Worst online booking company ever dealt with. com, and the rental company refused to Honor the booking. com, they refused to refund my money. It is impossible to talk to them or contact their customer service. They keep replying to complaint with different names and repeating the exact same message.

It looks to me like I have been scammed! I received €45 of a refund despite the fact that I cancelled 5 days in advance of the booking!!! This is tantamount to an insult and is an abuse of my rights!

Worse still, your customer card contact methods don’t work…and you know this! It’s all over the internet!! I am so annoyed and about to go public with this.

COVID Refund ~ Confirmation number: 2464201679, PIN code: 6030 At the beginning of covid, we were locked into Singapore, paying ZAR20 000 per week. it became unafordably expensive. But I then found a hotel advertising for ZAR20 000-odd per month, not per week.

com. one of my flight been canceled by airline. com replace the flight been canceled. com unable to replace flight for me, then refund full amount of money back to me. com customer representor just kept to transfer me to another person.

Nobody is willing or able to help me.

Finally customer representor transferred me to 18774775807. I explained to him the situation; he said he will look the flight to see if he is able to find one. He put me on hold for about one hour, then the phone hang up ( I am not sure he hang it up or by accident).

One guest blackmailing our property or dishonest review through a poor star score without any comments or reason while having tried to contact guest without success. Property having been above 9 score up to max. 10 over more than 30 reviews in the past and really no reason why last guest delivered so poor score.

Asked booking to revise this score or at least remove it. And booking support answered they cannot remove it and directed me to standard Q&A without helping. Multiple reply from us led to get always the same reference to Q&A support website form booking.. ).

Really really poor and disappointing.

I lost $89 CAD dollar due the cancel of the booking. The booking should be free cancelation according to the website. It's not free. I talked with a customer service staff and a supervisor today.

I believe the reason for the $89 dollar is because the hotel deduct US dollar from my Canadian Card and refund. They didn't realize I need to pay credit card company due to foreign currency. I am actually annoyed I had to give 1 star. 0 stars is accurate here.

I cancelled a hotel after they took an extra £250 from my bank account without my knowledge. I then read really bad customer reviews.

Booking.com sent me an email saying I was getting a free refund. It is now 19 days later and I have received nothing.

First of all they told me it would take 10 working days.

I phoned back after 10 working days and was told 15 working days.

I then phoned back after 15 working days and was told the hotel have not responded to booking.com and they will wait 5 days to wait for the hotel and then another 15 to get the refund.

The call center lie and put you on hold or promise to return your calls and do not.

Never, ever use this company.

I then received confirmation of the cancellation, however when I checked my account, the money was taken off. com and now I am told I have to wait 7 to 15 days to get a refund. I was also told that the owner of the property had to give the refund, but I had contacted the owner and he knows nothing about this.

You cancelled my reservation nine days before I was checking in. I received one communication from you on March 9 my check-in was March 17. But I couldn’t get my communication because my Internet wasn’t working because there was an issue with my phone.

So I wasn’t getting my emails. So when I got my confirmation it was literally the day of check-in. The card was not able to be used because it had been spammed three weeks before that and I was waiting for my new card so that I could change my card information.

After making confirmed bookings (2) which was then cancelled (NOT BY ME), a third booking was confirmed: 52 Demper Street, Onrus, Hermanus was confirmed (Confirmation Number 3797022327) for 24-26 September 2021. he informed me that his property is NOT available anymore for accommodation purposes.

Please do not use GotoGate or Booking for your flight booking. Whenever there is any issue with re-fund, cancelled flight, or any other urgencies, booking would claim they are just "an intermediary" and you should not trust them at the very beginning.

I am writing this complaint because I have been cheated by a cybercriminel property referecenced under booking.com, where I booked for 4 nights and payed for rhe hole stay, but at the end the property doesn't exist, and the owner didn't show off to give me the keys. com with Thrifty Car Rental. I paid for 12 days and arrived in New Orleans. I approach the counter and was told they won’t have any car for 3+ hours. They had sold out. There were 20+ people sitting in the lobby waiting for a car.

They have in theroy a "Price Match Guarantee" offering to refund the difference if you find a lower price. In reality they do whatever it takes to wore you out and not giving you the refund. THeir so called "CUstomer Service Dept" is designed to avoind any continuity on the messages excahnged, and every time you write you are being answered by a different person... It is franklt pathetic!

I contacted customer service for a price match. Unfortunately after 40 minutes, I was told that they wouldn't price match because of the prepayment.

However, upon reviewing the conditions, it is not stated anywhere that this could be an issue. We Price Match checklist The other offer must be for the same property and accommodation type. The other offer must be for the same check in and check out dates.

Hello, I need to report a very dangerous situation - just before you walk to the pool from the house there is a ditch with pipes in it which is covered with flimsy rusty metal and then large stone places on top. Several times we have walked on this and have gone through leaving gaping holes.

I brought this up (one of the holes which was covered over with a large boulder) with your agent when we arrived and he said it was ok because it was covered with a large boulder. The holes have been getting bigger and bigger and one of our guests has just fallen down another hole and cut his foot.

This really isn’t good enough. This should have been fixed BEFORE we arrived. It’s a miracle that no one has broken anything yet. I am trying to upload photos but the internet is too slow to do it.

Booked condo in Manzanillo. Disgusting and could not stay. App did not work. Unable to access customer service or live chat. Finally got from computer. Got a couple positive emails between many that kept asking for more information. Finally they stopped responding.

I informed the receptionist on October10, 2021 that my wife and I were not able to fly to Dominican Republic as United Airlines could not register our passports at the boarding time in spite of the fact that we had received online documents approval a day before flying.

I am wanting to file a complaint about a reservation I made on the 26th of January for Friday 4th February our stay was in the Royal hotel Newcastle.

I asked to be put near a lift as I have walking difficulties and I asked for a room with a bath and we were allocated those however when we arrived in our hotel room, we were shocked to see how dirty the room was. I had to wipe down an area on the bathroom floor as it was dirty and greasy. There was dust on most of the window ledges, I put my finger across one of the ledges and I was shocked at how dusty it was. There were no blinds on the bathroom window. The window was clear so everyone can see in. So we couldn't enjoy a bath. The sink had a big crack in it and there were stains all over the carpet floor.
