Booking.com is listing a property which has no lawful licesnse to be operating - it has no planning permission , no food certificates, no environmental certificates, no building regs, no alchohol license and the owner has 5 complaints lodged with the police for harrassment and bullying ( including one from a guest) They are creating fake reviews giving themselves 10 out of 10 every time a genuine customer leaves a bad review and no one seems to hold them accountable They have endangered the wildlife in the area by digging unlicensed cess pits and drilling into a water source with no license and no checks.

Booking.com are not interested and seem to make no effort to verify that this site is safe, legal and honest I

com return trip from Antalya airport and back. You give away your flight number in case of delays. We were 30 minutes delayed because of our transfer luggage. My wife, baby and I stood and waited for over 1 hour.

The taxi driver didn’t show up or had left working the promised 45 minutes waiting time. We sent a text and heard nothing back. It was a terrible start on a trip. Reason why we waited so long was because we had ordered a taxi with a baby seat and didn’t want to take any taxi without.

An American living in turkey who was waiting for he’s family to arrive heard me calling the hotel. He had a spare child seat in his car and offered to help us. He gave us the seat and came and picked it up later at our hotel.

We sent a text to consumer service and an email - heard nothing back.…

Received confirmation and pin concerning my reservation through your company. Drove 4 and half hours to Baymont by Windham in Laurel Miss. only to be told I had no reservation!! Desk clerk Kianna tried to help find me another room and there were none available due to World Series.

Needless, to say I had to travel to another city and went through 10 hotels before I find one which I would have been better to sleep in my car but I was too tired from my previous trip to Laurel Ms. I did call bookings and explained my situation.

Never found out what happened to my room. They BLAMED hotel and Kianna said no it was your company!! Whoever screwed up cost me as a woman looking for another hotel in a different state, missed previous engagement and the aggravation of dealing with screw ups!!

The issue that I have experienced was: I booked a hotel room via booking.com. Upon confirmation, I notice that almost all reviews show that the hotel has been trapping tourists using deceptive pictures. I immediately raised my concerns over this to the hotel but instead of answering my question, the hotel immediately took my money from the credit card I saved, and came back to me with a delayed response telling me that tourists who posted the reviews misunderstood general pictures for the rooms. com at a comfort inn 2845 Lebanon RD. I drove 3 hours with my family to get to a place that was not suitable to stay in for two nights. The lady at the front desk yesha shah switched out room threes time!

All rooms were not suitable to stay in the first from wasn’t prepared for us, the second from had mold and blood in the tub area. The third room the sofa mattress wasn’t suitable to sleep in the mattress had yellow stains no bed cover a sock was found underneath the pad mattress, there were cardboard bags underneath near the mattress.

I do have pictures of this. My husband and I were very upset at this point. The front desk lady Yesha shah was extremely rude and not understanding at all. She spoke to me as if it was a free stay and I had to deal with it!

Been waiting for a refund for more that two (2) months for a trip that was cancelled. Now they are saying that the airline has not provided a refund and that it is probably related to the COVID-19 and Booking.com customer services does not have an estimate time of when this will take place due to the pandemic. I want my refund and want it with interest!

Brought the ticket thru booking.com, and they keep on blaming it on the airline (United Airlines) which I have called multiple times and they mentioned that they have approve the cancelation and refund the money back to booking.com.

com did not advocate for me their customer when trying to get a refund for a booking in October 2021 that i had to cancel because the hostel Stay Pittsburgh is a very shady, predatory enterprise. com agents I spoke on the phone gave me the usual spiel that they are trying to get a hold of Stay Pittsburg.

I wish to complain about the room I paid £385 for at the Royal Hotel Skegness. It was supposed to be one of their premier rooms, however it was far from that. The room was very damp and dank. It faced the sea, for which I would pay more for, but a desk was in the way therefore I was unable to see out of the window.

The water in the bathroom was extremely hot so I was unable to have a shower for the 3 days that I was there. The whole place was very dirty and unpleasant It was wrongly advertised. It stated it had a balcony.

This so called balcony was a very large dark grey roof top with uneven surface. Totally unfit for purpose. The outside furniture consisted of filthy cafe type table and 2 hard chairs stained with bird poo. In other words, it was all disgusting.

