com acc when we arrived at the property the property manager refused to check us in giving the reason that they did not accept digital copies of bank cards. The card in question was the exact same card used at the time of the booking and the one the full payment was taken from.
This was not stated anywhere on any of the terms and conditions of booking, the property policies or even the property website. It is stated that the card has to be in the persons name of the booking and the card that was used to pay for it!
com have advised that they have actioned a request for refund but still after 24hours are unable to make contact with the partner and are bound by contract to contact the property in question.
Also I they will not give a response to question raised why is our booking still…
