Been loyal customer for 4 years. Had family plan 4 lines $100. Boost when chnaged over my plan was changed w out my permission or consent. Removed line. There is line on there still that hasn't been active for 2 years. Still charge me for.

Refuse to change my plan. Refuse company contact info. Say I need to pay bill first to them change. This is ongoing for 6minths. My voicemail hasn't worked since change of company. On their end. Said still working on it.

I refuse to pay bill. I'm not getting service or request I pay for so why keep paying bill. I've called and in person store and always back n forth run around. Refuse to credit acct due to their negligence of company and services. Says can't.

These people took money off a card they were told to no longer use ; it was used for a phone that isn’t even mine, nor is it my account. All of the sudden they couldn’t give me my money back because i didn’t have a pin or account. but they managed to do it BEFORE for my card.

Absolutely trash.

They’ve done this to me multiple times - and this isn’t even my phone company; someone just happened to use a card that wasn’t there’s.

My husband and son visited the boost store in Elizabethton, Tn today and had a bad experience. My husband is a very even tempered man who is always friendly. He has also had his business with boost for at least ten years.

My son who has just graduated and wanted to upgrade his phone. The African American lady who waited on them was unbelievably rude. My son who never gets upset about much of anything was visibly upset. He said he won't be using boost when he goes off to college.

Thought I would let you know before this lady runs off any more business. I'd like to know who hires these people.

I have been dealing with my billing issue since 8/2023 with customer service and supervisors . I signed up for the portable wifi device under the acp which Boost was billing them. Now under this "plan" it only allows 10GB per month. 00.

No where did it show that I couldn't purchase this under the plan I was on no does it stop you period to make purchase. I was told the 4th time I called that I needed to upgrade my account and pay an additional $30 so I could use the extra data I paid for.

When signing up there is no disclosure of no refund for additional data. The last supervisor took that $30 on my account to show a credit and said he was going to submit for refund. During this call I repeatedly told him to close account which never happened. 00 refund which BS!

WHY WOULD I ACCEPT HALF…

I have been a customer with Boost for over 20 years. Never really had any major issue with them until recently. I understand with mergers there are a few problems that can arise. Since Boost has been bought by Dish Network, well, one mistake okay but then another the next month with an agent that has no clue or cares what's going on, well, shame on you.

Asked to speak with a supervisor but she ignored that request. Problem is I am on a reocurring payment plan. 00 discount for that and thank you. So I received an email saying payment was successful at 4:07 October 17, 2023.

I have been a customer for several years. I moved to my current location a couple years ago. At the time the town I reside in did not currently have towers for good reception and Internet connection, however it was in progress.

For this reason I made no complaints with boost mobile and have been making monthly payments throughout despite the lack in dependability. The city has upgrade and added everything necessary for residents to be able to obtain clear dependable reception and online connections several months ago in completion.

All I wanted was to upgrade my multi-line plan and the store, customer service and chat said I can't because I'm in an old grandfathered plan at 35gb per line. I wanted to upgrade to the 60gb per line and pay more and they cannot without starting a new service with new phone numbers.

I will be switching my 4 lines to T-mobile next month. So disappointed with boost,, been a customer for like 8 years.

I made a claim on September 6th 2023 because I had a Crack, I receive the phone the next day. My replacement was a Samsung Galaxy A-13 and my phone was a Samsung galaxy a-12. My charger is damage and I was told accessories is not including when making a claim, the connector that was shipped to me is not compatible with my charger, if you're going to give me another model then I should have received a charger with the new connector.

I told customer service the new connector doesn't fit my charger because it's a different model. I'm having a hard time charging my phone and now I have to buy one.

I made a claim on 09/06/2023 to receive a replacement phone because my was crack and I needed a new charger because my wouldn't charge, I was told accessories wasn't included The phone that I needed to replace was a Samsong Galaxy A12 but I receive a Samsong Galaxy A-13 which is not my model and the connectors that was sent to me is not the same size as my old connectors and I feel like if Boost sent me a different model I should have receive a charger for that model now I have to go out and

I purchased A sim card for activation online for A unlocked phone, the sim didn't work, I called customer service for A refund, I was refused and told to go inside A Boost store. I did as they asked and went to and independent dealer where I was charged 60 dollars and they were not able to activate the phone and I was asked to purchase A new one, I declined because I didn't have extra money to purchase another phone, I asked for A refund they also declined.

I have filed A Better Business Report and the company refused to pay back money, so I will be reporting to my Attorney Generals Office. I don't appreciate being denied refund for services not provided. Kawana Rule

On 8/14/23 I signed up with Boost and paid my first month fee. I had pre-confirmed that my IMEI was compatible. I was to be mailed the SIM. I put the SIM into the phone and tried to activate but received a 'not compatible message.

I called Boost giving the SIM & IMEI numbers. The agent determined that Boost had signed me up with ATT which requires a BLACK SIM (which is what I had received). I did not specify a particular carrier. The agent said that my phone was compatible with T-Mobile which uses a WHITE SIM but not with ATT/Black.

They didn''t know when the WHITE was mailed; that info is NOT put into file notes. So I asked them to send another. On 8/24 I received the WHITE sim, & the UPS label said it had been mailed 8/21.

First and foremost I don’t know where to begin. I had purchased more data thinking I’m paying for hotspot data being thought I used all my hotspot data up. I spent $30 and I called the next following day asking about the hotspot data because I couldn’t use my hotspot.

The lady told me a guy was working on the data and to be patient. The lady credited me $10. 2 days pass and then it’s day 4. I call back and a gentleman said I paid for extra data for like when people run out or data.