I booked a room, for my Wife and I, at 'The Rybeck Country House and Restaurant,' Bowness on Windemere, through Bookings.com on the 7th June 2021, the room was for the 20th July to 23rd July 2021. As it was for a special occasion, I booked one of their 'Grand' rooms, which comes with a Lake view. When we were shown to our room after checking-in, there was no Lake view! On complaining, I was told that Bookings.com had ordered a 'Superior' and not a 'Grand' room - which was cheaper, but had no Lake view. I do not know who the guilty party is here, Bookings.com, or the Rybeck hotel - but someone is! I would appreciate a response from you. Many thanks

On July 15th I made a reservation at Sleep Inn in Missoula MT for July 18th. I received confirmation right away. I followed up with email confirming I was traveling with a dog. I traveled 7 hours on Sunday and arrived at the Sleep Inn around 7:30 pm hot, exhausted and hungry only to be told they had no record of my reservation.

I showed my confirmation number but that didn’t help. The motel was full. She called 4 motels around town-all were full. I spent the next hour looking for a room, having to settle for a room that charged $309. The Sleep Inn room was $179.

I’m a retired teacher on a fixed income. I cannot afford mistakes like this. I would like to be paid back the difference for this unfortunate error. No one traveling alone should have to experience the fear and anxiety of having…

I checked the rating for a recent hotel booking the pictures were nothing like the room. I tried requesting at least 1/2 refund they told me they will offer me 15 percent . That is a slap in the face .

They gave me a blood stained room that was filthy filthy towels tub was filthy toilet had feces on it . I have health issues and they did not Follow cdc guild lines or even disinfect the place . It was la Quinta savannah midtown .

The pictures on ur site are very deceiving .

m booked 2 nights confirmation came through with 2 different prices so straight away rang tried over and over again no answer so messaged and emailed 22 hours after booking we spoke to customer service told them we have spoken to hotel manager and it is double booked won't let us cancell said has to be booking .

Com they said they would explain and cancel the second booking and ring us back no one did supposed to be 24hour customer service no confirmation of cancels booking have charged us for both booking they had plenty of time to cancel if they answered our calls now saying hotel won't gives us a refund we paid booking . com not the hotel up to them to pay the hotel it's booking .

I would give a zero. C Motel. I am a 23 year old single female traveler. I need a room for the night and when I called to talk to someone I was told I had to book on line they could not help me.

So with it being late at night and not from the area I felt no other option but to book a room. When I got to the hotel at 11:30 at night it was dark. No cars around and no staff.

I did not know how to get my key or book in. I felt unsafe walking around trying to find help. I could not call as I had no data and my phone was dead. I decided to go rent a room some where else.

So the next day after my phone was charged and I had the hotel wii fii I received an email that my room card was hidden under a tree some where. As a single young female traveler that is the most unsafe situation.

I booked through this website for multiple destinations the last one was for the Bay Horse York, I sent many messages and made phone calls regarding this property with no facilities made available or advertised that they were closed. I finally received a call back today advising it does state on site facilities are closed and was offered 20% good will gesture.

As I had not taken a screen shot before I am unable to prove that this information has only just been updated and am requesting this be investigated please as I had to book and pay for alternative accommodation for the second night and am requesting a refund of £65. Thanks

After finding that my reservation had been cancelled with NO notification via email or phone, I attempted to call customer service for help. ALL SIX times that I called, I received no help and eventually the representatives hung up (I assumed) when asked what could be done to compensate for the inconvenience.

This is unacceptable to me when I am simply trying to get to the bottom of my problem in the manner that I had to via the app. I have been a customer for years and am truly disappointed at the treatment that I received this evening.

com. Three days before the reservation was to start I broke my foot and went into my booking account and modified the reservation changing it to next week. Today I saw a charge on my bank statement from the hotel.

com that I had change the reservation. This took an hour and 45 minutes on the phone for the agent to figure this out. Supposedly she was going back-and-forth on the line with someone at the hotel who she said refused to refund the money.

This is not sound right to me so I called the hotel myself. com dropped the ball lied to me about itAnd was not going to do anything to fix the situation. com. Unfortunately, I had to move on the 5th of July because the building is being renovated, which causes a lot of noise, as well as making it impossible to open the windows of the apartment to let air or sun in. com.

Reason was that the building renovation is outside of the apartment walls and out of their hands and that if noise or lack of light was an issue for me, it was a personal decision and not grounds for a refund.

Also claimed they did not know about the renovation, although there is a sign on the door that announces the start of the work on 25th of May.

com agent that there was a glitch in the system and my request to change my reservation date was not honored and therefore we were charged. Then I requested to change the date after which we encountered the same issue therefore we are being charged again.

This is fraud and we’re in a loop now not able to cancel or change the date on our reservation that we cannot arrive on the date we asked to change. com and they promise to change it but it’s not happening.

