I have now on 3 occasions not received the room I booked and am very disappointed. I have just stayed at La Splendida in Mouille point, booked a sea view room and got place in a room looking straight at the building next door.

3 times this has happened now. com.

Worst customer experience ever!

I had a rental when I got to the company I was told I did not qualify for the rental due to my credit score.

I did not cancel, I was refused the rental and now Booking.com is holding on to my money. That is stealing! I am a frequent user of this site but will never make use of your services ever again!

I made a booking on their app and the money went off my bank account, but then the next screen asked for kissing details. The missing details was my bank card cvv number, meaning that they wanted to take another payment so I did not go further. However, their was NO CONFIRMATION EMAIL OR CODE so I never get help when I call them and they online forms insist on conf numbers too.

I’d give this company a zero star if possible. I was about to check into my flight that I booked and paid for a month ago but found out booking.com cancelled my flight without any reason and notifications. The flight was confirmed to be on schedule with available seats. The airline approved rebooking but it’s been 12 hours I’ve been on the phone with no rep able to help or resolve my situation. They will put me on hold and transfer and then hang up. I’m keeping all these call logs as a proof because I’ll sue them if I have to for trying to scam people like this. Com since this morning (1/10/2022) to make changes to my returning flight.

First a lady picked up and she stated that she is having error message changing my flight and will gove me a call back. She never returned my call back. Then I kept trying and trying until one person came who just could not understand a single word of English.

Useless. Apartment was filthy and virtually unlivable. After about 4 hours of my time fighting I managed to get only a refund of cleaning fee. Even though property maintenance issues, not cleaning fee items like, cooking, eating, showering, sleeping facilities were all well past used by date. Photos way out of date with reality.

Inconsiderate, misleading and untidy. com was misleading. The property host Fara advertised the apartment with beautiful views of the ocean, a balcony and updated, clean bedding. When we arrived at the apartment it was anything but what was advertised. com were not willing to change the apartment nor provide an alternative.

com during my current vacation. My booking in Savannah NC was not booked. I had to wait 45 min to get this resolved. I now stop after driving for 12 hours at Florence SC just to find out that my booking once again has been messed up.

com is the worst for customer service. The properties they hace are involved in human trafficking of minors. Hotel Express in Longueul runs a brothel, JstLikeHome in Otrawa has substandard cleaning procedures even though they claim to have extensive cleaning policy.

com allows them to steal from the customers blatantly. com like the plague.

is regarding car rental booking. The company provided a car that was faulty the same da of rental and they did not have a suitable alternative. However, the company is not refunding the money now. The rental company Easirent is claiming that they offered us a car which is not true. I had to pay for another car from a different company.

I ordered a taxi ride to the airport for the 15.12.2021 at 6h15 AM. I needed to organize it in advance because I was travelling with a 3 month old baby and therefore we needed a baby seat. I received an sms confirmation from booking about 30 minutes or more before, stating that our taxi is confirmed and will be there on time. We waited until 6h30 AM outside with our baby, then decided to call booking, who stated that they can't get in touch with the taxi company and we should contact another taxi. I made a flight reservation, then needed to rebook it due to covid changes. I contacted Booking two days prior to departure. ". I asked if they could call me back, the answer was no. So I called back early the next morning (still more than 24 hrs prior to departure). no call...

com on October1, 2021. My credit card was charged the correct amount per the booking. com that my reservation was cancelled. No explanation was provided. com. I was told the hotel had a new owner who did not want to honor the reservation.

I then received a response from the hotel saying the hotel was under renovation and unavailable. com at double the rate. com. I requested an immediate refund so I can book another hotel. com including getting messages via their app that are different as well.

com the confirmation number is 2887968102 for my 13 nights stay at Chillax Heritage Bangkok from 15-Nov to 28-Nov-2021. The reason I asked for the refund is because Chillax Heritage rooms wardrobe has terrible smells which is not good for my clothes and their shower towels are didn’t cleaned properly and also has some bad smells.

On top of that, I cannot get any sleep because of the traffic noise by every few seconds come from outside of the room window. This condition I couldn’t continue to staying. com refused for my request. This is not fair and unreasonable for me to lose my money for their terrible services.

I booked a room in Hurgada, Egypt and the room was a disgrace. I contacted booking.com with many time stamped photos and videos showing the listed issues below. I raised the issue and Booking.com chose to do nothing, and even continued to charge me a £15.00 cleaning fee which seemed amusing.

Even worse, my review of the place had been pushed to the bottom, so it's not really visible to the viewer unless they search for it.

For 4 weeks now, I have tried to get an overcharge issue resolved. I received $200+ of erroneous charges on my credit card from booking.com. Booking says they have a 24/7 chat and phone customer service - but they do not. There is no chat function. There is no number on their Help page. Once I found a number on google, the service is only available if you have a confirmation number. I did not as I had erroneous charges.