A data breach to my account I have someone’s information with card information that breaks all of Boost Mobile privacy policies. I spoke with Judy, Carlos, Supervisor, Hassan Supervisor (he was really rude), Kay twice, Agent#zzz placed in a ticket to fix issue that would result in a 3-5 business day to process correction ticket number - 2273616.

Spoke with Nae who then transferred me to supervisor Ray with no results of just waiting 3-5 business days to get issue resolved. No Service for additional 3-5 business days because someone at T-Mobile switched my accounts and I’m not even able to pay for my account through the automated service.

I have dealt with this problem from 9am to 7:40pm with no resilts

This company is horrible. My phone has been off for dsys and they cant figure out why. My business is being disrupted. I cant do my job. Before the phone stopped working, I was unable to text ir receuve texts.

People who text my old number texts come through to my new number. Every single call Ive ever made has dropped. Sometimes I cant dial out! Inconing calls hang up as soon as I answer. When I am talking on thr phone, theres static and interferencece and the person on the other line cant here me. This is unacceptable.

It is very hard to log in on the boost 1 app. Takes five or six times and sometimes that's not enough. sometimes you have to restart your phone and that doesn't always work. Very aggravating and it seems like since boost was bought by dish I've had nothing but issues.

For the past 2 to 3 weeks,Boost has new action to there service(dish),and so has the ability to using the phone. Most time I would have to be outside, to make a call, text,etc. Even all the trouble shooting. Even with being wifi.

My phone has been going on and off for months now and interrupts my deliveries for ubereats and instacart. Shouldn’t have to pay for service that isn’t working. They say there is no network outages but my phone says “no sim” and then switches to “sos only”.

They asked if I switched my sim but I’ve had the same one in my phone since I first got it from boost. This isn’t fair! I have reset my phone multiple times, turned airplane mode off and on several times and even took out the sim and reinserted it.

Still no results and they are charging me still.

The service is so bad and the customer service is worst. I called in to add a $10 data pack to my line and the rep added to my son line instead and told me they can’t do anything about it and I would have to purchase a new data pack for my line….

You have lost a loyal Boost mobile customer who had been with your company for 11 years. When a problem occurred with my phone service, no one valued me as a customer. I was unable to make or receive calls for 8 days!!

When dailing out, the call was routed to Customer Service. The customer service reps followed a “script” for 8 days; did not veer from the script. I got no resolution; only told a “ticket” would be created. On the 9th day, I wanted to take my phone that I had purchased ( not free) from Boost and port my number.

Boost Mobile refused to unlock the phone. On day 9, a ticket was created and I was told to call back in 24 hours. Day 10 From Custoomer Service rep: “Oh, no one supplied the unlock code so I’ll have to recreate another ticket”.

Boost Mobile has been giving me the run around for 30 days. Phone is intact, still has all the packaging with it. From the outside, it's a perfect phone. But, it DOES NOT WORK

1st off last year they wouldn't port my number out I had over 10 years. But most. Recently I applied AND paid for the $10 plan and got a sim mailed to me. This sim didn't work so they mailed another.

This one didn't work either. They say my sim wasn't compatible to the phone which I purchased thru Boost a year prior and the lady said it was when she checked the IMEI. They were to send me another sim which i never got.

So at this point I asked for a refund for the month service I paid for but never used and I kept getting the runaround about why he couldn't process the refund. I called the I know probably 15 times in the course of almost a month and still no results to the refund or any answers to a si card.

I ordered a phone on June 24,2023. UPS lost the phone so I called Boost so they could file a claim. Boost filed a claim, ups admitted they lost the phone in transit. UPS sent Boost the value of phone.

It is now July 24,2023 and Boost has still not refunded me my money. Customer service and manager keep giving me the run around about my money. I have been with Boost over 10+ years.

Out of no where, I receive a text msg from boost: BOOST: Your on your account has been updated. If you did not request this change, call us at 833-502-6678. They changed the phone number I've had for 22+ years without my consent.

So, when I got home I called that number and told them I did not request this change. I was told they do not have the tools to change my number back. Waited on hold over 30 minutes to speak to supervisor.

I called on 7/14/23 to create an account to transfer 2 separate #s from TMobile to Boost. I created 2 accounts with 2 separate emails, per the agents request. I paid for both lines and waited to receive the SIM cards.

On 7/17/23 I received both SIM cards and called Boost to activate. The rep processed both activations after providing the account and port out pin #s from TMobile. He said everything was fine and that I should wait 15 to 30 minutes for the phones to start working.

First, you can hardly hear them.

Second, they have twice dropped my wife's service for some sort of "suspicious activity" which they have never stated exactly what it was.

Thirdly, their "Custom Care" can't really do anything concerning issues like this because they can't tell you in particular what suspicious activity policy has been violated. Fourthly, the Boost Mobile Dealer a little west of 63rd and Kedzie here in Chicago, Illinois put my wife on a plan with other people she doesn't even know and was trying to get her to pay additional money to cover for the other people on the plan. I didn't FORGET my password - boost switched from the 4 digit pin to a password.

Instead of allowing the pin to log me in then having me change - i'm blocked.

Can't receive a code because of creditcard fraud that made auto pay fail. - I have no cell service to receive a code. and unlike other companies for some reason Boost does not offer ANY alternative to receive a code - like a back up email address. BANKING cos can use an email as an alternative to unlock an account but BOOST Mobile can't???

can't call to make a payment because I have no cell service.

Boost mobile stores aren't open because it's Sunday.

If I could give this cell phone company negative numbers I would. It certainly doesn't deserve the above 1 rating that has on some sites.
