be refunded.
I tried to communicate with your customer service by telephone however the telephone number requires a confirmed booking…