Once i did get a hold of someone, I spent over an hour explaining my situation, and he could not understand, and said there was nothing he could do because he can't see booking.com credit card charges. He told me to write an email. I wrote an email, providing copies of my bank statements, and it has been 3 weeks since and I still have not heard back.

My boyfriend booked a hotel stay in Dubai through booking.com. The total amount to be paid was not clear and we ended up being charge more than we wanted to pay for that particular room because the website was not transparent about the total charge. On the page where the customer is required to put in our card details, the booking price was very bold and the + tax below was not as bold and so we weren't sure if the tax was already included in the bold figure.

The total charge that a customer is to pay should always be clear, on the same page where the card no is collected. we were shocked to discover the total amount we were charged.

Going to my best friends wedding - far from home, booked a hotel. com and booked a room at the Monte Carlo Inn. The room was DISGUSTING. Very clearly had not been cleaned. Especially during a global pandemic you would think cleaning would be top of mind.

The tub was disgusting, the chair was disgusting, the washroom was disgusting, the smell in the room was disgusting. I complained and got offered the adjacent room which had the same disgusting smell, water dripping in the tub left BROWN STAINS. I was done.

I asked for a refund so I could book elsewhere. com and they offered me $23 back, out of $150 I spent. I couldn’t even stay there it was so filthy. Booked another room at the courtyard by Marriott - phenomenal. $23 is an insult. Look at the pictures. Unacceptable.

When Covid Lock Down was over My 80-year-old Mother and I decided to book a holiday. We usually go on self-catering breaks but it has been so long without a holiday a hotel was decided to be our answer. On limited resources it was felt that we should go on line to get the right information from sites set up to advise what hotels would be best for our purpose.

On my booking I requested a quiet room, but the room next door guests were very loud and partying from the late afternoon into the evening, with the smell of cannabis coming from the room into the corridor. So much so after complaining twice to the Holiday Inn reception the party were eventually thrown out of the hotel.

Agent qouted me one price for a booking, but charged 10 dollars more. When I saw the email with the price, I called the number I was given if I needed help and was told I needed physical proof of what I was quoted.

We booked 1 night at the Hotel Saint Georges in Troyes, France, un the understanding that there was parking included. com. We asked if he could find a way of accommodating us as our car was full of our belongings and he just said 'no'.

We arrived at the apartment around 14h40. Check in was at 15h. We had previously contacted the owner saying that we arrive around 14h and he said it was ok.

The room was disgusting and was not cleaned. Used sheets, towels on the floor, the toilet was dirty and unflushed.

We sent a message to the host with pictures saying that the room was not cleaned. He said we can leave our luggage and that the room will be cleaned in the afternoon. However the room should've been cleaned before we arrive and be prepared for check in - this didn't happened.

On August 7 2021 my card was denied to book a hotel at Desert Sands In Albuquerque. Following that denial my card was charged $96.80. I have complied with your companies policies and sent in numerous times the required documentation and waited numerous times for the hotel to respond which they do not. We are neighbour's of Palm Paradise property on 9 Doreen Crescent Glenashley. This property has become a well known party house for people from all works of life. The parties start as early as Thursday night and go on for the entire weekend.

There is no owner or caretaker that lives in the property to supervise guests. This has been going on since last year 2020. Horrendous customer service. com have done absolutely nothing with regards to my stay at a room which wasn't fit for the purpose of use. Consequently, I checked out early and now in the process of trying to get reimbursed for the nights I paid for but didn't stay.

A property I rented from them was misrepresented, now they are supposed to be refunding and paying the difference of the new location. I told them I needed the funds before Aug 18th which is tomorrow. I still have not gotten them and I can speak to a manager. no one calls back.

We have just concluded a two day stay (2 days too long) at the above hotel in Brewer, Me, I all our years travelling I have never stayed at such a horrible hotel. To start, desk had difficulty booking two separate rooms for two couples.

Rooms were dirty, carpet disgustingly dirty, stains everywhere. Strobe light flashing outside window very annoying. Switch in bathroom faulty and at times not working. No tissue in dispenser. Proper hand towels no where to be found. Outside, parking lot littered with cigarette butts and piles of garbage. No chairs in room.

On August 10, 2021 I booked a rental car for two days for 8/13 - 8/15, 2021. 73 to pay when picking up the car. It also stated that cancellation was free up until the time we pick up the car.

00 deposit upon picking up of the car. I ask them to refund my money and they refused still charging my card. When speaking with customer service the representative referred to a voucher that we never received. After hanging up the representative he sent us the voucher that we never received at 3:47 pm when we made the booking at 12:00 am the previous morning.

All fees should be shared up front not after the fact. I want my money refunded immediately or I will be pressing charges for false advertisement!