We want our money back and expect that no subsequent charges will be made since we are reporting this as fraud since we have not received the services for which we paid. We want all reservations canceled immediately.

com it has been rather very very disappointing. The pics are not what you book at all. I very misleading. Once you arrive the resort cannot change your accommodation. Chakas rock in particular the TV was not working in the main bedroom and the lounge.

com for the week of June 4-11. On June 4, the day of arrival, I received an email around 10 am (which I did not see until later) stating that Wyndham was overbooked. We were already on our way. We were offered a Comfort Inn as an alternative in Charleston, over an hour away from our destination.

We booked a suite in EDISTO BEACH for the purposes of fishing!!!! We were pulling a boat, our dogs were boarded, we had a house sitter, I'm a manager and I approved leave! We came back home with a crying 8 year old.

Booking 3711731103, Haus Resi, Berwang, Austria. 27th February 2021 to 9th March 2021. Booking made and deposit paid 10th September 2020, cancelled on 20th December 2020, well within the correct timeframe for complete refund of deposit. com and made all the necessary payments prior my traveling dates, Unfortunately I was robbed and lost my driver's license and other belongings just a day b4 traveling I tried login in but I forgot the password and couldn't reset it I traveled when I got at the cape Town Airport I was told that they can't release the rented car without a valid Licence I asked them to change the booking details to my wife who has a valid lincence and they said only booking.

Com can do that, We called with no luck. After a day when I chatted to them asking for refund or changing the booking to my wife 's name I was told that the system can't allow I can only lodge a complain after ward.

When calling with an issue I had with a reservation the agent said there was nothing she could do because the property would not email back, so I was charged for a room that I did not stay in because when I arrived to the property I was told there was no reservation for me which is why I cancelled after being told this. com because I had a pending charge and being told by the property that I had no reservation.

I was left for over 3 hours after my confirmed arrival time in Brighton with 3 children (4,10 and 12yrs old- one child with autism) and all our luggage with no checking in details and host not responding to calls/ emails. Interactive manual on confirmation email also wasn’t accessible.

com would waver cancellation fee and pay difference in cost for hotel which I did. I then received check in details from host an a message saying he wasn’t aware of booking and would have to get a sofa bed for apartment as he also hadn’t been informed of the size of party. com etc.

Cost of apartment was then taken out of my account along with additional service charge. I then received another message from host asking if we had found apartment as when the sofa bed had been dropped off no one was there.

Booked with this company awful when arrived at Brighton the host did not respond to us we were wondering around for 31:2 hours. Booking . Com advised us to find another place to stay and we would be remburshed with the difference Because the host responded within half hour they are we are now told fell responded in time for us to get our apartment booking .

Com told us to stay in the hotel we had found they are now refusing to pay the money and the apartment we were supposed to have stayed at took the money ! Now no none is taking responsibility and saying there is no evidence shocking will never go through them again !

I booked an apartment on 15 November. The hotel immediately took money from my credit card. com and when they did not reply, I also sent the message to their indicated email address. They do not bother to reply. Therefore I want to report them as this is terrible service.

They charge a huge amount and also state that the email address can be used in emergencies as there is no front desk, but if they do not answer any email after 6 days, how will they answer in an emergency. com have always answered very soon and politely with all relevant information required. com

I'm writing to you after posting the following review: Let's rename this place the UNfriendly Inn. We arrived from Maine for a whirlwind overnight stay in the Boston area so our time was limited. One other reviewer said he was annoyed b/c the door was locked and he had to wait 10 min. before anyone appeared.

We waited in front of the locked door on the porch for 45 minutes - glad it wasn't winter. When we arrived at 1:30, we found another customer who had preceded us and was also waiting. that she missed. We had been told previously in an email that we could drop off our bags prior to 2 o'clock check-in and the desk was always staffed.

We made numerous phone calls to the Inn from both cellphone and the outside phone with no answer. With our vacation ticking away about 45 minutes later…

We were very pleased with all of our experiences with the exception of the property in Lake Como, listed as Sogno Deluxe Bellagio, Via Lungolario, Manzone 8, 22021 Bellagio, ITA. I was booked for 2 queen size beds, but the booking assistant texted me that they contact the Motel 6 in San Antonio,Texas & wait for 48 hours. The manager said they never got the message about the change. Oh!

I put I'm hoping for a king size in texting. That manager still charged me for 2 queens . To me, it was unfair to be charged for something I didn't want at all. Plus I didn't confirm this reservation for 2 queens.
